Unfortunately they're online ordering doesn't automatically switch locations to order at the nearest Popeyes. At the window I met with Sandra who noticed we ordered from a location owned by the same owner and was able to fill our order with no problem. She saved me a trip to Menifee and my son got to eat asap.

I had big expectations for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Wildomar, especially since I’ve enjoyed it in the past. Sadly, it just isn’t the same anymore. The chicken strips were very thin and dry—definitely not as satisfying as they once were. The popcorn shrimp was also underwhelming, with more breading than actual shrimp. The mac and cheese was okay, creamy but not memorable. The mashed potatoes with Cajun gravy, however, were solid—warm, smooth, and full of flavor. One highlight that did help redeem the chicken strips a bit was the variety of dipping sauces. From the bold Blackened Ranch to the sweet and spicy Mardi Gras Mustard, the sauces added much-needed flavor and helped make the dry strips more enjoyable. Still, I couldn’t help but feel disappointed. I probably should’ve gone with their traditional fried chicken pieces—those used to be consistently good. Overall, the meal didn’t live up to what I’ve come to expect from Popeyes over the years. It’s clear the quality has slipped, and that’s a shame.

Had a coupon for a chicken sandwich combo. Portion sizes were decent (a lot of fries!). The chicken was a bit greasy but good. Will cut this location a small break, knowing it's super new. But everyone on staff was polite and eager to help. Will be back.

I used their mobile app to order a six-piece of chicken wings. I was hoping I would be in and out with no issues. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Friday, February 2nd at 12:05 pm, I ordered a six-piece of chicken wings on their app. At 12:17 pm, I arrived at Popeye's. My order wasn't ready. Finally, at 12:35 pm my order was ready! This wait time is ridiculous! Some people ordered food after I got there and received their orders before me. This shouldn't happen! Unfortunately, this was the fourth time this has happened! The employees at this location have no urgency for their customers. They need to be retrained and maybe they are understaffed. I'm not sure, but they need to fix this problem, especially for a new store! When you order on an app, I expect my order to be ready on time within reason. Waiting 30 minutes is ridiculous! My wings were excellent! I still love the food here! I will be going to a different location in the future.

If you want to eat at noon better get in the drive through at 11:00. Worst service ever. Waited at the order post for 7 minutes before being asked my order. Then 10 minutes behind just two cars ti get to the window.

Your employees are great. Raymond was hustling with orders and customers. You’re so under staffed. Your employees shouldn’t be running literally running because they can’t keep up with the orders. Hire more people and give your employees a break.

This day, I ordered an 8 piece family meal and a spicy chicken sandwich meal large lemonade. It was around $45 Tenders tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours. Not fresh. Fries were flavorful. I did enjoy the Louisiana flavor and chicken sauce. But it was more bread than chicken on some of the tenders. Overall 2 stars. For the price, I expected some gourmet style chicken fingers. I won't be returning anytime soon...

50 bucks, for a 30 plus min wait. For the type of chicken you didnt order. Prepare to have spicy as a option only or have to wait 30 min more .Chicken Verry oily. Mashed potatoes and gravy taste terrible, the mac in cheese Is Veryy oily also like wow :( the biscuits are way to buttery geeze guys, l should of went to Juan's rotisserie off 4 corners. Had lovely music in the drive through at least. Waited 6 months for this place to open, was so happy today when I seen it open. Smelled AMAZING ... Lots of pieces got the feathers even, :( !? What a disappointment :( SAVE YOUR MONEY, go somewhere else... 2 hours after eating, feel really sick.****

And this is the smallest chicken sandwich I’ve ever gotten, mostly breading, chicken covers barely half the bun. OMG!!! Just got to the chicken, HARD RUBBER, I can’t even bite through it.

No receipt in the drive thru. They make everyone go to the parking lot to wait for your order. No customers inside. Slow. No receipt. Very annoying. They should be ready for customers. Especially because they just opened. Saturday night and it's been 20 minutes of waiting and still no burgers. Very disappointed 😞

Overpriced fried chicken. You can get better fried chicken at a lower price from any of the local grocery stores.

The lady finally got on the intercom after three more cars pulled in. When she got on the intercom, she said that they do not carry the two piece Tuesday special at this location. So then I had to wait seven more minutes for the car in front of me to get their order, Which was the car that was there before I arrived and I originally parked next to. What a wonderful experience.
