Ive been in there many times and recently have been going through their drive threw and they have been super pleasant. They have been announcing their names and been very polite.

Really good place to just chill, get coffee and sit down before work. Friendly staff even though they're overworked and underpaid.

Nice restaurant, polite staff. However one of the workers were talking to another co worker and she was fired up over something, in addition to saying the F word loudly.... I'm not an angel either but if there's young kid's there you might want to watch what comes out of your mouth. Only than that the place is bright and clean.

So i dropped by for a quick coffee today at 5:15 p.m. the ypung man working, didnt get his name, ( thin, tall) very quick and polite! Best service I've had at a Tim's in a long time! Thank you.

The steak pepper and onion panini [spell check] is out of this world. It is so darn good !!! I'm writing this review a day after, but I'm about to go get another one !!!! Enjoy !!! I have not tried the chicken yet. I don't know if I'll be able to pull myself away from the steak.

Wonderful place to relax with friends, staff is all friendly. This one lady there; think her name is Deb has a wonderful laugh and great character. The coffee is delicious, cured my depression and saved my life. Bathrooms are clean and dining room is spacious. Drive through times are fast. Over incredible

Drive thru, nice workers, this location doesn't charge for oat milk in your coffee like some Tim Hortons do.

Prices are slightly higher than normal, but coffee was made perfect and hot as usual.

Tiny seating area inside. Small interior, so take-out can be lobby deep at peak times. Pretty efficient staff though - that helps a lot. Twin drive thru lanes that merge into a single at the pickup window means you have to keep your head on a swivel to make sure that some moron doesn't ram into you while they're playing with their phone...😬 It's better than many of the local Timmy Ho's... but the location and the traffic patterns can make it a soul killing experience if you're in a hurry.

I was visiting family and I could walk here and back in a few minutes. Where I am from in SWFL you cannot walk anywhere. There are NO neighborhood coffee houses one could walk to. Everything is either in town or in a shopping mall. The staff was very helpful and made what I wanted like they get my weird ordering habits daily. The peanut donuts are yummy as well. Down in FL they really do not know how to make those right.

Not a bad Tim Hortons to go to one of the few that I do go to that typically does not screw up my order or make my coffee improperly. Definitely better than some of the other ones in the area and especially if you're looking for consistency within your cream and sugar on your coffee.

I've enjoyed going to Tim Horton's since I've been a little girl and now I take both of my kids there. This location is always fast, efficient and has friendly staff.

They don't have Milk just cream. She never said anything and it was a bad coffee for me.

Poorly trained staff struggle to keep up with the volume. Constantly running out of stuff even sweatier. Sorry for the bad review. I will fix if I see improvement

Every time I came here and I ordered medium iced coffee. They gave me the wrong size few times. They need to pay attention on the size between small and medium cup. It got me little frustrated.

One Tim Hortons is just like the rest. If you order anything other than coffee, check your drink before driving away. It may or may not be what you ordered

Once in a while you get a good attendant, when you're lucky. Coffee and things are just ok but the price on everything always on the rise.

I dont drink tim hortons coffee anymore or eat any of the per made donuts . I like that day fresh made donuts like Paul's donuts

Dunno who the third shift manager is but literally 5 cars have went through the drive threw. It cleeearly says open 24/7 and no one is answering. Says the lobby is open till 11 so try to go in and it's locked. Sat and waited for a few minutes and still nothing.

The bagels, they let them sit for way to long and by the time u get them there so hard they chip teeth no joke, everything else is fine at least the ppl are nice just the bagels super stale

They must have been short handed because it was a very long wait. We were in line a long time with no one taking orders then they were also helping drive thru people but there were at least 3 other workers doing drive thru so in feel at least 1 should have been for inside. I only got a coffee. The people were friendly but disorganized.

Ordered two cappuccinos. One was about 3/4 full, the other was cold, not even room temp. Not sure how that can happen, but I wouldn't recommend ordering these as they clearly struggled to make them. It also took a long time and held up the drive through. Not great.

Over priced on ICE capps. Can't believe they charge for whipped cream. Breakfast sandwiches are small. I like Paula's ice caps so much better.

Just stopped at 11:08 this morning for two breakfast sandwiches, a sausage egg and cheese on a biscuit and bacon egg and cheese on an English Muffin. Pulling up to the drive thru window the young man only opened the window enough to scan my card (about 3 inches) and let it close immediately. I received my food and got an English muffin with just egg and a sausage egg and cheese on croissant not a biscuit. It seems trivial but it’s not what I paid for!

Dude this place is shot I ordered one drink and they messed up after I waited like 5 minutes with one person ahead of me with five employees inside you’d think this place would be faster as a supervisor at my work I would have written my employees up for the speed of service they were providing I had to throw my iced vanilla latte out a four dollar drink which had no vanilla because then it would’ve been sweet seeing as all vanilla lattes and caramel machiattos are supposed to get the sweetened vanilla and I have no time to get another one it’s ridicules and I will never go here again the people behind the counter were not wearing hair nets the cookies were burnt. This is a horrible location. And everyone there should be scolded at.

Usually would go to this locations drive thru on my way home. But today they did not answer their drive thru intercom, so I drove up to the window and the boy was just very nasty. I have worked in fast food for 30 yrs, you do not speak to a custmer with some sort of attitude. I have lost many of jobs because of this. I will not ever return to this store. I will go out of my way to another store.

Employee that took care if me was extremely rude. I asked for a sleeve for my coffee she literally threw it at me. Then tried handing me an ice capp that was leaking everywhere got made that I asked for a new one them threw a straw at me when i asked for a new one. I understand its busy believe I was a manager at a tim hortons but the service i received was awful plus my husband dumped his coffee because she didn't put any sweetener in it. Keeping Employees like that will get you no business!

Very very rude customer service. Handed me wrong coffee when asked to fix attitude on top of messy dripping coffee I had to ask for a napkin to clean. Who does that. Best part of this location is the traffic light that allows you to leave the lot. Translation: slow service, undertrained staff, orders not correct on busy or slow days, and a general feeling that you've interrupted the staffs person lives by (waiting forever) to request a beverage.

I am going to school nearby, and since I started 3 months ago, I order tea every single day at lunchtime like clockwork. 4 times so far I have received coffee instead. Its really frustrating when I only get once a day to drive for my tea fix, then to take a sip and taste coffee...(I know, when will I learn to check it before I drive away...)

Got a pretzel bagel and a iced capp in the morning. Couple hours and for the rest of the day I had terrible stomach issues and believe it was food poisoning of some sort not sure if they used old milk or something but I've never had a reaction to any of these items before. This Tim Hortons is awful. I went there to get my boyfriend breakfast. I asked for the bacon egg and cheese bagel combo 3 times before the order taker even acknowledged that I wanted a drink. Then he puts the wrong bagel on the screen and says he fixed it. I got home and my boyfriend was disgusted, he got the complete wrong sandwich(something with steak) and wrong donut, and his ice coffee was made wrong. How is it possible to mess up every single part of an order? Not to mention that every time the people toss a bag at you and are really rude. Awful.

I went in , first I seen a sign for a tea latte and order that with a coffee , she says what is a tea latte ? I said I don't know that's what your sign says ? Then after that I get the tea but not my coffee after 2 people after me get there stuff I finally spoke up and said I think you forgot my coffee ? Just had the worst Tim Hortons experience at this location. The lady helping me was very rude and gave me my iced coffee with it dripping out of the sides and all over the floor. She threw it on the counter and immediately turned her back to me, didn’t say thanks have a good day, or let me wipe that off for you. An employee like this is toxic to both the work environment and those who actually provide good customer service.

Worst Tims ever! My second horrible experience at this location. It’s 7:30 in the morning they have zero Tim bits available and very limited donuts for the morning rush it’s ridiculous. The last time I pre-ordered for lunch on the app and when I went through the drive-thru they hadn’t even started preparing it until I got there . It was lunch for 8 people so not only did I have to wait 10 minutes, everyone behind me did too. When asked the person at the window said “I’m sorry, I don’t really know how the app works”. what is the point of the app and pre-ordering online?

When we pulled up we heard the young man Jake making the sandwiches complaining about people ordering so much food whatever, we ignored it and continued waiting for our order when they finally gave us our order that same young man Jake came to the drive through window and was very ignorant he stated “ it’s ignorant to order 5 sandwiches the drive through is only to order a coffee and a donut” I can maybe understand if they were super busy but when we first pulled up there was no one behind us and by the time we got our food there was only 2 cars in the drive through. All the young kids that work here need a attitude adjustment. If you don’t like your job get a new one.

Manager is very rude. Place is dirty with cockroaches crawling and flies on baked goods. The manager is sloppy and dirty and treats customers like garbage. Customer service is horrible and the workers are also rude and ignorant. No please and thank you in this joint.I have also seen them go with the same glove from the register to clean the bathroom and then come back and handle food and lick the spoon after they make sandwiches. Stay away from this place worst the one on ridge in Lackawanna. By far the dirtiest Tim Hortons I've ever seen.

One of the worst locations I have been to. I realize that maybe they were short staffed but the manager looking around, not assisting, no direction. Horrible. Waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and 10 timbits. Do better or get a better manager.

I stop at tim hortons usually 2 to 3 times a day for coffee, donuts, wrap etc. and I will usually drive several miles out of my way to go to this store because they always got my order right and they stir the coffee. I ask for my donuts to be put in a box because when they are in a bag the frosting sticks to the bag, no problem. Until recently. I went to your store today and asked for the donuts to be put in a box and the worker told me you don't do that. Ordered a coffee and it was not stirred, besides she is rude. This was in the AM. Went back this afternoon ordered a coffee and once again coffee was not stirred. If the worker at the window, Kayla, is miserable and doesn't like/ can't do her job maybe she needs a new one. This isn't the first time either. All the other workers at the store 5 stars.

I have never been to a Tim Hortons that has consistently messed up my order every single time I go. Especially the morning shift. From forgetting hashbrowns to putting the wrong jelly, forgetting entire drinks, you guys need to hire more competent people because these young adults just ain't cutting it.

The customer service at this location is beyond terrible. You have young kids that don’t care and have no clue on the meaning of good customer service. The manager that I have made a complaint about a young man who worked the drive thru, pretty much said it’s a busy location, but I’ll “speak” to him. Last week I was told by a different young man that I could not pick up my online order due to him not making it. Just because he did not want to turn the grill back on! This location closes at 8p and i placed my grilled cheese sandwich order at 7p. I told him I used points to pay, received a message stating my order was ready, drove in to grab it just for a lazy worker not wanting to turn the grill on and argued with me about how it was closing time in a hour and would not being turning any grills on. I left there with no sandwiches and lost the points. I will never go to this location on Seneca street in West Seneca *Thank you for your automated response but I already have reached out and have been waiting for the manager to get a hold of me for a week now*
