Tom's Restaurant Brooklyn Reviews
Best NYC diner, and potentially best pancakes ever. Convinced that anyone who had under a 5 star experience just got unlucky.
Stopped in near close, the staff was super grateful and accommodating and reassured us to please sit and enjoy even though they were closing up. Made us feel right at home. Never felt like a burden. Food was awesome. Decor and atmosphere was great. A true Brooklyn classic. Really made us feel like part of the neighborhood crowd on our visit to NYC. Will return!
Amazing diner with very reasonable prices. The pancakes were delicious, my coffee was strong and regularly refilled, and there was a fantastic atmosphere. Feels like a neighborhood staple. Be prepared with cash, as they don’t take cards
I always have the best time at Tom's Restaurant. My only "complaint" is that I wish Tom's were open more hours of the day! But overall Toms is a delight- I highly recommended frequenting here as often as you can and ordering a shake no matter the time or day 💕 Some notes: -Tom's is cash only but they do have an ATM if you forgot your cash - there is usually a line to eat but it generally moves fast. Sometimes I'm lucky and don't have to wait at all other times I'll wait 10-20 mins - love their waffles, french toast, bacon 🙏
Good coffee, good bacon, fast service, great prices! Super old school - from the decor to the attitude of the staff. Definitely /feels/ like a place from the past. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and the place was bustling and COZYYYYY especially on a wet rainy day. They keep pretty strict indoor capacity which was appreciated. Every other booth was blocked. They are CASH ONLY and have an ATM on site.
This place was packed from the moment we walked in, and I can see why! Killer breakfast. They gave us coffee to drink while we stood and waited, and the coffee was great! The people were friendly and the food was fantastic. Portions were awesome, but we definitely had leftovers. We went in around lunch time, so of you go in around that time, expect a bit of a wait. It is well worth the wait though!
This place was pretty awesome. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was fun, and the place just had a lot of character. The Coffee was excellent! I ordered pancakes and sausage with a side of grits. Everything tasted great and was far too much food for me to finish. Next time I go I will try the French toast because it looked fantastic. The waiter talked to me for. While Nd even leaned in to give me a hug. I left feeling like they cared about my business and will certainly return. 1 thing.... it is cash only. I missed that part when I walked in. Luckily, there was an ATM inside with only a 2 dollar service charge.
Great service, cash only, get the classic egg cream and burger! I think it was $11 ala carte. Clean bathroom.
WHAT A PANCAKE 🥞 🤤 SO GOOD! Tom’s is awesome. My partner took me here to experience the goodness that is Tom’s and I was so impressed. It’s a bit better in person then delivery but it holds up to the drive. The sweet potato pancakes are divine! I crave them weekly and if they were a little less expensive I’d have them daily! They’re that good. The bacon is typically great diner style and delicious. We’ve tried a lot of the menu and haven’t been disappointed. The assortment of different butters, the home fries, everything’s really good. The only thing we weren’t impressed by were the cherry lime drink and the thin slices of ham. Wouldn’t order those again or at all. Otherwise everything’s great! This is definitely a spot that’s stood the rest of time and is 100% worth dining in. So come on down and enjoy!
Tom's is cash only so be prepared. The lines can be a little long to get in but the food is well worth the wait. They will offer you an orange slice as you wait in line to be seated and the oranges are fresh and juicy. I had the classic diner breakfast two pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs. The food was great.
Like walking back in time to old New York. Tom's has been in the neighborhood since 1936 and is one of the few remaining real NY diners. There was a long line when we arrived, and throughout our visit but it moved very quickly. We were offered free coffee while we waited on line; a simple gesture but very much appreciated and not something I've seen anywhere else. The staff were fast and friendly, food was delicious and much cheaper than your average brunch spot. So many menu options, will definitely be going back to try them all.
Good value and well-separated, covered outdoor seating available. Be prepared to wait ~10 minutes on arrival to get a table. Very crowded indoors The spinach omelete & cinammon pancakes were great. Fish & chips was also good and made without beer in the batter. It came with chipotle sauce and sour cream.
Staff and food always great. The daycore makes me feel like a kid in my grandmother's basement. Moved out of the area years ago but still go back every so often fo my Lime Rickey fix.
Whilst wandering Brooklyn streets we saw a huge line for this place on a Saturday but weren’t sure why. After looking it up we decided to give it a go. It was a rainy Monday so no queue. We shared a plate of Danish pancakes (lemon, ricotta, Parmesan(!), blueberry) with a side of crispy bacon and strawberries. You get three huge pancakes and they come with accompanying maple syrup and some flavoured butters (plain whipped, and what I think were strawberry, cinnamon and orange). The pancakes were so light and fluffy and I really enjoyed the butters. The portion is very large so it fed two people comfortably. We also ordered tea which came in an enjoyably huge mug. Service was quick and friendly. They bring you iced water on arrival. The place has a cosy atmosphere with vintage eclectic decor. Cash only but there is an ATM inside.
Popular diner with a storied history. The walls are full of magic and nostalgia. The portions are large. Super great for breakfast, brunch, lunch. Old school setting and flavors. Friendly service, genuinely warm. Crowded, bustling. Filling. Good lighting, long bar, New York vibe. Cash only, ATM on premises.
I bring all my out of town guests to Tom’s for breakfast. Excellent service, delicious food. You can’t go wrong here! My favorites are the 2 by 2 by 2 and the crab cakes Benedict. (Pictured: toasted blueberry muffin with butter, veggie omelette with home fries, fresh strawberries, pancakes (2x2x2))
Tom's Restaurant is an old school diner that I love to frequent on the weekends. Great breakfast and coffee. They never disappoint!
Meals pictured from 2015 & 2023 Consistent, period. Food is always hot, tasty and served quickly. Service is above and beyond, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. My sister didn’t like her lunch entree and they simply and quickly got her a replacement, it was the most seamless meal swap ever. Tom’s has never let me down, I’ll be eating here as long as I live in Brooklyn
I mean.. if you’ve seen two episodes of Seinfeld you need to go here! It’s a bit from everything else while in the city but it’s definitely worth the time. It looks of course nothing alike in the series but the atmosphere is still there. There are some photos from the cast with adds to the feeling. The restaurant itself it very pleasant, we shared a tuna salad and a coffee and it was nice! The staff was very friendly.
Wow. Just wow. No other words can describe the experience I just had at Tom’s. Like stepping into a time machine and being transported back to 1942. The pancakes are fluffed and my stomach is stuffed. What great food and atmosphere. Our gracious host even brought us a cream soda on the house! Will definitely be going back soon.
The coffee is great. Strong and bold. Really enjoyed the portions of food. The potatoes did seem under cooked for my taste, but my Mexican Omlet was delicious. The flavors of butter choices for the silver dollar pancakes I had to try at home; I was too full. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the butter and pancakes also. The atmosphere, customers, and services is a win win. Very welcoming; and to be in business as long as you have means you must be doing the right thing. Looking forward to visiting again soon. 😀
Listen, I know I've only been in New York for a couple months now, but I seriously doubt I'm going to find a better breakfast/lunch spot in Brooklyn for the price you pay here. I strongly recommend the 2x2x2. And if you get something else, just make sure you try their bacon or their pork sausage. Quite possibly the best I've ever had at a restaurant. The atmosphere gets 3 stars because it is a very small restaurant, so it's kind of a tight fit no matter where you go. (They do have seating outside the restaurant as well that I have not tried just because of the weather so that could have a little more room to it than inside the restaurant.) Regardless though, the food and the staff are fantastic and I cannot stress how much I love this place. And if you bring kids with you, be sure to treat them to the hot chocolate.
It's easy to see why this place is so loved and packed with people. The service is genuine and served with a smile, and the food is absolutely tasty! The standout items are the egg cream (kind of looks like a milkshake) and fries (I think some of the best I've ever had)! I got the huevos rancheros for the entrée, and it was perfect.
Tom’s Restaurant was EXACTLY what I was hoping it would be! A cozy old diner from 1936 still serving classic diner food that’s both delicious and totally reasonably priced. The burger and fries were absolutely classic and the fries held up over a long lunch without getting soggy
Solid diner food and for the price, this is the best bang for the buck in the area. The star was the pack cakes which were phenomenal - they have so many flavors as well. The service is quick, the food is tasty, and everything is inexpensive. You can’t really ask for more. Looking forward to trying out more options.
Great local place for comfort food. Pancakes are always great; big, fluffy, and great flavors. Love the Danish pancakes. Cash only but they have an atm. Very attentive service. And wasn't super busy when I arrived around 1ish on a weekday. For those who need to know, they do not have non dairy milks for coffee. Also for those who need it parking in this area is not great.
Yes, the pancakes are amazing but so is the staff! Even on a busy Sunday morning, Jamal made us feel like we — my three-year-old’s stuffed Bluey included — were most welcome. Always a treat to find good food and an inviting atmosphere!
Excellent caff - omelette, pancakes and hash browns were anong the best we have ever had. Staff welcoming and attentive, lovely building full of historic charm including newspaper clippings from over the years. One of the highlights of our trip to New York!
First time here, went with friends, food was great and very friendly staff. Excellent flavors and options too! Definitely recommend, but get there early, the line forms around the block
Just googled this place & took a chance and the atmosphere was cozy the customer service was excellent and my food was prepared to my liking. The prices are reasonable. I would definitely go back.
This was an impromptu visit after a visit to the Brooklyn Museum. Four of us enjoyed an old fashioned Brooklyn dining experience with good food, strong coffee and a wonderful cast of staff. From a BLT to tacos, grench fries to onion rings and a great chicken and cheese quesadilla, the food was fresh, portions wonderful and our Greek server was just the best! We will definitely return...what a nice discovery!
What truly sets Tom’s apart (besides it being such a cosy, comfortable space to grab a bite) is the service this team provides. Exceptional. One of my fave local haunts. Shoutout to two of their team members, Jamaal & Jayden, who went above and beyond in terms of service to their customers.
The best cinnamon roll pancakes I’ve ever had . Decided to visit here instead of IHOP super last minute and was such a wonderful choice . I dined in with my best friend and we had an amazing time. We didn’t spend much and the vibes were immaculate. The food was served fast hot and ready. 10/10
As someone who loves exploring local eats in Brooklyn, I can confidently say Tom’s Restaurant in East New York is a true hidden gem. Their fried chicken is perfectly crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside — the kind of meal that makes you close your eyes and savor every bite. The staff treat you like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even better. If you’re craving comfort food that hits all the right notes without breaking the bank, Tom’s is the place to go.
I love every time I eat at Tom’s. The staff is incredibly efficient and the food exactly satisfies the “classic diner” craving. We arrived around 2:30 on the Sunday, were sat at a table in 15 minutes, and our food came our way a little more than 7 minutes after we ordered !!! My favorite place to meet old friends for a substantial meal 🤌🏼
Had such a good time here. Came with a friend for Brunch. Got the cinnamon roll Pancakes with scrambled eggs and turkey bacon. So worth it! All got the cherry lime Ricky...always my favorite. Staff was so funny and welcoming.
Don’t be intimidated if there’s a line, there is a lot more seating than there appears to be. You should be in after 10-15 minutes tops. That being said, I ended up getting the Danish pancakes, I was expecting it to be a little cheesier, but I would liken it to a blueberry tart in pancake form. It was really good, I also got a strawberry milkshake which was good too. I would recommend splitting with someone if possible as they give a lot more food than you think you will get. I saw most people around me leave food on the plate, I know that is a good problem to have.
Disclaimer: This is my personal experience. If something doesn’t go as expected, I always believe in giving the restaurant a chance to make it right. Most places will, and Tom’s definitely did. I stopped in craving something specific — an open-faced beef sandwich — even though it wasn’t on the menu. I asked, and they made it happen without hesitation. The beef was tender, layered over toast, and smothered in rich brown gravy. Total comfort food. Nothing fancy, just honest flavor that hit the spot. It’s the kind of old-school hospitality that makes you feel like more than just another customer. Major appreciation to the team for saying yes when they didn’t have to. Sometimes the best dishes are the ones made off-menu with a little heart.
some of the best pancakes i have ever had in my entire life… i’m not exaggerating. we also got the reuben which was to die for. they bring special sides of butter (including strawberry butter) and the ambiance inside is that of the perfect, classic, breakfast diner (the way it should be). This is a great place to stop before going to BBG (that’s what we did)
Weird the line is not as long as it used to be. It was about Saturday around 11am and the wait is 20 minutes for a table of four. Food is delicious as usual. I had the Mexican omelette and definitely get the fries. They have the best fries in America to be honest. We got pancake, egg Benedict and something else. Coffee is like a good old diner coffee in the familiar cup. Service can’t be better. The waiter is full of energy and love the smile. We got our order fast and correct. He gave us extra sauce and refill on coffee. It’s very tight spot and I would just have one person wait inside until the table is ready.
loved my visit to tom’s restaurant!!! service was great and quick and the food was delicious. the selection of pancakes is to die for, i got the cinnamon roll pancakes and they were delicious. they also give different types of butter. on the pricey side and cash only but worth the atmosphere, serving size and flavors. will be returning!
Run do not walk! This place is the absolute best breakfast spot in the neighborhood. The entire staff is so friendly and generous and we absolutely loved everything we ordered. Classic American fare but done to perfection. Only downside is CASH ONLY but they have an ATM and honestly any ATM fee is worth it for the food and service you’ll receive. I cannot wait to return again and again!
I’ve been here a couple of times. Great little diner, super vintage looking, great speedy service and the food is great diner food. We got lucky since we came in at 11 and there was no line. Usually there is one winding down the street. Note that this place is cash only and takes no reservations. We came in and we were seated in 10 mins as soon as our whole party showed up. The restaurant is cute, has an old school diner vibe and I love the non matching plates and mugs we are given - feels like a home or a bnb. Some cool decor as well and they have a little covered outside space as well as the restaurant itself. The food was good- very Midwestern feeling diner food. I loved the strudel pancake and the sweet potato waffle They have lots of tables and seat you pretty quickly. Mostly the tables seat about 6 - slightly a tight squeeze I’ve tried the pancakes here and recommend the blueberry ricotta. I also liked how they do the pastrami and the crab cakes. I love how they do three little butters - strawberry, pumpkin and cinnamon. The wait staff comes to you quickly and brings the food out Quickly as well. They did recommend to us that we were ordering too much food (and we were) so we appreciated that.
A popular neighborhood spot with very good food and a friendly staff. American diner-type menu.

Excellent breakfast menu ! Not much more to say . Everything is good . Sometimes that’s all there is
I had the Danish pancakes with blueberries and a zest of lemon. The portion was large with an endless supply of maple syrup, butter and even small cups of cinnamonbutter. The best pancakes I've had in my life. They were large, fluffy and absolutely Perfect. We sat at the counter which was okay, despite the place being crowded, it being a Sunday and all. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the coffee which was weak.
I just had my first experience at this diner this morning. Service in this place is very good. The waiters are very friendly and fast. I had to try the pancakes that is so raved about. I got the Banana Walnut Pancakes which were very fluffy and filling. But would I classify these to be the best in Brooklyn? Nope. You do however really get your moneys worth with the portions. I got a side order of bacon which I was a little bummed about. It didn't seem cooked all the way and appeared a bit fatty in some spots. Also, parking in this area is a tad hard if you are not looking to pay the meter.
Be prepared for quite the line during brunch, and a cash-only situation at payment. Besides those surprises, Tom’s is actually a classic diner with all the fixins. Cinnamon roll pancakes were good but a lot of the flavor comes from sweeteners and flavored butters - the pancakes themselves don’t hold together well but are tasty. I actually thought the crab cakes were my favorite on the menu.
We like visiting an old diner that has been in business for a long time, with lots of loyal local customers. We found one in Brooklyn when we visited Brooklyn Museum. This diner is family owned operated since 1936! You need to go down to the mid way between the entrance and the back wall, where they have a sign that says “wait to be seated.” It was packed on a weekend during lunch time. A staff came by quickly and told us there will be a few minutes wait. After a few minutes, we were taken to what looked like an outside area from the main restaurant. It was an add-on to the restaurant (I assume), with lots of windows. It was full Christmas mode in there, even though we were visiting during Summer time. A good way to save time and cost with no need to re-decorate for the holidays. LOL. As soon as we sat, the staff asked if we wanted coffee, this is not that kind of a place where you take your sweet time to decide what to eat and drink. For food, we ordered Special 2 by 2 by 2 Combo, Crab Cakes and Eggs, and Tom’s Beer Batter Fillet Sandwich. The portion was huge, not anything fancy but tasty and the kind of food that soothes your soul. We had a nice lunch here, we were completely stuffed and still took some left over home. They serve breakfast all day, so you can have breakfast any time of the day. The one thing to remember, is that they are CASH ONLY. Make sure you bring cash! The staffs were nice, not always easy to grab someone since they are always busy, but they are attentive enough.
Very crowded on an early Saturday afternoon for breakfast/brunch; about a 20 minute wait but larger parties waited longer. Pretty standard diner food with large portions and fast service. The cinnamon roll pancakes were good and not too sweet. The crab cakes are imitation crab but I'd highly recommend. (Cash only establishment.)
Tom’s Restaurant is a traditional corner deli in Crown Heights. The main dining room is filled with little pieces of different decor, but the art noveau murals stand out. We sat on the external area, which is not as interesting, but still has a wall filled with different certifications and decorations. The food is tasty, but Tom’s Famous Cherry Lime Rickey was the best thing. It’s cherry soda with a lime slice, and the natural lime flavor with the syrupy artificial soda packs a punch, especially during summer. The lemon ricotta pancakes were plenty and well made, with the sides also very good. A nice experience, overall.
Went here for the first time today. The food is not as great. The omelettes we ordered were only okay. Our server got the wrong order at first, but then corrected it without complaining. The toast was too dry, and did not seem too fresh, the home fries were not cooked too well and were not delicious. The Belgian waffle sundae was awesome. The coffee was good too. Not sure that I would return here.
I think this place is ok. I came here twice. First time I tried the blueberry ricotta (danish) pancake. I must say that their famous pancakes weren’t over the top as I expected. Second time I decided to go with the Eggs Benedict and the eggs were too well done and not poached. They asked if I want to replace it but I didn’t mind as much. The service is fast though and the staff is very nice and they care to hear if you are enjoying your meal, so for that, I will come back. Could get very busy during brunch and sometimes very loud.
It takes a lot for me to give a restaurant 4+ stars. But this place did it, the food was great (we had breakfast) they gave these little 3 spreads that makes you feel great inside and just want to know their recipe for it. The pancakes and waffles were extremely soft and fluffy, they had these unique taste that makes you feel the restaurant added a secret ingredient. The only negative I can say about the food is they use deli yellow cheese for the eggs. The omelet was average nothing out of the ordinary. Other than that they give you a nice sized cup of coffee and orange juice, a big healthy portion of food with an amazing price. Definitely would like to come back and try their other items.
First time visiting here. I'm from the bronx but came to Brooklyn to see family. So I stopped in here with my aunt for some breakfast. The service was good and we were greeted by everyone in the restaurant. The food came out pretty quick. The pancakes were the best I've had at an establishment in a very long time, they were soft and very flavorful. I ordered. Pancakes, eggs, bacon and Grits. When I got my grits as they came out last they had hair in it. That kind of messed up the whole meal. They took it off the bill but you have to pay attention when you are cooking and presenting food in a restaurant.
What a fantastic experience! Breakfast at Tom's was so amazing that we couldn't resist going back the next morning. It's a classic diner, straight out of an '80s TV show. Walking in feels like a time warp. The food perfectly complements that retro vibe – simple yet top-notch. You'll feel like you're indulging in the same pancakes and eggs as those iconic actors did decades ago. It's a joy-filled meal that sets the tone for a happy day ahead. A true gem in Manhattan!

Despite all the hype and mystique around Tom's Diner, it's honestly just a pretty standard diner. They have breakfast food, lunch food, dinner food, and coffee, much like everywhere else. The cinnamon roll pancakes were just alright. I probably wouldn't get them again. I think this place gets such a disservice by being so hyped. It's not gonna live up to the expectations, which is a shame because it's a decent place. There are many others in the area I'd rather check out though.
Tom’s is a very cute, classic old diner complete with the requisite checkered floor, counter seating, cushy booths, and greasy menus. I came here on a weekend for lunch and had no problem getting a table immediately. There’s the main room with booths and counters, a side room with tables (this second room feels less like a diner and loses some of the vibe of the main space), and a large outdoor seating area. Prices were all very reasonable. Though it’s listed as a breakfast and lunch spot, the menu is exclusively breakfast items. I didn’t think the food was that great (even by diner standards). The hash browns were basically baked potatoes and the omelet was pretty flavorless. But all in all, it was fine for a casual, cheap, quick spot.
Worst eggs Benedict ever. I think the " hollandaise sauce" was melted cheddar cheese. Two slabs of taste less ham. Huge disappointment.
It was good. Crowded but that's a good thing. The pancakes are good but nothing special. They have chocolate French toast. That's actually good and sweet as all get out. The beverages aren't anything to rave about. The service is lightning fast. Food in 15 minutes. That's not an exaggeration. Prices are decent. It's a landmark I believe.
We went to Tom’s for Saturday brunch. It gets packed after 9am. It’s a local joint and a lot of locals go here. I thought this place is overhyped. We got an omelette and crab cakes. The crab cakes were different and tasty but the omelette was awful. Our friends got pancakes which they liked. The food was reasonably priced but I’m not a huge fan of this place. The staff is really friendly and accommodating. However, the food is very mediocre.
Tom’s Restaurant offers the classic diner experience that many of us look for: quick, flavorful meals served in a warm and welcoming environment. The food is consistently tasty, whether you're grabbing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A couple of standout items include their French toast, which is absolutely amazing, especially with the strawberry and pumpkin butters—they add a delightful twist that you won't find at most diners. Another must-try is their sweet potato fries, which pair perfectly with the chipotle sauce for an irresistible combination of sweet and spicy. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure your coffee cup is always full and that your meal arrives promptly. The retro vibe adds a touch of nostalgia that makes each visit feel like a step back in time. However, one thing that prevents me from giving a higher rating is the fact that they only accept cash. In an era where card payments and digital wallets are the norm, it can be inconvenient to have to remember to carry cash specifically for this place. It would be great if they could adapt to more modern payment methods. Despite this, if you're prepared with cash, Tom’s Restaurant is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
My second time in, after a disappointing first time I figured I'd give it another try. No wait this time, despite the holiday. Like last time, the staff were very friendly and the vibe was old school. Unfortunately, like last time, the food was inconsistent, with an eggs Benedict that somehow managed the double whammy of being both cold and overcooked solid. The cheesy grits were just bog standard grits with two slices of American cheese slapped on top. On the plus side, the coffee was decent and filled again one during the meal, the bacon was crisp and plentiful, and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. Stumped for the cinnamon roll on the recommendation of a friend, and it came with a couple of different compound butter which were good too.
i have never had a worse hamburger. The place is old, crowded and has zero charm. People one table over said it was the worst grilled cheese sandwich. How do you ruin grilled cheese? Not a problem at Toms. Must be the low price and quantity of food, because it sure isn't the quality.
By far the worst Food we had in 1 week of NYC. Supergreasy french fries, uncooked eggs, even the iced tea contained chlorine. They dont take cards paying.Waiters ok, Boss (?) at the front desk completly uninterested and rude. How does a diner like this function? Probably was good once - time to catch up to your colleagues.
My friend and I had breakfast here this morning. Eggs, bacon, coffee, a side of strawberries, nothing complicated. It was all really bad. We returned the strawberries because they were visibly rott…
The service was very bad. You could see all the people gathered in a corner but they never came to me I always had to wave at them; and the pancakes were awful I had better food elsewhere including…
Aug/6/24 The worst pancakes I have ever eaten. I had to force myself to eat this so I don’t waste my money. The only things good were the eggs and the tea. Don’t know if I’ll come back to be honest. Very old inside and the man behind the counter is Luke warm… revamp. Renovate and take cards. How does an establishment do Uber eats or door dash but don’t take debit/cc cards… go figure … bathroom is small like a portapotty… oh geez
We ordered the Crab Cake Florentine Benedict because it sounded delicious. It came to the table with an orange color holindaiase sauce, weird. The crab cake tasted like a fried potato pancake, no crab. The spinach was salty canned stuff that tasted old and awful. The corned beef hash and eggs were fine but not special. I remember them being better then this. I don't think we will go back.
Let me start by saying i've been here a few times in the past, it's been awhile since I came back. This was not the experience I've had in the past. The food was bad not like I remember, the service sucked we had to literally walk to the counter to ask for our drinks that were sitting there for 20 mins while I server sat on the phone in the corner smiling and chatting. Now i'm not above self service honestly I prefer it but this is not that place it has wait staff. Not to mention the waiter flirted with my girlfriend, extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend.
The food is just not good at all! Pre-cooked greasy cold bacon, grity under cooked pancakes, watery coffee, overpriced. Attentive staff, fun atmosphere, but the food... Yikes!
