Stopped in for breakfast. I cant remember the last time I had McDonald's breakfast. I'm never awake in time lol. Their sausage mcmuffin w/egg was so good. I ate the whole thing AND the hash brown and I don't normally eat that much. Iwas super full after that
Leti helped me with my order today and not only did she great with a beautiful smile but amazing customer service as well. I hope y’all value this Employee as much as I do
Hands down the best mcdonalds I have ever visited. The food was excellent, fresh and well made. My order came out quickly even though the drive through was full of people. Extremely clean dining area and restrooms. The staff was very friendly. They were smiling and having a good time with each other. That's when I knew my food was going to be made with TLC. The plat area is big and great for kids. Especially kids that need to get out of their seats and stretch thier legs after a long vacation drive.
So yesterday morning they handled me the wrong order. When I got to work I gave them a call and spoke with the manager and she took care of it. Good customer service.
Food was good, however cheese on the biscuit was cold, sent it back and second one was the same way. Other than that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not many places do I feel that staff really care about my experience but it seems like they went above and beyond.
The tea at this location is no good! Their tea brewer needs to be cleaned or replaced. I ordered a half-cut tea through the drive-thru this morning around 8:45am, and it looked murky/dirty and weird. I brought up this concern to the window employee and her response was that's how the half-n-half tea comes out. N-O! I drink tea all day, every day! I know for a fact that tea doesn't normally look like this. Not sure if the problem is the brewer itself or the water feeding the brewer.
The food was up to corporate standards. They person delivering the food was very good. Staff were as good as anywhere (McDonald'sor fast food) I've observed. The restaurant other than the kitchen sucked. No self-service ice or soda. Bathroom has no paper towels just a poop spreading blow dryer. Also not too clean.
Why so much sauce? Literally ruined the whole burger all I taste is mustard.
Just went thru the drive thru and some small lady with a mustache was very rude. No customs or courtesies. What a trip. I’m know bad people in uvalde but I didn’t know they worked at mc Donald’s. Dude likes lady.
Food tastes very well But some orders may take breath taking of time to get your food and there service are okay. Just need a better upgrade on who they hire and have better services.
Misleading advertising, they don't tell you that there is no happy meal and they give you what they want
I am disgusted I had went the other day with my daughter, waiting for a happy meal and I see some girl drop my nuggets on the floor and instead of going to get me a new one she just puts it in the box I was trying to get a good look at her name tag and I think it’s Katelin she was a short little girl and when I asked her if I could get fresh nuggets, she rolled her eyes at me this is unacceptable
Employees are great but food is all greasy and sub-par
I went into the restroom last week and saw some girl named kat or kaite going into the restroom with an employee, I was with my daughter, and she saw me changing my daughter. She went into the stall Not caring and letting all the smoke out and it smelled disgusting like Marijuana. Very unprofessional, I will be bringing this up higher is nothing is done with this smoking.
Placed my order at 12:56. It’s now 1:20 and I’m still waiting on my order. There were zero numbers on the pick up sign and a huge door dash order and customer that got here after me got their food before we did. They checked on me once. The food was cold and the Powerade was watered down from the waiting. At this rate I could have made the order myself.
I waited 30 minutes for food then asked for a refund. No one behind the counter. All smiles No help, employees to busy working and management on their phone. Burger King or Taco Bell is a better choice.
Ice cream machine it’s always under cleaning Also be aware sauce it’s not free anymore you only get to choose one for your meal. Everything else gets charge and then they don’t even give it to you on your bag so be aware and ask for it Let me add more to the bad off this place now they don’t take orders at the counter you have to use the kiosk no staff available to take your order
Strike on the burger cooked ..had to return it back to the kitchen...very slow prep time ..long wait.🥺second attempt was perfect☺️
I ordered hot & spicy and they had these small patties, it was more bread than anything else, my soda tasted like alka seltzer, my fries were cold and so was the rest of my food. Extremely disappointed as I’m from out of town and there was no way to go back I was already on the way out of there thinking my family and would have a nice hot meal with great refreshments. Nope.
I didn't have the best experience. The chicken nuggets and fries 🍟 tasted not so good due to employees not changing out fryer oil.
