Thank you Phillip for the great customer service. We got two delicious sandwiches, Jalapeño chips and drinks. It was delicious plus we got to try the pudding, it was really good. Great new place. How much is a franchise?

Service and atmosphere were the absolute best. Philly and Jordan were super helpful. Philly went above and beyond for some newcomers. Was super polite and the food was AMAZING

We loved everything about the bread zeppelin! The menu has great options and you can even ask to customize from there. The bread was perfectly crispy and still a little warm when they handed them to us! I would honestly eat here everyday if it was closer.

I live so close to this place and enjoy it so much it has become a bad habit (but it’s salad so I feel better about it lol). I try to get something new every time I go, and every time I go it’s amazing. Whoever thought about putting a salad (a great quality salad) in bread is a genius. Getting of my soap box, love this place and will continue to go here.

This restaurant is new to me and I love it. Service is fast. Super helpful with the menu. The manager (I'm assuming the manager) seems like a really nice guy. Definitely seems like he cares about his employees and is so helpful to his customers. He looked up another location that would be closer to me. Super nice dude. I highly recommend this restaurant and location. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Bread Zeppelin has a fun and creative concept—fresh, chopped salads wrapped in warm, crusty bread. The flavors are well-balanced, ingredients taste fresh, and the bread adds a satisfying touch without feeling too heavy. Portions are filling and easy to eat on the go. It’s a great option when you want something healthier but still crave bread. Definitely a unique and enjoyable experience.

When someone tells you salad in a baguette, it seems kind of silly. We dont have one where I live so decided to give it a try. Went online to check out the menu. All the pictures looked good. I liked the standards but then you can customize. I went with the Lonestar and changed the lettuce and added chicken and some veggies. Went with the avocado ranch dressing. Added housemade croutons (they are a little spicy). It was very good and I was surprised. The bread was fresh, crispy and a tad flaky. It was thin enough that there were no leaks of dressing or stuffings. You could easily take a bite without having to tear it apart. All the ingredients tasted fresh from the garden. Im really picky about lettuce and tgis did not disappoint. Can't wait to go back.

Visiting Dallas from a land without Bread Zeppelin so thought we would give it a try. Showed up with 8 people and the team greeted us warmly and explained the concept. Amazing salads on their own or as a “zeppelin”, salad inside a delicious crispy bread roll. I had the Pink Lady and when I was asked by the team how I wanted it, I entrusted them to guide me, which they happily did. The end result was so perfectly good! I will visit again as soon as possible. The manager Mario and his team are excellent, deliver fast, friendly service, and would be happy to serve you as well! Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Seriously love this place. It's basically salad stuffed in hollowed out bread, but it's so good. The make sure the salad is chopped and mixed up really well.

The food at Bread Zeppelin is unique and tasty. It is a casual dining experience where you go inside, order what you want (a salad or a "zeppelin"), pay, and then either eating your food at tables or taking it to go. They have salads build-your-own (pick a salad base of iceberg, romaine, or Arcadian mix, spinach, or kale) with 6 ingredient choices (including red onions, kalamata olives, cheeses, beets, apples, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, carrots, black beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, artichokes, chicken, steak, and others), and then add salad dressing. The unique zeppelin is a salad (pick-your-own with salad base and 4 ingredients) in a delicious hollowed-out artesian baguette with salad dressing. Both the salad bowls and zeppelins are very tasty. They also have suggested bowls or zeppelins (such as Hawaiian, Pacific, Washington State, southwestern, etc.). The employees are friendly and the restaurant is clean. We also got bread pudding and extra baguettes.

The bread Zeppelin is fun and a very tasty way to have a salad with bread. The bread is light and delicious. I had the Nola without onions that was a great choice.

Delicious salads The team seemed pretty helpful to us newbies. One "non-positive", I was not very impressed with the bread pudding, I like my bread pudding warm and this came straight from the fridge...but the fresh bread was awesome...just wish they had a little butter for it. We will be back.

The food was great. Just was weird with the hot bread and the cold salad. Definitely recommend just getting it all as salads with bread on the side.

This is a simple, but well executed concept I’d recommend everyone try at least once. As fast casuals go - this is on the healthy side of the spectrum! Can think of this as a sub and salad type of place. Salads self explanatory but the Zepplins are the subs. They core out a baked baguette and stuff it with your customized salad of choice. Eating here won’t leave you feeling guilty. But on the other end, prices are elevated and I’ve never walked out feeling like I got a good deal. A zeppelin, chips, and a topo Chico will set you back about $19. But there’s a price to eat cleaner. We all sort of get that. Solid place/concept for a meal that should be right in anyone’s rotation.

I ordered the southwest salad bowl with the lime ranch dressing. It was very good and tasty. For the price I think the portion could be more generous. It was nice that I could get the bread centers (that are leftover from hollowing out the baguettes to make the zeppelins)complementary which I brought home and dipped in oil and spices. And I ate this along with the salad. Yummy. I was wanting something light, but somewhat filling, and this fit the bill. Next time I go, I’m going to custom make a salad because they have a lot of nice looking ingredients that are not included on the specialty salads.

We've been here twice now. First off I'll say that a good sub sandwich is one of my favorite foods. I try new ones every time i get a chance. The riegning champ of sub sandwiches anywhere (and i work everywhere in North, central and South America) in the world is right here in the DFW; Dino's subs in Arlington followed closely by La Lucha Sangucheria Criolla in Mira Flores Peru. First off, I'm torn whether to admit this place is 99% of what Dino's is because their sandwiches are just that good. I'm torn because their prices are just insane for what you get. These guys basically make you a salad in a bowl with very good ingredients and with lots of salad dressing choices. Then, you can either eat it as a salad or (since I'm comparing this to other sandwich shops) get it as a sub sandwich. To make the sandwich, they take a toasted French sub roll, rip out the insides to make it hollow and stuff your previously made salad inside. It's amazing how much they can actually stuff in there. The first time i went, there was salad left over and i asked if they could just put the remainders in a bowl for me and they rudely said, sorry we can't and threw it in the trash. I was PO'ed and swore I'd never come back. We'll when i ate the sandwich it was so dang good i reluctantly returned a few months later because i was craving a good sub. The other problem here is for their regular price, they only allow you to add 4 ingredients. After that they charge almost a dollar for each additional and IT ADDS UP QUICK. Last night my brother and i literally paid around $34 for two subs. At least this time, the guy making my sandwich politely asked, "would you like the left overs from your sandwich in a bowl?" I was happy to see that they'd remedied that issue at least. As a side note, apparently all the bread that is gutted from inside the sub roll is either made into bread pudding or made into croutons for salads. I bought some of the bread pudding because the family loves it.. none of us liked the bread pudding here; it was tossed in the trash. In summary, these subs are literally one of the best subs I've eaten from South America to Canada but unfortunately also hold the title for most expensive. I don't know what their overhead costs are but if they could find a way to lower their costs and their end price to customers, I'd easily rate this place in the top three. Thier prices however bump it down the list a ways. My wife and brothers swear they'll never eat there again despite agreeing how good the sandwiches were. Me, while i won't eat there often, I'll definitely return occasionally when i just have to have a good sub. I fear that's what allot of customers will do and that's not a good recipe for long term success and I'd hate to see this place go out of business. Sub sandwiches 10/10 Cleanliness 10/10 Customer service/friendliness 8/10 Price 4/10 Bread pudding 4/10 If you don't mind the price, i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. If you're price conscious probably not so much.

If you love unique salads then this is the place for you. They offer a variety of salads either in a bowl or stuffed inside a bread loaf. The bread loaf aka Zeppelin is amazing. You enjoy every bite with soft bread and also delightful taste of salad dressing and various ingredients. They basically charge above 12.00 per person on average but the cost is well worth the quality of food you enjoy. They even give you leftovers from stuffing your Zeppelin into a small bowl to take with you. Great for dates, business meetings or eating solo. Very nice quiet atmosphere also to enjoy your meal. DEFINITELY GOING BACK VERY SOON. ENJOY!

I have personally been to Bread Zeppelin three times. I have made two online to-go orders and had one dine in experience. My husband has made a few to-go orders in person and online. Overall, it is a nice restaurant that makes your food down an assembly line and you are able to sit and enjoy pretty quickly. They have a minimalist approach to their seating... meaning they lack cushions and are basic, but they get the job done for a quick lunch or dinner. Sadly, I will not be patronizing this location for a while until they change their food handling processes. About 4 bites into my salad this evening, I found a long black or dark brown hair and had to throw it away because I was repulsed at what else I might find. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. My husband about a month ago bought a Zeppelin for him and a salad for me. The same thing happened, and I found hair in my salad. I'm so disappointed. As a person with dietary restrictions, it's hard to find places I can eat great tasting items from and not get sick. Either hair nets or some other practice needs to be put into place to keep hair and who knows what else from entering into the food and/or preparation space, before I return.

Food and service are always amazing, but it’s a bit pricey. I spent around $40 to get 2 zeppelins and a drink for my girlfriend and I. Then when I went grocery shopping this week, I spend $46 on everything I needed to make zeppelins at home. I was able to make 8 from that $46. Would love to support local businesses but at that rate I’ll go broke. Great food, if you can afford it.

Neat concept. Food was good but customer service was lacking. It's a new concept (salad in hollowed out bread). Yet, as a first timer nothing was really explained. We had to ask several clarifying questions and the teens behind the counter didn't care about much. We had to ask for the kids meal after about 10 minutes. And we had to ask for cups after we ordered drinks. Could be better. Probably will never dine in again.

The place is OK but it's not worth the visit, there's nothing impressive about the salad, the presentation is like Subway or Chipotle, I would rather go to a pot belly and eat something more fulfilling, especially when you pay $15 for a lettuce ball with some chicken and chickpeas.

Ordered a zeppelin without certain ingredients due to an allergy. It was clear that it was more than a cross-contamination issue as there were several pieces of walnuts in my zeppelin. Thankfully, I remove the contents and refill it before eating because of my allergies. I would suggest anyone with dietary restrictions do the same. Food is otherwise good, just be careful it doesn’t kill you.

I ordered a kids bowl for my child and the whole bowl was 98% lettuce with maybe three pieces of chicken and other toppings. The ratio for a kids bowl is ridiculous. Gave me the wrong chips, I ordered salt and vinegar chips and got regular flavor.
