I orded a sandwich meal and a 5 pc cuz I had just worked all day and didn't eat anything same with my fiance. And it was next to us I had never had It. The sandwich came with sooooo much mayo it was mayo with a side of sandwich, and I ordered a large mash potato, got a small, the only that tastes good are the sides I got. The service was good but the food was not.

Just ordered a few of the chicken wing deals for my family. The tenders were fine but the regular chicken bone in wings taste like freezer burn, they taste old. Also they were fried beautifully on the outside but the inside, if you they had taken it out a second sooner the inside would still be pink. It was barely cooked the bone was still pink honestly. We couldn't eat the food. Like yall the chicken taste how old wet chicken smells. And because I know they won't do anything about it unless someone gets sick I'm just gonna sit this here and make my complaints accordingly.

Very poor service and customer service, with like warm chicken! We stood at the counter for at abt 10 minutes before having our order taken. Once we ordered, still took abt 10 minutes before we got our food. My food order was incorrect and the lady (Ileana) at the counter just reached in my box and picked up the piece of chicken that was wrong and threw it away and then corrected it with the smallest piece of chicken she could find in the basket. With no apologies or anything! We patronized this restaurant & ordered 3 different combo meals totaling $36.55 just get barely hot chicken & half ass customer service!

What a horrible location. At 11:00 p.m., apparently you cannot place an order because they claim to only be taking online orders. When I advised that I could make one, I was informed that they were only taking existing orders. What? This makes absolutely zero sense. Will not return to this mismanaged location.

Oh my goodness this food was so horrible. It was so dry and cold. It was so dry there was barely even any meat contents inside of the batter. On top of that, several items of my order were missing. This is so disappointing because I am pregnant and Popeyes is one of my cravings. I am so upset like I’m actually crying because I was craving this really bad.

Will guarantee to mess up your order every time or not give you what you ordered that’s if you can even understand what they’re saying sometimes. I think if you work drive thru English should be spoken fluently in America no offense but seriously. Every time I get shorted something from my order and they never and I mean never will answer any phones there’s no matter if you call 1000 times it’ll continue to just ring and ring and ring. Then when you finally had it and drive back up there to confront the issue they act like you’re lying about it when you tried to immediately call to inform them but they wouldn’t answer. This is the last time I get Popeyes from this location

Me and my family ate here tonight for dinner. My son wasn’t feeling well and attempted to go to the bathroom to vomit but due to the doors having a code only the employees knew my son vomited in the hallway. I informed the employee and was told the manger requested I clean it up and proceeded to put paper towels,gloves and sanitary spray on the counter.

7/10/2025 I arrived at 9:05 and was greeted by an extremely long line. I attempted to approach the restaurant, only to find both doors locked. After joining the line, I waited for 38 minutes to place my order at the speaker. Unfortunately, the lady informed me that the special advertised on the front glass was no longer available, the 10 pieces of meat for 16:99. When I finally reached the pickup window, the staff member asked what did you order?. I explained the circumstances, including the locked doors at 9:05. She replied that the lobby closes at 9 pm, citing company policy. I requested to speak with management. The entire experience at Popeyes lasted 55 minutes, which appears to be a standard wait time. I have documented the experience with video footage. Adhering to core values significantly impacts everyday transactions. When I finally received the order it was half cook. Please do better.

The service here is terrible. We went on the evening of Monday, June 9, 2025 because my grandma was craving the fish sandwich that had been advertised. As always, we checked the menu online beforehand just to make sure it was actually a menu item for our location. It was. So we drove over there. Went inside, and the guy at the register said "we don't have fish sandwiches anymore." Alright, so I just went online and placed a pick up order since it was a menu item. Got the order. Picked it up through the drive-thru. We asked the lady "does this include everything, including the fish sandwich?" She said yes. Got home with the order...only to find out it was a chicken sandwich. Money wasted. Who is lying at this place? The guy who said they no longer sell fish sandwiches, or the lady at the window who said there was a fish sandwich in the bag? If fish sandwiches are no longer sold, why is it still a menu item? Do better. Get better employees. I'm also not even sure how fresh the food was, because the bag was handed to us about 90 seconds after we placed the order...so it was probably something from first thing this morning just thrown in the microwave for a few.

I have never been to this Popeyes and received the terrible service I received tonight. I pulled up to the driveway and waited for someone to speak through the Intercom. They never did, even after I said “hello” twice. I pulled up to the window, seen two young ladies and honk my horn. They both looked at me and ignored me, for an entire 5 minutes and told a guy to come take my order. They gave me the wrong thing, threw my fries in the bag and also made me late for work.

Went to get a spicy crispy chicken sandwich combo. Super excited to eat it and once I got home I took a bite only to taste plastic! I opened the sandwich up to find they didnt even bother to remove the plastic paper of the cheese! How lazy can you get. I then proceed to call to make a complaint and the number just rings and rings and there is no answer! Never coming to this fast restaurant again!
