Yo soy chef y la verdad desde la primera vez que fui ..... Me encantó el lugar el servicio el sazón y más aún que te atienden personalmente desde el gerente hasta el mesero y la cocina.... Les recomiendo este lugar demasiado... Y esooo que soy muy mamón y delicado con eso de ser chef ... En hora buena este tipo de negocios en Tulum..... Gracias papi chulo sin duda sigo yendo mínimo 2 veces a la semana hasta la fecha super deliiiii

Es un lugar muy agusto, la comida está muy rica, pedimos quesibirrias, tacos de arrachera, gringas, papás a la francesa y todo está riquísimo, bien servido, limpio y el personal muy agradable

Vinimos desde Madrid y tanto Billy como Patricio atienden perfecto. La comida, los cócteles y las hookas mejores de Tulum! Gracias ♥️

Great service by all 3 servers there. Definitely get the pizzabirria. It was insanely good, and for the price you cannot beat it. The tacos are also a very fair price for Tulum. Best prices I've seen from a restaurant on the main strip. Pet Mr. Paco. Hes the nicest little man in tulum. I love getting to eat dinner with my wife and a friendly pup. My #1 recommendation for anyone visiting Tulum.

Really liked this place. They got an indoor pool inside which is pretty refreshing after some walking around el centro de Tulum. Food and service were great. Thank you Ricardo for the awesome pictures. Definitely will be back next time we are in Tulum.

Definitely a good option to have if you want good tacos at a normal price point in Tulum and also if you want some change from the super overprice restaurants in Tulum. Great atmosphere with some amazing guacamole, tacos and some amazing margaritas. I think this place is a must see in Tulum.

Subpar. Came here due to good reviews, but the tacos and burrito are alright at best. 20% automatic tip is a no-go in my opinion - tips are a way of showing appreciation of good services, this way it's just a hidden price change.

Propina obligatoria. Te incluyen la propina en el total de tu consumo sin preguntarte si deseas darla. Una actitud poco ética tomando en cuenta que en ningún establecimiento deben de hacer ese tipo de prácticas.

Los platillos y las bebidas son extremadamente caros, te obligan a pagar la propina y se tardan en dar cambio para no entregarlo

Fui a cenar ayer a este lugar y lo único que gané fue una gastroenteritis aguda, de verdad que pésima experiencia, deberían tener mucho cuidado con la higiene en sus alimentos y ya de paso, ponerle aunque sea una pizca de sazón, las quesabirrias están pésimas y según era lo mejor del lugar, no quiero ni imaginar como está el resto. Ni que decir de las veces que le pedimos al que atendía que le bajaran un poco al volumen de la música de banda que tenían puesta (éramos la única mesa ocupada por lo cual no afectábamos a nadie) y solo le bajaban un minuto y le volvían a subir, y para cerrar con broche de oro, había un señor que parecía que estaba borracho o drogado que “trabaja” en el lugar, acercándose a nuestra mesa a incomodar, todo mal.

25% de propina incluida? Cómo porque? Lo vale tanto la comida tanto como la propina?

Beware, they will overcharge you on the bill and add extra things you didn't order. And automatically add a big gratuity. Make sure you double check the bill before you pay. Scam moves!

Scammy. Food was average at best. They tried to ad 25% tip (listed as propina) on top of my bill, then asked for another tip on payment (common scam). Also offered to accept in U.S. dollars at 200% exchange - looks like my CC did process in pesos. Avoid. Good reviews are fake. Another Tulum repellent. It’s a shame how bad this place has become.

Fairly good quality food, but a real problem with the price and service! Our meals didn't arrive at the same time. So we ate at a later time so we could have a hot meal... only to be charged a service charge of nearly 20%, which we refused to pay because it was clearly illegal!! A tourist, certainly, but nonetheless informative... If you want to charge prices close to those in the United States, at least offer the same quality of service... Clearly, we won't be returning and won't recommend this restaurant, which nevertheless serves fairly good quality food Moreover, even if the tourist does not pay 20% of propina but 15%, a goodbye and a thank you are a minimum...

Better avoid this place. The waiter tried to scam us. We ordered food and beer worth 1,050 MXN, but he wanted to charge us 2,540 MXN! He couldn’t and didn’t want to explain it, pretending he had to serve other customers. It’s better to avoid trouble and choose another place.
