This is a small fast casual type of restaurant that specializes in pesto. Everything is made fresh to order in front of your eyes. The trofie pasta seems to be prepared from freshly made dough (not dried box pasta) and is irregular in shape. The preparation is simple. Al dente pasta sauced with a fresh presto served on recyclable plates. It's simple, light, and delicious. One of the gentleman serving and cooking was very fluent in English as well. Worth a stop if you want a quick bite in a casual atmosphere.

Super charming little restaurant with a fast, affordable, and tasty to-go counter! I had the gnocchi with dried tomato, pesto, pistachios, and parmesan. It was delicious! The packaging was cute and easy to hold if you’re eating on the go. The staff were also super kind and spoke multiple languages.

I’m super late writing this as I was there in October 2024 but this is an adorable place with delicious food and very friendly accommodating staff. Burrata bomb was exceptional with their fresh pesto and they do have gluten free options for bread to accompany.

Traditional, pure, fresh and homemade We are so glad that we found this little shop in the city Center of la Spezia. After a free pesto Tasting we decided to have dinner there which was the best decision. The friendly guys put their heart and soul into their products and dishes. We had primi, secondi and dolci and everything was outstanding!! Grazie mille a voi!

Food, service, prices, are INCREDIBLE, the flavors felt so home made and fresh, it’s a new restaurant that I’m pretty sure the have success guarantee. also they have the BEST WiFi in town, so if you’re travel blogger or digital nomad as us is a good place to work. Delicious place 1000% recommended

Our first trip to La Spezia and Pesto Foote made it that little bit more special 🌟 We walked past earlier in the day and knew that we had to go back and try the Pesto Trofie and the Burrata foccaica 🙌 They were both ‘Out of this world!’ and definitely are highly recommended.

The dried tomato pistachio sauce is wonderful, highly recommend! We ordered it with tagliolini and it was great. We also ordered the gnocchi pesto but funnily enough the dried tomato sauce was the standout.

We tried different items from their selection as their staff was very friendly and really good at selling haha but unfortunately we were not impressed. The pesto was quite salty and the focaccia did not have such a fluffy texture

Came here excited to try delicious pesto pasta after seeing the overwhelmingly good reviews and left disappointed. Pesto was average, one of our pastas was undercooked, portions were small on paper plates. Furthermore after buying a beer, of which the menu did not specify the size, I received a tiny 33cl beer in a plastic cup for €5.5.
