Ordered carside to go and my food was to be ready at 2:14, we get there at 2:17. Sat in the car waiting for 10 minutes and no one came out. I had to go inside to get my order and noticed my order had been sitting on the counter yet no one delivered it outside

I came from Houston to Visit family. Went with my dad on Friday to have dinner since I don’t get to see him often. Service was great in all but getting food poisoning and having to sleep all day and take medicine Saturday was not on my agenda. Not sure what it was but we ordered the wings and mozzarella sticks and for my main plate was Chicken Alfredo.

Do not: DO NOT order anything looking like Alfredo unless your stomach biome is worthy or are a hardened local. Smallest portions at any branch I’ve seen. The French onion soup is sweet like candied syrup. Corpo-American taste pallet from a microwave box. Fantastic staff however. They made the stop with it I guess.

I usually don’t write reviews unless I’ve given a place multiple chances, but after trying Applebee’s several times and sampling much of the menu, I feel it’s worth sharing. Unfortunately, the quality just doesn’t match the price. Steaks are never cooked as ordered (always medium-rare instead of well-done), the burger has no flavor, pasta is plain, and the mashed potatoes are just okay. It seems like the kitchen doesn’t pay attention to details, especially when it comes to cooking food to the temperature requested. For the price they charge, I’d expect better consistency and flavor. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Applebee’s if you’re looking for something good or special—it’s just not worth it.

My group and I had a very disappointing experience at Applebee’s today. We arrived at 12:10 for lunch, but our appetizers didn’t come out until 12:40 and our entrées didn’t arrive until 12:50. Since we had to be back at work by 1:00, we were left with just a few minutes to eat. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet smaller groups who came in after us were served and finished before we even got our meals. Very frustrating and not what we expected from a place known for being a convenient lunch option.

Don't go unless you want to be waiting a good while to order anything. Oh and re edit. Certain workers They take care of favorites more. While they take your order and could possibly forget what you even had ordered. No tip for sure. I usually tip decent too SMH. Idk about going back. Ima let alot of others know too not to go.

If this was my business, I would fire everyone in there or at least the current manager. Walked up with 14 tables empty (there might be 25 total) was told there was a 30 minute wait with 20 other people waiting in the lobby and outside….it’s Labor Day weekend and opening day of dove season tomorrow. What a total whiff on potential income…I hope whoever owns this place it’s either washing cash or writing off losses…cause you certainly missed on probably one of your more profitable weekends. People were walking out talking about how nasty the food was and how slow the service. See ya later… Get better!

I ordered the grilled salmon and swapped the broccoli for the bassil soup. Served soup at the same time with meal, "half cold"! Salmon was cold by the time I got to it. Waitress didn't come by to refill my tea. Ordered sweet tea and received watered down weak unsweet tea, had to ask for hot butter for my salmon and, or broccoli, Menu had my meal listed for $18.99, had nothing extra outside of meal and tea but was charged $30.49

If I could give zero stars, I would. Visited the Applebee’s/IHOP in Uvalde, TX, and this was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered the classic boneless buffalo wings and chicken quesadillas as appetizers, but they were brought out with our entrées. The wings were rock hard, completely dried out, with barely any sauce it honestly felt like they were double-fried and left sitting for hours. My wife had the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt totally flavorless. My son got the new Chicken Parmesan Fettuccine there was no sauce on the pasta, and the chicken was dry and disappointing. As for me, I had the Classic Broccoli Chicken Alfredo, and let me be real it was the worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life. Everything tasted like it came out of a microwave bland, rubbery, and just sad. On top of all that, the restaurant was filthy. Sticky floors, dirty tables, and no manager in sight to address anything. This place needs a serious overhaul. From the food to the cleanliness to the management it’s a complete mess. Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else.

It looks nice, but service is very much lacking. I came to pick up an order that was suppose to be done 10 minutes ago. I count 8 people in the kitchen, one person asked about my order 8 minutes ago, still nothing. I see the workers going by with their own plates. Still nothing. Update: The website in the response is not found.

Worst place ever! I wouldn’t ever give it a star! Service was horrible too!! Food does NOT look like the menu pictures ! The spinach dip was disgusting.🤮🤢. Two different types of chips! Took forever to get our food. Had to flag down another waitress to get one our entrees which was a salad🙄🤷🏻‍♀️. Appetizer came with our food! 🙄🤦🏻‍♀️!! Well we all agreed the water was good we had plenty of time to drink it 🤣. The waitress wasn’t around untill she wanted me to sign my check. She stood there till I finished. Never again!! And I know I could’ve taken pictures I would have.!!

Worst experience ever. Cheese dip was cold, margaritas were completely watered down. The only good thing was the server we had. She was the best!
