I have been to Chili's quite a few times this year and last and have enjoyed all of my visits. On my last visit our waitress was Sarah and she was a delight!! You have a great team of attentive, friendly and hard-working staffers!! I know these thanks have been delayed, but I like to be sure to praIse jobs well done! Your food, restaurant and employees are wonderful and I wanted to be sure you knew how much I look forward to going to your restaurant!!

I miss the original Chili's on Greenville Ave in Dallas, TX. I also miss having one in Webster, NY.

My family hasn’t been to Chilis in many years but living so close to this location we were pleasantly surprised when we decided to stop by on a Saturday evening. The hostess and server were extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. The seating around the bar area had a great atmosphere and there are at least 5 TVs for sports watching. Many food choices so we are looking forward to trying more on the next trip.

Very impressed by the quality of food, great options for the whole family, and the fun family atmosphere overall. If I had to give 1 critique it was a little slow but the quality of food made up for it so 5 stars all around :)

We had a group of 10 our waitress Tara was great we never had to ask for a refill she brought them before our drinks were gone.. The food was delicious and everyone was friendly. Prices were reasonable. Definitely would recommend Victor Chilis and we definitely will be going back soon.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here frequently during the week especially during our school semester. We often get the 3 for me. It’s a great deal for the amount of great food you can get.The to-go order employees greet us with a smile EVERY SINGLE time we come and the food along with the service is amazing EVERY time. The wait is never more than 20-30 minutes and the food is always fresh. Thanks to our favorite chilis night staff members!

Food was great. I dined out so I can’t speak on much more. The curb side should have better signs and even curb side parking signs. I parked in the wrong space and waited a bit too long. I went inside to get my order and was sent to the other side of the building to pick up. So not horrible just kinda annoyed. But I do recommend and I’ll be back but I’ll dine inside. It was so yummy I want to order the same but eat fresh. I’ll update this review after I visit again.

Nothing bad to say about our experience. Our waiter was amazing! They were so busy, but we told him we had to get to an escape room and he made sure we got our food in time to eat it and make our time slot. And he did all this with a smile on his face! We will definitely go back again, I just wish I got his name!

Ate WAY too much. Too good! The 2 can dine deal is awesome. We stuffed ourselves on tortilla chips and the house guacamole (highly recommend). The fajitas were good, the salads were good, everything was good!

Amazing Service with very fast food. Very kind workers and they always made sure you had what you needed. Food was great and we got 3 meals and it came out in only about 15 Minutes! Very good. 100% Recommend.

I'm not big on the big chain restaurants, but this Chili's doesn't disappoint. Even when busy, they get your food out in a reasonable time. You also get a lot of food for your money. We always have leftovers. I'm hooked on their Nashville hot chicken tenders!

Went here with my family and my girlfriend for my birthday yesterday and I have never been to Chili's ever but let me tell you I do not regret coming here! However the restaurant is very short staffed so hopefully soon they get more employees! I ordered the full rack of ribs with honey chipotle barbecue sauce with cole slaw and french fries and it was the best ribs and food I've ever had! I also got a strawberry lemonade and it was perfect as well! Every thing there was cooked to perfection! The ribs were so tender and juicy the meat fell clean off the bone and it was the right balance of smokey, sweet and heat! For my first time being to Chili's I was not disappointed! Will definitely plan on coming back to Chili's in Victor next time I'm on the east side of Rochester!!!

Im traveling for work. Exhausted and stranded in a town without much excitement. Wanted a beverage after work and walked in to be greeted by such a friendly face! Stacy made me a drink off the menu, helped me decide what to eat, and even suggested places to visit like a true tourist. Went to Chili's today. After seeing the new Superman movie with my father and son. I know my father likes 🌶️. So we decided to go there. We Didn't have to wait for a table. We pretty much knew what we wanted for food. The server was friendly and prompt with service. The manager had checked in on us and another higher up. To see if everything was to our standards. The food came out hot. We have nothing negative to say about our experience today. That's why we like to repeat the business from time to time. I wish I had taken a picture of our meals!! It wasn't disappointing at all!!

Ok, I’m not normally a chain restaurant guy but we decided to have lunch at Chili’s and it was great. The bacon cheeseburger and fries were hot and tasty and the quesadillas were just as good. Great service! Fast and friendly and everything, with a good tip included, for two was $40. I’d go back for lunch anytime.

Been busy Saturday night with, no reservation, group of 7 and able to seat us within the time limit they predicted. The waitress was very nice, patient and attentive. She brought drink refills quickly and dropped off napkins even without us having to ask. The food was hot and made to order the way we asked. We will be back for sure.

We came here because my daughter wanted to try the Trio. She’s been asking for weeks. That’s the power of social media I fear haha. We came here after a flag football game. My daughter and wife got the Trio and I got the steak fajitas. The trios consisted of mozzarella sticks, sliders, and boneless wings for my daughter and egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, and egg rolls for my wife. They enjoyed them with all the sauces to dip them in. My fajitas were ok. I like my steak cooked way less than this but that’s part of the deal with fajitas. It’s a chilis… Consistent, comfortable, and reliable. Our server was very nice. This is always on the list when you’re not sure where to go. It’s kind of why they have survived when lots of others are closing down.

Only gave this a five so people could see this. One star. The service was good and the food was mediocre at best. The enchilada soup looked sickening and tasted like cardboard, the burger was overcooked but still tasted alright, and the dessert was good also. One issue with the food is it was heavily seasoned with cilantro. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. The floor of the stalls were covered in urine and the walls were graffiti'd. Overall, I highly suggest staying away from this restaurant.

My daughter and I came for lunch and we had a great time. I got the brisket quesadillas she got the burger sliders with fries and a blue fizz drink. I got the trio fajitas with chicken steak and shrimp. It was all so delicious. We will be back for sure.

Very cozy and friendly feeling. A perfect choice on a rainy day. Food is delicious. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin. The entree’s price is surprisingly reasonable. The $1 add-on mushroom is lovely.

My Life

I've never actually been to Chili's until recently (last 6 months or so) but it's conveniently located within minutes of my job. I have not had the pleasure of dining inside yet due to the pandemic but I absolutely love their curbside pickup. I order there very frequently and have only ever experienced the one issue . Staff is always friendly and smiling. Food is always ready when I arrive and it's always delicious. Food is also decently priced and very filling. Website is super easy to navigate. If you join the Rewards Club they are always throwing free stuff at you. Unfortunately for me I do not have often have the chance to utilize the rewards because it is simply too much for one person to eat. I definitely recommend this place. If you work or live in the Victor area you should definitely be eating here. If your just driving by you should stop in and give it a try.

My new favorite Chilis order is their shrimp tacos- minus the avocado! Three generous flour tacos filled with shrimp and fresh extras.

Food was great as usual and for once the order was correct (not against Chili's specifically, just how my luck runs whenever I order any kind of take out) This was a take out order. The app said I would be notified when food was ready. Never got a notification. Staff told me they have no way of notifying customers.

Surprisingly very good. Received gift card for Xmas and everything but the initial wait was great. Our waitress was very helpful and seemed to enjoy her job, not just rambling off the same line over and over. She checked in with our table several times and refilled waters. The food came out relatively fast and no issues. If only all waitresses could be that good.... initially there was nobody at the front reception and the party in front of us had a rude response from one of the workers or manager, two others walked out not wanting to wait but once seated it was smooth.

Our waitress (Sheryl?) was excellent! She was attentive, knowledgeable and made it super easy to get our leftovers ready to go (fresh cup of salsa, bag for chips, boxes for stuff, bag to put it all in). Food was tasty and plentiful.

We enjoy going to Chili’s for an early dinner and Happy Hour. Thanks to Stacy the drinks and the service is spectacular!

Went for a late lunch and split 2 appetizers with my sister. The new offering was chicken bacon and cheddar cheese with ranch dressing on taco chips- very tasty! Beer was great and service was excellent. Southwestern egg rolls were not as good as I remember them.

We all know what I came for…the triple dipper and the marg of the month! Both were delicious and came out very fast. The server/barter was quick and provided great service to our table.

I love Chili's. But this particular visit fell short. The chicken breast was 100% inedible. Chewy and dry. My entire entree was cold, but the rest of the plates were hot. I did eat the rest of the entree anyway and it was great. I just set the chicken to the side. For some reason they did not give the young children kids cups, and that caused a drink spill. I'd recommend kids cups.

The service here is usually very good. I had to wait for a takeout order for 10 minutes before I had to get the attention of the 5th person that walked by me. One was the manager that asked if I was here to pick up an order and proceeded to then walk away and clean a table. He never even asked my name.

Took long to be seated at a dirty table, was then forgotten about for fifteen minutes, then was ignored when asked to be seated somewhere else. Never even saw a waiter. Really bad experience for a place I've otherwise enjoyed in the past, I won't be going back soon.

Today was our first visit. The service was quick at first. We were told about 5 items on the menu that were unavailable. Then our server, Alyssa, didn’t clear the plates, didn’t bring drink refills, and when she brought the desserts, she brought the wrong one. When I pointed it out, she brought me a cheesecake as if she didn’t want to. I asked her if she thought the plate looked presentable, and she said yes. She sarcastically asked if I wanted a new one, but seeing her attitude, I said no. I preferred to take it with me because I didn’t trust what she might do with it. I asked to speak with the manager, and Elroy attended to me with an indifferent attitude, saying they could replace it. I definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone; better to spend your money elsewhere. On top of that, the men’s bathroom had no paper towels and was dirty. The photo is exactly how the dessert was brought to my table.

We ordered a pick up order. The cheeseburgers had no cheese or anything on them and the appetizer had two items instead of four. We received no text to tell us the pick up order was ready so we finally went in. The staff seemed clueless. We were disappointed.

My husband and I visited this location this weekend and waited over an hour for our food once seated. We arrived at 7:50ish with no wait time to be seated and did not get our meals until after 9pm. Our server was great and apologized stating the kitchen was backed up. Which we understood and decided to wait. We waited and waited and eventually the manager came and told us we would get a discount. Finally about 30 mins after that we received our food but my order was incorrect and we were told there was no ranch left for our triple dipper meal. The meal came without any sauces for dipping, my meal was incorrect and my husband left with a very upset stomach and proceeded to vomit multiple times. The staff was great, but what happened in the kitchen that night was a shame. We will not be back.

Although we had a party of 10 service took over two hours. When given my plate of pasta I was told it was extremely hot. The food was Luke warm. Shrimp still cold and plate was not hot. I appreciate the waitress trying her best, but even going early didn't meet our expectations.

The food was acceptable, but the experience was soured by the service. Our server was heavily focused on upselling, which felt uncomfortable. She claimed a dish we were ordering was not enough food, pressuring us to add more. When we declined the suggestion, she immediately contradicted her earlier statement. This pushy and disingenuous sales tactic is the primary reason for the two-star rating.

I got the ribs and fries. The fries were actually very good the ribs were terrible they were overly done whatever they season them with with terrible I ate a little bit because I was starving and the rest I just threw out. I won't ever go there again.

My husband and I ate here simply because it was next door to our hotel. We regretted this decision almost immediately. We ordered the tortilla chips with 3 sauces as an appetizer. The chips looked like the bottom of the bag: small pieces and slightly rancid. The guacamole had brown edges. The salsa and queso were ok. My margarita was fine although a bit on the sweet side. My husband had a beer and when he ordered a second, he was told they were out of it, although we were charged for two beers on our check. I ordered the Santa Fe Grilled Chicken Salad but received the Quesadilla Explosion Salad for some reason. My husband’s ribs were ok, if a little fatty, and the accompanying “Mac and cheese” was simply undercooked pasta with processed cheese sauce. There were other issues but suffice it to say that both the food and service have room for improvement. Finally, if you are a cancer patient or immune compromised, be aware that they do not have bottled water or any bottled soft drinks.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As we walked in the rude bartender said out loud “sorry! You have two more.” With attitude. Don’t you want the business? We were sat away from everyone, around the corner. The waitress threw the menus on the table and walked away. We waited over 10 mins for service. So we left. I’m very disappointed about Chili’s in Victor Service was terrible starting with no napkins no utensils and no refills. We ordered and soups never came we asked very kindly and we still waited and waited we got the food and still no utensils the server was laughing pointing at us laughing very disrespectful and i asked for forks and my husband got up to tell someone I got up to get napkins we asked for chips and nope we asked again and over all terrible service we couldn’t ordered beef fajitas no beef no lemon water because no lemon and is ok we understand but the rest was bad the manager claimed that today it was to much so maybe they should close if they can’t handle it . First time there and I ordered the nachos. When it came out it looked like something I would make at 2am after being out drinking all night. Looked like a handful of chips spread out on the plate with the toppings and taco seasoning sprinkled on. For the price I was charged I can got to Applebee's and get better nachos.

Our server Carolina took our order and that was quite literally it. Our drinks were empty the entire time. She never brought the chips and salsa. At one point she did ask if we wanted a refill and then, just didn't bring them.

Forgetful. Slow. Liars. To start, we ordered the mozzarella sticks - or so we thought as they never came. We also ordered the unlimited chips and salsa. The chips were bottom of the bag, not a single whole chip, only the scraps. When we finished those we asked for another... it never came. We asked a second time, 40 minutes later the "unlimited" chips finally arrived - after we finished dinner. Going back to the mozzarella sticks, as they arrived at the end of the meal, the centers were solid and cold. The famous "cheese pull" was naturally underwhelming because the torn pieces looked like they were cut with a knife... and this was after ordering the dish twice. The comedic side of the dinner led our gaze to the shelf next to an adjacent booth, where a full pitcher of ice cold water sat for the entirety of dinner. We had asked for refills multiple times because the waiter either forgot and didn't notice, so naturally we asked for a pitcher for the table, but we were met with "we don't have any pitchers" as a response... staring at the pitcher on the shelf. With this discrepancy, we also were not given utensils until after our food had lost a significant amount of heat... so sad. The pasta didn’t have much heat to lose, however, as it came out unseasoned and as cold as my heart for chilis now. Moreover, our table was missing salt and pepper, so i guess the cooks aren’t the only ones who can’t season the food. On the brighter side… the quesadilla explosion salad was great, even if the actual quesadillas were smaller than the presented picture on the menu. The burgers and the beer were quite swell as well, no problems there… but i expected more chilis :(

We went on a Monday evening, and had a horrible experience. The chips were fine, but the queso was cold and stayed cold even after we asked them to heat it up. Also do yourself a favor and do not get a steak dinner. Ours was grossly overcooked to the point that the butter was burnt on it. On top of that, the mashed potatoes tasted old, the corn on the cob was wrinkly and mushy, and the A1 sauce did not taste authentic. Really disappointed.

Ordered wings - they were so dry. Also the Nashville style wings and tenders were not at all spicy. The quantity in the triple dipper seemed less as well, compared to what i had before in other locations. Lot of parking. It is closely situated to hotels and has an easy access to the road.

Dinner and server were great it was the pie Togo that was a disappointment it was 1150 and not even an 1/12 of a slicei thought maybe 7-8$ but NEVER AGAIN

I got sick at the restaurant- waiter was rude and made jokes about how disgusted she was to my friends and tried to blame it on the alcohol. She did not try and investigate the solution and did not tell the kitchen or do anything to try and make me feel better- she basically ran away! Terrible service, never coming back!! Would give 0 stars if able.

Let me preface this with yes, I know it is Valentine’s Day, and we anticipated a longer than usual wait time. That being said, we were told a 15-20 minute wait for 2, mind you I could identify at least 3 open tables just in the west section alone. We waited for at least 30 minutes, in the meantime I counted two parties that arrived after us get seated before us. When I brought this to the attention of the young female seater, she was rude, stating “I don’t know who told you that was the wait, it’s an hour”. She then proceeded to make excuses about the kitchen being backed up and other things. I understand the challenges of being short on labor, but her attitude showed a lack of customer service skills and caring. So after the back and forth, I asked again how long the wait would be now that we’ve been standing there for over 30 minutes, and she again said an hour. I replied, “even after we’ve waited 30 minutes already?” To which she responded, “I don’t know what to tell you”. We left and likely won’t return to this location. Very unprofessional and needs additional training in customer service skills.

Had issues the first time I got take out figured I would try it again and had even worse issues with the food this time. Ordered two triple dipper meals and once I got home to eat it hair was found in both meals. Gave me some other queso when I ordered south western. Order accuracy is horrible here make sure to double check your order before leaving the store.

Didn't greet us when we got there just stared at us until I spoke. We get seated and order drinks she brings them back and just drops them on the table doesn't hand them out. We get food and we have no silverware. Our waiter doesn't come back so we ask a guy to get us some he says he will and never comes back. So I then ask a waiter across from where I am seated and she brings some out. Our waiter came back with a check and I had a food item removed that I never received but they were trying to charge me for. Will not be returning to this location.
