I placed an order for delivery today. The estimated time was 30 mins. Since Round Table didn't have a driver they used DoorDash. The dasher was over an hour late. The dasher never texted or called to give any updates on the order. I called Round Table & spoke to Amanda. I explained the issue. She asked me if I would like a new order or if she could just refund me? Amanda apologized for the inconvenience & refunded me right away. Amanda went above & beyond today. She gave great customer service. Hard to find these days. Thank you!

I no longer live in the Santa Cruz area, and I love Round Table Pizza. Whenever I am in town, I always make sure to get a pizza there. The remodel came out great. And the pizza is outstanding!

They make really good pizza here! The parking is a bit of a pain though. Update: another visit 8-9-16. Pizza was fantastic. I really, really dislike parking here!! If you can manage to get a spot in front of the restaurant, it is really difficult to back out if it due to high traffic.

Round Table Pizza is a great place to eat dinner with family and friends. Sometimes the food can take a while to be ready but we are always happy at the end. Over all it's a clean and yummy place.

Always tasty. We order 1/2 wombo combo and 1/2 chicken garlic gourmet - so delicious! Tonight we called it in for pick up and was told 20-25 minutes. We got there in 20 minutes and they had not made it, so we had to wait while they made it, then cooked it. Kind of bummed us out to wait in the car with hungry kids at home.

Good Round Table, usually fast and not sloppily made. Only draw back is their salad bar isn't as nice as I've seen at other locations which isn't to say this one is dirty and not kept up. In the Santa Cruz area I prefer this one or the Scotts Valley location.

Great pizza place for individuals, couples and groups, I love the garlic chicken gourmet pizza and the hot buffalo wings! Kind of expensive but its worth it. Good parking lot and other good stores close by.

This place has a great little lunch buffet for less than ten dollars. The pizza and the salad bar are both pretty good and pretty varied. I like it.

A little slow to bust out your pizza but worth the wait! Staff is friendly and the only thing that was a tragedy was the claw machine pictured below for you. 🤣

Napkins in the front were also in need of stocking. This was on a Saturday, just before noon. Other than the hygiene of the restrooms and lack of napkins all else was in a reasonable state.

Although the pizza is good... Its often served way to hot! The booths are always dirty and the place looks run down. I am a pizza fanatic, and Round Table would defiantly be on the bottom of my favorite pizza list.

3 large pizzas and 1 order of 24 wings. Roughly $110 plus tip. Pretty pricey. And that includes the $10 off coupon. Pizza was okay and so were wings. Overall service was good but food was mediocre and way too expensive for what you get.

Pros: The pizza here is pretty good. The tables have lots of space making more comfortable to eat. Cons: The tables are not actually round!

One of the better pizza chains around, but not IN Hollister where they have taken it upon themselves to change the standard pizza sauce to their own hotter version. But this one is the typical RT that is known and loved. Lunchtime all you can eat and salad bar for around $8 was diverse, great pizza, and DELICIOUS salad bar. We left totally stuffed....even a little sweet pizza for dessert.

The pizza was great. The lady who took my order not so much. I went there Thursday with a friend and then Friday by myself. Oct 20th and 21st the same lady helped me both times she is very rude maybe she hates white people...or people in general, especially if you get something free with your rewards and her little scanner doesn't work she says things to make it seem like your cheating the system. She always says its not gonna scan a picture of the code. ( when I'm using the code directly from the app) qrc code. I haven't been there for a while because she said similar things last time I was there. She won't tell me her name so I can report her to corporate. But thes a big Hispanic lady with blonde hair....she needs to go she is so rude its not comfortable to go in there, and any errors are always the customers fault. I read reviews and I think that other people have complained about her as well. When they ask you to email customer support and you take the time to re write the whole thing over, they could care less because they don't contact you so don't bother

Went to pick up and their driver took my pizza, so I had to wait more time for my pizza. Then when I got home my pizza and chesse ticks was under cook, it seems that they were in a rush to just get it ready . i did not mine to wait, but at least i was expecting to have the quality of pizza I normally had.

Pizza quality is average for a Roundtable, no idea why you'd want this cheap pizza when pizza my heart quality is two blocks away. Lunch buffet is cheap if you're starving. Store is really old and dirty.

Pizza tasted good but there wasn't much of a selection and not much attention paid to the customers unless you were a regular. Maybe I'm just used to the larger, more modern franchise locations.

Disappointed in last nights crew felt like they didn’t even try to make them good at all. Ordered Lemon Pepper and this is what we got! Also ordered Buffalo and they were good but some were also partially burnt. SMH

My wife's personal size was supposed to have bacon on it, but when I ordered it I was told they were out of bacon. Say what? To get another would be an hour and a half. I was a long time customer, but I'm rethinking it now. Good luck, it'll be awhile before I order another delivery.

Real nasty people working here. Charged me $9 for two sodas, so that I could use their shtty restrooms at the time of need. DON'T COME HERE, they won't treat you well.

I went in to pick up a pizza and although there were 10 or more people behind the counter...no one spoke to me for a solid 2 minutes. I even stood right in front of the register while they talked to each other and ran around ignoring me. Then, I asked for a salad bar to go while I waited got the pizza ...while I was getting my salad they run over and say...your pizza is done! They were trying to hand me the pizza box while I got my salad. They opened and closed the box so fast and said- is this ok? My back was to them and I just said I’d get the pizza after I finished packing the salad. I got home and pizza was burnt!! What idiot cannot recognize a burnt pizza? How would I have thought it was ok? OMG...too tired to go back as I’d been working 12 hours but I won’t go back. $30 for one burnt pizza- insane!

Worst service ever had! I ordered garlic bread to go & I waited for 25 minutes. The cashier ( Latina,)Jst didn't mind my waiting. I followed up my order & the girl Jst seems nothing' happen. Thanks with the polite guy (Caucasian) in a white uniform who asked my order & immediately gave it to me. Feb 11,2016 4:15pm Thursday.

This review is more on Uber eats I live off 17th avenue and live oak Santa Cruz the driver could not find my address which started at 8:30 ended at 10:15 with no pizza and a very disappointed family never again

I've eaten at some pretty disgusting places before. Places that have had flies everywhere, old and malfunctioning cooking equipment, obvious and blatant health hazards, but this Round Table takes the pie. I've never been to an establishment so filthy and poorly managed before in my life. I went here on a Saturday night and they weren't busy (red flag right there). The entire place was disgusting. Food was all over the ground, tables hadn't been cleaned at all, and they had supplies out & about everywhere. This wasn't even the bad part though. They HAD 10 (T-E-N) employees 'working' there that day. All of them were either sitting around, on their phone, or casually talking. I figured their brooms, towels, and trashcans were all broken or something since they all seemed to ignore the filth. Now onto the food. I ordered some wings and wanted some ranch to eat them with. The wings were very undercooked (extremely cold on the inside) and the ranch was FROZEN. I dined in and couldn't even finish my food. The filth everywhere basically destroyed my appetite and unlike the employees, I couldn't ignore it. I was here for about 20 minutes and somehow no one was able to clean anything up in that time. I didn't even bother asking them to recook the wings since no cares were given about anything else. Do yourself a favor, eat literally anywhere else. Even if it's inconvenient or costs more. This place is not worth it.

This place is unreal, we are humans and old man ( not a homeless) he have and bathroom emergency the stuff refuses to give te door code this is not acceptable i eat my meal shame about not happy went in the world we lose mercy and compassion about the people ( hope this give you something to think about)

Placed order online and called 30 minutes after the order was estimated to arrive. I was put on hold twice, each time the call was disconnected. When I called the third time, they told me the order would go out for deliver in 15 minutes, which meant they forgot to place the order. It would be helpful to offer a break on the order or cover for a huge mistake. It's been 2 hours and the order is still not here, and we're 1.5 miles away.

The customer service as well as the food have a lot to be desired at this location my pizza was cold and burnt and the customer service was terrible never again I'll take my money elsewhere.

I ordered on line for picking up at 1pm. When I got there at 12:40pm, they took my order right the way from the warming storage. The pizza was made awhile ago, it's dry, hard and just a little warm ! Very disappointed for their pizza.

I mean I'm white and she was latin so I am used to this behavior BUT she blew her nose right in front of me and laughed about it and I asked her if she was going to wash her hands and she said maybe and laughed in my face again? and the place is empty only me? I'm ashamed of Round Table for allowing this NASTY and Rude service? I hope she didn't spit on my pizza

I genuinely feel somewhat traumatized at how bad the pizza was. It was very dry and tasted like burnt oven. I dont usually leave bad reviews but this might have been the absolute worst pizza that i have had in several years. The Lady working the beer on tap with the very long hair was beyond amazing and is way too skilled to be working there. She deserves a promotion. However we will never return. It was an overpriced and underwhelming experience.

The person at the register ruffled through some papers but never showed me. They then backed up the remaining pizza at 1:45. There was a lot left and I wasn't finished. It was 55.00 for myself and 2 kids 12 and 7. I will never be back to a round table again It used to be good, but gone so down hill. The service was not good either

The manager and owner of this Round Table should be ashamed of themselves. This place, the service, and especially the food is terrible. I used to love Round Table Pizza. But sadly this place has really left a bad taste for the whole franchise. Won't be going back. Don't waist your money here, it's definitely not worth it.
