I've been to this gelateria several times because once you try their gelato, you can't stop going. The quality of their products is excellent, and the staff are truly lovely and kind! I recommend stopping by if you're passing through to try this marvel!
As a true Sicilian, I never thought I'd have to travel to Vercelli to eat the best gelato of my life. I've tried a little bit of everything at Angolo del Gusto, and I've always been satisfied and sometimes even surprised! The owner was kind enough to show me some of the ingredients he uses, from raw cocoa beans to hazelnuts peeled by hand by the girls—raw ingredients that leave no doubt about the authenticity and freshness of the products, all natural and certified. I recommend the Baci di Alassio, the pistachio, and the extra dark chocolate, to experience the true flavor of these ingredients, far removed from the industrial products offered by other gelato shops. Plus, they're always offering new and creative flavors week after week. Prices are affordable, especially considering the quality and wide variety of products offered.
It's one of the best gelato shops I've ever been to; I always stop by when I'm in Vercelli. They have both standard and sophisticated, original flavors, and a very interesting and transparent list of ingredients. It's featured in the Gambero Rosso guide to the best Italian gelato shops: what more can I say? Absolutely worth a try.
The tastiest gelato I’ve had to this day, with the most interesting selection of flavours. The fruit flavours are all worth trying, so rich and accurate. You can tell each of them is carefully crafted from quality ingredients.
the ice cream is really good, this is the definition of "italian ice cream". the best flavors by far is salted caramel and pistachio, but im still trying out the other flavors.

My goodness this place is good. I'm someone who has a high standard when it comes to ice cream. This place knocked it out of the park. One of the smoothest, creamiest ice creams I have ever had. And what fantastic choice you have available. And what great combinations in their flavours! Each one you can tell is made properly by the place. It's a must visit. Note that it's down a small road called Via dei Mercati just next to News Cafe on Piazza Cavour. I might have to visit Vercelli again just to come here!
This is my favorite gelato store in all of Italy. The flavors are carefully created and you can taste the love in every bite. I find myself comparing every other gelateria to this one, and so far nobody has come close.
This gelato is the greatest experience a sweet lover such as myself could ask for. The quality of ingredients is noticeable from the first lick. I wish that I didn't live in the States so that I could visit this place all the time. When I return to Italy, I'll make it a point to visit Vercelli for this specific gelato. 5 stars.

Just steps from the central Piazza Cavour, tucked away on a quiet side street, lies L’Angolo del Gusto, a gelateria that, despite its name, has become a true reference point for those seeking quality gelato in Vercelli. As soon as you arrive, you're often greeted by a small crowd and a number-based system: yes, because here, the wait is part of the experience 😉. The gelato is creamy, authentic, and never boring. Alongside the classic flavors, there are more modern and sophisticated options that change with the season. The place is small, with no seating, but it's precisely this simplicity that adds to its charm: you pick up your gelato, leave, and enjoy it, perhaps while strolling through the historic center. The staff is courteous and helpful. A special mention goes to the very fair price: in August 2025, a small cone still costs €3—a rarity in an era when artisanal gelato often commands much higher prices.
