The workers are very nice courteous never had an issue with anyone here but unfortunately its slow and i mean slow and sometimes the food is not warm other than that great place and the folks that work there are awesome i bet management is as well

My food was cold and not fresh. Service on inside seems more focused on the drive-thru than customers at the counter.

Any time you ask for a recipe they tell you it’s down, they don’t have paper . But if something is wrong with your food they ask for the receipt.. or don’t answer the phones. They say you can take a picture of the screen.. pretty ghetto if you ask me if a customer can’t even get a receipt when they order food. The attitudes are awful. They can’t even get an order right.

EVERY time my husband gets our food from this particular Burger King (Hawthorne), the food is cold and old!! I've told him several times not to go there, but the location is convenient. This time, I'm going to tell him that I'll just eat a peanut butter sandwich! Service stinks, too. When he goes out to Atlanta Highway, it's 10 times better.

This restaurant never gets the orders correct. This is the 3rd time ordering from this restaurant through Uber eats and every single time my order is missing items or I was sent the wrong thing. They do not fill orders correctly at all! My order arrived today and half the order missing and the drinks were not what I ordered. I will not be ordering ftom here again and I plan to let all my friends and family know not to as well.

Didn't eat had my kids with me the Assistant Manager Lakessha I think her name tag said wouldn't even look up from her phone long enough for her to take my order. It was really poor service I always have liked burger king but haven't came in a while cause this is the service I get each time.

The general manager was very rude and was making smart remarks to me when I asked for my change a certain way .in her words “we are not the bank” and denied food for my child . I’m a regular customer there but I will not recommend this location to anyone anymore .everyone else that works there in the drive through are nice and respectful.When I came into the dining area to order the general manager took my order and had a disguisting attitude in embarrassed for the owner of that Burger King location and feel bad for all of the other customers that have endured the rudeness of the general manager

Absolutely the worse fish sandwich ever. We went around 5:30, you would think at that time it was would be fresh. But no it was cold, stale and clearly cooked the day before. Won’t be back!

Rude .. order not correct.. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with only mayo with a pack of bbq sauce small fries and small drink... I got a double cheeseburger with mayo and bbq sauce small fry and small drink 🙄... Rolled her eyes at me when I asked for my pack of bbq sauce...

EVERYONE here is so rude. Give you cups covered in the drink, when ask for a napkin it was an issue, I had 3 drinks so I asked for a cup holder she said “you can put them in yourself” no one is here is friendly, food is cold and hard l even though I waited over 10 minutes in the drive through. Do not go to this location. Everyone is miserable and hate their job.

Horrible Burger King! They had a young man training and it was his first day. He was super sweet. But the shift leader working was VERY RUDE! She wasn't helping him at all and when he did take orders she told him to stop taking orders because he didn't know what he was doing. She also told all the people in line that they were just going to have to wait till she could get to them. All I ordered was 2 little burgers and waited 17 minutes for them. I will never go back to this location!

This was my first and last time here. The person in the drive thru did not aound happy being there and when i drive by, i seen bunch of kids playing around in the back instead of cooking. It was So slow. My food took forever to get out over 20 min. There was nobody there. Insee why ppl rate this soo low. My food was cold. My fries was not fully cooj, my mozzerla was not fully cook, my wrap had no mayo. Never never come here. I order online so i will do a complain as well.

I ordered a ham, egg & cheese croissant and I received sausage instead. NOT WHAT I ORDERED! Hash browns were hard, cold & greasy & the drink tasted flat. The person that took my payment never spoke to me, just took my card & I didn’t receive receipt. I do have payment proof from my bank account. I won’t be eating there again. Look at pictures and see how much grease came from food. And look At hash browns. I ate 2 & they weren’t edible.

Overcharged me and my father for breakfast as well as didnt even give us egg on our breakfist sandwiches and they gave us soggy hash browns. This business in Athens has went down as it has the most worse staff and food services. My family and i will be warning others to not eat here!

Very bad customer service at the drive thur my order was all wrong i had to repeat my order to get all my food the guy at the window was not neat face and hair was not groomed i had to call for the manager to continue my order this happened around 5:50pm this was off of Hawthorne ave in Athens ga just know im not going back there store need to be improved or closed down completely honestly i would not give no stars at all for the simple fact not groomed well unprofessional and doesn't know how to talk to customers taking orders and last but not least no receipt .just poor customer experience will not be going back ask for my money back to he act like he didn't want to give it back so i did file a complaint do not go there at all order was a hot mess 😳
