It's shouldn't take 10 minutes to get a coffee. They prioritize the drive thru over the lobby. I was standing for like 5 minutes just for someone can take my order and another 5 minutes for someone to hand me the coffee. The whole time I noticed the employees looking at but didn't bother to approach me until they decided it was time.

This team is horrible!!!!!! Standing at the front counter patiently waiting while everyone avoid eye contact to act like they so busy. This monthly meeting need to focus on customers at the counter. It’s really bad when you’re watching all the employees but no one is watching you. The nicest employee is the older gentleman who keeps the lobby clean. The rest of the staff probably don’t like working here because they surely don’t care about customers at the counter

I ordered a big Mac and a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. I’m now gonna rename the Big Mac the Bread Mack, what a joke, McDonald’s is charging double for a bread burger, It’s truly come down to “where’s the beef“. The spicy chicken deluxe sandwich was lukewarm and the bread was borderline stale. I’m disgusted with their pricing versus what they’re Currently serving.

Waited for over 15 minutes to get my order, had to call to ask if they forgot I was asked to wait, with no apologies, I was asked to show my receipt. Still here after 24 minutes and not received my order yet. I had to go in to make a complaint to the manager, and all the lady who had earlier asked for my receipt was, "Do you want your money back". My children were shocked at the poor service! I felt so disappointed! Hopefully you all learn to treat your customers better and apologize when things don't work smoothly....

Placed order on app for table side service, yet didn't give me a table #. Order didn't show up on pick up monitor, looked like they didn't get it. Had to ask cashier for order. Food over cooked. Store super busy, over crowed. Overrun by highschoolers.

UPDATE::DON’T BOTHER WITH THE LINK BELOW FROM THE OWNER IT’S BROKEN LIKE YOUR ICE CREAM MACHINES! And all I got was a “ thanks well let the employees know! “ when I called corporate. NO REFUND OR NOTHING! Original Review: I never like to eat at places attached to gas stations, now I know why…Stay away from this dump! Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and it came with no toy! And a cold slice of cheese with 2 dehydrated onions! Went in and told the Latina manager and she said “ we outta toys” I said “ then next time your workers need to say that” then I addressed the cold cheeseburger and she replied” you took a bite of it, I’m not replacing it” Really Sherlock? Of course I took a bite how else would I know it was cold and gross? 🤢 also the place is filthy inside. Avoid this place like the plague, you’ll be glad you did!

Im in the play place with my daughter so I decided to place an order for table delivery through the app for 2 McFlurrys, 10 minutes go by and no one has brought me anything. So I decided to go to the front counter. I am standing up there for three minutes when MULTIPLE employees look directly at me while talking. They don’t acknowledge that I’m there or that they will be with me in a second. Sure enough I see 2 mcflurries just sitting buy the ice cream machine. So finally a lady comes to the front and when I mention I ordered the mcflurries on the app about 10 minutes ago, she points to the ones sitting by the machine like I should have known they were sitting there. I just take them, just to realize they didn’t even mix them. Just threw a few of the toppings on the top of the ice cream. I am not usually one to make a stink about fast food places, but the lack of acknowledgement of a customer standing at the front counter and then attitude. This is my first time at this location and it will be my last.

Went here multiple times thinking it was just a one-off experience in the drive-thru but got consistently bad service and attitude from male teenager taking my orders and the handling of my orders. They appeared more interested in their phones than the customer. Stay away if you are not ok with repeating your order only still get it incorrect.

I came in tonight to pick up a DoorDash order and was literally treated so rude by these men working. I came in to ask for an order and instead of saying that they received it, the white gentleman lied to me and said the order never came through. I called customer support, and came back in to have him confirm through her that the order was never received. Surprisingly he was unable to do so because he lied to me. I asked why would he tell me something different earlier, he stated he never told me that. I asked did the cameras work and pick up conversations, he then proceeded to walk off and say he wasn’t dealing with me or customer support. I asked the black gentleman his name and he proceeded to say “I don’t give out names and we stick together” as if this is some street code, you’re at work and have to provide a service. The customer support lady then started to call the location, he said he want answering because they stick together. Why are you all even working there, to gaslight customers? It wasn’t my order but another customers food. All I wanted was a simple explanation on what was going on because customer service wanted to know, but they took it too far. It was only one person that attempted to helped and he tried to persuade him to stop speaking with me. Customer service heard the entire conversation as well as I got it on video when he ignored her calling. I am reporting both people to corporate and will have them pull cameras from the other night. I will be more than happy to turn this video in as well. Thank you for being so rude to me last night, I’ve never been treated like this during any of my DoorDash encounters.

The last two times I have gotten food here for my wife and I the Large fries 🍟 aren’t ever full. I ordered a Medium and a Large and the Medium had more fries 🍟 in it than my Large did. Be careful and check your order before leaving.

Worst McDonald’s ever. When will you guys shut this place down? Do not go to. Uber is never the problem. The people who make it and package it are the problem. I hate this McDonald’s. I hate it so much it ruins my day. The drive thru is just as terrible. Customer service is rude and disgusting service I’ve ever witnessed and I myself work at fast food restaurants. These people have no direction, get money for doing the absolute worst, and don’t know the first thing in working in a restaurant. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!
