Cool space and vibe, food was good but nothing was superb. The el Rey tacos, aguachile, and croquettes were good. Cochinita tacos can be skipped, a bit too soggy for my liking.

Another new amazing place for the neighborhood! Dolores is a small restaurant so expect there to be a wait but it’s worth it! We waited and 1.5 hours and just went to a bar down the street. The Aguachile is a must get along with the beans.

So glad I finally got a seat at Dolores! We showed up around 4:45pm on a Sunday and managed to grab a table and enjoy a round of cocktails before the kitchen opened at 5. The food is mostly small bites, tapas-style, so I’d recommend going with at least a group of four so you can share. The dish of the day was green enchiladas and was very delicious. The aguachiles were also poppin'. We tried (a lot) of cocktails and there were some real hits! In no particular order- the house marg with smoky salt, the strawberry michelada (!!), the tequila/aperol/passionfruit hot sauce one, and the tepache cocktail. Staff was sweet, vibes were chill - can’t wait to come back!

Dolores is such a great new addition to the neighborhood! The cocktails are amazing! Super creative, unique, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in Brooklyn. Every drink feels like something new and surprising in the best way. The vibe is cozy and intimate, perfect for a date night. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to again and again!

I’ve been here maybe 4 times now and every time everything has been super solid. The food is just so good. I grew up in CDMX so having somewhere so close to me where I can come and eat this food is really special.

Been here twice in the last month and it is perfect. The drinks are so good and the service was quite fine. The only downside is that the fish option on the menu isn’t allergy friendly. Other than that, loved this place for friends or date. Would not recommend for a family/kids

My experience beginning to end. After 6pm there’s a wait but worth it. Grab a drink at the bar or enjoy one at one of the tables outside. The staff there are pleasant are really looking to get you seated. We loved the spicy tequila cocktail, short rib tacos, and pork tacos. The chips and guacamole were amazing. Chips came out warm and fresh.

Just come here for the vibes. The Chile relleno taco was outstanding. But everything else was underwhelming. The ambience is friendly and inviting. But the reviews on the food are not true. $8 for a Carne Asada taco is not only pricey, but the taste doesn’t match the price. I would also skip the Cochinita Pibil tacos, as all the juice is just left on the plate and not coming directly from the meat. The pickled onions in the tacos were pretty good. I’ve come here two times already. Both on a Monday evening after 10 PM as the kitchen closes at 11 PM , and you can just walk in instead of waiting more than an hour. Both times the service has been AMZAZING. But the cocktails don’t deliver. There’s no complexity in the drinks. There’s no contrast or flavors that complement one another. these are drinks that can most likely be made at your local dive bar for half the price (the presentation juat won’t be as nice) . I would go back. But just to get chills relleno taco, I need to try the Aguachile, and they also have Modelo Negra on draft which is always a plus. 3/5 stars

The price of the food is astronomical for the price and serving size. Portion size is TINY. The plate of the day barley can feed one person comfortably. While service was okay at the beginning, the longer we sat at the bar (despite ORDERING more cocktails), service got slower and unfriendlier. Additionally, we had to order our food TWICE because one of our items never delivered. Of course, the longer we dined the fuller the restaurant got. I felt that servers were giving us a side eye for staying at the restaurant for “longer than we needed to.” Maybe we didn’t need to “overstay” our welcome should our whole food order arrived at once.
