We go to this location often. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean. We went recently and they were out of rice. We only waited a few minutes, which was no trouble, but they still comped our meal and gave us a BOGO coupon for next time. Well done.
Love Chipotle! Living in Canandaigua, I drive 20 minutes to get their burrito bowls weekly. Worth the drive every time. Great service, quality ingredients and I enjoy using the app occasionally as well if I’m in a hurry to grab and go!

Expensive but Delish! Chipotle is healthy and delicious! The workers always greet people with a smile. The burritos are healthier than most places and tastier. Chipotle is kind of expensive but 100% worth the money. I recommend!
Went to Chipotle because of the Other Friends Month BOGO promotion. The store was busy and the line went out the door onto the sidewalk. The line moved steadily though and when it came to ordering, everything was still in stock except for the brown rice. I ordered a Sofritas bowl and my friend ordered a Veggie bowl. The food was fresh and delicious eating it outside on the small patio in the parking lot. Store is always clean and efficient, I'd recommend this restaurant for good fresh Southwest style burritos or bowls.
The staff was super nice and unbelievable friendly. We were "those people" that walked in with less than 5 minutes before they closed. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The chicken burrito tasted great and was big. The store was clean (probably because they were closing). Awesome experience. Will probably go again.

Food was great, workers were friendly, we had an issue redeeming points that we weren’t able to figure out and the cashier gave us a bag of free chips to make up for it! We even heard some of the people cooking in the back singing together which just added to the positive atmosphere! Overall great experience at this Chipotle.

It was my first time in a Chipotle and it was very obvious that I had no idea how the restaurant worked. The staff was super welcoming, charismatic, and kind. Was taken care of by Amanda and she did a phenomenal job. Will definitely be returning at some point in the future.
The style of food Chipotle serves has not been "my favorite" due to other competitors. But, basically, this store has hit a home run with me. Food is fresh, store is taken care of and the staff is efficient and generally pleasant. I have returned several times and will continue to visit. So, I recommend this store.
I can safely say I'm a regular here now. I travel from Toronto to Manhattan regularly for business and stop here for my launches, and I got happily say, this is one of the best locations that I frequent. They're very generous on their food portions,vand they're absolutely amazing with their service, a big thank you to especially Erica and Zachary always so cheerful always so friendly, you guys are awesome great management. Highly recommend this restaurant 👍👍👍👍
Always have had a good experience here. Often go here for lunch. They keep the line moving better at this location than others I've been to. The staff is all pleasant and hard working. Food is always good. Portions are good. The only issue I've seen is they have a hard time keeping up with the dining area during the lunch rush. Garbage cans fill up, tables are dirty, soda fountain runs out of ice. Other than that... All good.
Love Chipotle and a good location! This restaurant is small and although they have a mobile pickup area they seemed to be keeping the orders at the side. There were some interesting folks hanging around the location but nothing crazy going on. Wheelchair access to the restaurant, had no problem going in/out with a stroller.
I was trying to do a muscle recomposition and Russell gave the best customer service regarding the bowl I should get. He knew the calories the macros and the micros. If you go here ask for Russell he holds it down
This is my favorite Chipotle location. They have generous portions and everything is always accurate on pick up orders. In person the staff are always friendly and very quick and seem to have a great rapport with one another. The overall attitude seems positive and cheerful. You can tell the management values their employees and takes the time to train them and ensure adequate staffing for busy times of day.

this was my first time at this Chipotle, i had been in the area at Eastview Mall. it was like a normal Chipotle you would see anywhere around, i didn't have to wait long in line. i would say that i was not impressed by my helping of rice in my burrito, but they were down 3/4 of the tin and needed more, so i understand. my cashier was great and a ray of sunshine!
Dare I say, this might be the best chipotle. They welcomed my cousin from Venezuela with a nice smile and explained the ordering process. Thank you, Luke and Joey.
There were two guys on the shift Joey and Luke, they were extremely helpful and made sure we got what we wanted with the best portions. Def deserve a raise to whoever those boys were.
Staff was very nice, but the restaurant lacked cleanliness. Service counter covered with spilled everywhere and the garbage cans were packed full. It was a busy night so maybe that is why??
Good food, service was slow. Only one person preparing food and they did not seem to know what went into Whole-30 or Keto salad bowls (other than lettuce). Maybe they figured I wanted it customized. Won't stop me from going back but will probably order from the app from now on.

The food is very good but might leave you with a stomach ache, and the portion sizes can vary a LOT based on who makes the dish. Other than that, great fast food stop!
We took friends for a late dinner and decided to eat in. They Sadly were out of a lot. No seasoned rice, just white. No onions and peppers and what they did have was picked over. All the tables were dirty and so were the floors and the trash was so overflowing there were complete bags of food left on top. I have never seen it this dirty before so I assumed limited help caused this. I saw at least 4 employees. I went to the cashier to ask for a washcloth and she came over and cleaned off the table for us to eat. The bench and floors to continue to be dirty though.
By far the nastiest restaurant I've ever been in and it's been a few in my travels. Wouldnt feed my dogs there. The tables, floors, pans, drink drip trays overflowing with ice felt like a petris dish and need to shower after leaving it was absolutely horrid never again...
The food at Chipotle was great as usual, but the servings were disappointing again. I got a small scoop and asked for a little more, not for a double. However, the employee claimed I asked for a double and charged me more.
We came here for lunch for the first time. The portion size was less than what I've gotten at the location in canandaigua so maby they don't follow the same standards. The chips were stale! Not fresh at all and you could tell they have been sitting on the shelf for awhile, not fresh like they were just made.
The burrito I ordered tasted good, but left a lot to be desired in quantity. It may have been the smallest chipotle burrito I've ever received, and I've had chipotle in many cities. This place needs to step its game up and give a quantity that matches the price.
It's fine for a quick bite, but you don't come here for a nice dining experience. My cheese quesadilla was quite good, and they were generous with the sides. My friends had burritos that were just bursting with food, and it seemed like they enjoyed them very much. I'd go there again.
My problem in all chipotle restaurants is that they never swipe the tables. All the tables all the time are dirty. Food is good, though.

I used to love it here. The food is good. The problem is with the “to go” order option. This is the second time in two weeks we have ordered ahead and I could have stood in line and been our way faster. This service is horrible. Not ready anywhere close to on time. My advice is if you come don’t order ahead it’s not worth it.

Food was pretty decent. The food and tables were really dirty. It appears no one cleaned the tables today. The drink vending machine had a big mess and the staff appeared more interested in their antics with each other. I’d stop here again but take it to the park to eat
I only gave a 1 star review on the food because I ordered a Carne Asada bowl. Paid $16.13. The bowl was barely filled. Hardly any meat in there. Filled more with rice and vegetables. The Value is horrible. I will not be going back.
Food was good. Restaurant seating was dirty, no one was trying to clean or wipe tables. Cashier 's counter was dirty. She pushed our food containers through the spillage to pass it to us. Soda machine had a pile of melting ice. there were many uncontrolled children climbing on furniture.
I ordered a bowl on the app, promised by 5:30, it was out at 5:32, not a big deal I understand things get behind. My food was cold and didn’t taste right. I got chips with a side of salsa, the cup was half full. A customer came in and was going through other people bags of food and no one said anything to him. This used to be my ‘top pick’ chipotle, its dropped down to the bottom right next to the Fairport location.

The workers today were so stingy with the food. We asked for steak and white rice because apparently Chipotle was out of chicken and brown rice.. but anyways we got half a scoop of steak and ask for more bc didn’t even give us any when we asked to get a full scoop got charged double. And somehow our total was 23 dollars for a single bowl and queso plus double the steak which wasn’t even a double. ? Wth. Chipotle do better or go out of business. Don’t let me forget the trash and tables are never cleaned we had to sit next to the trash cans which had trash all over the sides because they were full and the tables were full of either rice or something unknown. Again CHIPOTLE DO BETTER OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
I used to enjoy this chipotle, but it’s gone down hill. It’s always dirty, poorly staffed. I just feel bad for the kids working here, never a manager in site. If they are this understaffed the manager should be out there helping everyone out. The trash was overflowing so much, the tables were sticky. Just overall very bad. I was nervous to eat my food when I came in to pick it up after ordering in the app.
Apathetic workers (not all of them of course, but it only takes one): sloppy serving, not listening well, not caring when making a mistake, food was cold for some reason…. Not what I’ve come to expect from chipotle.
I ate here Monday and came in under an hour after they opened. The place was filthy. I can see how the base of the high top tables can be overlooked for cleaning but it's bad. The floors were very dirty also and I doubt it happened in that first hour. And then I went to the restroom.... The one I ended up in didn't have toilet paper, had a pile of brown something on the floor, and all surfaces were gross. If the rest of the restaurant goes uncleaned you really have to hope they're cleaning the food areas.
I keep forgetting not to go to this location. I’ve never been served only 1/3 of a scoop of protein before. Even my husband said “that’s it?” when I opened the container at home.
Food was good, but the place is filthy, tables are never cleaned, the bathrooms desperately need a cleaning, and there's no baby changing tables in the bathrooms.
I want to preface I usually come to this location 4 to 5 times a week and I do think People can eat here at a reasonable cost, but recently specifically at this location, management has changed and there always seems to be an issue when it comes to staffing, customer service, building maintenance and nuance issues. Like I mentioned prior, I eat here often and some of the staff that have been there for a decent amount of time are amazing, They know my order, I’m in and out less than a minute. Meanwhile, some nights I stand in line 10 to 15 minutes, I stand in line and over hear staff complain about customers and fellow coworkers, at the same time, the overall cleanliness of the establishment is shocking. I understand at times business can be busy but cleanliness seems to be a second thought. I want to reiterate, I thoroughly enjoy some of the staff at this location in the food that chipotle provides. It just feels like this location is going downhill. And it’s frustrating going out of my way to this location just to see a paper sign hanging in the window saying that they’re closed or they’re taking online orders only.
We usually go to this location in Victor, but something was definitely off today. They were out of everything, other than steak. The staff was not communicating with each other. They were very skimpy on the items going into the bowls. I had to ask for a lid for my child's meal. Finally, we had to beg someone to cash us out. I ended up helping myself to a bag and bagging up our own meals. Total time to give and receive our to-go order was almost 30 minutes. I understand that it was a Saturday night, but the manager has some quality control issues to address.
We frequent various chipotle locations throughout the area- in the past we have ordered food from this Victor location but have never dined in- this past Sunday we decided to dine in - the food -the service was fine but the dining area was not fine Not a single table was clean-we had to clean the table ourselves in order to sit down & eat - I witnessed other patrons doing the same - funny thing is -the employees were standing around talking behind the counter w each other -we were there for approximately a half hour & not once did an employee come out & clean the tables-the restaurant was not busy at all
Stop by early Saturday morning and was shocked how dirty this restaurant was! Food everywhere. Floor, tables, garbage overflowing. Just wow.
Terrible service later at night. Place was dead and service was less than adequate. I have worked in food service since 16 and would very obviously know not to improperly wrap a burrito where the tortilla touched and dragged on the counter from topping to register where money is handled. Out of 7 employees, 5 including the obvious manager were socializing instead of helping me waiting at the register. Not pleased.
So disappointed order online, this is the last time iI come to this location after 2 times and I’m trying to give them another chance but another disappointing experience for the third time..my burrito literally was no bigger than Chinese food egg roll a bit ...and mostly rice ,lettuce and meat looks like few pieces in there...my wife’s burrito bowl had barely any meat. And I normally never rate restaurants, this was so bad I had to. Moe’s next time.
I walked in and I asked if they were open. Girl with blue hair and gauges in her ears ignored me, then looked at me and made an annoyed face. I walked in a minute before 9 pm which is why I asked if they were still open seeing that there were customers inside. The crew continued to ignore me and they had an attitude the blue haired girl rolled her eyes and never responded. I walked out of there and i heard a sarcastic "have a good night" from one of the employees. Such a terrible experience
Every table was filthy, trash was overflowing, floor was disgusting, they were out of chicken,white rice guacamole and ice was empty. Orders from the app were backed up.
The food was not warm nor was it good. The staff is not friendly at all. They just want to get you in and get you out. All of the lemonades and specialty iced teas were empty and had been for a while, store was filthy and completely empty when we walked in..... The employees were too busy hanging out behind the counter. Sadly this is what you get when you decide to go with kids instead of older adults...
We made an online order. 2 blows and 1 burrito The plates had very little food, reduced portions at the same price? My husband paid 17 dollars for a very small burrito, and we paid for a guacamole, which was less than one spoon. Disappointment!!!
Ordered a burrito - boy at the counter was probably new and did not know how to wrap it. Very bad experience, other employees just watched the helpless boy as if it was very amusing and noone came forward to help. One staff member even tried cracking a joke about ordering a bowl instead!!! It was just overfilled, soggy and spilling all over. If someone wants a burrito, they'll order a burrito. Your staff should know how to make one. On top of that, this location is very dirty seemed unhygienic to me.
I always go out of my way to go to the Victor NY location because of the great service, portions and cleanliness. However, things have gone downhill at that location the last several times I’ve been. Example: today I ordered a salad bowl to go and barely got a handful of salad as the container was almost empty. I received a half scoop of beans and peppers and smaller amount of Guac than normal. Also they were out of many of the drinks, no silverware and counters and floors very dirty. Atmosphere was very different people not cheerful like they used to be. I don’t know what’s changed but thought management should be aware.
I hope I don't get sick. This place was so disgusting! Every surface had food on it. And Im not talking a little! The floor hadn't been swept all day and we got there at 9pm. All the juice dispensers were empty. There were 3 girls just standing around talking when they should have been cleaning. So freaking gross!!

The victor chipotle never has any of the food. We go to this one frequently and they are always out of something if not more than one item. We went two hours before closing and were out of half their stuff.

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. Food and garbage all over the floor, tables covered in other people's food and garbage. The front door was locked, and I watched multiple people try to get in, only having to walk around to find another entrance. Worst Chipotle experience ever.
I have never gotten a mobile order close to on time from this chipotle. It’s such a frustrating experience when you order for a time and then could go through the line 4 or 5 times instead of waiting for a mobile order
I usually go after I go to planet fitness, and usually get a burrito. Today when I went it was the usually but when I got home and looked I got a burrito the size of my index finger, it was so small that I was able to eat it in 4 bites. Then I went to open it and it’s all lettuce and sour cream, and little the barely any chicken
Upon arrival the tables and floor had food all over them. While waiting in line to order an employee who had stated that he was on lunch proceeded to make a burrito he placed his hand over the scoop of rice. We left without ordering. I have been to several chipotle and never have I seen such filth
I never have issues with any restaurants that I visit, until I visited this one. In my book customer service is everything. I understand at certain times popular spots can be overwhelmed, but with a trained staff and others helping (8 people working already) it should be an easy walk in the park. I experienced such a horrible customer service at this location. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE AT YOUR JOB THEN LEAVE!! Never should a customer feel like they would rather leave and spend money somewhere else because of how they are being treated by a worker. Chipotle the people who are representing you are tearing this location down day by day. It’s a shame to see and go through. The customer service was so poor that it made the food look unappetizing. Shame.
We walked in and the place was a complete disaster. Floors dirty, absolutely no place to sit at a clean area. The trash was over flowing and trash on tables. We ended up leaving without any food as we were standing in line the counter in front of the cash register was also covered in food!!!
Walked out of here without food. Looks like they had nobody working at peak lunch hour on a weekend. One worker doing mobile orders, one in the back walking around-- nobody acknowledge the growing line of in store customers. The food bins were half empty, stale looking, and nobody cooking in the background. After waiting a while, I left without ordering. CNBC today reporting Chipotle stock down 33% this year with four consecutive quarters of decreasing traffic... wonder why?
This is the worst run chipotle I’ve ever been to. It randomly closes and doesn’t respect the posted hours. It consistently has barely any people working the counter so it takes forever to get food.
Worst portion I’ve ever received at any Chipotle. served an embarrassingly small portion, nothing close to what Chipotle normally provides. I eat at Chipotle all the time at different locations, and this was by far the worst experience. Completely not worth the price. Very disappointed.
I did an online order at 2:45 that was supposed to be picked up at 3:00. I went up to the counter to ask about my pickup order and the employees just shrugged at me and said “i don’t know”, then ignored me, so i just sat back down and didn’t get my order until 3:20, almost 40 minutes after i placed it. They also forgot my side of guacamole that was almost 3 dollars.
I hardly ever write a bad review, but I had to do it. The place has been absolutely filthy the last few times I’ve been. Today all the lights in the dining room were off for some reason? If the dining area is consistently disgusting, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. Won’t be eating here anymore, and I think the health inspector needs to pay a visit.
This location is a joke! Ive been there multiple times when they are supposedly still open! Only to walk up to a sign saying there temporarily closed! I love Chipotles food and never have had a problem with any location except this one many times! Especially during the holidays and Weekend nights! Thats very Poor service! Victor location is HORRIBLE!
Update on my prior review. Attempted to order (2) Carne Asada burritos Today 12/26 at 11am for pick up. Arrived, order not ready, apparently they did not have Carne Asada. Same group of Lazy opener employees as 6 months ago. Stated I could opt for something else… Opted for traditional steak. Received (2) Junior burritos of mostly black beans and cheese. I am not sure if steak was even present. This location needs a thorough redo from management to the register. Laughable experience how McDonalds and Taco Bell or more efficient. Not fair to the consumer to NOT have the experience and quality Chipotle expresses. Also noted, The chips and the bag may just be of the same. Garbage, hope corporate will invest in this location.
I had to wait 30 minutes for the food I ordered ahead of time. The wait wouldn't be so bad if there was some queue to watch for our food or enough staff to properly run the place...
We waited in line for 20 minutes with no communication as to why the line was not moving. After going up to talk with a crew member we were informed that there was no white rice or chicken. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating because the people that didn’t want those items could have ordered but were not told they could do so. This chipotle lost my business today.
Saturday night about 15 deep in line get up to order and they only have one option which is steak. They charge extra for steak and gave a tiny portion. They also had no one working register...we paid and bagged our own items. C team must have been on duty.
After a few visits, the food and cleanliness of the restaurant have remained unchanged, so I decided to write a review. The area where they take your order was covered in food. The chicken I ordered was tasteless and rubbery. The only redeeming part was that there was enough steak mixed into the chicken to add some flavor to the bowl. There never seems to be a manager on duty trying to control the chaos. Lastly, the area where you get your drink and utensils is always a mess, and to top it off, there was no ice, and over half of the drink selections were out. When we asked a guy about it, he said he didn't know how to change it and returned to his previous activity. Never even tried to get someone to change out the empty soda or refill the organic drinks. The garbage was overflowing, so trash was piling up on the counter area. This was definitely the last visit.
This place is awful we showed up here for dinner out of cheese at 6:30. They tried giving us a quesadilla with a half dollar size of cheese. No sour cream nor corn salsa pretty much have nothing and did not want to get it for us never coming back
I ordered takeout tonight from the Victor Chipotle and had an unacceptable experience from start to finish. The store was filthy — no napkins, straw wrappers everywhere, garbage all over the floor and tables, and overflowing trash cans. Photos are attached. My pickup was scheduled for 7:30 but wasn’t ready until almost 7:45. When I got home, I realized one of the bowls was made wrong — white rice instead of brown — and the person eating it can’t handle white rice well. I also ordered a side of chimichurri (the entire reason I went there was to try the new sauce), and it wasn’t in the bag. My side of guacamole was missing as well. On top of that, the chicken on my bowl was burnt or cooked with something that was, and it tasted terrible. To sum it up: the restaurant was a mess, my food was late, items I paid for were missing, and part of my order was made incorrectly. I frequent the Victor location. The store being filthy is pretty common unfortunately. A lot of times they are running out of supplies. However tonight when I went in they were busy but even when they had down time at the main counter they stood and chit chatted well the to go was down and behind. Very frustrating to watch and have this happen. I don’t blame the works to much I have to imagine with how this location looks they are constantly understaffed. However I still expect my food to be made correctly. I’ll just go to the Canandaigua location from now
They always seem to have people running the counter who say they haven't been trained. The portion sizes keep shrinking. And last time l went they charged me for 2 quesos for no reason, and wont refund.
This location was absolutely filthy. Its was 8pm with one other table having people at it. We found one lone table that was clean enough to sit at. We watched employees standing and talking. The counter, floors, drink station and tables were disgusting. Definitely not stopping here again :(
We went in on Sunday around 2:30, there were 2 other people in there eating. It was not busy at all. We ordered our food and when we went to pay I couldn't believe the way the check out counter looked. When we looked for a table there was not 1 table clean. I took a napkin and wiped one down. After 10 mins into eating we found a bug in our food. I presented it to the cashier who called over the gentleman who made the bowl and he said, let me make another. I declined because of the condition of the restaurant. Another employee came from the kitchen area grabbed the bowl and told the cashier to refund money for the bowl. No one apologized once. Went to the bathroom and couldn't even use it because it was disgusting. I would be afraid to see what the kitchen area looks like because even the outside area was a mess. This is not chipotle standards but we will never eat here again.
Never had an issue with this location until today. I ordered a bowl, and when I opened it and it looked like someone had already eaten out of it. Not to mention, the peppers looked to be days old (I worked in a restaurant for 6 years, I know what old produce looks like) and uncut. I called the store and spoke with a guy who told me I was incorrect and there was no way I received an order like that. Awful experience.
I've never seen such a nasty Chipotle, in many states I've lived in or visited. I really wish we'd just walked out. Disgustingly dirty, every table, even though the place was empty and not that busy, overflowing trash, overflowed ice, all 4 drink containers empty, just awful. There was nowhere clean we could sit. My son is disabled, making the higher stools a problem, but they were the cleanest place to sit, although not one table was cleaned the entire 30 minutes we were there. They gave my 10 year old an adult quesadilla without asking. When I asked why I paid 9.90 for a kids meal they just argued that it was an adult size one. We ordered chips and queso, and got chips that weren't on the bill with no queso, with 2 food items on the bill we didn't order. The adult quesadilla isn't on the menu, it's a online only item. No one asked what kind we wanted. It was their mistake, and they owe me a refund. The gave us guacamole we didn't order and refused to remove the charge and just handed me the queso we ordered but didn't get. I got the impression the children working there can't make a refund, I assume don't know how or aren't authorized. But they absolutely do NOT care about customer service, they just defend their screw ups. HORRIBLE customer service. Charging extra because you can't your job makes you extremely unethical and the bait and switch with the kids meal quesadilla is illegal. Learn to make a refund when YOU overcharge someone illegally. Avoid this location, from reading the reviews the management here has a permanent problem and should be replaced. As sorry as it is, I highly suspect the kitchen MUST be disgusting too. And check your receipt very carefully.
