The guy was super nice helpfully and respectfull. But I think Elya could use more training, you don't tell your customers to get the cup that they have sip drank already on the serving counter, bad Hygine, and bad Covid 19 protocols. She remade my coffe, bit it wasn't good sorry :(

🥐Really nice Starbucks, even with THE COVID the bathrooms are open!!! That's a huge deal! Stedman, our barista, was amazingly chipper, helpful, warm, welcoming and kind. 🗝That is exactly what is needed when someone walks into an establishment - I super appreciated it for our whole family of six to come in here on a long cross country drive to get back into our home state and be welcomed in California! Thank you ☕

Awesome and friendly service from this Starbucks. Cafe had a chill vibe and plenty of seating for customers. They heated up my sandwich really fast and were very welcoming towards us as customers. Although they were busy they were quick to serve orders. A nice place to grab coffee and a light bite to eat. Central location makes for easy freeway access to I-5 from this coffee shop as well.

There’s something about the pine air and the mountains that makes even a simple coffee feel better 🌲. It’s a good spot to reset, check your route, and get back on track ✨. Inside, it’s the familiar Starbucks layout — clean, organized, reliable. But the outside reminds you that you’re not just anywhere; you’re in a mountain town with a sense of distance and direction 🗺️. If you sit for a minute and look toward Mount Shasta, it feels like time slows down 🏔️. For anyone driving through, this Starbucks is a perfect road pause — coffee, a view, and a moment to breathe 😌. Worth the stop 👍.

Everything is good abt this location and I often stop here always, but I only have 1 issue and I believe every truckers wants this location to be open 24 hrs, but they close at 7:30pm everyday nd it’s very early.

I come at this location all the time. But had bad experience this time. I ordered an impossible sandwich. The lady at the counter burned the sandwich and the fillings including cheese was spilling out.

I clearly asked for light ice. What I got was a cup completely packed with ice from top to bottom. This wasn’t even close to light — it was excessive and honestly ridiculous. When a customer requests light ice, it’s not a suggestion. It’s a basic instruction. Filling the entire cup with ice feels lazy and careless, especially considering how much these drinks cost. At this point it feels like customers are paying premium prices just to receive a cup of frozen water. Do better.

I’m extremely frustrated with the service today. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple coffee, and the staff didn’t communicate anything about the delay. This was a complete waste of my time, and frankly, it’s unacceptable.”

I’m leaving a review for the Starbucks in Weed, California. The attendant at the register, Jared, was rude, unhelpful, and incredibly condescending. It didn’t come across as customer service at all — it came across as though I was a problem, and they had no interest in making my visit comfortable. Maybe it’s a generational thing, but his attitude was surprising and unpleasant.

It seems that employees regularly park at the Superchargers here, blocking 2-3 at a given time. Frustrating. We also have been disappointed with the lack of customer service on more than 1 occasion, as have waited at the counter >5-10min to place an order while employees in front of us stocked and worked the drive-through. It is a bummer, because we were excited to make this a new favorite charging spot! Now, we encourage others to just pass through.

Absolutely terrible experience. Out of the three drinks I ordered, none of them were correct. The employees were all walking around with headphones on, not listening to anything you say. You have to repeat your order five times, and even then they still manage to make the wrong sizes and completely different drinks under my name. Thanks a lot! Amazing service!

30-minute wait for two drinks. Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Due to understaffing and store policy that drive-through orders take priority. I literally waited in-store for a half-hour.
