Food didnt tasted as good as it should. Ordered sausage breakfast sandwich and French toast sticks, both of them had a strong hamburgery taste. Even the French toast sticks tasted more like a hamburger than French toast.

🤦‍♀️😡😕 We came for family day to try the how to train your dragon meal. Not impressed. It was a culturally nightmare. The fry cook messed up the burger. Drowning it in mayonnaise 🤦‍♀️ When we went to ask about BBQ sauce. Everyone just looked at me and walked by. I even said hello and got zero assistance. So I walked away, then the chicken nuggets. We got a kids chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were burnt. 😡 They replaced the burnt nuggets with a cheese burger. What happened 😕 we are so disappointed in you, Burger King. You are now the Burger bum.

Literally everytime I order from here it’s wrong ! There definitely needs to be a change either with management or their cooks ! 🤬

Went there to dine in with my kids and over heard commotion coming from the kitchen. It was a male cook who was yelling out homophobic slurs to a female cook. The manager was there, a witness to it all and didn't say anything to the male cook. Instead she got upset with the female cook for defending herself. I will be taking my complaint to someone higher. This is complete bs.

Drove 5 miles to get food, at 12-1 am. I chose Bk bc its the 1st restaurant that was open at the time, i drive up to the drive thru sat there for at least a minute, i had to call out hello, twice sat there another 30 seconds contemplating if i should just go to whataburger.. finally they answer, i order, pay they ask me to pull up sit for like 5 minutes (felt like) chicken sandwich feels warm eh ok i check the fries, nope they are old and cold so I reverse to the window after tapping a few times finally the person working comes to window i ask if i can have fresh fries 🍟 she says sure it will be 10 minites.. 10 MINUTES for fries.. excuse me!! For fries.. wow 🤯 and yes 8 minutes later I have fresh fries with a cold sandwich. Thank you BK

No Pleasant Faces here!! Young Lady that took our order got most of it wrong. W/ 2 orders being identical & the next being "JUST cut the onions" Burgers were mushy & had too much mayo & mustard. NOW, The biggest issue was that it took 29 minutes to get our # called. We didn't get cups when we ordered, plus we ONLY got cups when we went to get our food.( had to request them) I expect this place to "fold" B4 Easter With WAY too many other Burger Places in this community, I will not be coming back!!!

Burgers and fries were cold. Not sure what is happening or why we got served cold food. Beef patty and Fries tasted old, like they had set there for a while before serving. We waited for 20 or more minutes or more thru drive thru yet food was cold

My Husband Whopper was cold We always order a special burger that way I know it comes out fresh we only ordered mayo, lettuce, and pickles and I ordered the original chicken sandwich with mayo, lettuce, mustard, and onions. The male on my sandwich was old like they had that burger sitting there for a bit, and they added the ingredients and it was cold and the bread. The bottom bun was hard and I called him and I called him and I called him and no one answered, and I didn’t even get a receipt. Did not give me a receipt. Proof of my purchase the only thing I have is the order receipt that came tagged on the bag and I asked My Husband how’s your whopper? He’s like it’s cold. The food was cold. I live down the street a block away so there’s no reason for our food to be cold.

I ordered through the app, showed up and sat the front counter for 5 minutes while the workers ignored me. Then a worker finally starts talking to me. I tell her that I have an app order and to talk to the person behind her putting drive through orders together. I wait and finally get that person's attention. They tell me to get back in line and tell the person at the front counter again. I wait in line again get to the front and she then takes my app order code and asks the back to START MAKING MY ORDER. I have to wait another 5 minutes to get my food. I don't understand what the point of ordering ahead through the app was. To top it all off, I get home and they messed up my order. Eat at literally anywhere else.

Service was HORRIBLE! after waiting for 30 min for our food we asked to talk to the manager what the hold up was. Mind you there was about 40 people dining in as well (not kidding) & no one was getting their food. Mgr said that they are working on getting the drive thru orders out of the way so the drive thru line is flying by while all their customers inside are just waiting. Several others started getting up & asking how much longer & some wanting their refunds which took the Mgr forever to tend to & wouldn't even acknowledge anyone. So poorly managed & lack of customer attentiveness.
