Asked to try something new they have recently added to the menu and the manager and his team were so friendly and helpful. It’s a regular Panda Express location but with a special team I’ll say thanks 🙏

Food is good, place is very clean and people are nice. When you ask for sauces it takes awhile

Ordered through their App on the drive over from across town. Ordered a 2 item plate (chow mein, honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken). It was ready 5 minutes before the expected time. When I got there the restaurant was pretty busy with dine-in and drive-thru customers. Had to wait a few minutes for a diner to pay for their food and another person in front of me who was picking up an order. The lady who helped me was very nice. Order was ready as the App told me. Pretty good experience this visit, but overall service and food quality is hit and miss at this location.

Came to Panda Express in Vacaville and ordered the "Bigger Plate" with Chow Mein as the side and Beijing Beef & Broccoli Beef as the entrees. Also ordered a small Kung Pao Chicken. The Chow Mein was good; not too oily. The Beijing Beef was crunchy and full of flavor. The Broccoli Beef was also good. The broccoli was crunchy and the beef was a little chewy, but okay. The Kung Pao Chicken had a kick, which was a pleasant surprise. April, the cashier was AMAZING. They were shorthanded, but they busted their butts. Thank you, thank you. *My apologies, was hungry. Ate most before taking pictures.

The fact that I paid my hard earned money for this to be 1/4 to 1/2 full is wild. This has happened twice going through the drive through. The first time I was willing to accept it was busy but I got played twice now. My fiancés bowl with fried rice and orange chicken literally had 5 pieces of chicken. I’m just saying, the panda on the Air Force base never does this.

I agree with another reviewer - Sara Rose. DO NOT GO HERE FOR FOR FOOD AFTER 9pm. They really rip you off. You will end up with orders that are small even if there's still a lot in the pan. Few shrimps (3-5pcs) Chicken Teriyaki 3-4 small strips and a very "CRISPY" fried rice. I think it's been sitting there too long. Not coming back here

I could not eat the food and neither could my child. Thankfully, we didn't because my husband got food poisoning. Nasty food. Absolutely avoid this place.

Loved going to this location, after work to pick up food and enjoy with my wife at home. But a month ago, I was given old leftovers of chow mein and burnt recooked honey walnut shrimp. I will most likely never go to this place again.

Doesn't stay open to posted hours. Store has on numerous occasions been "closed" 45 minutes before online hours state.

I went to Panda Express for dinner with my partner expecting to be full after the end. We ordered a plate and a bowl. I get that it was the end of the night but seriously? They hardly put any meat on either plate/bowl. I use to work at Panda Express so I do understand the portion control on the meat but 4 pieces of orange chicken for a bowl is insane, unreasonable and they were small. Similarly, the plate fell short of expectations. The insufficient quantity and quality of food, coupled with the $20 price point, left me disappointed, upset, and still hungry. And the fortune cookies were smashed in pieces. Very disappointed and want a refund.

My boyfriend went to pick us up dinner. I sent him with a post it note with my order. Girl behind the counter grabbed it from him and walked away. He tried ordering food for himself, but she wouldn't listen. He paid for my order and left. My orange chicken had 5 pieces in the order and my steamed rice was scraped from the bottom of the pan and was dry and brown. Don't waste your money!!
