Hi Tea Syracuse Reviews
I’m so happy Hi Tea moved to a bigger and better location—it’s absolutely adorable and even more inviting now! The decor is super cute, with fun little touches everywhere that make it the perfect hangout or study spot. Of course, the drinks are still top-tier. Whether you’re into classic milk teas or looking to try something new, everything is consistently delicious and beautifully made. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, which really adds to the overall experience. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Hi Tea has easily become my go-to boba spot in Syracuse, and I’m so excited to keep coming back to this new location!
Hands down, best bubble tea I have had in the US. No question. I make excuses to visit Syracuse to go here. The tea is great, the staff is friendly, and the space is cozy and welcoming. Recommend kiwi basil tea and fruit tea bar!
Lovely spot for unique drinks if you like to try something new and the best fried rice!!!
My recent visit to Hi Tea in Syracuse with my family was absolutely amazing! The drinks were incredibly flavorful, truly living up to the "omg! so delicious" feeling. My husband loved his mango sago, and my daughter absolutely loved the strawberry overload. But my personal favorite was the summer melon green tea with lychee – it was hands-down amazing! The combination of the refreshing melon green tea and the sweet, slightly tart lychee was perfect. The ambiance and decor added to the experience. It's a cute and inviting space, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy the drinks. More of their extensive menu is definitely worth exploring!
We were only passing through, but if I lived closer, I would go here all the time! Friendly service, cute furniture and seating, delicious drinks, and so many tasty food options!
My favorite bubble tea place!! First started going to their old location in high school, now in grad school and am still going when I can. I LOVE their new space and their tea is so good (try the ginger if you haven't!). So glad they opened up again <3
Very clean, friendly staff. If I didn’t get a takeout order from here I never would have seen how nice it is on the inside! All kinds of Asian teas available! Delicious.
Had lunch at Hi Tea because I was craving fried rice and soup. The duck leg is so good and the fried rice is packed with cubes of roast pork, eggs, and vegetables. It one of the better fried rice I’ve had in a while! The soup has tons of wontons, some shrimps and bok choy topped with sesame seeds. Another great dish! I’ve had their classic boba tea a month before and it’s also great! Just because this is a tea place, doesn’t mean they don’t have great lunches/dinners! Definitely 5/5
Yammy bubble tea with good location near SU campus! You can experience a variety of beverage from classic boba to fruit tea. Or you can customize your own milk tea by selecting your tea variation, milk foam or toppings. This shop even supplies dessert including macaron, cakes or mochi.
2024: Had to come back and edit my review for an update — place is still fantastic with excellent drinks and fast service!! 2022: Great place! I came here for the first time and ordered a large brown sugar boba, as seen in the picture below — 10/10 would order again :) They also have a diverse boba menu with unique flavors that I look forward to trying.
Good Asian dessert shop. Has everything you want at one place. Savory food, sweet pastries, and bubble tea all in one. Very impressed with this place coming from NYC.
Hi Tea has to be my favorite bubble tea shop in Syracuse! I visited the shop a few weeks ago with a friend, and we absolutely loved the atmosphere and the drinks. I will definitely come back again!
I ❤️ avocado brown sugar smoothie so much
Tons of drink options to choose from! I got the Thai iced tea with boba and it was fire

Now that they move to new location, I love it even more 😍 The food is no comparison to other tradition Chinese food places! Bubble tea 🧋 is ALWAYS on point, as an Asian I’m very impressed with what they serve!
I had their boba tea and it was delicious. I wish I bought food because it smelled so good. The sit down area is clean, well lit, and the decor is really cute. They also sell packaged snacks and coffee tumblrs. The staff were really friendly. I will certainly be going there again!
Cheap, and yummy, and the staff is very friendly I'm a regular at this place and it's so cozy and chill if you want a place to hang out with your friends this is the best place i could think of to get bubble tea.
Best tea in Syracuse ! They also have great food and snacks, I could spend the whole day here.

I love going places and getting taro milk tea; their tea had a good flavor but I think the powder wasn’t mixed well or something because there was chunks in the drink. It’s sad because otherwise I would’ve loved it, but I had to pick out the chunks. Other than that, such a cute little place. The desserts looked delicious, wish I had tried one, but maybe next time
They have super good boba and great drinks. I'd recommend ordering half or quarter sweetness though since the drinks are very sweet. They have a very, very huge variety of drink options and the seating/ interior is very cute.

A fun little spot to play board games and enjoy boba tea and snacks at Marshall street. I tried crepe cake for the first time, and it was good. The mochi was not my favorite, but I definitely recommend the brown sugar boba.
