My French fries were cold and we had already left when I found this out. There is no way you will convince me the person serving the food didn't notice that the fresh looked old and cold. I usually get them fine at other places.

Ordered two triple cheeseburgers no pickle no onion that's it. Service was nice they were actually very nice. Got my food after leaving another store earlier for over 20 mins in line this one was quick. Except my triple cheeseburgers were only doubles and I was billed for triples. At least it was quick and they didn't appear to hate their lives like every other store around here.

Horrible food, fast service. Fryer grease was so old that my chicken sandwich and my son's chicken tenders were VERY dark brown and literally dripping grease. This is what happens when you don't filter AND change your fryer oil when needed.

What can I say? It’s a McDonalds in a gas station near the interstate. Nothing to write home about. I’m only commenting because of the apathetic attitude from the server at the drive thru. She was in a hurry to hand me the bag, then I asked for ranch she rolled her eyes and went to get it. When I asked if ketchup was in the bag, she said “yes.” I drove 20 feet away, and I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I checked for the ketchup and it wasn’t in the bag. So I had to park and go back inside to get the ketchup.

If I pay the extra dollar for 1 slice of cheese. I expect it to be on my breakfast sandwich I wouldn’t complain if it was only once it happens more times than not. :(

Had a very bad experience. Yelling ladies at the kiosk and shop for no reason. Best to avoid this place if you are of color.

I don’t know what happened at this McDonald’s, but it was like someone tried to deep-fry my entire meal in disappointment. Every single item the fries, the burger, even the bun was burnt to a crisp. Not in a “crispy” way. In a “someone left this in the fryer and walked away” kind of way. And the flavor? Gone. Completely unrecognizable. The Big Mac didn’t taste like a Big Mac. It tasted like sadness with a side of smoke. Even the Coke tasted off, like it gave up trying to be refreshing in this environment. I usually know what to expect from McDonald’s. It’s reliable, consistent. But this visit was like stepping into a parallel universe where everything familiar turned to charcoal. Zero stars if I could. Avoid this location unless you’re craving disappointment and ash.

We don't ALWAYS go for fast food but sometimes the day's activities don't allow for cooking at home. Undercooked burgers should not be a thing at McDonald's... We got comped burgers and they were undercooked again so received a refund.
