This time of day was mostly quiet which lends to the customer service being top notch. You are able to have a more relaxed conversation with the staff and they are actually very funny. I enjoyed my time at this IHOP and it is one of my favorite to stop at. The only thing I was missing was the IHOP mints that they carry. I absolutely love the mints so hopefully the next time I visit they will have some. And I will be back soon.

I usually order an omelette with avocado slices as extra from IHOP, and never have I received so many slices on top of a huge steak omelette. All other IHOP's usually only give 3 thin little slices.

We had a great experience! The customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome right away. Our food came out fresh and exactly as ordered. Everything tasted great, from the pancakes to the omelets. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring a good dining experience.

This is one of my favorite IHOPs specifically for the food. The cooks at this location are truly phenomenal as every time I've gone to this location you can tell the food is just made with LOVE.

I love this IHop! I’ve been coming here for years since I was a little kid to have a great breakfast out, sometimes it’s nice to have something that tastes like a homemade meal while not having to make it and deal with the cleanup. Kinda like the quality Boston Market used to be in its prime- they had amazing soups and turkey with mashed potatoes. Back to IHop though- great place and this location specifically is very comfortable with good service!

This IHOP has the old school look from back in the days!! Server was great. She came over right away got her drinks and came over a few times while we were still look at the menu.!!! we ordered two Colorado omelette of the same dish one was burnt all the different meats and the other one was made perfect!!!

I ate here this past Sunday. The service was excellent and the burger and onion rings were delicious! The bill was a pleasure too.

This place is always your best bet for good service and good food. You can tell they train their waitresses well. You can always see them looking and trying to figure out what you need before you tell them. They listen well and I've never gotton my order wrong here, trust me this is coming from a special instruction Queen. The food is also good which is a major plus. Ps you will never walk in there and not see someone to greet you. Sometimes even the manager comes and greats you hell he will even seat you. One day I came in there and everyone was busy but the manager personally took care of my takeout.

I recommend the waitress Brenda V. She is a very good waitress and her attention is wonderful and kind to you, and I loved her service. On the other hand, the other waitresses, when you get there, don't even ask how many people there are or if you need help to sit down. They talk to each other and don't pay attention to you.

He was greeting the guests, taking their names down, seating them, running orders to help the staff, working the phone. AND in his spare time wrapping the utensils. Now when I say spare time, there was none. At one point he was checking on orders while wrapping utensils, as he was checking for tables. Seriously hard worker. Our server margaret. She was fast, and got our order perfect. So if you like Ihop, this is a solid one with good food and service.

I’ve been to this IHOP many times, but this was the first time we had this particular waitress (I forgot her name) and she was absolutely wonderful. We came in around 8:45am today and sat at the corner booth near the parking side so whoever waitressed the left side of the restaurant, the kids loved you! and couldn’t stop talking about how kind and nice you were. She really made the experience special for them, which means a lot to me as an aunt who loves to go on breakfast dates with my nieces and nephews. Service like this is what keeps us coming back; thank you for making our morning so great!

Everything was good. Food. Service and seating. There were 3 of us dining today. We had two 55+ 2 pancakes ,2 sausage/bacon, and 2 eggs. Our third ordered the chicken fajita omelet (I had doubts, but it was very good 👍. We topped this off with 3 bottomless cups of coffee. The service was prompt and efficient. The business was steady and kept our server occupied. However, she did manage to check on our status, asking if everything was okay. No complaints there. I would definitely return.

It was my first time going there. The waiter and others were nice. Since it was packed the day I went (in the morning), it took a good while to receive my food - which is very understandable. This IHOP was busy for a reason, I could tell that people obviously enjoy going there. It felt like a good environment. I surprisingly ate all of my food which is something unusual since I regularly eat light and take food home from restaurants. If you go to any IHOP on r any restaurant, if possible, I recommend ordering hot water and putting your utensils in there for a few minutes while you wait for your food to come. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I can't speak for all days - some works can have bad days. I gave this place or IHOP in general 4 stars because I definitely had very high expectations from watching their commercials but now that I've went, I see that it's not really all that. BUT, the experiences there can be with friends and/or family is worth it. Great for having discussions and catching up.

I’ve been here a few times and always had a great experience. I placed a to-go order this time and they forgot my pancakes. When I called they were professional, acknowledged the mistake and offered credit for next time or just to come pick up the pancakes. I went to pick up and they gave me a few extra pancakes with a sincere apology. They’re very nice and helpful. People make mistakes, but they went to lengths to fix it, and I really appreciated it. Would definitely go back!

Visited with my daughter early in the morning (not Many costumers at this time) our order too more than 30 mins and the food was not that great. Costumer services was not great either. Really good cause I tried the dulce de leche pancakes they were yummy . Service was good waitress was on point and attentive even as it was busy at the time she didn't miss a beat . The rest of the food was pretty good except the grits were too gritty it needed more time but could have been worse or lumpy but everything else made up for it .

I was worried when I noticed that the parking lot was empty, thinking that they might be closed. We walked inside and found that they were still open, but there we were the only customers…. We have been coming to this Ihop for years. This last visit wasn’t so great. The food wasn’t tasty and mediocre. Plus there prices are up. Waitress and atmosphere was ok, not great. They put stale berries on my crepes, which were bland btw. I told the waitress about the fruits and she said they don’t use fresh fruits anymore, those are frozen berries. That’s just gross. Our bill was over 100 for just breakfast for 4 people. I will not be returning.

This is by far the worst IHOP we've been to. The restaurant was freezing cold, we had to move to the back. My husband actually wanted to leave, but I convinced him to stay. There was mellow music playing, but I think the workers had their own music in the back, and so it was noisy at best. There was one server, and the place was practically empty, yet we waited a while. Coffee was cold and watered down. The food was cold as well, not very tasty. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant evening there. We will NOT be returning.

I just want to start off as me and my family have been going here for years, Love the service and food but recently a new waiter has been working here what seems to be the evenings and our very first encounter with him he hadn’t brought us our order correctly and it being our second time having him as our waiter we figured he can get a second chance but then he messed up my husbands order two times even after repeating our order to us. We had to go up to the fellow waitress and request things we needed as he wasn’t even being couteous enough to follow up with our table and see if we needed anything else let alone to apologize for his mistakes. The same waitress recognized us from our previous visit and apologized for his service as she said he’s new. She eventually started serving us and even helping out almost all of his tables, all while taking care of her own. It’s unfortunate that we might hold off on returning due to our second service with this waiter.

Pancake was ok, but 3 stacks for $7 dollars, sorry, not worth it for me. I only went because it was free pancakes. Waiter spilled milk on me, which was fine, it happens. What I was disappointed the service. I felt very rushed and stressed just because Our waiter were as well. They never came over to check up how we were. They never checked up whether we needed something else. They never asked if we needed something else to drink or refills with water. They did not make us feel comfortable which is like the most important part of the dining experience. There were also customers who complained that they waited for too long, especially after they witnessed someone who came in later than they did with the same amount of people and got seated earlier.

I am sitting in the restaurant currently, finished my food and all. Our waitress, Alejandra N, has yet to check on us. She also has an airpod in and had one in since we came in. Alejandra also has yet to check on the other two tables in the restaurant. Unfortunately I will not be returning at this hour as Alejandra made my experience a very sad one 🤕 Our pancakes were also very salty.

Came here between the end of breakfast rush, and beginning of the lunch rush seems like the UBER eats drivers get tended to than the real customers. no one was at the podium to take names or get the order that anyone came in we all just waited with no organization. patrons were trying to skip each other and there was real no order. When i finally did get a table waitress came over super nice and friendly, food came no utensils had to ask the wait staff. when food came it was great, i did have to keep asking the waitress to bring our table water, and when she dropped the bill i went up to the counter to settle and she was explaining to me that she mixed up the bill with other table luckily i remember what i ordered and i was able to figure out the cost. Went for breakfast this morning and ordered the breakfast special with the free pancakes. My son ordered the big breakfast and I had the 222. With my son’s meal she brought out the free pancakes, not with mine. Now the waitress never comes around again after bringing our food. To ask if all is ok, to refill drinks, nothing. Halfway through my breakfast I find a piece of plastic in my pancakes. A significant size plastic. When she finally comes back I showed it to her. She’s like “oh sorry” would you like another set of pancakes to go. I said no thanks. Now as previous restaurant owner, I would have apologized and removed the order from the bill. She did not. Went up to pay and asked for the manager, no manager on duty. The waitress comes up to me and says I knew it. Then she gives me a $2 dollar discount. That’s all she could do without a manager and then tells me I could have gotten another short stack of pancakes to go. Brenda P needs a lesson on how to speak to customers. Answers are very rudely given.

My family comes to this IHOP for breakfast for our birthdays every year. This is a tradition that has gone on for decades, but has officially ended today. The past few birthdays, we have noticed a steep decline in the quality and value of the food, the attitudes of the hosts who seat you, the speed at which the food comes out, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. My one exception to this assessment is the waitress Maggie. She always puts in an effort to make this a good experience for our family and is clearly trying to work within the limits of a VERY poorly managed restaurant. We have persisted in coming here for birthdays despite the past several subpar experiences to keep up the tradition. Today we decided the tradition wasn't worth it any longer. This morning, we came for my sister's birthday to a nearly empty restaurant (this was a weekday at 8am). When we told them we were a party of 8, they said they had two big groups already and walked away. They proceeded to seat all the other smaller groups that came in with no update to my family for 20 minutes. When we asked if they could seat us at two separate tables if that's easier, the hostess said "yea yea, that's what I'm working on now" with an extreme attitude and smug smirk. Even though she was clearly not working on that. She'd been standing around for nearly the full 20 minutes we were waiting. Bear in mind, of this party of 8, there are three small, hungry, and antsy children under the age of 6. We were eventually seated at a large table that was empty the whole time we were waiting. We know this because we could see it from where we were waiting. Maggie, who is often our waitress, got our orders in as quickly as possible, but as always (as of late at least), it took ages for the kitchen to make the food. This is concerning seeing as the place was not even 1/4 full. I can't imagine what happens on busy weekends. The past few times we've also been astounded when we got the bill. At well more than $100 for 5 adult breakfasts (primarily pancakes) and 2 children breakfasts, this is by no means an affordable option for families any longer. My suggestion is to go to a diner or cafe for a family breakfast. The food will be lightyears better and the service and friendliness will be remarkably better pretty much anywhere else.

This is the worst IHOP that I have been to! Service was slow - It took over 30 minutes to get our order, and came with a side missing. The food was not hot. Our server did not check on us. I had to raise my hand like a classroom to ask for our missing side. Our server was one of two servers working. We asked the other server for our check and he was not willing to help. There were discrepancies in the bill so we had to wait to settle with our server anyway. Service is faster and food is tastier at Manhasset and Jamaica IHOP.

Waitresses are nice, they assist with the cash register and bring the food to the guest. On the other hand, the cooks and male cashier were more focused in their conversation than assisting guests even though the waitress interrupted the cashier twice to help. They lost mine and someone else's order and overall I had to wait an additional 20 minutes

Absolute garbage, last time for "last try" on this establishment. Food was yet again cold, soggy, late, missing items and inedible! All items had to be discarded.

I waited over two hours for my food to be readied for pick up by Ubereats. 2 hours??? And I’m only 4 miles away. Terrible !!! The driver told me it was sheer negligence as to why my food was late. She said (as the fourth driver to arrive) that my food wasn’t even ready!!!! And I’m missing food on my order!!!!

I recently visited IHOP and had a very disappointing experience with , Alejandra. From the moment we interacted, she was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns calmly and respectfully, she spoke in a condescending tone and made no effort to resolve the issue. A manager should set the standard for customer service—not make guests feel unwelcome. This type of attitude reflects poorly on the entire restaurant. I hope IHOP takes this seriously and works on improving their management training.

I visited this place yesterday with a couple of friends. eating utensils were very dirty. We asked someone if they clean them because there was a lot of gunk on them. They didn’t like that i asked them if they can clean the spoons and forks. threw the eating utensils on the table, we didn’t understand why, also towards the end we got the check. We paid for it and one of the workers said “so you aren’t going to give us a tip?” We decided to give them a 5 dollar tip and they got furious. The worker saw that and scratched it off the check. This is no type of behavior that should be allowed in restaurants. a tip is not mandatory. We gave them a tip and just scratched it off the check and told us to forget about it. I did not appreciate the customer service.

I had the WORST experience. At first, I thought Jacky the waitress was having a bad day, her first interaction with our table was really weird. While she was taking our order she was interacting with the front staff. Then she took our order and messed it up. I had to call another staff to let her know that the order was wrong. Jacky came back after a few minutes with the right order without an apology and left. The food was cold and not tasty. No way to let them know if the food is good or not since they did not have any eye contact with our table like other restaurants. While seating there I realized that it was not a bad day for Jacky because she was talking and going back to the other tables. I guess because the other clients were Hispanics. IHOP corporate should double check the staff there and make sure that does not happen again. All clients deserve best service as well all staff deserve to be tip good service or not.

I went with my wife for breakfast, I was shocked that the restaurant was not clean. The spoon set which they gave my wife when she opened the napkin was dirty, the table we sat on under the table there was food nobody cleaned. Plus the person also took our order wrong. I mean IHOP is famous for breakfast and so many people go there but this location I didn’t like at all. The sofa we sat on it was torn, the glass windows were so dirty. It’s a food place Cleanliness should be the first priority. Do not recommend this location.

Terrible service. The food is out but no tableware. Can’t find the server all the time.

Only visited cause I had a gift card. Portions are smaller, food is mid and prices are up. With so many good diners on Long Island why would you even come here!?

First & last time at this location. The service was disappointing — my waiter said she would bring out my hash browns, but 20 minutes later came back asking if I had gotten them (I hadn’t). She never followed up to check if I needed anything else. What really sealed the experience was finding out at the end that the restaurant was cash only. I wasn’t informed ahead of time and only realized when I noticed another customer paying cash. When I asked, the waiter said there were signs posted on the door — but there definitely weren’t any when I arrived. Overall, a very frustrating visit.

This place is highkey nasty. Ordered a side of “fresh fruit” which has probably been mixed together and sat in the fridge for days. Took one bite of fruit and saw a hair in the food. Orange juice came in a nasty dirty glass and the iced tea my friend ordered looked like sewer water. The audacity to charge almost 50$ for 2 meals is insanity considering how gross this place is. Just go to the diner across the street.
