I love that they text me what their specials are everyday. Today was $1.49 4-Piece mozzarella sticks you cannot beat that!!! And they're pretty good 👍🏼
They are on point in Taylor Texas tonight. The food is made to order. The food came out in shocking time. There girl taking my order was clear and patient. The car hop was very sweet, curious and read back or order the way it should be. No complaints other than the other Sonic's need to follow suit. Awesome job.
Was there at busy time with a gaggle of kids. Taking a risk, we let our kids order for themselves as a learning opportunity. Our kids really messed up the order. The manager had to get involved to sort it all out and the employees and manager were great through the whole experience. They didn't have to be so nice and helpful, we put them in a bad spot and cost them money. When I offered to pay extra to compensate them, the manager refused.
Staff was a blast food was good service was great
I placed an order that was a little unorthodox there was no griping the manager took my order he was well spirited, very nice to talk to, no attitude, & just very professional. I ended up getting my food and it was better than I could imagine and I am so pleased. Kudos to you and your staff over there sir. God Bless you
Sonic is my favorite fast food place. The jalapeno double meal is where it's at. The fries were very good even though I think most of the sonic stores get a bonus check for selling hard fries. But these were good.
Had to try the new smash burger. Have to admit. It was pretty tasty. All ingredients tase fresh. Not a fan of the new onion rings but they are still better than 90 percent out there.
Went there tonight and Eric was an amazing server! He’s got some skills and was just awesome. Give that man a raise. Also the touch screen was not working to leave a tip please get that fixed. Oh and food was hot and good too.

It is a very typical Sonic. They are very good about making your order the way you asked for it. It is one of the more consistent Sonic's you will find. People that work there are always nice. Is a little bit older but it is always clean.
Good food as always. Service was a little slow. There was about 8 cars parked at stalls, and another 6 in the drive-thru. I waited more than 10 minutes, but I only saw one car hop the whole time. Staffing may have been the problem, because that one girl was really hustling to get the orders delivered.
Service was very slow tonight, but it looks like they’ve only got one person running it, and I must say, he did great! He was moving so fast on those roller blades and was so efficient! He makes me want to give it a 5 star review, but I’m hoping the less than perfect review helps call attention to the staffing problem. Staffing, eh, the staff itself, WOO! It’s been a while since I’ve gone here due to lack of customer service and quality food. This time my sister ordered through the app. Of course my little one had to use the restroom so we went across the street thinking the food would be being prepared. Once we returned, I went through the drive-through to let them know I was picking up. We then went and waited for a good 10 minutes before the food came out, which was too long in my opinion for 1 of 5 meals to be ice cold. We sent that back to be remade. The attendant didn’t give us any issues. I kept it simple and order cheese tater tot’s with the new strawberry shortcake slush, which was delicious by the way . I’m so glad that they made it correctly. If you haven’t been in a while give it another try just expect a longer than usual wait.
Friendly service. Sometimes it takes a little too long to get order but that's anywhere I guess. I order in my app so I can get discounts and the have it ready.
I went through the drive-thru. If you haven't tried a real fruit slushy, you should try one. I love the real fruit cherry limeade with extra lime. ☆¿☆

OK SONIC, this location needs to get their game on. You're starting to slack on quality. This is the third time I have ordered food through your app and it's been wrong. If I want BBQ I will go to Petty's in Killeen, I don't want it on my burger. I didn't add it to the online order and I didn't add ketchup. I was disappointed that you are out of Onion rings though. I have to give you cuddos to the cherry limeade, it was dead on good. Sorry to say that is not with every Sonic.
I ordered a medium strawberry shake. I gave the car hop $20.64 for $4.64 shake and received $15.00 changed. You do the math. Called 800 # been three days still no call.
Took way too long to get our order. Just 3 drinks. Carhops came to our car four times with other orders for people behind us. Thank you. I was just shocked that with just a drink order the it was taking so long. They came with several other peoples orders with their food/drink. Then when we asked the last time where our order was and what was taking so long they said they had to fix something on the drink machine, yet they kept bringing out orders and asking did you have a large diet dr pepper,a small this... I don't know what happened but the girl that brought it out wasn't really talkative
The service was slow. After we had been waiting a while, the manager came to the car and apologized for the, thus far, 12 min wait. She said it wouldn't be much longer and that they would bring some coupons for our trouble. When the order finally arrived, not only did we not receive any coupons, but the order was not correct either. Avoid this location. Make the drive to Hutto.
My half of the order was great, and completely accurate. My cousin's however.... He had a burger with no lettuce, and extra mayo. The server repeated the order back to him, and still brought out a burger with lettuce and no mayo. We repeated the entire order probably 5 times when placing it, how do you still get it wrong?
I always have to check my order before I leave. Most of the time they get it right but about 30% of the time they leave some part of my order out or don't make it correctly. Always have to ask for napkins, condiments other than ketchup and so forth. The food is a bit better than other Sonics I've been to. I think they must use better oil for frying foods or keep it changed out and fresh because they have the best onion rings of any Sonic and other fried foods taste fresh. They also cook grilled cheese sandwiches perfect. I also like to support the Elgin store because the owner hires and trains high school students with good working ethics.
Ate here a week or so ago, tots were old and oily, rest of meal was acceptable, wait time little higher than expected. Used to work here, food and service were never that good, I'd like to think that both were better when I was there, but there's only so much you can do.

I ordered on the app. I started with cheeseburger, then decided to make it a combo. unbeknownst to me, it started my order over, and didn't save my order. So we didn't get what we wanted, but realize that was not Sonic's fault. Food was so-so. Cheese sticks were great!
Just went Last night......The worst Burger experience Ive ever encountered!!!!! Fries were the only thing Fresh in my Bag. I specifically asked for no Tomatoes and it was still applied. The burger was A soggy mess,my patties were grabbed off the, F$@# This customer list! I was polite to the Order Taker,bt felt like I didnt get any respect back through my Favorite meal. My Drink was full of High fructose Syrup(More than the Usuall) bt the Worst part is.....When I was gonna ask to have my order remade,the lights were Shut off and I was left at the crossroads! Im disheartened with Sonic's service towards their Customers. Think Ill have to spend my money on better Service thats Reliable,Home cooking!
The worst chicken sandwich ever! Old, no lettus to speak of, asked for extra pickles but they didn't add them. Yuck! Not ediable. The tater tots were fine. Not a cherry in the cherry limeade 🤕🤕🤕🤕
I can't say enough how much I miss Burgerville USA, in the Pacific Northwest. Service is mediocre here. The kids on the headsets are complacent and do not listen very well. You even ask me to read t he board to see if it's correct! What do you guys see? And then it's a big deal when I ask for what I really wanted. Well do you have your reciept? Like I'm asking him a personal favor. There goes your tip, but here's ah tip fer ya, stay off the dope awhile.
The only reason I’m even giving this sonic two stars is because the waiters and waitresses are always very nice. However every drink I get from this sonic is TERRIBLE. I don’t know how you can mess up sweet tea, but they do. The tea And coffee drinks are always very bitter. The limeades are always messed up. The cream slushes always taste really funny. If you go to this sonic, just get water.
Was not impressed with the new strawberry shortcake shake. The TV ad males it look really good, the shake I ordered was subpar at best. Won't be ordering that again.
I don't know who's in charge of the ice cream in the evening but the amount of mix ins in the blasts is terribly low.
The food came out very quickly and the service was great but the quality of the food was very low I have to say I was disappointed even knowing that they’ve had disappointments before. I thought I’d give them a second chance that was my mistake anyway my chicken was crusty and crispy never again
2023 Update: this Sonic is not good. I ordered 3 items, super simple. My limeade tasted like a watered down sprite. I ordered an Oreo cheesecake shake and the guy comes out and says, “oh I made you the wrong one sorry”. I had already been there for 20+ min so I just paid and left.
So we went through the drive thru and they took our order... we moved along to wait for it. After different people asking what was our drink order and about 15 minutes we got our tea (half and half) and route 44 strawberry slush. However, there was no sign of our food. My husband asked where was our food, we were asked if we ordered any. So we waited some more. After 10 more minutes, and no signs of us getting our order, we returned the drinks and we went to whataburger, it was delicious.
When I ordered through the intercom/ screen the female order person was in a big hurry and was very short with me. I made my order. In about 10 min the screen indicated my server was on the way. About 4 min later the server brought and gave me the food. So far so good. After giving me the food she said, "do you have the receipt?" I said no and she said it must have blown off. I decided to check my order and was one large fry short. I advised her and she told me she would be back with the fries. About 10 min later, I punched the button and asked about my fries. The order person asked, "did you order them?" About 4 min later I finally got the fries. They were hot but overcooked like the burger. This Sonic has gone down hill.
I don't dislike Sonic, but in the drive thru this afternoon, we waited over 10 minutes for two slurpees because the young person at the window didn't have the foresight to ask the car with the large order to pull up and wait on the side instead of waiting in front and creating a line of cars that goes around the building and into the parking lot on the other side. It is now 15 minutes and I am sure our drink order has melted by now.
Slowest Service in town. Each time I go I wait more than 10 minutes before someone answers to take my order. I haven driven away without ordering at least 4 times after waiting 20 minutes with no answer at all. The young kids there get my change wrong. It used to be a great place. I make sure to eat Sonic when I am out of town now.
I was highly disappointed when I got home only to discover while eating my Blast that they had not put any Reese's in the ice cream, I dug deep searching for them but they were only sprinkled on top, additionally I had asked for peanut butter in the ice cream but they forgot that as well. The only reason I'm giving a 2 instead of a 1 is because the Totchos I ordered were great.
This actually just pmo so bad. So we ordered the pickle meal, and first of all, the girl that took our order was genuinely SO RUDE. We asked for a large size of the tater tots, and she said we couldn’t have a large size. We understood, and we didn’t check whether that was true or not. But on the screen it said “dill groovy fries”. We specifically mentioned that we did not, in fact, want groovy fries; we wanted tater tots. The girl taking the order said, verbatim, “We can’t change that maam, it just looks like that.” Like, ok? Nevertheless, we waited for our food for a bit. And what do you know. Lo and behold, it was French fries. AND SO, we asked if we could send it back for the tater tots. The man who took it back was very friendly, and we tipped him because he provided good service. WE WAITED FOR TWENTY MINUTES. We pressed the button to ask where the tater tots were. The rude girl said “oh well bring them out now.” MEANING THEY WERE DONE FOR A WHILE. And dude. When I say those were some nasty, humid, soggy, old oil tater tots, I mean it. Do better!!!!!!
Sit waiting to have someone take my order for over 25 min. Changed places to see if it would helped it didn't. Started to leave and someone finally took my order. Took forever for food to come out!! Absolute worst service I have ever received. I wont be back
I have NEVER gotten such poor service. Wow!!!! Not only did the girl taking the order sond really mad to be at work. She started yelling at us about our order. Needless to say we didn't finish our order. We just left. There is no way I am going to pay someone to yell at me.
Ordered a hamburger for breakfast,was told it will take a few minutes. When I got my food, the bun on top was still like frozen in the middle. I didn't even take a bite of it.
This was the worst Sonic ever! Ordered a jalapeno cheese burger and the meat tasted rancid. Called the manager and they made me a "fresh" burger. The meat tasted the same. Took a small bite and had to trash it.
First trip here was decent despite the awkward position the entrance and exit is in. Got our food it was made right, typical Sonic chili dogs. Second trip, this is the bad part. We arrive about 45-30 minutes before close. Order our two foot long Coney dogs no mustard add onions tots for the side. I state this as one of two important parts. First important issue. We tried to order shakes, they had the shake machine shut down... I worked in fast food, and in an actual restaurant. Now that being said why is it shut down so early? 10 minutes before close I can understand, but 30-45 minutes? So we got sodas. Fine, let's move on to the food. First there were no onions added, but we were charged for them. Second the Coney dogs were cold, Luke warm at best. The tots were room temperature and the grease was already making them squishy to say politely. Now before anything is said about travel time affecting our food, we live less than 10 minutes away. We won't be going back for awhile, if at all.
this is is my first time at the taylor sonic. this experience has been terrible, we’ve been waiting here for more than 40 mins and no one has taken our order. we went to 3 stalls and went through the drive thru 3 times and still no one. we just want some mozzarella sticks like dang. i saw like more than 5 people working, shouldn’t it be fast?? anyways, i’m giving one star. periodt. 🤢💅
I guess they’re lucky they’re one of the only places in town that is open semi late. Service is terrible with nobody ever answering the button push if I park in a stall. The drive through also takes forever to get a response. Last time we were here one of the workers came out cussing and then rode his bmx bike around the parking lot. Obviously a lack of management.
My daughter and I stopped for a burger. It took them 3 times before they got it right! Almost right. They forget the lettuce on my daughter's burger! We were very frustrated with the service and the burgers. I'll think twice before stopping there again. We should have gone back into Austin to go to Culvers like we wanted to, to begin with!!! Culvers knows how to make a great burger!!!
Terrible service, drinks were flat, food was cooked in microwave and nothing was fresh. I may never eat Sonic again in my life. My toasted sandwich was not toasted my tater tots were drowned in chili even though I asked for light chili, my.drink tasted like sugar and the car hop was not friendly.
Wait times are HORRIBLE. one of the worst sonics I’ve been to. Waited 10 min at 7 am (aka when they open) and got nothing. I left and so did 3 other vehicles. Avoid this sonic it sucks. They also never get orders right.
Am I wrong for ordering what I want? Am I wrong for wanting what "I" paid for? Am I wrong for wanting the order corrected? Clearly, the only person "right" was the employee that had the attitude because I wanted what I paid for. Im so over this location in Taylor.... Waited over 20 minutes for only TWO drinks. All they said was sorry. Normally they give atleast a dang coupon or free drink for next time or atleast a friggin discount. Won't be goin back. Very poor customer service.
Decided to try again since I knew it was under new management. Sat there for 15 mins just waiting on a bag of ice. Watched an employee walk next door and get an energy drink, same employee finally brings me my ice. I tired. I’m done.
Asked for a burger with ketchup only. Well thought it was good until I got home. My husband looked between the 2nd patty and it had mayo.
Chicken strips so overcooked my son couldn’t even chew it. No gravy or dipping sauce. Ice cream in Blast completely melted and no spoon. Coke Zero tasted like cough syrup.
Got charged for the wrong stuff. The drink was not what I ordered, they took for ever to get my refund and still got shortchanged. Won't be stopping by anymore.
I just had terrible service at this Sonic. I ordered on the app and when I checked in my order was put through and then forgotten about. I had to call again through the speaker then they brought out half my order. When I asked about my blast, the guy went get one then brought out a cup half full. He turned around and left before I can even say anything, but by that time I was frustrated and ready to leave. I don't know if it's poor management or lack of training, but this was a terrible experience.
If i could give 0 stars i would! This is nothing like it use to be! Wait times are longer than most dine in establishments, SERVICE IS TRASH and I can’t recall ever having my order right the first time! I spent the evening going back and forth with a “manager” who i’m almost certain is the reason you can expect piss poor service here!! I’d suggest moving him to a position that doesn't involve escalating customer conflict. His catty tone, body language and spontaneous remarks were unprofessional AF and he has no earthly idea how much it took for me to “walk away”! I am due a refund per the carhop that delivered what the “manager” deliberately sent knowing it was unacceptable! I am requesting to address this situation with the owner/corporation in authority, and note, I will go through great lengths and any expense to set the record straight!
REALLY annoyed. There is one specific employee with a rainbow sequin mask that I keep end up having, they NEVER add the lime or the cherry to a Cherry Limeade, and its literally a signature drink, also there’s barely ever any flavor it’s like I am drinking plain water half the time. Sick of interacting with this person, please tell them to make the drink correctly!!!
Out of onion rings for the 4th time and Out of slush for 3rd time in 5 visits. Gave us medium fries with large combo. Made both burgers and 1 of the drinks wrong. Had to return to store for complete new order. Manager was good, but people making orders don't pay attention. Whoever does the ordering is terrible. Constantly run out of items.
Still currently waiting past an hour, they missed an item from my order and it’s only ONE item. ONE. I can see there’s a lack of employees as I’ve only see 2 people coming out of the same door working their hardest to get peoples orders delivered to their cars. Now, I don’t put the blame on them as they are only trying to do their job, but this place really needs more employees. I don’t blame you Hayley.
This location is close to my home and I normally go through the app. The last two times I have gone and actually placed an order at the speak I’m cut off given a total and never get to finish my order. Tonight same thing not only did I not have to place two orders because they cut me off but I still hadn’t finished. I got home only to find my sons chicken not even edible. Major food safety. Chicken wasn’t even good enough to give the dog.
Placed an order on the app. Checked in at the time we specified and have been waiting more than another half hour for 4 drinks a cheeseburger, corndog, and hotdog. Screen said our order was on the way...15 min ago...still waiting...
I give Sonic one star because this morning me and my husband decided to have our breakfast break there. We order online from work and hopefully by the time we get their it will be ready for us. So we could be on our way back to work. Sadly it was not we waited for almost 20 min for our order. By the time the stall said our car hop is on our way she was still not. She decided to give our order to another customer. We didn't want to be late for work so we decided let's leave already.
I have been going to Sonic restaurants for years, and 99% of the time have a good experience, that's why I have been going for years. But 2-14-17 the Sonic in taylor fell very far short of meeting my needs. I just wanted a quick snack to hold me over in the middle of the afternoon so I order a Sonic Mini Blast. Soft serve ice cream and the topping, it should be one of the quickest menu items to prepare. I waited, and watched cars in the drive through pull order and get their food while I sat in a stall. When the order was brought to me, I handed the server the cash and she gave me the blast, then told me, they were out of spoons. She did offer me a straw. If had wanted to wait until the ice cream melted enough for a straw to be useful I would be in great shape. I handed her the cup back and asked for my cash back. Having been a restaurant manager for 10 years I know I have to do everything to make the customer's experience exceed expectations. First the shelf life of a plastic spoon is measured in years. You should never be out of something like that. Second if you are, call another store and borrow a box, go to Walmart and buy some to use until the next truck comes in. There is no excuse for being out of paper or plastic items.
French fries were chewy, tater tots were very crunchy with very little potato, and popcorn chicken was mostly bread. Overall, was not expecting a 5-star culinary experience but, expected something better than a childhood "mud pie." Probably wasn't the worst thing I've ever paid for but, was enough to make me never want to go back.
We ordered one medium and one large root beer and it took 15 minutes. There were 3 other cars when we pulled in. When we finally got our order the drinks were wrong. We had already drove away before realizing it. This isn’t the first time it has taken 15-20 min just for drinks. Thank goodness we didn’t order food or we would be there for another 30 minutes.

Seriously want a full refund from this last trip.They messed up their mess up after messing up the person in front of me too. I atleast want the $2.19 back for the fry I didn't get. While ordering they couldn't understand me saying pickel fries three times. I get the microphone might not be great but the third time they said okay and I pulled up. Waited for what felt like forever at least 10-15 minutes and they brough the guy in front of me food and it was wrong. They talked for a few minutes and went inside brought them the wrong stuff a second time and he then pulled around to get back in line? They then brought me someone else's order. Nit a big deal told them it wasn't me they have it to the person behind me and I waited a little bit longer. Then they brought me my meal with fries and a second order of fries... I told them it was wrong but said no worries and left. Got home and I didn't even have the second fry. Plus the one I got was soggy. Never going back as $15 is way to much for a burger and fries anyways let alone the hassle. Also looking at reviews this location isn't doing anything right.
Worst place in all of Taylor. Payed almost 50$ for 2 double cheese bacon burgers, 2 hotdogs, and some chicken tenders. One of the burgers was not a double bacon cheese burger, it was a single. I ordered 3 meals and only for 1 tots. 2 of the foot long hotdogs only had chilli and cheese on a small piece of the center. Last thing WHO GIVES 5 MEALS and only puts 3 ketchup packets and 2 napkins on the order.
This review is of the Sonic app, not the drive-in itself. The people at the drive-in are great. The app on the other hand is awful! For 2 months now I have not been able to sign in to my account. Therefore I cannot order in advance. I have notified the main office and have been told more than once that .y name and address have been spelled wrong in their system and that they will fix it. So, fix it! I have even tried to create a new account, but the tell me that that name and email have already been used! ARRGH!
Very slow. You’ll sit for a VERY long time and no one Has any sense of urgency to get people taken care of. There are a couple of really nice carhops don’t get me wrong, but if you are in a hurry, this place has been a chronic problem as far as timeliness.
The service at this Sonic is the worst I have ever had. It hasn’t been just one occasion either. On 3 different visits they were slow to bring the order out and shakes were melted. This last visit took over 20 min for 2 drinks and tots. That is after using the app and arriving at the recommended time.
Completely impersonal experience today. The order taker sounded like she would rather be anywhere else. We repeated our order twice and everything brought out was wrong. The food in the bag was a total mess. Asked for lite ice in my drink and got 3/4 ice and 1/4 drink. When we told the carhop that nothing was as we ordered, she just looked at us like "so?". You know, we love Sonic, but this is the first and definitely last trip to this location.
We went early morning, so it wasn’t a long wait, and the food was actually good. My complaint was the service received. I usually use a card when paying then choose the option to tip. This time I paid in cash, I have no problem giving a tip I know the servers do a lot of walking during the day, however when we got our food and paid, the server told us to have a nice day and left. Then stood inside the door watching us. My total was 25 so I paid with 30 so obviously left a 5 dollar tip. I checked my receipt which had already taken the tip out leaving 17 cents which I didn’t get either. I don’t mind providing a tip but would prefer the option myself. It shouldn’t be assumed that everyone wants to leave a tip. And what if I would have paid with a larger bill. I work customer service as well, however giving a tip should be and option, not assumed.

Will never come back to this location and sharing experience with everyone I know. I should of left like I seen so many people doing for waiting so long in the first place!!!! This is the worst Sonic I've ever visited. The drive-through sensor hasn't worked for over a year, so you sit and wait to be acknowledged. If you are lucky enough to place an order, you can expect a huge serving of attitude with your order. The manager, Jeremy, has no customer service skills whatsoever. He interrupted me to tell me He didnt need a lecture. NICE! He also has a habit of petting his facial hair, so I expect the cleanliness and health standards there are as sub-par as the customer service. Since they took my food back inside when I asked to speak to a manager, I left that spit burger with them.
App turned off due to management issue. Store wouldn't honor half price drinks considering I attempted to order using my account. All app orders are half price drinks. They should be honoring 1/2 price drink for customers who use the app. Why turn away loyal customer base? Terrible business mindset.
I usually have great experiences at Sonics, but not this one. I don't think they've gotten my order right once since I moved to this town and started going to this Sonic. I don't even have to order anything fancy for them to screw up the order. Today I ordered mozzarella sticks. They didn't give me any dipping sauce for them. I should have checked my bag before I left, but it's usually my drinks that they screw up. So disappointed in this place. I've tried sending the feedback through the website on the receipt, but it hasn't helped.
I placed an online order, left a tip even, and checked in at the stall. The little tracker on the screen finally said my order was being delivered. Two cars next me came, ordered, and left with their food and my order still was not brought out. I pressed the red button and asked and they were like oh we'll bring it out. It took two seconds to bring out so that means my food was just sitting there. It was lukewarm so that confirms it. It was not even busy when I went. I
Every single time I go in to get a snack the order is wrong, my large chocolate shake is half full of whipped cream
Ordered footlong combo with fries, 3 corn dogs, tator tots with cheese and drinks. Tator tots were old or over cooked - they were so crispy that they were hollow, potato cooked completely through. Tasted like fried in over used oil and cheese on top tastes like sliced sandwich cheese.
Went through drive through and waited to pay and get food only for me to be skipped and having the car behind me taken care of with lots of food when i only ordered one combo, sonic seems to be a failing company so i would also avoid this sonic as well unless you like being disappointed
Every time I come to this sonic it is so so slow. I waited 15 min in the drive through today just to get someone to take my order and in the past they are always so behind. Whoever is managing this place needs to get more staff or figure out how to get your staff to be more efficient. No other place in Taylor is this slow and after several times trying to give this place a chance they are repeatedly slow.
I was left waiting for 20 minutes at a booth with no answer after pressing the red button. I tried two other booths just in case the first was broken, but the was still no answer. I even tried the drive thru and still no answer. The only thing worse than no service is the complete and utter lack of it. I would give negative stars if I could. If a place is closed then signs must be put up to let people know or you might as well be spitting in customers' faces.
None of the drive-in monitors worked. We sat there waiting for 10 minutes. Then, we went to the drive-thru and ordered a hot dog and cheese sticks. We then had to wait 15 minutes. I asked someone about it and she said they were super busy, but immediately retrieved my order? Not her fault, but a really bad experience.
Placed a simple order for a side of onion rings and a slushee, screen said ny order was being prepared sat for 15 minutes ansmd no one came. When i pressed the order button they told me they had no order for me. Will not be returning. I was the only car in the parking lot at 6:30 on a Sunday. The service here was ridiculous, didnt get any food so can't leave a review for that.
This place has the worst service and food quality I have experienced. I know COVID made it hard and some places haven't gotten it together since. However, this place isn't even trying. Melted drinks, long wait times, poor quality, taste, and appearance. Even if I'm too tired from work I still choose to cook versus going to eat here. The app has turned into a notification nightmare. They took away the Happy Hour "anytime" through the app. Just what you have to do to get a deal is outrageous. So I have deleted the app and choose not to return. Disclaimer: This is my opinion and my experience. You choose for yourself.
It took us over 25 min to get are 3 things that we ordered. Then are food never came out and people that where here after us got their food. We had to press the red button 3 times before they brought us are food.
It is 8:45 pm and I stopped at 2 different bays, hit the red ‘Order’ button, waited 20 MINUTES at each bay because I decided to drive through the drive-thru. Now I have been sitting in the Drive Thru for 10 minutes and NO ONE HAS EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME??!!?!?!??! It isn’t like they’re swamped, every bay full. I’m attaching a photo to prove they’re aren’t even that many vehicles here. They must have NO ONE WORKING at this location 🤷♀️ I can’t rate the food because I’m leaving without anything to eat or drink 😡
So, I'm glad to see I am not the only person that gets horrible and complete lack of concern to the matter. Pretty much Everytime I order the Blast it only has the candy mixed in to the top 1/3 of the ice cream in the cup. This time a medium sized Blast with Reese's peanut butter cups and the top 1/2 had very little and the bottom half is plain soft serve. I stopped a server that was walking past and her response was"it looks like they couldn't get the blender all the way down to the bottom of the cup". I told her this happens often and she turned and went inside. I waited without eating anymore of it thinking maybe she was going to send a manager out but nope! I sat there for 15 more minutes and still no one! For $5.94 it should be made properly! It's really sad that in a small town we the customers have to get subpar service and food! You can see in the pic the line where I stopped eating due to only soft serve in the bottom.
