The servers were so kind and sweet. They sat us down and the food was incredible. the soup came out so warm. There was a lot of meat and noodles in the soup. The other dish was a chicken dish. Absolutely devoured it. And the summer rolls were impeccable the peanut sauce was so good. They wrapped up our soup and overall everything was so tasty

I come here every Friday for their chicken pho — it’s that good! The broth is always flavorful, the portions are generous, and everything tastes so fresh. Whether I eat in or grab takeout, the quality is always consistent. The staff is friendly and the service is quick, which makes it even better. Definitely one of my favorite local spots!

My favorite place 💕 Staff are kind, professional, and hard working. Food is very fresh and delicious everytime. I’ve never experienced a long wait, everything comes out paced perfectly. The pricing is affordable. They communicate well over the phone. I have dined in and ordered take out or delivery many times over the past few years. My favorite items: Vietnamese Chicken Salad (I cannot go without this in my order!) I love these amazing finds while wandering... I had the steak & vegetable sandwich and the mini shrimp rolls. The food was very tasty and the service was very fast! Delicious meal, not heavy... I didn't leave feeling heavy, like I'm gonna regret what I just ate. Satiated! I'll have to come back and enjoy their amazing menu when we're not so much in a hurry, esp their pho... visit this place, y'all!! Edit: this place continues to be one of my favorite! Just go already lol

I was always a fan of their little place near Vassar and these folks bought that one when the owner retired and opened this larger spot in Wappingers. Love the staff and the food. Please support to keep them successful. Special deals at lunch. Quick and friendly service. Love them. The vermicelli with crispy spring roll: to die!

Really good pho in the area. My go to order is Pho Chin. Broth is super tasty and it’s a decent portion. They give the usual bean sprouts, basil, jalapeño, and lime. I wish they also included extra cilantro. The fried spring roll were also good. They were hot and fresh out of the deep fryer.

This place is AMAZING, best Pho I’ve ever had, staff is super friendly, portions are large. If you’re debating on whether to come, look no further. Also love that it’s family owned. We will be back!

Traveling Cosmos and Tacos

The food was tasty. I was expecting more fish on the menu besides Salmon and more spicy dishes but I liked my lemongrass beef. The meat was tender. Nice size portions and they do serve Wine.

The waitress is so friendly and nice. I was worry when it is only 2 tables with customers at 6:30pm on Saturday. However, more customers were coming after us, so the atmosphere was better and they had many take out orders too. The pho is good. The portion is good size, and we asked the raw beef on aside. We ordered some appetizers. The mini shrimp rolls are so tiny, but good that was shareable. We ordered the grilled pork chop with rice, it was so tasty. The rice was Partially dried out. We also had the grilled chicken too. It was tasty, tender and not juicy, it may be they grilled it ahead of time and a bit dried out. It was different taste and less juicy than we tried years ago. We definitely will come back again when we have friends gathering. Also, they have WiFi passwords posted on the table, and have to walk to the counter and paid it, may be due to short of staffs? But it was fine to us. Even though the staffs were so busy working preparing take our orders and food , our waitress did come to our table couples times to check with us, she was so nice. We had a great time there.

Solidly mediocre pho. Don't come here expecting a hidden gem. Pho is OK. Not the best not the worst. The broth is very sweet with strong star anise flavor. Noodles are not good, came very choppy, broken and lumped together. The bowl they serve it in is not large enough to fit an appropriate amount of broth for the amount of noodles. They were kind enough to give me a small bowl of soup to add to my pho when I asked. There was minimal beef slices and one piece of tendon. The beef ball was not good quality, very homogeneous and ultra processed with no tendon. No toilet paper in the bathroom. It's the only pho spot in the area so I guess that makes it the best by default.

I would recommend this restaurant for their beautiful atmosphere but their customer service when it comes to making the customer happy is horrendous. They still wanted to charge me for a meal I sent back to the kitchen because they had to make it. I shouldn’t have to argue with the manager in order to have this issue corrected. The pho was tasty but my vermicelli was dry. Spring rolls was cooked very nicely.
