Seeing the last several reviews I think Giuseppes needs to reevaluate whats going wrong. I used to order from here weekly. It's been a while, but decided tonight we would. I placed the order at 5:30pm. I called about an hour and 15 minutes later to do a check in on where my order is. It's a school night and my kids have been waiting more than an hour for dinner. The man says the order had left and they were heading to albany... soo, Albany and then back to troy? Why would they even do that? 2 hours later we got some beautiful but very cold pizzas. After waiting 2 hours I can take a few more minutes and toss them in the oven but I'm pretty upset about it. And now seeing the complaints in the reviews over the last several weeks for same things like super long deliveries is insane. Giuseppes is better than this. Please fix the issue so your costumers can continue being happy.

Pizza was remade twice and still wrong, was told by Brianna “we’re not remaking it if that’s what you think”. Extremely rude. Spent $66.

I'll gladly change this to a higher rating once I get home, finish cooking this undone pizza, and actually give it a taste, if it's good I'll retract my statements, but I can't believe I drove 25 mins, all the way here from Poestenkill, to try this pizza and it came this way. This is NOT how pizza is done! 🤦

Order lg pizza with 20 mild wings extra crisp, wings tasted a day old they where not even close to being crispy nor spicy and just not good. Pizza was ok, will not be ordering from here for a long while.

Worst customer service ever!!!!I just ordered a pizza a snack platter at 6pm for 51 dollars. Was told it would show up in an hr to an hour and a half. 8pm still no pizza. I call and explain and all i get is attitude. Then told that my pizza isnt coming and that i can pick up my pizza tomm morning. The rudest staff ive ever come across hands down. Best believe ill be there upon opening 100% absolutly pathetic customer service

Very sorry to have to do this. 1 star because I never received any food….just a no show. Ordered at 7:26PM. At 8:45 food still didn’t arrive. Called and called and no answer. 9:15PM still no food. They are now closed. That’s really all I can say. I can’t give them anything redeeming. Maybe order pick up if you want to get your food?

Ordered a pizza at 5:30, got an email at 6:30 that it was out for delivery, called at 7:30 to find out where it was, got the message that they are closed. Order not received. I would give negative stars if possible.

Okay so my girlfriend just order a pepperoni pie from this place and and lemon pepper wings by far worst pizza ever and wings was terrible, pizza seem like they gave me a display pizza that’s been sitting on counter cause it was not hot at all cheese was not melted was all cold , and the wings was in so much buttery lemon pepper sauce made wing soggy as hell very disgusting and very disappointing!!! I would not recommend no one to eat here !!! Wasted of our money kids couldn’t even eat the pizza smh 🤦🏾‍♂️

Food was cold and soggy, definitely over priced and didn't recieve what was ordered. When brought to thier attention they argued the food was right and when they finally agreed it wasn't wanted to make us wait another hour for redelivery. Would not recommend to anyone.

Big Rip-off. They up charged me 10% of total bill on my order of chicken wings. Their menu says nothing about charging for splitting an order of 10 or more wings and I wasn't told when I made my order. Food wasn't worth the price, the counter lady wouldn't correct the error. I would never go there again after this experience there. I recommend that you don't either.

horrible rude woman over the phone we called The wrong place and their pizza is like $10 more than Giuseppe’s in hoosick falls. She was immediately talking very fast and kept cutting my husband off. I literally had to tell her can you please just slow down so that I can talk to you?. She just wanted to steamroll right over us.

My very 1st review, I’m sorry put the pizza was undercooked it was so doughy. I currently work in the refrigeration industry in the capital region and the pizza dough was blown up as if you’re walk-cooler is not properly cooling… as I’ve seen in the past 18 years at pizza shops as their dough was blown up due to walk- in warming issues causing you’re yeast to rise. The steak sub was a zero as well the bun not roll but you’re bun was not toasted as it held the overly burnt meat , I hope you take this criticism and try to make your food better or hire new cooks.

The pizza dough was a bit undercooked, ordered a tots with cheddar cheese but they put liquid cheese which made the potato soggy. My expectations were high, but my experience may not be yours.
