I have been going to this Jack in the Box my entire adult life..and although I only ever go in the wee hours of the morning and every couple of months the lady at the window always greets me with a smile and chats with me very enthusiastically....the wait time isnt so bad either

When everywhere else is closed and even when they're not... Jack in the Box is your late night or anytime "Go to" spot for all the stuff you're not supposed to be eating and even some items that you ARE. Still everyone knows if you've got a serious case of the munchies that JITB is THE spot for all the stuff you can't find ANYWHERE else... like their Bacon Cheddar Potato Wedges or their "Munchies Box" that includes enough munch-able treats for two red-eyed, late-nighters on a mission! Even breakfast items available 24 hrs a day, 7 days s week. Thanks Jack!

24-hour drive-thru. They change their menu pretty often. However, they always have a great menu to choose from. No matter it be breakfast, lunch, or dinner, their staff is welcoming, friendly, courteous and informing.

I actually enjoy this Jack in the box most than any I been to before. They have great customer service with a nice lady always greeting me kindly in the morning when I come for breakfast. The other two who have served me have also been kind and actually a young man is quite impressive in multitasking to bring you your order quick. They have various drinking choices with a late night schedule. Their breakfast is highly recommended

Tuesday @ 4 AM, I ordered two fish with EXTRA TARTAR SAUCE. I am not sure if the cook was screwing with me, but they had so much tartar sauce, I could hardly keep the filet inside the bun. Well, the joke is on them because they were the best I have ever had.

So this jack is the fastest and nicest and well maintained restaurant. They do tend to get orders wrong at times but the reason I give them 5 stars is just the fact that they are fast in service ...and they fix the issue in a right manner ...thank you so much

Excellent customer service I came in to buy a iced mocha the manager and the workers were so cheerful and very polite when taking my order manager suggested some tacos I wasn't even hungry but for some reason they're welcoming demeanor actually gave me an appetite and I bought two tacos definitely recommend this place excellent service.

Employees always attentive, with a smile too....and when dining in they bring your order to your table, making sure all is there and ask if you would like any condiments(katsup, ranch, sauces) Im guessn because they r not understaffed, nor overworked....work as a team it seems to me!!! good family environment too!!!

I stopped by this Jack in the Box this morning to get some French fries. I was in the area and wanted French fries. This was the closest place that was open and also serving fries so I came here. Since I came in the early morning, they were not busy at all. The street around this place wasn't busy as well since it's at a intersection. I used the drive thru, be aware that there are some potholes. Ordering the fries was easily and it didn't take long for them to make it. I asked for extra ketchup and the lady working give me some. The fries were good and that's how I started out my day.

The food is so crispy and perfectly salted and the cashier was so nice he said welcome and when my food got to me i realized that my drink was also fresh and cool and i usually go to jack in the box thats why i rate it a 5/5 good job jack in the box.

Finally got the time to stop by and glad I did. The #22 breakfast was bomb. The hashbrown was crispy not too greasy, the croissant was just right and that fresh cup of coffee hit the spot. The service was great at 4:20 in the morning. Love the friendly smile 😊

Usually very little wait but the quality of service and food is always consistent which in fast food is tuff to get. Even mcdonalds be crazy inconsistent. Anyway they were fast and good nuggets actually especially with ranch mmm fries were also good but i didnt get any napkins and the taco was a lil burned but because theyre open 24 hr we are gonna give em 5/5 woooo two people were fed for $11 thats pretty sweet no other options for food at 4:30 AM so jack is the mvp

Of all the fast food places, I usually prefer Jack, but some are definitely better, and this is DEFINITELY one of the best. There were 5 or 6 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, so I expected to be there a while. I was pleasantly surprised to be back en route in less than 12 minutes. Staff was very friendly, speaker was audible, screen clearly showed the correct order, food was neatly packed and correct, sauces and napkins were proffered and straws requested. And the sodas ACTUALLY tasted like soda, not some watered down flat punch. Best fast food experience in a while, we'll be back, Jack!

JITB Burgers are surprisingly excellent. Juicy and well seasoned. The remodeling crew needs to stop by. And they play the same stale music loop.

Went through the drive thru. There was not a lot of cars in line. I have gone to other Jacks and the lines were long.

It was decent the only problem that I had is that the doors were open for me to enter But when I tried to order they told me that I could not order food that I had to leave the store to do it because their Lobby was closed

Not much to say except the young lady that was working the drive up window had the biggest smile and a great attitude. Actually made me feel good that I bought lunch there that day. I wish I remembered her name to give her credit.

I've been going to this jack in the box for years now. I've never had any problems. It had always been perfect! There might something missing or they get something wrong but, its normal. Who ever complains about it or make it a big deal obviously has never worked at a fast food restaurant! The manager is super sweet! Recently I've seen new workers and they fit right in. Jackie is very sweet! On it like sonic! Made sure my order was correct and made sure I had condiments, straws and napkins. Most fast food joints dont even place napkins in the bag or ask if you need condiments. I'm very contempt on the high end of this Jack in the Box. They are on their toes! I highly recoment eating at this specific location.

Friendly staff, that always aim to please. They take care in getting custom orders right. When they do get it wrong, they always seem to make it right. The restaurant looks a little warn down but what can you expect from a Jack in the Box?

This Jack in the Box location has the same standard food that is expected. There are a couple issues; the floor when I went was sticky everywhere and there are shirtless people in the building and homeless people outside the building.

A jumbo jack I got had aluminum inside the sandwich...they charged me for an extra sandwich and didn't know how to calculate full refund.

I stopped by Jack in the Box in Box Valley on March 03, I ordered the $16 family pack, the food was served promptly and warm, yet service wasn't that great . Unfortunately, the server was having a bad day because of her voice tone and demeanor, yet I would still recommend this Jack, after all, just because one bad apple she won't ruin a good meal. Also, please bring back the beverage dispenser instead of customers asking for refills.

Not my favorite jack n box, it's a bit out dated and run down a tad bit and it's likely the area! But the employees were excellent and front counter guy taking the order actually brought me our food to our table. This was last night Feb. 1, 2024 about 7 or 8 pm so give that guy a raise for going beyond what's required of employees to doing an even better job than necessary. RESTROOM: they have 2 restrooms working but employees don't buzz you in, they come añd unlock it for ya!

Both the hamburgers and fries were cold, but I made the best of the situation.

They got my whole order wrong 3 times I had to return to get it right... check your meals before leaving this Jack because the professionalism needs to grow here.

At the drive-thru they constantly mess up your order that includes a manager who has some sort of a funky accent it's not Hispanic and I can't know what. I think Jack in the box corporate needs to check into some of their set this is late at night between 12:00 midnight and 12:30 they keep messing up the order.

Been coming here for years and have never encountered a rude employee like this morning. The girl with the ugly blue bangs needs some training when it comes to customer service. First off she started being rude when I asked her about a certain meal during the drive thru order like if they deduct money of her check for how long she takes per customer. Then when I get to the window she was really trying to go back and forth with me at 7am whether what was on the screen was right or not. I asked for the manager on duty because she literally wouldn’t stop and first thing she does is scream managers name, and says “she wants to talk to you” loudly! Do yourself a favor Jack-in-the-Box and never put this girl as a cashier or the drive-through window. Nobody needs her snobby attitude, especially at 7 AM. The face you put in front of customers is representing the rest of you and she’s not doing a good job at it.

My Double Jack was not only cold but this was also on my burger. I called the restaurant and the person that answered wants me to go back and take the food as if I don't have to go to work. I had previously given a positive review when the other manager was there. Lately, they mess up the orders very often and then they expect to go back as if you have time and gas to waste. It's 923 am and I get off at 6 45 and this is how she wanta me to take my burger back. I already had a bad breakfast and unable to eat it.

Just got a spicy nacho chicken in drive thru and it was horrible never ever coming here again it was all hard and i couldnt even bite into it yall have to get better cooks or something

I ordered my food through the drive-thru I asked for them to make my tacos fresh they were stale and cold I went inside to the restaurant and asked for them to give me fresh tacos they still gave me cold stale tacos while I was standing at the counter I couldn't help but notice how filthy the floor was in the cooking area not to mention the rude customer service that I received I don't recommend anybody eat here I do recommend the health department come check it out.

This place never gets my order correct. I asked that my food is made fresh, and it is never fresh. They overly salt the fries. I do not recommend.

I got home with my order that I had purchased online. One of my boxes was missing the burger. Tried calling and the phone rang several times and then went to voice mail saying they are unable to answer the phone at this time. I'm going back right now and hope I dont have any issues

Went to get tacos in the morning. I'm an overnight worker. And I got 8 tacos for me and my boyfriend. Pulled up to pay and hear one of the workers say " who orders 8 tacos in the morning they need psychotherapy. Get a life." A slim pale skin young lady. Morning shift. Really??? And she said it really loud. Wasn't right.

Funny how they promote 2 bagels for 4.50$ but every time I'm there they say that they don't have any ( out of stock ) LOL....I was there 4 times in the past week but every time they told me that they don't have any bagles, I guess its a shortage of bagles in America.....you get 1 star for false advertising and you lost me as a costumer

Overnight workers that want food have limited choices. Multiple times I've order a chicken sandwich, they were all hard as a rock. I'm guessing they don't expect people to stop by, however the food should be decent at least. Other than that, it's a regular jack in the box. Update: The owner called me twice and I returned the calls 3 times to speak about my experience, and no response back. It sucks but oh well, there are other locations.

**DOUBLE CHECK YOUR JIBBI MUNCHIE MEALS** So I ordered 2 of the munchie meals, of course for the Jibbi mystery packs. Friend went to pick them up because we're at work to my surprise I get a phone call that they didn't include the little Jibbi. So I made him go back inside to find out why. While I was on the phone, Girl tells him "you actually want the toy" Why else would I be ordering the SPECIFIC munchie box that includes the Jibbi. Good to know apparently this jack on the box doesn't include Jibbis with the special orders. Employees stealing them?

Came to drive thru for my breakfast this morning at 345am. Order the $26 loaded breakfast combo. Got to work and found an ultimate breakfast sandwich and a cold hashbrown . This is not good. That sandwich was soggy and not god at all. Hashbrown was nasty cold. So if I ever go back to this one I'll check my food in the drive thru.
