Subway in Wylie is a great spot for a quick and tasty meal. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and they make sure my orders are correct. Went to have dinner. There were hardly any other customers there, but clean and welcoming environment.
Update: so went to get a sandwich and try the pretzel twist....ummmm yeah why no toppings? He gave me just a plain pretzel, do I have to ask for that? So confused because of what I got is not what was advertised. 3/21/24 visit Very basic experience...no one was rude but nothing stood out as good or bad. Toppings where scarce got like 4 green bell peppers on a food long. For 3 foot long and 3 bags of chips, $30

It’s Subway, you know what you are getting. My issue - the workers. Theyre not friendly. We didnt say “the 6in special” when ordering, but were specifically ordering that meal. If you’re lucky enough to catch the two older women- they make great sandwiches. HOWEVER. It’s rare they are there- more likely you’ll catch a young crowd more interested in their phones than your order. Just paid $40 for two sandwiches I could have made better at home 🥴

I order 3 sandwich on each sandwich this lady gave only a couple pieces of each item. Example: I asked for cucumbers she put 5 on a footlong… I asked for more she put 2 more asked more something. Happened with everything I put on. I asked for extra of everything. And she goes this is extra.. maybe for you but not for me!!! Told me how I should make my sandwich… awful!!!!
Just did an online order, went to pick up my food got home to eat it. And it is made wrong, if you can’t read or speak English you should not work in fast food. Where does it say add onion? Where does it say onion on this paper anywhere? This is ridiculous never coming here again
Awful experience. Claim their independently own and operated and don’t validate coupon. Sad you get coupons in your mailbox and can’t use them at your local subway gotta find a different location that isn’t so cheap.

Wrost subway ever!!!! Ordered a footlong meatball sub and got Barley no meatballs it was all bread. I also ordered a ham and turkey footling Barley no met, asked for extra cucumber, onions, and olives did not get them, also did not get right cheese and asked for extra siratcha sauce and Barley got any!!! I will never return to this location ever again! Poor customer service.
I just went to pick up an online order and the woman that is currently (march 27) making the sandwiches was unnecessary rude . I had placed an order to pick up at by 9:10 . I had shown up early she was the only one there and she was behind so she had told me that my order wasnt ready that she was going to do the people 1st that was there to which i said okay to and i was fine with it so i just sat down because i was tired and had just gotten off work . And then later another worker comes and then he has said something to her and then she was like "que se espere" . And then i had ordered a drink with my order and then she was like "chequeale el resibo yo no vi ninguna bebida" . I feel like she was unnecessarily rude and it made me feel uncomfortable because i didnt complain and patiently waited .
The Meal of the Day is $6.99 Subtotal, the employee couldn’t understand she was charging me more and couldn’t adjust the price point. Then, I ask for 1 Oatmeal Cookie & 1 Chocolate Chip, she gives me 2 Chocolate Chip! The employee was so rude and kept making excuses for her actions. The most substandard service I have ever had! Please hire someone who can handle doing a simple job!!!
I went in there on my lunch break and asked for a 6inch tuna with out the bread she told me she had to put it in a drinking cup, i asked her if she could put it in the salad bowl as i will be adding things to it she told me no i asked why not and she said she would have to charge me for sandwich and a whole salad if i wanted to use the bowl. I said that's not right if i just don't want the bread, you want to charge me $8.00 for a bowl she said yes. I will never be back and they need to find new employees who give a crap...
We used to go to subway almost weekly. However, after they covered the meat we decided not go as often and haven't been here for months. We missed Subway so we decided to get some. Soon as I walked in and saw the meet section was covered I regretted coming, however I had promised my wife and the kids so I got three foot-long sandwiches one for the wife, one for me, and one for the two kids (6 inch each). The meet is half of what it was HALF on top of that the price has gone up significantly. I paid $45 for three sandwiched and four sodas with half the meat. Absolutely disappointing.
today my daughter and her friend went into subway today and they were waiting for there food and these two employees were laughing and staring at them and speaking in another language. one of the workers who was a male around 40-50 ish asked my daughter how old she was and then pointed to his lips saying something she couldn’ understand what he said but at that point was very uncomfortable. lucky my husband walked in as they were about to leave. these employees are very unprofessional and what they did was inappropriate. i will never come back.
Customer service is awful. The lady working the counter was talking on her phone in Spanish the entire time the line was being served. I ordered a pickup order and she said I can wait bc other orders were before mine. I was 7min early. Then she was like, you can just wait. So sorry I'm here and your too busy talking on your phone than to do orders! Whatever. This place is really going down hill.
Ordered 2 tuna footlong sandwiches, he gave us 2 bacon sandwiches. I am a Muslim and they made me eat pork. I got very furious. When we get back there to get my replacement the owner told my friend to shut up with his hand. Very rude and impotent. No offering a refund or even anything extra to make up for their mistake either!
I go to this place every other day to get a salad and have to ask for more of everything to make a full salad. Today I ordered online and I only have 30 min for lunch. I got to work and not to my surprise I had only half of a salad!!!! I am so tired of these people , they act like they buy the darn food. If I’m going to spend $11 on my salad I would like to get full please and thank you!!!! TO THE LADY WHO ACT LIKE SHE BUY THE FOOD…….we paying for salad fix a REAL SALAD!!! I am pissed because I have to go and buy something else to fill me up!!!! Subway Wylie get new people who can empathize with people and won’t speak Spanish in front of non Spanish speaking people out of the blue it’s rude
This subway is terrible. Unlike any other subway for some reason. You online order and there’s issue after issue processing the order and you end up giving up trying to submit an online order and don’t end up eating there. You decide to go several weeks later in person. You walk in and the first thing the lady says is their registers are down and they cannot take any orders. She was already clearing up emptying all the food out of the fridge, etc ready to go home. If there’s a consistent issue with online services and your registers you need to do more to ensure this is fixed for customers and stays fixed long term or people will stop going to this location as they should.

I recently had a terrible experience at Subway store #1235 located at 430 S Highway 78 in Wylie, TX. One of the employees, a Spanish lady, was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional at all, and she clearly has no understanding of basic customer service. This employee’s behavior made the entire visit frustrating and unpleasant. Frankly, she needs to go. Until this issue is dealt with, I can't recommend anyone visit this location, her attitude was so terrible driving the business way downhill. The management should address this issue very well because I read similarly a lot of reviews from different customers in the past complaining about that Spanish lady and seems to me this is an ongoing issue with employee attitude. Wow.. wake up management!
