This place is ridiculous absolutely had no greeting skills at all and I had to purchase my pizza twice because they didn’t see the order on their end yet it clearly shows on my bank statement that I was charged

Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes only to find out speaker didn’t work than another 15 minutes at window with no one to show up people walking around I honked but still no response horrible service. Will not go back again.

Very uncomfortable experience at this establishment. We pulled through the drive thru and ordered an ultimate supreme pizza to which the boy said “that one will take about 15 minutes is that okay?” To which I replied yes and I also ordered a crazy bread combo. I get up to the window and pay and then he says we can wait in the parking lot and they’ll bring it out. So we waited about 20 minutes. They brought the pizza and bread and forgot the sauce so we asked for the sauce. Then we checked the pizza and it was pepperoni. So we told the boy who brought it out. He then stated that’s what we paid for and that he’ll go see what he can do. He never came back but a girl came back and said we could get a refund so when I walked in the same boy who walked back inside with the pizza, shaking his head, was the same one talking about the interaction in a very negative way then stated he just walked back inside because he “didn’t have time for that.” As if it was our fault they didn’t take the correct order or bring out the correct pizza. We waited 20 minutes just to get no pizza and leave with a distasteful experience. Like sorry you work there.

This location is so disgusting. The place is unsanitary and the personnel there is too. One occasion: I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a female worker who attempted to grab my card with dirty hands full of red sauce and not wearing any gloves. The second occasion: I was greeted by a worker who took my card with dirty hands and dirty long fingernails. This place is unhygienic and concerning. They need a manager who cares about clients and promotes cleanliness and professionalism. I get it, it's cheap pizza, but customers deserve higher standards. NEVER going there again. Corporate needs to red flag this place!

A new phone system was put in place, which I thought would make the calls go thru. But they must have figured out how to turn off the phone again. They never answer their phone anymore and its so annoying! I guess they don't NEED business.

They don’t answer their phones ever so you can’t place an over the phone pick up. They have ridiculous wait times for pizzas that should take no more than 15 minutes to make. And there’s always at least one person there with a bad attitude. And they’re not tossing their pizzas after the sell by time in decent time. So you’re more than likely getting an old pizza if you’re buying a hot and ready

As you can tell by the picture, I ordered the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza so it can be fresh, but if you look closer, you can tell they have placed the fanceroni on top of a regular pizza, not only was the pizza cold it tasted horrendous, I find it very appalling and conniving that they tried to pass it off, next time I'll return it for a refund

I ordered a thin crust pizza and a deep dish pizza. Both arrived 20 min early and very undercooked. I called the number on the email receipt. They said they can give me a 15% return. I asked them just to deliver two cooked pizzas and I would give them the undercooked pizzas back. They told me they couldn’t do that because I used the app which is a third party. I told them 15% does t even cover the tip. They didn’t relinquish. I am stuck with two raw pizzas. I tried calling the store number several times and no one answered. Next time I’m using dominos or Pizza Hut

The car in front of me waited almost 15mins before anyone took his order than waited another 10min to pay and receive there order , I thought I would be helped right after but was ignored by the employee pretending to be counting money waited 10min before he took my order then waited another 15min to pay only for them to get my order wrong not to mention my crazy bread was raw and looked gross worst place in town not too mention the speaker for drive thru is broken

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni and got a stuffed crust OREGANO pizza. Disgusting. I’m pretty sure they did it on purpose because there’s no way they couldn’t see how much oregano they were putting!!
