I had never eaten there before. But my wings were cold & very chewy. I hand to bite down and pull to get the meat off of the little drumstick. My sister's order was brought to her 20 minutes after I got mine. And she said both her wings & fries were cold. The only thing I truly enjoyed was the atmosphere, the place was very clean & the staff was very friendly.

Pretty good wings but the fries are hardly ever fresh, mainly soggy. The worst part if that the workers genuinely do not want to be there and their attitude shows it. It a shame because everyone was looking forward to a wing stop here. I hope they turn things around.

The food was delicious the service too, the only think I didn’t like was that me and my family came to have a peaceful dinner, and the coworkers got out for their break ig and I have nothing against it, but they were a bit too loud to the point me and my family started screaming at each other because their conversation was too loud so our dinner went from peaceful to loud and a bit uncomfortable.

Stopped by with my team. Two of us didn’t get our food until after everyone else was finished. I inquired about my order; I was told mine would be up next. Seven orders were up before mine. They were busy, but they certainly need a system so people’s orders don’t get pushed back. The manager would not speak to me. I didn’t make a scene I just told the young girl they needed a better system. When I finally got my order, I was given two cookies. When I got on the bus I found I was shorted fries. Needless to say I will not return much less take my team there again. The chicken was good, but the service was terrible!

I have no complaints against the service or food but this location is not managed well. They have draft beer but the staff stated it’s not fresh because they don’t sell much. Well, of course you don’t. No one even knows it’s there because it’s placed away from where you order. If you were to move the draft beer over to the ordering station (like every Wingstop that I’ve been in that has draft beer) people would see it and order it. Very disappointed that we couldn’t enjoy a draft beer. Also, this location has a 51% sign which prohibits anyone from carrying a firearm inside the location. ITS A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT, NOT A BAR. There is no way that 51% of their sales is from alcohol when they admitted that no one buys the draft beer. Is that even legal to display a 51% sign if it’s not true? I’m sure the TABC would like to know if they are REALLY selling that much alcohol.

Food was good but service wasn't waited 48 minutes for my order. 😒 I ordered it in advance to not deal with that issue and still had to wait. I thought the reason for the phone number and email was to be alerted if there are delays or issues. I was told 16 to 20 mins got there at 20 mins and nothing thing was ready. Was told at store it would be ready in a few minutes. Some time passed and it was not ready waited a good will in store. Ordered at about 5:15 wasn't out the Door with food till about 6 something.

The bone in wings had no flavor and were bloody at the bone. The only reason I went to wingstop was because I had a bad experience with one in Odessa TX and I was hoping this place would prove it was just an exception.

I called before entering the store, I just wanted some voodoo fries 🍟 was told they had them, inside was told they couldn’t make them but they had them? Apart from that the staff was rude, which is disappointing. I love wingstop but idk what’s going on. If you aren’t open till midnight y’all’s shouldn’t advertise that u are. FYI I went in at 10:45pm

This is outrageous, I just ordered 8 piece bone in wings. One of the wings I recieved has not even been fully de-feathered. It had a bunch of feather strands hanging off that weren't acknowledged before cooking, after cooking, and even when being put in the box. This is pitiful for you guys to think it's okay to serve a wing like this.

Not enough product. TODAY IS MY FAVORITE SO FAR!!! 6:45 pm and the girl says “we’re not taking anymore orders” REALLY!? “Management told us not to take anymore orders” … wow! Open until midnight… REALLY. THIS IS JUST CRAZY.

Order was supposed to be ready in 16-21 minutes. We waited for about an hour and twenty minutes. Then I finally called in but was out on hold for 15 minutes on the phone and no one ever switched back over to tell me the found the order!
