Kind of pricy but addicting love the Frappe, Latte, teas ,(hot and cold). Rarely buy food but it's ok. atmosphere .used drive through...it had short line but went quickly.

Here on November 3, 2023. This location was insanely busy and there were only 3 staff member that I could see. Needs to have at least 3-5 more staff members! There happened to be a VERY rude customer during our visit who was complaining about the wait and said he would be calling corporate to report a member of the staff. One of the staff members, Kim, did everything in her power to handle the situation very politely and professionally. She needs to be recognized for her amazing attitude and handling of the situation. Everyone needs to be more like Kim! ❤️

My mom and I go to Starbucks in Whitestone, ny every week. Mom is 84 years old. She loves the hot pumpkin spice latte- extra whipped cream. Antonio is always on his game. He has come around from behind the counter to open the door (several times) for mom. He is a real gentleman. He’s always happy, very helpful, well mannered and is an asset to Starbucks!!! Thank you so much Antonio! You rock!!!

Having a Starbucks in the neighborhood is SO convenient. Plenty of seating and the atmosphere is great for meeting up with a friend for coffee or getting a bit of work done. Music can get a bit loud but they’re nice about turning it down if you ask. Staff is very friendly and great at what they do- Cait always makes the best drinks! Haven’t tried the drive thru yet but looks easy to navigate too

Every time I go here I always look for Leila , if she’s not there then I leave . she’s the only one that makes my drink the same each time . Others don’t care and make my drink different and it’s really upsetting . Leila always has a smile on her face and treats me with the most positive attitude. She’s the best .

If you come in to order, you will wait, as all the priority goes to the drive through.. Fast paced atmosphere, shouldn't prevent employees from being friendly

Starbucks is behind Walgreens. It has a drive-through which is pretty slow. It does have free parking next to it and it’s much faster to go inside. The bathroom needs to be cleaned.

Lady took my daughters order yesterday she ordered a large drink and then when we got the order it was a medium then I told the lady I asked for a large she says to me you order a large this is a medium she took the medium poured into a large added water and gave it to me. Love it

Rudest Starbucks I have ever encountered. I have gone a few times since they opened up this location, and every time, we are met with rude employees. We wanted to give enough chances for this place to prove itself, but every time we visit in store, the employees have an attitude towards us. The place is quite dusty, and there are stains of slipped drinks. It makes me question the cleanliness of the place, and based on other people's reviews, cleanliness is something this location does not give a damn about. Please do yourself a favor and avoid.

By my house, came here in person and drive-through, at least 15 times? Not ONCE did I enjoy my drink. Customer service is alright, 6/10. They mostly talk a lot to each other and one time they had an all out tantrum and the girl was so loud arguing about a personal party she had to step out and then leave work. Like what is this place? Just can someone train for better drinks? I am paying 6$+ forrrrrr??????

I asked for caramel macchiato one day and it did not have any syrup or caramel flavor. I thought it was a mistake, so I left it alone. Next day I ordered pistachio latte and same thing, no flavor. It sucks because I want to like this place, but it’s really horrible. Service is rude at times, but depends on who you get.

On 2/20/24, I went to the Whitestone location to review some work. The music volume was very loud, I politely requested a female staff member to "lower the volume a little." I was ignored. After a while, I still couldn't focus. I asked the drive-through girl, who came to the order counter, to "lower the volume a little." My request was ignored. For a third try, I again asked for a slight volume reduction, citing I couldn't concentrate. The guy, who claimed he was the "supervisor" said I was the only person who thought the music was loud. I replied I was only asking for a small sound reduction. He did not oblige. The staff were unbelievably in-your-face rude, unprofessional, and immature.

When to get a cinnamon latte today, the place was empty. I ordered a grande latte, and changed my mind 10 second after order. Changed to venti size, the staff said it’s ok, paid for the difference. 2 mins later, they made a grande size. I said I’m sorry, I changed to venti. She said “I’m not making your drink again, the other staff can do it”. I was like ok. The other girl made my drink after she rubbed her nose with her fingers. Gross! And I ask does this have cinnamon in it. She said no. And walk away. And I asked for straw, she literally threw the straw at the counter and walked away and totally ignored me. This is not the first time, similar service happened to me before at this branch! Extremely bad attitude. Looks like everyone is tired and wants to go home. Very low energy. I feel regret keeps coming back to this store, it’s just because it’s close to my work. I didn’t just pay $7 for your coffee! Please have your employee trained and treat your customers like human. I don’t think I will go back to this store again. There are many other stores nearby!

This place is the worst! The person taking our order was so rude shouted that we got the wrong order and was throwing object to other employees and literally playing catch with things customers are gonna eat. Also a few of the customers were eyeing us like we did something so wrong! This all in all was okay we took a breath and sucked it in but the thing that was most disappointing was one of the employees with a brown beanie on commanded us to pick up trash that we didn't even know about he had a very rude look and as we saw the reviews we saw that something like this happened a lot. He also had a really rude gesture and pointed at us rudely about the trash. while in the background nobody paid any attention and kept throwing objects to each other. This was the worst experience and I am very unhappy about it.

The employees are extremely rude and disrespectful, to my surprise even the manager was rude. The worst part is not the treatment but the fact that they don't know how to make drinks. They're very forgetful about basic ingredients and just make the drink however they please. Ask for something to be fixed and they start talking under their breath like children. They roll their eyes and perform all other acts or immaturity. I asked for extra syrup and the girl dumped the entire bottle on my drink. Gonna made a report about this. The niddle Eastern looking girl is the worst and makes all the drink wrong. They really need to check this Starbucks because they are not doing things right here.

Came in for quick hot tea. Person taking order didn’t ask for my name. After 10 min wait and seeing orders after mine pick up their drinks I asked for my order. Replies “ we’re doing each ticket in order “ . I said it takes 30 seconds to make hot tea!!! Another 10 minutes Later same person makes my order. It doesn’t take 20 minutes to make tea. Awful service!

Disappointed. I ordered a shaken espresso, with two extra shots of espresso. I got my drink and it was almost empty. Barely any milk in my drink and it was mostly foam. It seemed like they didn’t even add the two shots of espresso. I went up to them to tell the lady my drink seemed off. She didn’t even know what my drink was but dismissed my concern and said the drink is empty because of the foam from shaking the drink. However, the drink was literally empty, and I have gotten this same order many times, never gone wrong. She just said that and didn’t offer to remake it. I don’t mean to go against hardworking baristas but she had an attitude with me, when I was just trying to say and show how my drink was like a tall drink in a venti cup. It was $10 and I feel disappointed.

I’m a Starbucks customer for a long time more than 15 years my experience today it’s the worst so I stopped by Starbucks on 14th Ave., Whitestone and I order from the drive-through caramel Frap and then he was like well do you like whip cream? I said yes, I love to have whip cream on my drink. So as soon as I get to the window he give me the drink and I was like what is the whip cream and he was like if you don’t wanna that’s fine like he doesn’t care. I visited this Starbucks on July 1st at 9:36 PM through the drive-thru, and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The young male employee taking orders had a very unprofessional and disrespectful tone. He was speaking in a way that came across as extremely casual, almost “ghetto,” which is not the standard of communication you expect from a brand like Starbucks. What’s worse is that when we asked for his name, he told us it was “Frank,” which we later found out was likely false. I checked other recent reviews and, to my surprise, saw similar complaints about the same employee and his poor attitude. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident. This Starbucks used to be one of the best locations around, but unfortunately, the service quality has gone downhill — and it shows. The star rating has dropped compared to last year, and it’s not hard to see why when you encounter staff like this. If the evening shift can’t be managed with trained and respectful employees, perhaps the business hours should be reconsidered. Starbucks is known for its customer service and welcoming atmosphere — this experience was the opposite. I hope management takes this seriously and looks into the staff training and conduct at this location.

This branch is near my house, so i come here about once a week. But a few times, I had to turn around and go to another branch because I happened to see an employee who did not wash her/his hands and handled customers' food orders right after returning from throwing a big bag of garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot. This branch needs to re-educate their employees on how to maintain proper hygiene.  Today I saw it again around 7: 50 pm. The employee did not wear gloves while handling and throwing one big green bag of garbage and a small bag of garbage. The employee was making drinks without washing hands as soon as entered the store.

I ordered white hot chocolate grande. The woman took my order and another man took my drink. The man was really rude. I ask that “can you make it full?” Because he made my drink not even make full. It was ridiculous. The man looked dumbfounded. He asked me “You want more whipped cream.?” U know that’s not point. I asked for more milk, but he threw a steam cup hard and expressed dissatisfaction. I’ll explain what he looks like. He wears a grey beanie and has a purple star sticker on his apron. I won't order here again because he works here.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!!!! I ordered a simple white hot chocolate with whip cream and they gave me a regular hot chocolate with NO whip cream. This isn't the first time they have messed up my order too. Such a waste of 7 dollars. All the workers are also very slow and seem like they don't care about their job. Go to a different Starbucks. DO BETTER!!!!!!

On Friday 4/11 I went to Starbucks on my lunch break, which is only 30 minutes. It took me 10 minutes to walk there &10 minutes to walk back to work. In this establishment, there is no sign that says no large bills Starbucks accepts large bills. I only had large bills. The employee asked the manager who removed the cash draw for change The manager is standing there With a draw full of change and refuse to make the change so I can get my coffee. I was deprived of my coffee because a manager failed to do her job and her nasty attitude and failure to make the sale is exactly why I would not waste my time going back there. I didn’t get no coffee and my lunch break; Went to waste.
