Not just the roast beef but the fish sandwich is the best out of all the fast food chains.

The Buffalo Chicken sandwich can't be beat! The sauce has just the right amount of heat, the chicken is tender. My go-to lunch when in a rush. Coupled with seasoned curly fries. Excellent.

Whitney Point NY location. Great service for truck drivers. Not allowed inside to order. HOWEVER, I walked directly up to drive through window, as large trucks can not fit , and was able to order. Food was brought to front door and handed to me. Very friendly and fast service. Sign on front door had a # to call for future reference.

Arby's is Arby's. You know what you are going to get. However, I have rated this Arby's as 5 star as the staff go above and beyond. Not only were they cheerful and happy during my visit, but being on crutches they would not take no for an answer and insisted on carrying the large order out to my car despite the horrible weather. Customer service that really stands out. Thank you to all the staff.

My husband and I visited this place on yesterday November 24th....this was the cleanest establishment I had seen in a long time...the staff was very friendly...the food was good and on time...the environment was welcoming.....I certainly hope this staff gets the recognition they deserve...I saw them working together as a team...that's amazing!!!!!!!!

Went to the drive thru at about 11pm. They asked us to pull forward to wait for our fries. After a few minutes they brought us very hot fries and nice sandwiches. I was very pleased with the food and service, especially that close to closing.

Stopped here the other day on my way home from Monticello. Older Arby's (definitely due for a remodel and the remodeled ones are very nice) but pretty clean, food was hot and good. Staff was pleasant. I'd have rang the bell but didn't notice it right away! PS, if anyone has not tried the Bronco Berry sauce on the nuggets or tenders, you are missing out.

If you don't like Arby's, it's because you haven't had the roast beef and cheese sandwich. In my opinion, the roast beef and cheese sandwich is the only good thing on the menu. It's so good. I would eat Arby's every day for the rest of my life if I never had to use the bathroom

The entrance doors were painted a nice shiny red. Clean bathroom. I wish I had room for a mint shake, that looked good. Where were burgers on the menu?

First time here. Haven't been to an Arby's for years, not so common in our part of Maine. Needed dinner and the toasted Reuben sandwich fit the need. I was surprised by the quality and taste, bread a bit soggy but I was hungry. Curly fries mediocre, drink fine. Friendly service on a quiet evening.

Received EXCELLENT customer service today by Shift Manager Matthew! This location has absolutely improved over the last few year's as far as cleanliness and a really good customer service experience. (Although the bathrooms could use updating.) Matthew was fantastic taking our party's order & answering my question about an item on the menu. He followed through at the end of our visit, asking how our food was and told us to have a good day. There was a woman by the fry counter who was very pleasant as well, but I didn't get her name. The place and people have a very good, inviting vibe!

Arby's has always been good. The sidewalks were shoveled and the parking lot clear. The staff here are nice and made our meals quickly. Everything seemed clean. The bathroom has a little to be desired... I hope they read this and take some action...as it is not impacting my review since our meal was great. The staff wishes you a safe trip upon leaving.

We stopped in late at night after a difficult drive (really bad weather) up to Cornell good food, quickly, the staff is great and kind, the place clean. Just a perfect place to get off the road, have a break and get some food...

Normally don’t have a problem but when I got my order home they mixed up my order with someone else's and one of my curly fries was GREEN? Weird but hopefully this doesn’t happen again in the future.

I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. The food has changed a lot and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. For fast food it was pretty healthy and good.

On the way home from the Great American Eclipse, the restaurant was struggling to keep up with beef demand. We ordered chicken sandwiches instead on the advice of a young man at the counter. The staff behaved like heroes in a tough situation so kudos to them.

They have the meat! It's just an average arbys. Service wasn't bad.

We end up leaving because their line was so long it was going out into the road... And when we went to place our order we had to wait almost 10 minutes and then the lady had an attitude and then never gave us our total and got her order wrong when read it back to us so we decided just to leave we went to Wendy's instead

I certainly have had worse Arby's trips (thr one nearest to my house is abysmally unclean and makes me ill when I ate there years ago). This one seemed okay. Had their Reuben - well made and quickly served at the drive-thru.

Everything is an upcharge. Wife wanted strawberry lemonade which I already paid the upcharge for the large meal then they wanted to charge me more again just for that drink. I'd say it's ridiculous to have to upcharge twice for one drink.

I must say I have been disappointed in the Arby's in Windy point. Chain is up to par with ones that are around the United States, so it is as to be expected. What I will knock though, is the fact that if you have a pickup truck you have to make some sort of weird wide turn or do a two point Maneuver, take it close enough to the window from the outside. Ordering speaker to get the truck aligned. Just right to be able to even grab your food from the window and hand them your payment.

This particular arby's, the premise was dirty, smokey and in need of update/remodel. The service was slow. Food quality once we got it was fair.

I had the #5. Too much salt and sugar in the food. Felt horrible after the meal. Staff seemed friendly and the food was delivered fast.

Extremely poor service, food could of possibly made us sick. Speed of service was slow, they won't call your order so you have to figure out which order is yours.

Not what anyone would expect. I was waiting at the counter (no line) for about 10 minutes. 3-4 employees seen me, no one ever said hello. The manager as I seen the name tag, grabbed her own meal and sat down and began to eat, no greeting at all. When I did get served the lady was polite and the food was Arby's.

They served me Milk, that was 21 Days Past expiration , chunks in my throat. Then I only ordered the Beef and Cheddar, My husband said Stop eating it, and Pulled out a Hair 8 inches long. They gave us a replacement card, which I threw out, as well as my Stomach. Will never eat there. I watched them throw all the Milk in the Garbage. Who needs 21 days to notice That. I'm so sick
