Very clean. Great friendly staff and great sausage egg cheese croissants! And the Impossible croissant is a really good alternative. The other Burger King locations should learn from these employees very pleasant customer service! Thank you!

Used to come here for breakfast before I moved. I was over by it today and decided to stop. The mgr Illina was amazing and kind. The staff is always been nice . She fixed my son's burger even though we forgot to tell her to remove items from the burger. My son went up to her and thanked her himself and to get a younger kid to do that without asking showing how good she was. Thank you for great service.

I only brought my son here to play in the playground since I’m not a big fan of their food. But I’m only writing this review because of one of the staff memebers. He was working extra hard making sure all the tables were clean and even went above and beyond and gave every child a bouncy ball and a paper airplane he made himself. He made my experience here a whole lot better.

Paul, the store manager, was an angel and helped us with our order after changing it at the window. Was incredibly kind and sweeter than he needed to be, felt loved and cared about at this burger king. Attempted to do the survey on the receipt but couldnt find the code :( hope this reaches him well.

I came today and ordered. The employees and manager were working so hard to make sure our food was prepared and great. And it was yummy! They were so kind and it was an overall great customer service! For those that are looking for work, I bet it is a great place to work. They are hiring! 😁

Had discount coupon and got 2 meals for $9. Great value. French fries were hot and fresh. Whopper burger was very good. Last time had to get food to go as dining room closed due to employee shortage. Food was good both times. Restrooms very clean. Important factor. Liked it.

The new workers who are at the window are so nice evertime I get my whopper meal with no cheese. The only thing I think they can make better is asking the customer if they want a Small , Medium or Large meal. Don't want to make a big deal out of what I believe. Other than that the new people who work there are so friendly and attentive to me evertime I go there. Who ever changed up the staff great job. The new workers are so polite. God bless them all. Thank you Burger King. Whoppers are always delicious.

Food could haved been better but the service by the Asian lady who took our order and payment was just outstanding.. She's the only reason why I'm leaving a review because we need more customer service like she provided. The entire time she engaged with us not only for the payment but as a human with a beautiful smile and attitude, we're traveling with 2 kids driving us crazy lol and she light up the entire mood and made us laugh, it's hard to impress my husband but she left an impact with him, my kids n I.. Thank you for such beautiful attitude and perfect customer service we stopped there around 10:20am... You need to recognize her for her excelent service on 5/19/23 around 10:20am breakfast time.. She was at the drive thru window...

I love the service here. The staff always prepares my vegan burger just the way I like it . “Have it your way” really stands at this location. Domingo, Monica, Jacquarius are personable. Domingo always uses the sanitizer when cleaning the tables and takes the trash out after his shifts. Once again, FRESH vegan burgers! #SOGREAT

I rarely eat fast food. But this week I've been to McDonald's, it was terrible. Went to Wendy's is was fair but not good, went to Arbys and it was overpriced for what you get. Burger King was a very pleasant surprise. My burger was made with care and service was great. And I liked the taste. As of now it's my new go to place.

We always use special instructions to customize our burgers. They get it right every time. The fries are always hot, but not always salted to our liking. I don’t think they even salted them this time but I won’t ding them for this because the fries were fresh and HOT!! We drive past many other places to get here and it’s worth it. The place is always clean inside and out. The service is good (yeah, it’s fast food but at least the crew has a smile for you - I appreciate that)

Best burgers ever ! This Burger King is awesome, tasty hot food, great friendly service. Very cool indoor playground for children. Only negative was the dining room is freezing cold, heaters must be turned off.

Way better than the average BK location here: Clean restroom, lobby & tables, prompt courteous service, order done right, no skimping on ingredients or fries. Thanks for locating the ketchup, straws, napkins, etc. away from the drink dispenser too!! Cudo's to the owner/management of this Burger King...if only they all were like this one 💯👍 Update: Came in again after above review and changed my rating...sloppy dry burger w/ cold cheese on it, sloppy service 🤷‍♂️another visit like this one and they're 3 stars - mediocre!

I went for lunch because my daughter wanted to play. The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly, and the play place didn’t smell like feet like so many of these play places do. I got a fish sandwich combo with onion rings and everything was tasty. The fish was a little over cooked and next time I’ll probably ask for more pickles. Overall a good experience.

They are competing with Chic fil A because of location but, the service was good. The young man was respectful and the food was hot. The only draw back were the fries. It's hard to describe what they taste like but it's signature for them. Very crusty. 4 stars for the service and hot food, but the fries need work.

The burgers was like warm but still tasted good. The location was clean on the outside. The service was good also. Everytime we come here they never give ketchup for the fries. There was no napkins in the bag either.

Great staff, but they need help, struggled to support drive through and front reception. Owner manager needs to get more staff onboard..although I know that can be tough nowadays. Unusually long wait, but I totally understand since they were understaffed. The lady covering both was pretty incredible actually.

Food was good and produced somewhat quickly. Although I am generally a positive person, I found it difficult to find anything positive about this place. The entire time we where there, explicit rap music was being blasted from a personal speaker in the back. One of the drinks (Sprite) tasted like carbonated water, and when brought up, they offered ice cream instead. Place was run by teenagers, and I feel the restaurant is in dire need of adult supervision.

Staff always seems depressed here. Tends to show in the food they are putting out. Service has sadly gone way down since covid. IF eating here, be prepared to be underwhelmed. Also, ask for fries,nuggets to be dropped fresh every time

I don't know know what has happened with this burger King. I ordered a whopper with extra everything with a large onion ring and I got a whopper no extra everything that looked like someone stepped on it in the back and a large fry. My husband returned large fry to get onion ring and they replaced with a small onion ring . I had paid for extra everything and a large onion ring. So sad . We were very disappointed.

Usually it's pretty good, but my last visit wasn't up to par. I usually come here cause it's close to my job,I'm a city worker. The burger I got was pretty cold and the chicken nuggets were cold and tasted like they weren't cooked all the way or they had been sitting for a while. At least my fries were hot and my drink was cold lol

Download and install the app and order from there. But do NOT choose pickup inside. They locked the door!! Currently 2 for $5 whoppers! My family of 6 ate for under $25 which is basically a miracle anymore! And I do enjoy a good whopper! But they are also not serving the whole menu and you can order from the app and pay for items you won't (and can't) get. And when you order from the app better place the order at the screen because they'll make it when you order it and let it sit and get cold. Also came with zero condiments.

The food is really good but every single time I go there my order is wrong. The wait times are astronomical. I mean I'm talking 20 or 30 minutes and it doesn't matter if you go in the drive-through or if you go inside. I went there a few days ago with a mobile order and went inside to get the order after waiting like 10 minutes behind a car that was ordering because I was in a hurry. the whole reason I put in a mobile order was so that I would hopefully get my food a little bit faster because it would be ready when I got there. When I walked in and told them I was there to pick up a mobile order the girl told me that they didn't even have my order and I showed her my receipt on my phone. The manager walked up and said oh I haven't confirmed your order yet let me confirm your order. So they hadn't even confirmed my order or started working on it and at this point it had been 15 minutes since I put the order in period then they started working in my order and upon giving me my order my entire order was wrong. Had I had I not had the foresight of every other visit there that my order had been wrong to look and see if my order was correct before leaving I would have gotten home and my whole order been wrong and had to go back and get the correct order. They told me just to keep what I had and then remade my order correctly this 2nd time. While it's nice to get free food it ended up making me late for an appointment that I had because what originally should have been like a 5 minute in-and-out trip turned into a 30 minute escapade. The only reason I continue to go to this location is because it's right by my house and my husband insists on getting burgers from there because they have that grilled taste that no other restaurant has. But standing there in that restaurant listening to the manager literally dictate every single instruction to every employee in there because apparently nobody there has any clue what they're doing, was the most disheartening and frustrating experience, and explains why every time I go there my order is wrong. They desperately need some experienced help at this location. I don't know if turnover is just that high or what is going on but corporate should definitely get involved and find out what the problem is.

This burger king was a basic fast food joint. The service was adequate but not spectacular. The food we ordered was prepared correctly. The fries were sort of soggy. The burger was decent. The bathrooms were not really clean. They appeared to be staffed properly. This is a basic burger king.

Three cars in the parking lot and one in the drive thru. I waited for 6 minutes in the drive thru, but the car at the ordering screen was just sitting there. So I decided to go in. No one greeted me, and I stood at the counter for about 5 more minutes before I finally was greeted and told they would be with me shortly. I decided to leave and go elsewhere. I went next door to Rosa's, way quicker, better food consistency and the people are always friendly and helpful.

This Burger King for the second time that we visited has sticky floors like they are never cleaned. We ordered the Halloween Black Whopper 2 weeks before Halloween and they said they ran out. We waited 10 minutes to get our food. When we walked up to the counter the lady was waving the flies off of our food. The fries had a fishy taste. The staff is friendly but this place needs better management that makes sure they stay on top of orders and cleaning. :/ I will drive out of our way to the Southlake location if we decide to visit the chain again.

Cashier was busy chatting with the cook and ignored me for more than a minute, then acted like he was doing me a favor when he took my order. When my food was finally ready it was barely warm. Also the urinal in the men’s room was broken and the room reeked of urine. How appetizing. I will not return.

I sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes for a chicken sandwich and 3 drinks. I'm not sure if I went during a time of short staffing (around 2p on a Sunday), but I was close to driving off without my food and drinks. Waiting 5 minutes at a drive thru, sitting in a car, is a long time for a fast food place. Anything over that, to me is ridiculous. There was not a line; I was the only person from the time I ordered to driving straight to the window.

They only have two people working and priority is for drive through. One person “cooking” and another working the drive through and the counter. I haven’t been here in years and will probably stay away several more years. Although it is low cost, I expect decent service.

Horrible experience. I walked up to the register with the gm counting money for the register while a kid stood behind her waiting. No greeting or any communication to let me know that they'll be with me as soon as they finish up. Zero eye contact, as if I didn't exist. She finished counting the cash and walked away and immediately after she walked off, the kid behind her walks off and starts taking an order through his headset. I stood there dumbfounded. I was about to leave but someone came to take my order. My whopper was FULL of mayonnaise. It was gross. Not surprised there was none else here. Didn't enjoy my meal at all. The last meal ill ever have at BK.

When I got home to eat my whopper - the buns were stale and I couldn’t eat it. What a waste of money!!! Service was okay. A quick “how can I help you” took my order and just said “okay come to the window” without giving me my total. That was fine. They asked if we needed any sauce “only ketchup” and then asked us to move forward and park to wait for our food. (To pull up to the entrance by the play area). I assumed maybe they were making our food fresh seeing how we’re were the only customers in the drive thru and only had two customers inside. Waited about 5 minutes. Fries were old and limp barely warm and I ordered a fish sandwich with extra tartar. No extra tartar sauce, they gave me an old sandwich with old brown lettuce in it. When I tried calling (multiple times) the phone just rang and rang with no answer so I gave up. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Which makes me sad because this used to be the best in the area and I’ve been going here since 2005.

Every single time I order, I have to pay for sauces, which is fine, but they don't send any of them. We ordered mozzarella sticks, fries, onion rings. Ordered mozzarella sauce, zesty, ranch and honey mustard, and literally none in the order. Oh, but I got 3 packets of ketchup for 6 orders. I paid for 12 got 0. They don't answer the phone, and I'm done with this place now. It's not the money, it's the principal. Management needs to have higher standards from the staff. This is ridiculous, it's the past 4 orders I have to go grab the missing items.

go here because my kids love the play place. on more than one occasion they have given me food that tasted like it has sat put for hours. if I order alot of chicken nuggets some will be great others you will have to spit out. I've learned this with the burgers also. if you don't ask them to make it fresh they will just give you what's been sitting out for hours. burger King is pretty good when made fresh idk why they continue to serve stuff that been sitting out for hours. also the place is empty on the inside but yet the whole place is just kind of left dirty, ice machines don't work most of the sodas were out of syrup. also this was early in the afternoon looks like some of this mess was left from the previous night. got here around 11 and they syrup was dried up of the soda machine. not many customers either only one other group came in the hour I was here. the burger I asked them to make fresh was good. the chicken nuggets where great when I had them make new ones because the others had sat out. also tried the spicy chicken fries that were awesome. when you serve people bad food they probably won't return which is why this place stays empty.

Picked family up from Airport and we pulled into the drive thru. They couldn’t get the order figured out after several times. Got to the window and was asked again. No paper in printer for credit card receipt. After nearly 10 minutes they handed us a bag. A guy came to the window and said they were nearly out of food, out of large fry cups (charged for a large however). Ordered 8 pc jalepenio cheddar bites. Got 4. All our food was cold and disgusting. This was 8:30pm on Friday night. Out of food and cups?? Ridiculous. Poorly managed and owned. Will never, NEVER EVER return

Went for a drive through, no one ever greets or even asks us to wait while we are in the car. So we wait in the car for a solid 2 minutes before heading towards the window. A car infront of us waited at the window for another 5-10 minutes. Our turn comes and the first question I ask is if they are busy. The guy at the window tells me they got a lot of GrubHub orders and asks me to go make another round for my order as he cannot take orders there. Since there are 2-3 cars accumulated behind me, I turn back hungry. BK - this is so disappointing not just for your rude customer service but also for turning your loyal customer base away with inexperienced staff.

Being Burger King, I don't expect world class service here, and tonight I was charged for an order that I did not receive (went thru the drive thru and only found out after I got home). When I went back before way closing time, the workers appeared to have stopped working and dimmed the lights when they saw me drive up there. Moreover, I saw very young kids in the kitchen area, which doesn't seem very safe for them at all.

They ALWAYS forget something on your order, charge 25 cents for sauces, thinks 10 nuggets only need 1 sauce! Takes forever every time, rude incompetent staff... pretty much this is the worst experience you will ever have at a BK... I drive an extra 10 min to get to the BK on beach st now! 20 or so chances to get things right, maybe had 1 or 2 trips that didn't require me to tell them what they F#($ed up!!! Stopped here on the way home today... mistake, they forgot my nuggets, again lol ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

Let me start off by saying the food was good, but the service at this burger King was less then 1 star. The whole establishment couldn't speak English, much less understand English. There for they couldn't get your order right, all they could do is laugh, and one lady wiped her face with a rag and just sat it down were they slide the food down.

I wish that I checked the reviews before ordering food here. Lesson learned. I ordered a double whopper and a single whopper with cheese. They only added cheese to the double. Burgers tasted more like mayonnaise sandwiches. Tiny, young girl in the drive thru not friendly at all. What the hell is wrong with you youngens?? It's horrible buying food served without accuracy or a care in the world. But this is what I get being lazy and not cooking. If they don't care about the product they sell, then how nasty are things behind the counter?

I can finally understand why this Burger King is always empty. Finally decided to go get lunch, waiting in the drive-thru for 15min and all they could say was "wait please". 5 other cars behind me and they all left. I finally left as well without ordering. Nov 22….Lunch First time back to Burger King in many months. Todays meal was HORRIBLE ! The worst I believe ever ! The restaurant was FILTHY! Trash cans were overflowing and most of the tables were dirty. There was only 1 other occupied table in addition to mine. The French fries were mixed …some were Hot and some Cold. The cheeseburger was extremely dry and the cheese was barely melted. I still can’t believe I spent almost $25 for 2 people. I could have eaten at Whataburger or Griff’s for much less $$ and definitely enjoyed a Much better meal.

Employees are rude don't even speak to you when you walk. The one girl has a attitude all over her face. I ordered a chicken wrap. It was a piece of chicken and honey mustard. I walked right back in and got my money back. The size was a joke.

Terrible customer service. Filled cup full of ice, so there was little soda to drink in a large cup that is already overpriced. I asked for a receipt and the lady took the receipt that printed out and threw it away in front of me and then had the audacity to tell me that the printer didn't work. Will not return. Not the first Burger King to give me service like that.

I wish I could go lower than 1 star. My son stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Not once did anyone greet us. However the Hispanic gentleman who walked in after us was greeted and given a cup for a free drink. I guess when it is an all Hispanic staff, if you aren’t Hispanic or white you do not matter at this location. My child wanted to eat Burger King today, but after being ignored, I made the choice to leave. I can spend my money elsewhere. Do better Burger King.

I used to love coming to Burger King, but this location has the rudest cashiers and manager. I ordered two of the original chicken sandwich and it came out horrible. The place looked clean, but the employee at the register had an attitude and they were getting soda out of one liter bottles. The fizz was gone from my drink by the time I got it. I also noticed an employee in the back use a tissue to wipe her nose, but then she didn't change her gloves after that. I will never go back there.

I literally eat BK every week, and for the first time ever I was told that I couldn’t use the same coupon code from the app. Ended up making two separate orders. When I finally got my Impossible Whoopers they were missing vegetables and the fries tasted like old grease. I parked and went inside for veggies, only to see a large metal wall blocking the view of the food being prepared. This is the only location I have ever seen this in. Why can’t customers see their food being prepared like any other restaurant. This really concerns me because I am planted based and I would like my food made separately from things I choose not to eat.

My wife and I just left there. The drive thru is coned off so we went in the lobby. Nobody helped us. They stood around in the kitchen talking. One of them said to another, "hey there's somebody out there" after they noticed us standing in the lobby. Then nothing. They went back to talking. This is why they are dead and Chick-fil-A next door is slammed. It's not the food, it's the service.

If I could give zero stars I would me and my cousin went to eat here and it was the only thing we ate that day and we threw it all up it did not taste fresh and it had a weird taste to it too. I was sick for 2 days, and didn't get no sleep at all. We will not be going here no more.

Just horrible. Ordered today since Chick fil -A was packed and my daughter wanted a chicken sandwich and fries. They put the fries at the bottom of the bag and they were not cooked all the way. Had to put them in the oven to finish cooking. I hadn't been to Burger King in a long time and since this bad experience I won't be back. I rather eat a peanut butter sandwich than eat there. I see now why it's a ghost town at this establishment. Need to revamp everything.

One star is way to good for the service (or lack there of). We made the mistake of going on July 3rd around 12:30 pm. There weren't very many people inside and one car in front of us in the drive thru. We waited for ten minutes then got to the speaker where we waited another 5 minute for someone to help us. My wife gave the order, and the lady got it all confused. Of course there was a big language barrier and she messed the order up twice and charged way too much. She then corrected it, and we pulled forward. The lady repeated the order again and seemed confused, then almost overcharged us again. At that point, we canceled the order and went someplace else. While on line, the car behind us pulled to the side and left as well. I would think I'm an industry where they expect a liveable wage, would do a better job. We have written this BK off our list, as this lack of service seems to be rampant at this location.

I’ve ordered from the BK well over 10 times and every time I have regretted it. 2 cars in front of me in the drive through takes 18-22 minutes minimum. I don’t blame the workers for seeming like they hate their job. My assumption is that many customers are as frustrated as I am waiting for their food every single time they unfortunately chose to roll up to what seems to be the slowest Burger King in the world. The final straw was waiting in line the last time just to find out they don’t have the bun incorporated in their primary sandwich they are advertising under every rock. This is why Burger King is falling off as a fast food chain.

Cooks uses no gloves watched them touch everything bare hands from chicken to beef to toppings and bread to everything else. Absolutely horrible place, day or night staff suck ,cooks slower than car with no wheels , managers don't know how to manage. Eberytime expect to wait 20min and be ignored

No greeting upon entrance...they were a bit slow to take our orders. They didn't say someone will be with you in a second, minutes, etc, etc.. I actually had to ask for service. Also they got the orders wrong, and over charged us for a sourdough burger, we caught it , then corrections were made.The food had no flavor, also it wasn't hot. Our money wasn't well spent. I saw a worker take a lady's food out to her car after she ordered...he touch a wet floor sign with left hand, once he got close to her car...he transfered it to his right hand, and passed it to her. Isn't that cross contamination?? What happen to wash your hands before you handle food... alone with politeness, and courtesy. They don't listen very well at all. My first visit wasn't very pleasant. I won't be stopping there again. First impressions matter. Out of mercy and courtesy, I will give them one star.

This Burger King in Watauga is the Worst !!! I went through with gift cards only the be told they couldn't take gift cards at this time . Mind you this was after placing my order....the lady asked me if I had cash or credit card ..I told her No ...she yelled back to cancel my order and shut the window. This is not the 1st time this burger King has been either Rude or incompetent! But it will be the last time we ever go there ! Horrible , ordered 3or 4 times. Finally to window, they said wrong & pull forward. Sat several minutes & brought bag out, no receipt, looked in & no idea. But drive home & not my ord er😡 but no receipt, so tried to eat & horribley cold. Most horrible service & Food & time wasted 😡

Brought my kids here a couple times because they have a large play area. Second time, I was on the last few bites of my burger, and noticed green mold on the bottom bun. I brought it to the cashier and she called over what I assume was the manager lady to take a look. I advised they should check their buns because this one is moldy. She said "ok" and walked away as if it was nothing odd. Needless to say, my family will never go here again. I also noted the lettuce had pink edges as it does when it is getting old or is left out at room temperature.

I placed a breakfast order online and paid. I get there and the lady will not give me my order because it was a few minutes after 10:30 when breakfast stops. I placed my order at 10:15, and it should have been ready before 10:30. That is the purpose of online orders, so they are ready when you get there. And I already paid?!?! It would make sense if I ordered breakfast after 10:30. I was beyond annoyed. I am pregnant and when I feel sick, it's hard fit me to eat because nothing sounds good and I finally thought of something I could eat. So this incident really turned me away from this burger king location all together

I eaten here for 15+ years and have always bragged about how I’ve eaten at Burger Kings all over the world and this place is the best. That’s no longer true, unfortunately. My last 3 visits have had food that was sloppily prepared and unappetizing. My own kids won’t eat burgers I buy for them from here anymore because they say it tastes “off”. The meat patties have been missing grill marks and have been almost pink. The veggies on the sandwiches have also been bad: a tiny single slice of golf ball sized tomato, uneven scattering of lettuce, and onions missing completely. Also way too much mayo and ketchup. It was literally pouring out of the hand burgers while eating them. Idk if this place got new ownership or what, but I’m noxious right now thinking about eating there and will need to give it a few years at least before I can stomach the thought of eating here again. I tried to raise my concerns to their management thru the receipt review system but never heard back so this is my way of moving on. Please stop sending us coupons.

Just don’t come here. Terrible management leads to an understaffed store with overworked employees and it shows big time. I’ve never had a positive experience here. The wait times are long and it’s take 5-10 minutes to take an order of one item in the drive thru. I’ve timed it and it’s taken up to 20 minutes as the sole car in the drive thru ordering one item. It’s just not worth it for mediocre food. Really hope the terrible management can be improved upon.

I must say that this location is not up to the standards that Burger King advertise... This location has not been able to serve shakes for over 2 months.. Which is truly ridiculous as a fast food chain. I've always had a shake with my meal and this shows that the management is not concerned about the equipment being operable. Get working equipment

My son placed a Togo order for me of chicken fries and a big fiery fish and they gave me a reg fish sandwich and mozzarella sticks and when I tried to call the store the line is busy every time I tried which was several times! This is unacceptable my whole order was wrong and there’s nothing I can do because I can’t get a call through big fat zero stars!

It was absolutely ridiculous! 40 minutes in the drive thru and can't get out because cars are in front and behind you and when you get the order it's completely wrong and then have to wait for it to be made all over again. When we got it home, the bun was stale, and the meat was not fully cooked, and cheese is literally halfway dangling the size of the burger. Fries were not even warm... unfortunatelythis is the status quo these days. Absolutely no care in the quality or condition of the food they are serving you. I guess I just expect too much...

I rarely write reviews but I had to going to this location. I would give it negative stars but I can't!!! 1. Not given receipt for purchase because they were out of paper. 2. Wrong size fries given with orders...I had 3 orders that required fries...all sizes were wrong. 3. So not only were the fry sizes wrong, the fries were cold. 4. Sizes were wrong for drinks...2 orders were supposed to have large drinks...medium drinks were given. 5. Again not only were the drink sizes wrong but both drinks were just carbonated water...I ordered 2 large Sprites with easy ice. 6. Ordered a burger with no tomatoes & pickles...not sure why the onions & cheese were missing as well. 7. Did I mention the dinning room was closed during regular dining hours because the location was shorted staffed so they only had enough staff to cook and run the drive thru? 8. When I got home to realize we had all the wrong stuff, I tried to call to voice my complaint...the telephone number was busy! Needless to say, I will not be back!!!

Do not go to this location! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. You walk in and it is absolutely filthy. Not one table was clean. We ordered on the app. We get our food and there’s hair in it. I took it back to the counter the lady/man behind it said “I have a feeling that’s my hair”, proceeds to take their hat off AND FIX THEIR HAIR BEHIND THE REGISTER IN FRONT OF THE FRENCH FRIES! I asked that person to please go to the restroom and do that as what you are doing in not sanitary at all. I didn’t want my food at that point, wouldn’t give me a refund because we ordered on the app, the manager was useless. No one has on gloves, no one has on anything to protect their hair. Very very very disgusting restaurant and staff.

I went to the restaurant 10/08/24 at 2:23pm lunch for my son and I. I ordered a Jr. burger with xtra mayo, lettuce and cheese and another Jr. burger with ketchup, lettuce, and cheese and 1 order of fries. I pay and return home. My son opened the sandwiches and they are wrong. BOTH have mayo, lettuce, and NO CHEESE!! We return to the restaurant and show the receipt they attempt to remake the sandwiches. My son opens them his condiments were right mine was wrong NO mayo on sandwich. I showed the person in charge she threw 4 packages of mayo on the counter and walked away. We went back home and tried to eat and it tasted so bad my dog wouldn’t eat it. The next day Wednesday 10/09/24 at 8:40am I went back to the restaurant at the counter is the same person in charge. I told her the food was bad and I wanted a refund. She said she needed the food back I told her I threw it in the trash. She said go get it bring it back and she would refund me. I asked for her area manager and her name. She said she didn’t have to give it to me and walked away. She than turned around and said she was busy then gave me the middle finger. PLEASE DONT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!!! I have more pictures including my order and a picture of the person in charge!!! She was very nasty!!!!!! I would appreciate someone call me back. I understand it may take awhile due to (Milton). I Will NEVER EAT AT BURGER KING AGAIN!!!! In fact I will picket outside the restaurant and tell everyone NOT TO EAT THERE!!!!! Starting next week !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
