I stopped by this McDonald’s for some 🍟 French fríes and a Soda 🥤, through the drive thru, the cashier Dulce was very nice. The 🍟 French fries were hot and crispy, the soda cold and refreshing as it has been very hot this days. It was not as busy as it’s a new location. They don’t have a playground for kids that’s what is missing . Other than that I give them a 👍
Not sure why this mcd spot is rated so low. 🤔 Food came out fast. This location is clean. I could totally see myself coming back to eat and study or just read here. The vibes of this place was comfy and modern and peaceful. Some people were already here and working or doing something on their laptops. Seats are cushioned and comfy. I’d come back.

This McDonald’s was faster than I’m used to. They got our order correct and Karissa was awesome and made sure I had the Creamy Chili sauce I needed for my nuggets.

One of the best McDonald’s visited in the recent past. We had a truck load of food (fish-o-fillet), beverages, fries & sides. Food came in hot and the ambience made it taste even better. Keep up the cleanliness and smile towards your customers, this perhaps is the best part of serving food.
I order from this McDonald's all the time. And today, I did a pickup order for a burger. This is what I received...no meat. Overall, it's McDonald's, so I don't expect much but still.
Second either new or remodeled McDonald's I've been to recently with no drink station in the dining room. And good luck getting anyone's attention to get a refill. Food was okay, but the spicy chicken definitely wasn't freshly made. I don't know who at McDonald's is making the decision to remove drink stations from the dining room and making it far less convenient for the customers but I hope that person is terminated and never allowed to make decisions about a restaurant again. And McDonald's wonders why their sales are flat or dropping. Because they do stupid stuff like this.
I have had one of the most consistently frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s, and I will not be returning. Nearly every time I visit, they manage to mess up my burger order. I try to be patient, thinking it might just be an occasional mistake, but it has happened so often that it’s hard to call it bad luck anymore — it’s simply poor service. On my most recent visit, things went from bad to worse. After receiving the wrong burger yet again, I had to wait over 10 minutes for them to remake it. By the time I finally got my corrected order, the fries I had paid for were already cold and unappetizing. Instead of offering a proper apology or a fresh batch of fries, they simply replaced the burger and sent me on my way. Fast food should be quick, accurate, and served hot — that’s the bare minimum. Unfortunately, this location fails on all three counts. Between the repeated mistakes, the lack of urgency in fixing them, and the complete disregard for customer satisfaction, I can confidently say this is one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. I will never come back to this store, and I strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.

I buy ice here all the time, but the young female manager says they can only fill halfway, and refuses to provide 8lb bags of ice. She is the only staff member that behaves this way, and has this "half-bag" policy. The other managers and staff will ensure the bag is filled, and if it is not, they will actually add more to it without us asking them too. When the younger one is there, quality goes down quite a bit, especially when it comes to customer service. For example, the food can't even be wrapped properly. I've had my sandwich completely fall out of the wrapper in my bag, and my fries were put in upside down before. She is extremely rude to all customers, regardless of if they have an issue or not. She also cannot run the young crew as they should be working either.

But when I arrived at the N. Josey location around 10:40 AM, the staff told me they don’t serve breakfast after 10:30 AM. Then why did the app accept my order and payment? Either they accept the order, prepare the food, and keep it ready regardless of when the customer arrives during store hours, or they should decline the order and not charge the customer at order time. This store failed to do either. Total lack of coordination, zero accountability, and a very frustrating customer experience. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

The food here is always terrible. They serve egg McMuffins with burnt bread, sometimes without Canadian bacon, etc. it’s obvious the people there don’t care. The manager always seems like she’s flustered. Just bad.

Pick up order using app. Very quick, except no syrup in bag for my pancakes. Slow down and make sure the most important part is in the bag…
Worst experience I ever had: no one greeted us when we came in; when we were ready to order, no one was at the counter; we called out for help, and the only person we saw kept talking with someone in the back. In the end, we just ordered our food through the kiosk and left
Extremely slow. Incorrect orders. You'd think if you sat in the drive through for almost 15 mins, at least your order would be right. Its not good. Just avoid it.
This location is beyond frustrating. Headquarters doesn’t seem to care about it at all. constantly short-staffed, orders arrive missing items, and it feels like a waste of prime business space.

Came for a quick bite to eat...got their $5 Value McChicken sandwhich combo. The Fries were literly room temperature, nuggets tasted as if they were held way to long in their holding unit and McChicken tasted like rubber..horrible experience at this location. Never coming back. Also, they upcharge if you select sweet tea instead of a soda...seriously Mcd's????
I could’ve sworn I left 2 negative reviews already but I can’t find it so I’m leaving a new one. This is the worse McDonald’s I’ve been to in my life. I keep giving it a chance because my job is across the street but it keeps getting worse. The lady can’t work the drive thru at all!!! She asked if I was ready I said yes and then silence. So I proceeded and said I have a code and gave her the code. Then I said hello can you hear me? She said yes I can hear you, how can I help you? Then I gave her the code again!!!! then heard her cleaning. I heard dishes. It’s 1:45pm she needs to focus on the lunch rush! Idk her name but she is horrible every time! I said did you hear me and she said what can I get you? Then I gave her the code again and she repeated it wrong!! Then finally took my order but put it under something else but since it was the exact pay I didn’t say anything. I just had to tell the front window what I actually ordered!!! So she has done this 3x that I’ve been here before and I have to repeat myself multiple of times! Twice she got my order wrong and the third time I got FOOD POISONING from them warming up mayo. And honestly it’s not just her! The place is a mess. One lady forgot my nuggets and when she gave it back she didn’t apologize or anything. Instead she shoved it at me and closed the window! I WISH I was making this stuff up! I go 5 ish mins out my way to go to a different location but sometimes I’m busy at work and can’t go far. But idc I rather starve then come to this location again. They need to SHUT DOWN!
Worst service I’ve had at any fast food place. The woman taking my order was rude, talked over me when I tried to correct her adding an extra drink, and rushed me to the window even though there was literally no line. Then I paid $3 for a drink that was basically a cup of ice and not even filled all the way. Absolute joke. This location clearly doesn’t care about customers, and the terrible reviews make sense. Never coming back. Do yourself a favor and go to the location off 121 , way better service and they actually fill your drinks.

I ordered a McChicken and they gave me a spicy McChicken. I almost ended up in the hospital because I'm allergic to peppers. Please pay more attention to your orders and don't chat in the kitchen; it leads to inattention and these mistakes.
Coke slush tasted aweful and asked for another flavor. The store manager quickly replace it but she was not polite. Ordered medium fries but they gave us a small size portion and didn’t even include ketchups. The fries were soggy. I wouldn’t come back to this place.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, it is out of something. No coffee available at 10 pm. Sometimes workers don’t answer the drive thru at 10 pm, all the lights are turned off inside, the night crew does not want to work or help people. You might as well close this location down after 8 pm.
The employees are EXTREMELY RUDE and refuse to serve or communicate to anyone after 10:30pm. I submitted my order through the McDonalds app at 10:30pm and was trying to get a response from their drive thru but they won't even respond to anyone despite the lights being on. My roommates have also complained about the same issues with this location
This is a brand new location, I am not sure why every time I go there is something old, uncooked. It’s a convenient and great location but today’s incident I can no longer just take it. I have to leave a review. I ordered burgers and three cookies my cookies taste like pure rubbing alcohol as if they clean the band with alcohol and bake the cookies and then served it to me. It says it’s 24 hours but it’s not open 24 hours Any and every time I try to call this location to let them know about an error they’ve made it just rings and rings. I’ll call three or four times in a row and it never is picked up. I’m so disappointed, bc we all know McDonald’s is a staple! But this location will be shut down if the food doesn’t match the brand’s reputation. Like really? Every time?
