You can't really go wrong with Chick-fil-A. The food here is so good, the price is alright, the place is super clean, the employees are super helpful. Everything is super efficient and they offer free refills on your coffee. I love this place!

It's Chick-fil-A, so of course it was amazing. I was actually surprised to see someone walking the floor and asking people if they needed refills- I have never experienced that in a fast food restaurant before. In addition to that, a women met us halfway to throw our tray away. Hands down the best Chock-fil-A I have ever been to.

This was a quick lunch stop once upon an afternoon. I had gotten done doing business in the area, and I was craving a chicken sandwich from this fine place. So I drove over here for my fix. Much like other Chick-fil-A's, this place was busy. I used their drive thru, which took me about 5 minutes to get through the line, place my order, and get my food. The staff was very busy getting the line going fast, but had the same friendly attitude characteristic of this place. My chicken sandwich was as delicious as they make em at other locations. The chicken club was light but satisfying. This is a good lunch option. Check em out.

I'm a fair-weather customer for Chick Fil-A, but the Cerritos branch is definitely somewhere I've always enjoyed going to since I moved to the area - although these visits are restricted to the free sandwiches 'earned' by the LA Clippers during my January diet attempts (which are usually even less successful than the Clippers). Anyway, I pulled in post-gym session tonight, and was told my mobile order had somehow failed to process correctly. Luckily, the issue got resolved with a minimum of fuss, and I went home very happy. I usually grab the meal-deal along with the free sandwich (The Coca-Cola here is better than any other variety), and will be doing so next time I visit. Although I'm not 100% sure I remember the name of the drive-thru staff member correctly, I thank Arne/Arnie (?) for a job well done on 16th January!

I really enjoy Chick Fila, this is probably the best restaurant too. This company gets it! They are so customer-centric, they don't just say it. Even when I know they struggle with higher minimum wage mandates they truley focus on their customer first and that is what sets them apart. Smart, friendly amazing should be their motto. Kuddos.

I'm a huge fan of Chick-fil-A's burgers and fries, and my recent visit to the branch in Cerritos Mall was no exception. The food was as delicious as always, living up to the high standards I've come to expect from this chain. However, the only aspect that was slightly disappointing was the limited dine-in hours, which ended at 9pm. While this might be due to the location within Cerritos Mall, it was still a bit inconvenient for those wanting to enjoy their meal inside the restaurant. Despite this, I found the experience enjoyable nonetheless, especially since I opted to order through the drive-thru. The efficiency of their service and the quality of the food made up for any inconvenience caused by the early dine-in closure. Overall, Chick-fil-A remains a top choice for delicious burgers and fries, and while the dine-in hours at this particular location may be limited, the drive-thru option ensures that customers can still enjoy their favorite meals with ease.

They just do it right here. Overall decent employees with respect and manners. Food is so clean, it comforts u. Not heavy or greasy food. Biscuits are restaurant quality. Lemonade is refreshing. Wraps are a perfect blend of crunchy and chewy the sauce adds a sweet nuttiness that really ties it all in to one great flavor experience.

This fast-food is a model for efficiency! No matter how long the lineS are, they move fast. If at one instance you experience a slow down, expect a new process innovation on your next visit. On my last visit, at least 6 people were taking orders from the drive thru lines, another person taking cash payments and two people outside the window handing trays to the cars. Efficient and cheerful service on top of your delicious meals...will definitely keep you coming back.

Owner and management have done a great job with thinking about the consumer. Not all Chick-fil-A's, let alone fast foods give so many thoughtful extra things on their app. I feel like every time I order something little even on their app, I get something free for my next trip. Talk about smart advertising! They also do little things like attaching your straw to the cup so it doesn't fall when you're trying to get it from the person or out of your car. We as consumers today need to be able to enjoy once in a while having something out, but also trying to be wise with our money and Chick-fil-A Cerritos is helping us with both..Thank you... 100% recommend this Chick-fil-A and especially using their app.

Usually comes here to after I get Angels reward for a free sandwich. The service is great, as expected, but the sandwich is just ok. Chicken is usually not crispy enough and the waffle fries are hit or miss. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich is much better than the regular. Curbside pickup is a super convenient alternative t waiting in drive thru, which is always packed.

OK it's sometimes hard to be fair, and give good ratings. This location has made several accommodations for the community. Like the drive thru (lane) into two lanes to place orders. Just like any other location of theirs that you have been too. On their busy days they break out the pop up tents and the porta-cooler, but at this location I haven't seen such an assembly line orchestrated so well any where else. Great work team cerritos! You should also know the staff and team are very friendly, approachable, and polite. Quick service for the most part. At least most the times I've been there.

This Chick-fil-A is a 50/50. At times food is perfect but I want to say more times than not something is wrong with my order. The large fries have the same amount of fries as the medium, the food cold or order is wrong. I personally perfer the lakewood location.

Most of the food was absolutely delicious... But I ordered my chicken sandwich with no pickles and got punished with a spice and pepper heavy piece of chicken that was spicier than the chicken on the spicy chicken club (which we also had in our order for comparison). It was inedible and we threw it out. So, as long as you don't have special requests this restaurant is fine.

Staff is great, chicken is great, but what is up with the fries?? Why are they so soft and soggy. I remember now why I stopped going to chick fil a. Nothing worse than soggy fries. You ask for crispy, still soggy, you say extra crispy, soggy. If they, because of some corporate code, don't cook their fries well, the order taker should at least tell you they can't do that when you request it, that way you know what to expect.

The food is good but everytime I get fries the ones on top are fresh and hot but always the ones on the botton are old like they were saved from the day before, last time I was there I asked for fresh fries and even made a comment to the girl taking my order in the drive through and still got the same surprise in the bottom, old fries. This is the worse location I’ve ever seen. Unorganized and too busy for me.

I came here last Friday morning to pick up enough food and drink for our wedding party of 16 people. They told me to wait in my car out front and eventually someone showed up with two large bags. I asked her if that was all of it and she said yes, so I drove off. Half an hour drive later, I opened the bags and realized there were only 14 meals, no drinks, and no sauces. I called and they said they were looking for me in the parking lot earlier, but couldn’t find me. Worse yet, I’d have to go back by the end of the day to get a refund. I replied that this was impossible because wedding. The worker on the phone spoke to her manager and said it would be fine if I came the next day - she would leave a note explaining the situation. The next day rolled around and I pulled up to get the $35 refunded to my card. I called for the manager and brought her up to speed. She asserted that due to policy she would be unable to refund me and she didn’t receive any note. After some push, she finally agreed to refund me for the missing items. It was only after I drove off that I realized I got $25 back - the $10 discrepancy was a result of her refunding me for the wrong drinks. I let it go, but resolved to write a long review on Google that nobody would ever read. 2 stars because I used to visit this Chick-fil-A a lot back in high school (2011) and never encountered any problems. I ultimately don’t care too much about the missing food or the $10 underpay, but I am a little disturbed that it took so much verbal finesse and me showing up physically (in a walking boot, no less) to get a $35 refund for a mistake they made in the first place. Still love Chick-fil-A and workers can have bad days, of course. I’d recommend being careful with your order if it’s very large - that is probably the takeaway here.

This Cerritos location is constantly a hit and miss. When I order from the drive-thru, I'm always asked to park my car and wait for my order to be brought to me. Was very disappointed with this place, the first time I ever had them was with my daughter in barkers fields and it was great, the chicken was hot crispy and bun was toasted and warm, and the fires were fresh. Wasteful and Ridiculous Policy on Ice – Do Better, Chick-fil-A Cerritos At a time when we’re all more aware of the impact of waste on our planet—overflowing landfills, single-use plastics, and the importance of recycling—it’s disappointing to see a large company like Chick-fil-A in Cerritos completely miss the mark. I don’t frequent Chick-fil-A often, but today I decided to treat myself to a chicken sandwich. While going through the drive-thru, I remembered I had my own personal reusable cup and asked if I could purchase a large cup of ice to fill it. In the past, I recall this costing about $0.27–$0.37. To my surprise, I was told it would cost $3.19—the price of a full drink—because their system doesn’t have a button to charge for just ice. When I asked for a manager, Jeremiah came out and politely explained the issue, then offered me four to five small cups of ice instead. Let that sink in: they’d rather give me four to five small cups (for free) than simply charge me a reasonable price for one large cup of ice. How does that make sense—economically or environmentally? That’s four to five times more plastic, more waste, more harm to the planet… when one cup would’ve done the job. I even offered to pay a reasonable price for the large cup. This isn’t about the ice—it’s about policy, logic, and sustainability. Chick-fil-A, especially at this Cerritos location, needs to get it together. Policies like this are wasteful, illogical, and completely out of touch with today’s environmental realities. Do better!

We are big Chick-fil-A customers. Cerritos used to be our location, we had gone there since they opened. Since my grandchildren moved to Long Beach, we had been going to other locations so we hadn’t been to this location in quite a while. We went yesterday And had a pretty large order. The quality at this location has really gone downhill. When the children started eating their chicken, they were hard. They were so hard that none of them could eat them. The Salads And sandwiches were good. But we now had four children that were unable to eat their nuggets, and with the price of these kids meals that really hit us in the pocket especially since we had to go to McDonald’s and order 4 more chicken kids meals for them to eat. We will never go to the location again.

This location needs to double check their orders before they send them out. Twice in less than a week I ordered a Market Salad and they gave me a Cobb Salad the 2nd time it was a Southwest Salad.

Please do not eat here. Yesterday 12/8/2024 my husband and I shared a 4 tender box. We bit into a tender and the center of it was a dark green/ black color. It was absolutely disgusting and made us both sick to our stomachs. I'm not talking about even a spot of green and black like the whole center of the chicken strip was an olive green black color. I will never eat chik fila again in my life. I googled it and it said that happens when the chicken has green muscle disease which is a disease that happens when there's a bunch of chickens raised in a small space. Just beware they're selling this chicken at this location and likely others.

Came here about 8:30 on a Thursday morning. I asked for two bowls. When I came to pay, the lady only charged me for one. I asked for the other one and she seemed upset and confused. She told me I didn't order a combo. I clarified that I didn't want the combo I ordered two bowls not one. She begrudgingly charged me for another one. As I gave her my card she dropped it by "accident" on the floor for me to pick up. Overall, she didn't seem to happy to be there. We were asked to wait at the parking area. I confirmed with the members in my car and they all heard me order 2 bowls from the beginning.

I have been a long time customer of this location. Lately, my order has been shorted. My co-worker asked them several times to make sure the order was complete. He was scurried out the store, being assured everything was in there. I never did anything about it before, but today I called. I initially spoke to an assistant manager, Victor, who was a pleasure but provided me no help. I then spoke to the manager "Michael". For the first time in 25+ years, I received horrible customer service from this establishment. He refused to provide me a refund for items we did not get. When I asked for his bosses contact information, he hung up on me. Definitely not what I expect from a self-proclaimed, Christian company.

Got home and seen that my order was missing an item. They can't refund me unless I drive back to the store and said they would send me a voucher for a "free" sandwich even they I already paid for it. I ordered a salad and it was cold, but the chicken was very cold, I would have been off going to Walmart to get a cold salad, there is no difference.

I don't understand why we are constantly driving back to this Chick Fila. Because of errors or missing items. Even shorted nuggets!!! You all make $20 plus an hour. But can't manage to count to 12???!! Its absolutely ridiculous

What a horrible experience through the drive-through. Order was wrong, they had three teenage girls yapping away at their plans for the weekend and really didn’t care one bit about taking care of the customer Management Needs to get involved and make sure that these individuals are trained to taking care of their customer

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I stopped by for a simple cup of hot coffee, but ended up waiting about 10 minutes before receiving it. During that time, no one checked in on me for at least 8 minutes after I arrived. What stood out even more was that I noticed drive-thru customers being served hot coffee while I was still waiting inside. The atmosphere didn’t help either — most of the employees looked frustrated and lost, and the person who appeared to be running the morning shift (a slim male with tan skin and curly hair) seemed completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, he never acknowledged me at all, even though I was clearly waiting. This girl with blonde hair who was working on the drive thru area was the one who saw me waiting and decided to approach me. She saw the online screens and got my coffee and apologized. I know you might think I’m making a big deal out of a cup of hot coffee, but that’s exactly the point. If this location can’t have something as simple as coffee ready by opening or keep an eye on their online order screen, then there’s still work to do on managing morning shifts and preparation. I understand mornings can be hectic, but I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and service quality. Chick-fil-A is usually known for its friendly and efficient service, so I was disappointed this visit didn’t reflect that. I arrived at 6:31am and attached is a screenshot of my order still “being prepared” at 6:47am

I come to this location often . The drive through service was slower than usual tonight. Once we got to the window the order was not ready so they had us wait in another area. Once the order finally came out it was missing items. The staff member that brought our food left so fast after dropping off our food that we had to go into the restaurant to ask for our additional items. No one ever apologized or acknowledged the delays and incorrect orders. They all acted like it lit was not an issue. Normally I don’t mind waiting and understand peak hour craziness however, I do not understand to compete lack of service and empathy. This place is poorly managed causing delays and clearly the management does not train staff to be customer focused or empathetic. It would have gone a long way for the staff to acknowledge the delay and errors but they were too busy caught up in their own lives to think about others .

Wow. Just… wow. If you’re looking for a chaotic, disappointing, borderline insulting night out — look no further than Chick-fil-A Bingo Night. First off, I didn’t realize that spending $15+ on a meal was the secret password to participate, but thankfully Brian made sure to loudly (and smugly) announce that to the room. Shoutout to Brian for patrolling tables like a hall monitor on a power trip — we all definitely felt the warm, welcoming "customer service" vibe Chick-fil-A is known for. What really prompted me to write this negative review is the way Brian spoke to my mom when she was simply asking for clarification. During the round we won bingo, we were waiting on one final number. It was called, and it took us just a few seconds to register that we won. Once we realized, we raised our hand and called out “Bingo” — but by then, Brian had already called the next number. As a result, two other people also claimed bingo, turning it into a three-way tie. To be fair, the numbers are called out quickly, and it can take a moment to double-check your card before shouting bingo. When Brian came over to verify our numbers, my mom politely mentioned that we had won before the last number was called. His response,“Well, you should have been louder then." In response, my mom explained that we tried to get his attention. His follow up, “Would you be quiet if you won a million dollars?” — um seriously? What was the point of that snarky coment? It felt like a cheap attempt to shut us up rather than a real answer. And to top it off, he added, “Well, there’s nothing we can do, we already called out the number.” Thanks for the empathy, Brian. Great customer service there. While I understand his position from a rules perspective, the manner in which he spoke to us was condescending. I understand that bingo nights are generally hectic, but basic respect goes a long way and unfortunately, that was lacking in this situation. My final complaint is that while other winners received nicely wrapped items, ours wasn’t wrapped at all and honestly looked used. It left us wondering if this was some form of retaliation for speaking up. It gave the impression that prizes were being distributed based on favoritism rather than fairness. Regardless of the intent, it only added to the overall feeling of being dismissed and treated unfairly. Despite my experience, the owner of the restaurant was polite and welcoming. The remaining staff were also attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the person running bingo was quite the opposite and his attitude left a lot to be desired.

Order number: 12481386 Ordered curbside pickup. Didn’t receive any sauce or napkins that i mentioned when ordering!! Spicy chicken burger didn’t taste good and the Nuggets were very salty!! Poor service.

Can here at open and most disorganized location I have ever seen. Do t you guys get scheduled early to open on time and have food ready by time the store opens came in at 6:30 am and system was down not only that they had no food prepped when you go to fast food it needs to be fast food and customer service was like luster employees using bad language in front of guest

After not being at this location for so long I decided to revisit. Big mistake. Not only was the service awful, so was my food. Cashier, Abraham was the furthest from being friendly, not even a smile on this guy. That is not what chick Fil a is about. Then my food was falling apart as soon as I open it. This location is really going down. That is sad and unfortunate

I decided to add blue cheese to my salad and they put way too much all over. I couldn’t eat my salad. I held it for my entire work shift and no one replied to my complaint about this so I took photos of it and threw it away. I like blue cheese but this experience made me not want to ever eat blue cheese again. It was wayyy to over powering. To make matters worse I was not given a refund for this item. It’s not my fault they don’t train their employees correctly!! I will not be ordering from this Chick-fil-A again because of the way this was handled.
