I live in Whitney Point, New York and I try to support our local business. I stopped here to pickup a four shots of espresso with six creams and two sugars. My order was quickly processed and accurately prepared. I was in and out of the store in a timely manner. The team member that assisted me was friendly, courteous, professional, and happy to help. I will continue to stop here for coffee or espresso whenever I am going on a road trip or Ravelco Installation Excursion.

Great travel stop. Clean bathrooms, a McDonalds and a Speedway share a building. It was not far off the highway. The Speed way has multiple pumps. The MCDonalds was small, but has cash registers and self serve kiosk. It was Easter and some of the crew were wearing bunny ears which was nice.

Stopped here when I was on a road trip. It was very busy when I came, but they were quick and efficient to fulfill orders. Sandwiches and fries were normal quality. There is some seating inside.

I love biking the trails, they usually do a pretty good job and keeping everything off of them too for a fun enjoyable ride, they also have an open field where you could do soccer or other activities, and a basketball hoop(but that could use some improvements). You're also able to fish around the whole pond with plenty of docks and small boats and kayaks allowed too. Quaint little spot perfect for a seasonal especially if you live near, and now your allowed to run ac so it's like most seasonal campgrounds too!

Usually very good, burgers and fries can be cold at times. Typical mcdonald's experience. Plenty of parking.

Always have my meal right, sometimes not the drink though. Window people are nice too, that's a plus, a gentleman there is always having fun and making jokes to have people laugh. It's nice and refreshing for me

They hire many teens, some nice and some learning to do customer service and tend to be shy. The older woman at the 2nd window was very kind.

The common denominator for fast food. If it's good, it's good. If it's bad, it's the worst thing ever. Most of the time they get the orders right and out in a timely fashion. The staff always leaves something to be desired but, hey, for the most part it's just teenage kids. I don't expect much from them.

Need to clean a little more, otherwise your typical McDonalds.

The food was fresh but the hashbrown patties were a bit starchy / floppy yet. I don't appreciate the kiosks instead of someone to greet you and take your order. In order to get someone to take your order in a conventional manner, you have to wait for someone on the kitchen staff to be free for a moment. Other than that, as expected, and no errors with our order.

It's the typical McDonald's experience, the only negative thing is that now if you go inside to order there seems to be very few employees willing to take your order or trained on the cash register to take your order and input it correctly. I feel they should have a crew member who is there to help patrons use the self kiosk to order , I had no idea what I was doing or how to use the kiosk. When I had to wait for an employee to help me I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store. Feeling like a burden , the crew member rushing thru the order process, not showing me so I can do it myself in the future. Just a very bad way to start the visit. McDonald's should bring a smile and a feeling of relief from your responsibilities for a few moments. Not feel like a number being pushed out the door as fast as possible 😕 😒

Mcd shares a building with the gas station/convenience store, so its got everything you need for a road trip. Had the $5 20 nuggets, and they were terrible. Nothing like nuggets in Canada. I had 3-4 and gave up on them. Now I know why they were so cheap.

Food seemed to be thrown together with very little toppings for the burgers and the fries were way too salty. The service was pretty good just a little slower than expected.

Discourteous staff. I received my order but without a cup for my soda. When I called out to the cashier, she told me to wait. She didn't even bother to apologize for the delay.

It was very busy for the time of day we stopped. I ly one cashier to handle a bus full of kids. Food was good but I swear the filet fish gets smaller every time I get it.

Its a good value but the items that are inexpensive are mainly unhealthy so if your financially limited so is your healthy so is your options to access healthy food which seems unjust and this company made huge profits doing so. Expand a healthy menu and make it affordable reguarless of the profits in order to give back and provide equality for choice to the most basic physical human need to sustain life FOOD.

Little bit longer than normal wait time even at an odd hour that should not have been so busy. Ordering for someone else. Large french fries were not full. Clerk was considerate enough to add additional fries to the bag to make up for the deficit in the original box

Was asked after every item if that was all as if I was taking too long to order or they didn't want more sales. Nuggets were Luke warm and fries were scalding hot. Only smile I saw in the building was the couple of customers and the managers

I ordered an “Oreo Mcflurry” as you can see I could not even see Oreos! I used to get these all the time at this location but lately there has been barely any Oreos!! That said, the staff are super friendly and nice!

The burger was disappointing. Cheese was half off the burger and wrapped around the top of the bun. Quality has gone down drastically. Medium fries were half filled.

Personally, I do not like McDonald's, mainly because the CEO blocked a bill that would allow McDonald's' employees to receive a minimum of $15 an hour, as well as paid sick leave. However, the person with whom I was traveling and I were to Buffalo, New York, and there seem to be a small number of dining options on the road. That said, the employee who took my order was very nice, helpful and professional, and I happened to hear her tell one of her co-worker that I wanted the three sugar containers and three creamer containers, on the side. Her co-worker seemed very surprised. In fact, after I heard him repeat the order back to her, I thought, "Why does he sound so surprised?" In any event, the customer service was very good.

within a speedway. the bathroom only had two stalls. there’s a signs in the parking lot that specifies “no prolonged parking” but there are plenty for cars resting. i had pancakes and they were pretty average. good coffee

Check your order before you leave! It's usually good, but the last couple of times, my order wasn't even close. And why do I have to make sure my fries are hot and when I ask for a replacement I get attitude 😒. They will make you hot fries! You just have to ask and they still give attitude

My French fries were cold and we had already left when I found this out. There is no way you will convince me the person serving the food didn't notice that the fresh looked old and cold. I usually get them fine at other places.

Ordered two triple cheeseburgers no pickle no onion that's it. Service was nice they were actually very nice. Got my food after leaving another store earlier for over 20 mins in line this one was quick. Except my triple cheeseburgers were only doubles and I was billed for triples. At least it was quick and they didn't appear to hate their lives like every other store around here.

Would rate maybe a 3 if the app wasn't always telling me it was breakfast, even at 5 pm when I stop with my kids for dinner. I go past this place every weekend with my kids and have stopped going there because the app won't work.

They always have the most unprofessional employees here and they forget stuff all the time.

Ordered from the app for counter service and came into the store when my phone said order is ready. Most places have the order on the counter when I walk in. I did not see it so waited a bit in front of the counter. Several orders come and go. Finally, I decide to ask the girl about my order. She barely acknowledges me and someone else comes out. The second person actually tries to help me and get my order but is stopped by her manager who comes out and asks to see my phone. She stares at me awhile like I am trying to scam the store out of my $4 order and then says "Fine, what did you have" despite the face that she just looked at my order. After a few minutes, first girl comes back out and hands me my order... again saying nothing. If I got a simple "Sorry for the delay" from anyone I interacted with, then I wouldn't be posting this. The manager clearly needs to be retrained on customer service skills. To find a better fast food/gas option, go to the Love's/Wendy's 20 miles south of here off of 81. Love's makes sure their partner restaurants are run well.

I showed up at 11:03 and they were closed. How? Why? Online said mid night. That's what it needs to be. Like please when are we going to get back to normal in the TRIPKE CITIES. I'm over it.

I tried to order in the restaurant as it is physically attached to the speedway. It's kiosks do not have the scanners to scan for any deals or rewards. This should have been my first warning. Since the restaurant was packed I opted for the drive-thru. I used my deal code, which was applied, but then the same menu item was added to my order without my consent. I didn't realize this as I was in a hurry and wasn't pointed out until one of my kids noted the double item, which I was charged for. Beware of this location.

Service was exceptionally slow today. Drive through was backed way up so I parked. People were getting out of their vehicles and swapping bags of food. It was a mess!

Order a Quarter Pounder and get a cold meat patty with a quarter slice of cheese on it. Nasty.

Horrible food, fast service. Fryer grease was so old that my chicken sandwich and my son's chicken tenders were VERY dark brown and literally dripping grease. This is what happens when you don't filter AND change your fryer oil when needed.

What can I say? It’s a McDonalds in a gas station near the interstate. Nothing to write home about. I’m only commenting because of the apathetic attitude from the server at the drive thru. She was in a hurry to hand me the bag, then I asked for ranch she rolled her eyes and went to get it. When I asked if ketchup was in the bag, she said “yes.” I drove 20 feet away, and I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I checked for the ketchup and it wasn’t in the bag. So I had to park and go back inside to get the ketchup.

It's ridiculous that I always end up paying almost $20 for just two people for a basic fast food meal... that isn't even fast anymore. Not customer friendly anymore. Charging $8 for a meal that costs them around .80 cents?

Drive thru, asked if I could add a medium frie at the window and was told, No I Can't do that! Never heard of such a thing at a fast food place. Train your idiots working the window!

I get nuggets fairly often. These were the worst by far. Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets, they were old and dried out. I forced myself to eat them, but couldn't finish them. I stopped at 5. What a waste.....

This is the third time I have been to this McDonald's later at night. Every time I get the same thing Carmel Frappe and chicken nuggets and this is the third time the chicken nuggets were hard, warm but very old and very dried out so disappointing. Threw money away again, get it together or hire people who look at the jobs alot more then that...

I am not happy with the service, I always go on Wednesday and get my dog a happy meal, today we got a regular hamburger with With everything on it, I always order A plain cheese burger happy meal, so either the person who took the order or the person who pulled it screwed up. I don't want to have to change where I take my dog, best friend for lunch, but will to get satisfied.

Over priced. Sandwiches are typically $1 higher than average. Cashier stuck her entire hand in my cup to hand it to me. Cleanliness is bad. Food came out cold.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender meal at the drive thru. I had to wait in the parking spot for about 5 minutes to get my meal. I drove away and when I opened up the bag I noticed that the chicken was as dry as could be it was almost as if the chicken was two or three days old sitting under a heat lamp I really don't understand how the quality could be so poor at McDonald's on the takeout It's almost like they give you the food and they know you're going to drive away and you can't come back to complain about how awful dry and unpalatable the chicken tenders were.

Where to start - place was dirty, flies were all over, including on the cashier, the bathrooms were filthy. Feet stuck to the floor in the men's room. Ladies room had big roll of TP lying on the floor because TP holders either were broken or unfilled. There was a pipe lying under the sink on the floor. - had to look to make sure water wouldn't spill out of the drain. Bathroom fixtures were filthy. French fries tasted like they were cooked in age old grease - terrible aftertaste for fries and hamburgs. Not to MicDonald's standards.

Fruit flies everywhere, cheese less cheese burgers. No ice, long waits, leak in the roof....

1. Drivethrough is unusable when busy. Entry signs in the wrong place, and no painted lanes, mean that there is a conflict between people entering where the signs are and people coming from the side road. 2. Inside ordering a mess. Cashiers blocked by people waiting for food. Never have I seen 20 people waiting to pick up food but none waiting to order. Very confusing. 3. Switch to video menus horrible. Not acceptable that menus flash away. Cannot find things. 4. Asked cashier which spicy sauces were an option for nuggets. Was told “this one” as sriracha Mac was held up. Did not inspire belief that that is the only spicy sauce avilable. No other options explained or shown. 5. Cashier told me they do not sell a McPick 2 for $2.50. I find this very hard to believe as every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been in has it, but since the menu dances and has tiny font, unable to read it. 6. Wait for food too long. 7. Take food to eat in car but quickly discover packaging a disaster. Big Mac container has grease on every side. Pieces of onion all over the bottom and fall all over me on removal from bag. Absolutely worst “wrapped” McDouble I’ve ever seen. Wrapper filthy inside and out, food touching inside of bag. 8. McDoubles inappropriately covered in black pepper. This is against brand standard. 9. McDoubles falling apart. No structural integrity. 10. Worst tasting McDoubles ever tasted. May stop coming to all McDonalds.

Ordered the $5 special, to go and had a big surprise when opening the chicken nuggets... inside was nothing but onions and lettuce! Live too far away to return. Very disappointing folks.

I wish I could give this location zero stars!The food was so old and overcooked we had to throw most of it away. Everything was bad! The food, the service, the cleanliness, the environment. Now that's saying something because if you opt to eat at McDonald's, the expectations are usually pretty low...but this was a new low even for McDonald's. Save yourself the money and just get some snacks from the attached gas station mini mart.

Whitney point McDonald's has totally lost their quality control. Everything we ordered was room temp cold. $25. Worth...... Update: May 2023 I tried them again and got a dry pie that was rock hard! Guess having a steady stream of unsuspecting highway folks keeps em in business

We order 1 icecream Sunday and drink took 45 min. There was only 3 people you can see some workers laughing and talking. They were rude and told me and another customer to be patient. I will never go. Ack there. I seen my sundae sitting the manager got mad because I ask for another one it was all melted.

Terrible mcdonalds, very in efficient. They made us wait 10 minutes because they didn't have fries...ok, no big deal except when we got our food, all of our French fry containers were 1 third full! We asked for a single straw, they said it was in the bag, it wasn't so we showed them, to which the window attendant huffed and puffed and proceed to hand us 8 straws! Seriously? I asked nicely for 1, and since you and your crew are doing a poor job, you get upset with me and hand me a ridiculous amount of straws?! If I could rate in the negative, I would.

Don't order curbside pickup. I waited about 20 minutes for my cold food. They claimed they didn't know I was there?! When I asked them if my food was cold before I left. He lied and gave me cold food that sat there for the 20 minutes I waiting on them to bring it out!

We only did a a pit stop for the loo, so unsure how the food and service. However, as a disabled person who primarily uses a wheelchair, but was walking with my cane, and leaning on my Partner, having a few accessible parking spot, seems counterintuitive...When the "Accessible Doors" (labeled clearly with the blue and white stickers, on the upper half of the door's windows), yet zero accessibility buttons, and the doors are heavy, which is difficult especially for Elders, and those with mobility issues. Same thing with the washrooms being labeled as the same, but the doors are manual open, only. Finding out how recently renovated it is, just makes this even more unacceptable. A shame, considering how much money McDonald's restaurants make. It's 2023, please take into account those of us, who are typically overlooked, and forgotten. Sad to have seen it!

3 times in last month i have received a bacon breakfast sandwich when i paid for a steak….. of course by the time i open it up im on the highway….. it has happened many times before with getting wrong orders! Sick of it, need employees that care about their job.

Always wished there was a zero star but I've been here over 10 minutes in the drive through waiting on a double bacon cheese burger and 2 chicken tenders. I could have could them my self in a fryer by now. They usual do decent on my order but almost always made sloppy patty hanging half out usually. Also I got a free apple pie for wait yay.......... except I didn't want it really or I would jave ordered it for a dollar I wouldn't have cared paying a extra dollar if it meant I didn't have to wait!!

I don’t know what happened at this McDonald’s, but it was like someone tried to deep-fry my entire meal in disappointment. Every single item the fries, the burger, even the bun was burnt to a crisp. Not in a “crispy” way. In a “someone left this in the fryer and walked away” kind of way. And the flavor? Gone. Completely unrecognizable. The Big Mac didn’t taste like a Big Mac. It tasted like sadness with a side of smoke. Even the Coke tasted off, like it gave up trying to be refreshing in this environment. I usually know what to expect from McDonald’s. It’s reliable, consistent. But this visit was like stepping into a parallel universe where everything familiar turned to charcoal. Zero stars if I could. Avoid this location unless you’re craving disappointment and ash.

We don't ALWAYS go for fast food but sometimes the day's activities don't allow for cooking at home. Undercooked burgers should not be a thing at McDonald's... We got comped burgers and they were undercooked again so received a refund.
