They gave me the wrong receipt and I didn’t receive my order until about 15 minutes later. Outrageous for a popeyes.

The signs say that the chicken sandwhich was 3.99 and you get charged 4.45 with out tax. And their reason is the signs are wrong. The foods good. But at all other Popeyes I go to I pay 3.99.

Not worth the price. Drink 3/4 full, waited for subpar fish & chips. First and last time having popeyes.

There was a very long line one cashier. I went over to the manager Clavie and ask her if they had apple pies available. She said stated yes they did! so I commenced to wait on the long line like 10 minutes when I got to the cashier I asked for 3 apple pie the cashier stated that I would have to wait 5 minutes although the MANAGER Clavie stated otherwise. I purchased the Apple pies 427 p.m. I receive my apple pies until 4:41! When I approach the manager Clavie while on the long wait and asked her about the pies her statement to me was" I Didn't know you wanted them for NOW". Common sense if I'm asking when is it that she expected me to get them? Then she had an attitude. I had to wait so long, I'm the one that should be upset. Place woiuld do be with a lroper manager. Why is it that on a Saturday your understaffed?

The worst customer service and self policy. This branch will not include any sauce with meal purchases. Management is unapproachable as well. There is a Popeyes in the nanuet shop as well as spring valley you’re better off taking a 5 min ride.

I visited this branch and placed a takeaway order, which included a six-piece chicken wings meal. I was one of the last customers of the night, and after being informed that my order was ready, I quickly collected it and left, as I had parked my car outside the store just before closing at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t check the contents of the order until I got home, at which point I realized the six chicken wings were missing. I immediately called the store to report the issue, and the person I spoke with assured me that I could collect the missing item the next time I visited. However, when I returned and mentioned the previous issue, the staff member I spoke with asked when I had come in last time, then abruptly dismissed my concern without properly listening or investigating the situation. She insisted it was “impossible” for the mistake to have occurred and showed no willingness to address the issue or continue the conversation. This experience was very disappointing and not what I expect from a brand like Popeyes. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure better customer service in the future.

So apparently they have a new rule that sauce can ONLY be given if you get any chicken tender based meal LOL I love how cheap these fast food companies can be that requesting a thing of sauce for the family sized combo meal I got wasn’t allowed. I didn’t realize how much of a loss of profit it would be to gift your customer a thing or two of blackened ranch.

They don’t listen when you make orders how can someone order frozen mango juice but you give them lemonade🤦🏻‍♂️

I am never eating here again. First off, employees were rude and had I not looked on the bag first (I ordered a chicken sandwich meal), I wouldn't had any fries. They forgot them. Second, the chicken sandwich had an off taste. I can describe it as not fully cooked frozen chicken patty. Also, the fries were slovenly put into the bag and tasted bad. Probably the last I'll ever eat fast food. Just as advice, avoid this place.

Chicken tenders were dry more Breaded than anything else Meat was very thin not Juicy at all Very disappointed with Popeyes very expensive for the service of the meal will not go back ever again I am done with this place mr. General. At KFC you will always be number one.

they always forget to give me my sauce and straw and utensils. The staff acts aggressively towards customers. I love poppeyes but this is probably my last order from palisades. :(

Ordered a 3-piece tender combo and didn't get tenders so I brought it back and the lady asked me if I touched the chicken! I'm assuming she wanted to resell the chicken. That is incredibly disgusting and a health hazard.

They still do not allow anybody inside. All they do is take out. Just awful awful awful food. The chicken is dry. They just don't care anymore. I refuse to go there and I go to Kentucky fried Chicken instead. Just stay the hell away from this miserable place.
