Excellent service! New GM has really turned this location into a plus. New staff with better attitudes willing to serve and get the job done. My wait time was longer than expected, but considering the chicken is made fresh, no heat lamp, I'm still pleased overall. I will return, very pleased.
It was hot and fresh when I picked up for my lunch and they lady that handed me the bag was nice.
I wanted to give a big shout out to Amaya for being so professional, respectful and make sure my order was correct. She definitely went the extra mile.
This is actually my second time having Wingstop as an adult but I do have to say I had the chicken meal with honey hot rub with fries a drink and ranch dressing and when I say that sandwich was delicious the sandwich was big and juicy the hot honey rub was delectable and I do have to say it was better than Chick-fil-A 10 out of 10 the food was nice and hot
I was happily greeted when I walked in. Haley helped me out placing my order. She was very sweet, patient and kind. She was also honest about my waiting time. I will come back soon.
Hailey and her team really outdid themselves! Our DoorDash order was wrong and they were really nice and corrected their mistake. They really came through and saved the rest of the night. They did it with a smile and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. They did this at 12:40am, 20 minutes before closing time!
Very nice place and in a good location within Market Place. First time here ordering the garlic parmesan boneless wings with fries. Not crowded at the time. Was explained to me of all they had on menu. A bonus to me was when they let me try the sauces for me to choose from. Very nice and friendly staff. Very nice and clean atmosphere. Thanks guys, I will be back again. Wait time less than 6 minutes. Fantastic
I like this location better than the others in Bell County. They put the right amount of seasoning on the wings instead of saturating them. They cook the wings well done when requested. The staff is friendly, personable and it’s mostly clean. I wish the soda was more carbonated. The service could be faster. They regularly forget the extra veggie sticks we always pay for so it’s best to check your bag before leaving. The wings are the reason we keep patronizing.
Staff was nice and friendly. Lots of dirty tables though. Someone did come out and start cleaning up and wiping tables. Also restocked stuff because there were no straws when we got our drinks. BBQ was too spicy for my kid so he didn’t really eat. Food was good. Just wished the bone in wings were more consistent in size. They were either jumbo or tiny as seen in pic.
Thoroughly disappointed. Made a walk in order, 10pc classic combo, all flats, lemon pepper. The wings are fresh and hot but BARELY have lemon pepper seasoning and absolutely no butter sauce. To add insult to injury, the listed phone number is invalid or just gives a busy tone! Lunch break ruined!
Worst service I have ever experienced with a fast food restaurant!! Trying to get a manager on the phone is impossible Iv been hung up on three times and now no one is answering. Food was extremely cold and the girl up front was extremely rude! Waited 45 mins for this nasty food that I spent $60 on and is ice cold with no sauce on it!
Avoid at all costs. I ordered online, never received my order, asked for a refund. They said manager will call you. Manager calls later, apologins, asks for order number which I provide. It's been over a week, no refund. If you order online and leave without food, you just donated money to them. They have no tenders or boneless wings, so I thought surely I could at least get my 16$ back. How foolish I was. The manager was nice and apologetic, but what good is that when i can't even get a refund or food? It's not worth it man. Zaxbys. Pizza hut. Buffalo wild wings. Just anywhere but here. If you actually recieve food for your money, youre having a better experience already.
This wingstop is straight up terrible. The staff including the Manager Val is rude and doesn't care to speak to customers. I have had missing items, wrong orders, and just awful customer service interactions. I called tonight to find out if they are not receiving the full orders. I was told "we put whatever is on the screen in the bag." When I called that out as not being the case for the last three months the response was "heard". I have already spoken to the District manager Andre in the past. This lack of professionalism and accountability needs to be studied.
I came here 02/23/26 and the food,service and cleanliness was terrible. Firstly I ordered ahead of time hoping I could skip the 45 minute wait I usually have. However once I received my food it was cold. So I asked for a remake hoping to satisfy my hunger AFTER A 45 minute wait, again I received COLD FOOD. That was my last straw. So I asked for a refund which took the whole staff and a call to whom I am going to assume is the GM. That lasted another 30 minutes of me waiting for a refund. While waiting I noticed ranch sitting outside the fridge which is the incorrect way to handle ranch; I know this because I work at wing stop for 2 years. As we continue to stand there I also see a working eating in the back(over a preparation table while smiling at us because we were irritated about our food) and multiple workers dropping/preparing food with their bare hands and never stopped to wash hands( mind you these people were cashing out people as well as THERE CASHIERS WHO WEAR SPECIFIC SHIRTS WERE MAKING FOOD). I was completely disgusted and honestly relieved I didn’t get the chance to even the food. So my “refund” was finally processed and I received half of what I paid so I spoke up and the woman who had a black do-rag over her head was very disrespectful and couldn’t count, which is required to be a manager? So I’m confused on how this is even possible. So at this point I’m constantly showing her my phone and the exact amount that came out. And she finally decides she believes me I guess. And tosses my money to me. This place is run down along with all the works. (Also multiple of them where just hired so maybe they just need some proper training) THE GM ON THE PHONE WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED HOWEVER DIDNT CARE ENOUGH TO FIX THE SITUATION BECAUE SHE WAS “off the clock” no one knew who made my order or took my order. Also let me note there are hanging wires and a water hoses just slung on the floor completely unsafe working conditions.. the fryer was dirty and the sauce wasn’t placed on a high enough shelf which QSC wouldn’t take that. oh and I was refunded cash and I paid card. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
HORRIBLE WINGSTOP I hope they get shut down. They serve cold food and service is TERRIBLE. This place gives desperate even the workers. As someone who loves Wingstop I wouldn’t miss this place at all. Hopefully corporate gets into the mess of this place. Everyone should be fired and trained properly even the mangers are slow..
This is the second time they mess my order up. It’s seems like they have no brain cells in that kitchen. They always take forever and today they gave me the wrong wings and no ranch like if you’re gonna mess the order up at least give me some ranch
Their workers are way overworked because their system is terrible. No plan of execution, no strategy at all. Wait times exceed 160 minutes on orders. It's crazy bad and it's all of them. They need to figure out how to get orders out on time.
Worst Wingstop I’ve ever had. Chicken sandwich bun tasted 2 weeks old and was very stale. The tenders were gross and tasted air fried. Have had this location before and was decent at one point but absolutely inedible this time. Go anywhere else for wings
I go to this wingstop a lot but today when I arrived I was not greeted at the door by any of the employees I walked up to the counter to receive my order but the employees were too busy talking and standing around to knowledge that I was there when the lady walked up I told her I was picking up a order and she had some attitude in her voice that I did not appreciate and when I opened up my bags to make sure everything was correct I ordered a large ranch but I received only 3 little cups of ranch and I did not receive my veggie sticks and my tenders the lemon pepper looked like it hadn’t been in any sauce and my garlic parm barley had any garlic on them including my boneless it all looked overcooked I’m highly disappointed they need to hire new staff that actually want to work and not stand around and talk so better
I just left the restaurant. It is 7:40 pm Sunday November, 23. Number one the were like twelve customers waiting when in the restaurant. As the employees are calling the orders, I got to the counter. I got to the counter, and none of the employees got the generosity to asked if I needed any help or if I was going to order. I found out from another customer that the waiting time was two hours, and that if I was going to eat to place the order online. Then I left. This is terrible
10/16/25 The food was not worth the wait maybe because the workers here are focused on gossipping and smoking weed. And for the flamboyant male worker in the kitchen cursing out a manager(?) over the phone- that is very unprofessional. I have worked in law enforcement for 27 years now so I know a few things. One of them being the smell of marijuana. The odor was so strong , I had to walk outside to get fresh air.
The worst wing stop location, if you want wings go to pizza, wings, and things! I have been in the hospital. I expected to eat something good. It wasn’t even edible. Whole thing went in the trash. Not to mention they forgot my fries.
Today is 7/30/2025 I called in an order the 3 piece tender combo they said 15 minutes I left the hospital. They was still making the order when I got there I waited 25-30 minutes before I got my order and the fries was cold. I called up to the store because I had already pulled up at the hospital the girl on the phone said it probably got cold while they was waiting on the chicken (that wasn’t hot either) she said she was going to get the manager so I could speak to him. When the manager got on the phone he said he couldn’t talk.. if he was going to do that he shouldn’t have even came to the phone. He didn’t take my complaint problem was not resolved to me it was rude to even come to the phone he could’ve told her to relay that message.
This place sucks. I haven’t been here in 8 months because the last time the sorry excuse for a manager kept telling me she didn’t believe me that my order was wrong. Then how do $40 worth of wings out of a $80 order disappear when I grab the bag ?? Then I contact corporate to get my refund and never get a response. Tried to give them another shot today and again been waiting over 30 minutes for food that was supposed to be done already. Close this place down because it doesn’t matter how far in advance you order food it’s never gonna be ready when you show up
I get wingstop one time for the duration of my son’s yearly hospital stays. We have been here two weeks and I really just wanted some good food. I ordered 20 wings so that I can eat some now and some tomorrow. Half of my wings were mostly hard breading, and then there was some weird plastic piece in my side of flavor dip. Disappointed for sure.
My original order was placed at 5:38pm & was told it would be ready by 7pm. Called again around 6:55pm to make sure order was ready. Lady on phone stated they needed until 7:20pm instead. Got to restaurant around 7:35pm and gentleman at counter couldn’t find order. After a few minutes, was told order has been sitting there & hadn’t even been started. That I would have to wait another 20minutes for food. Asked to speak with manager, manager didn’t care to speak with me nor offer a discount for food that took more than 2 1/2hrs to make. Not even an apology.
I placed an online order and was given a time of 33-38 minutes. I arrived approximately 35 mins after order was placed and gave my name and was told it would be ready shortly. After 1 hr I asked again and was told they were getting orders out as quickly as possible. After 1 hr and 40 mins I showed my order number and was told they couldn’t even find my order, then after going to the back was told it would be ready soon. 1 hr and 50 minutes after order I received a warm incomplete order after 2 hours I received my order that was not hot and a bunch of excuses as to why it was not their fault. I spoke to both managers received no resolution to the issues presented. When we finally got home with $50 worth of soggy barely warm food there was a chicken bone stuck to one of the boneless wings. I will not be returning to the Temple TX location anytime soon.
The whole staff needs to be fired, including the manager (white woman with braids) . I placed an order online although my order stated it was complete. I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes just to get old cold fries and plain wings sprinkle with Parmesan they were supposed to be the flavor invasion. The blue cheese was super watery and the side of atomic sauce was half full. Also water I spent an hour trying to call the store all I got was someone answering and hanging up. SHAME ON YALL...
General Manager was extremely unprofessional and cursing at a customer over the phone. I have been inside this location a few times and every time I go in the GM is on the phone having a screaming match with a customer. Tonight was by far the worst experience I have ever had and will not be returning. The entire order was incorrect except for the fries. Every single wing flavor was incorrect, I received an assortment of Buffalo, Parmesan, and Plain Wings. I ordered Crunch Time, Hot Honey Rub, Cajun, and Hickory Smoked BBQ Wings. I’m not one to complain but this location in Temple, Texas needs a serious fix. I would have called myself but I did not want to have to endure being attacked by the GM. Hopefully this reaches somewhere for the sake of all WingStop’s future customers.
