The sauce tasted like tomatoes instead of pizza sauce, so it was not too flavorful and cheese, and sauce wasn't too hot, so the cheese didn't really melt on it but the chicken was very tender and good....

There was no line, I Waited 15 minutes for a #11 and had a watered down lemonade. The tenders was oily and drenched in my fries. Dont expect to come back.

Went in at opening time. Employees could have had better attitudes. They seemed to have not been ready for customers. No teas were out yet. Multiple people complaining about wait times for food. I didnt even get sauce like i asked for in my bag. 1st time going and probably my last. Thumbs down experience.

The Mexican piped in music was much too loud. Also mashed potatoes didn’t have much gravy and they charged me $2 for more gravy. Pinche!

Apparently covid caused them to get worse than they already were. KFC used to have a fairly decent lunch for six bucks. My wife and I would come once in awhile. She got the pot pie and I got the extra crispy chicken breast came with a biscuit and a cookie. They've taken away the cookie and they took away the choice of a chicken breast. And the pot pie is about a third less in volume than it was before. The place is dirty the front door you can hardly open you've got to lay out at a 45° angle to leave the place it's so hard to open it. There's no reason to come here move on and eat somewhere that they want your business.

This place doesn’t even deserve ONE star!! My boyfriend called me as he walked out angry with the woman behind the counter. They had not one person in the dining room waiting and still waited 15 minutes for someone to take his order. It wasn’t until after calling out “HelloHellooo” a woman came to the front to tell him that she was the only one working and only doing drive thru orders. As to why a fast food would have only ONE person working is ridiculous to begin with!! And - She should have had the dining doors closed if drive thru was the only way to order. This lady was rude and unprofessional!! After reading some reviews - I’m wondering why new management hasn’t been hired! I’m gonna make sure all my social media hears about this place!

So I ordered what was available to me and then when order was being placed the young lady at the register seemed to be really irritated and was giving a whole lot of attitude and was extremely rude. Worst service I have ever had! Only leaving a star because you have to. Just sticking to good ole Church’s Chicken!
