Opiniones de Roppolo's Pizza Austin
Awesome service and pizza! Guy behind counter was super friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious! Ninja turtles theme and menu were fire. Will be back for sure!
Top 5 best gluten feee and vegan cheese pizzas ever!!! I got it with sausage which they put a lot of! Super yummy! They only sell gluten free as pies. Better for me; leftovers!
Awesome NY style pizza, friendly staff
I had a disappointing experience at Roppolo’s Pizzeria. While the location is convenient and the slices look appealing at first glance, the pizza itself didn’t live up to expectations. The crust was overly greasy and lacked structure, making the slice hard to eat without everything sliding off. Flavor was pretty flat, with too much cheese and not much balance from the sauce. Service was fast, but it felt rushed and impersonal. It works if you need a late-night slice in a pinch, but for the price and hype, I expected much better quality and consistency.
Stopped in for a slice from Chicago!! The pizza had a perfect crunch and was super tasty. Great late night spot!
We grabbed a late night slice 4/5 nights while staying in Austin over New Years because it was SO good. Nothing compares to it at home now. Can't wait to come back one day.
Ordered a few slices to go on a random Wednesday evening and the pizza was good. We ordered a few slices of meat lovers, a supreme and a buffalo chicken. The meat lovers and supreme hit the spot, the buffalo chicken was okay. People inside were nice and where it's located, it was pretty clean inside.
Late night pizza place when hanging out on 6th Street. Great- quick service. Reasonable pricing. The crust was a little chewy for my liking, however it tasted really good. Overall for some quick food and a nice big slice- I'd totally come here. Many different options in their cases. Yes, they do reheat the pie when you order. Although, it seemed to be done in an actual oven and not in a microwave or anything like that.
Stop here late night for a bite to eat pizza was freaking amazing, staff was even more amazing. This was my first time to Austin and I didn't expect to find this delicious New York style pizza. They had amazing combinations tons of toppings pizza was hot and fresh with just a right amount of chew and stretch with the crust. First time here from Utah!
Wow wow wow one bite-everybody knows the rules! This pizza size was incredible! Served on a busy 6th street in downtown Austin. 2 locations right down the street from each other makes sense because it’s busy and very good pizza. Great undercarriage, no flop, crispy and piping hot pizza served in clsssic pepperoni, meat lovers, Hawaiian and a bunch of others. At $6.50 a slice it’s expensive, but worth it. I wanted to try an entire pie.
Dylan & Roberto were very friendly. Comfortable atmosphere food was nice and warm. Very accommodating. They checked up on us frequently made suggestion on the food since it was our first time eating there. Garlic cheese bread was very delicious lots of cheese. They were quick to clean up after customers left.
Amazing pizza! The crust was cooked to perfection, with the slightest crunch and the overall taste was delicious! My friends and I agreed this is the best pizza we’d ever had. The dining area was big and there were so many fans so we stayed cool from the summer heat! The service was extremely efficient. we were served immediately because of how attentive the staff were! Although the staff is very loud when calling the next summer, I appreciated the efficiency :)
DavId and the crew here are wonderful people. I can't write enough about how lucky we were on our trip to Austin to experience and know where we should always stop when exploring Austin TX. The here is some of the best you'll find and tastes just like it's taken from NJ - it has to be rooted from NJ because pizza like this is hard to find. I will always return, recommend and talk highly of David at Roppolos! Thanks you are the best!
It’s a good street pizza. I think their storefront location close to campus tastes better, but still better than a chain pizza. Service was great… but it is pricey. I think it was like $7 for one slice. But hey when you don’t have competition you can charge it. And if you don’t want to eat there, don’t. I’m sure the rent for that location is extremely expensive
Great spot to get food around 9 PM on 6th street. The pizza slice was very big and the crust had a crisp to it, which was really nice. In the back, there was seating area that made you feel like you were in New York, which was pretty cool. The people working there were super nice, and had a great attitude.
Coming from a place (NJ) where great pizza is expected rather than an exception, I would say I did not like the pizza.. the crust was quite bland, and so was the cheese. Should have been baked better too. But my son was quite happy, so I give three stars. The service was super friendly.
This was the spot for me and my girlfriend to get some good pizza. We also got the calzone the past 4 years. Today on the other hand, we noticed a dip in the quality of the food. We ordered a pepperoni calzone. It came out hot, but sooooo soggy that the ingredients came out like sludge. The bread couldn’t keep everything in and rips easily. The taste of the marinara tastes completely different. I’m not sure what happened, but I hope it gets better.
Was charged $45 for a pie advertised as $33. The manager told me online and instore prices are different. (?) He gave me an owner email that was invalid. The pie (white pizza) was also very bland. Do better, Roppolo's.
