Owner and management have done a great job with thinking about the consumer. Not all Chick-fil-A's, let alone fast foods give so many thoughtful extra things on their app. I feel like every time I order something little even on their app, I get something free for my next trip. Talk about smart advertising! They also do little things like attaching your straw to the cup so it doesn't fall when you're trying to get it from the person or out of your car. We as consumers today need to be able to enjoy once in a while having something out, but also trying to be wise with our money and Chick-fil-A Cerritos is helping us with both..Thank you... 100% recommend this Chick-fil-A and especially using their app.
I ordered the sausage biscuit combo with orange juice and extra hash browns for my friend while she arrived at work. Amazing and supportive customer service!! Great and quick conversations!! I love this place!! Will come back soon!! Thank you so much!!
Hey Chuck-fil-A team, I swear Im not getting lazy, I just love being in my car, taking care of business, then you guys bring my food out. You have the most sophisticated food pick up service out there. I simply find the closest location, order my food, when I get there my order is started and I park. Wait! Perfect! Thanks Chick-fil-A!! Workers are polite and theyve only forgotten my salad dressing once. I come here frequently so great track record. Looks clean. They have events i see advertised. That's pretty cool. Like couples painting. Neat.
We drove thru this visit. The girl who took our order and was at the window was so friendly and so super nice! When we got home our order was exactly right and the food was delicious as always. We will definitely be back!
I really enjoyed my visit to this Chick-fil-A today. The dining area was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The food was fresh and delicious, and what stood out the most was the amazing service. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I especially want to mention one gentleman who came up to me, asked if everything was good, and even offered to bring me extra sauce or refill my coffee. That small gesture really made me feel cared for, and it’s not something you usually expect in a fast-food restaurant. Thank you so much for your great service and hospitality. I truly appreciate the work you do and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. I stopped by for a simple cup of hot coffee, but ended up waiting about 10 minutes before receiving it. During that time, no one checked in on me for at least 8 minutes after I arrived. What stood out even more was that I noticed drive-thru customers being served hot coffee while I was still waiting inside. The atmosphere didn’t help either — most of the employees looked frustrated and lost, and the person who appeared to be running the morning shift (a slim male with tan skin and curly hair) seemed completely overwhelmed. Unfortunately, he never acknowledged me at all, even though I was clearly waiting. This girl with blonde hair who was working on the drive thru area was the one who saw me waiting and decided to approach me. She saw the online screens and got my coffee and apologized. I know you might think I’m making a big deal out of a cup of hot coffee, but that’s exactly the point. If this location can’t have something as simple as coffee ready by opening or keep an eye on their online order screen, then there’s still work to do on managing morning shifts and preparation. I understand mornings can be hectic, but I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and service quality. Chick-fil-A is usually known for its friendly and efficient service, so I was disappointed this visit didn’t reflect that. I arrived at 6:31am and attached is a screenshot of my order still “being prepared” at 6:47am
I come to this location often . The drive through service was slower than usual tonight. Once we got to the window the order was not ready so they had us wait in another area. Once the order finally came out it was missing items. The staff member that brought our food left so fast after dropping off our food that we had to go into the restaurant to ask for our additional items. No one ever apologized or acknowledged the delays and incorrect orders. They all acted like it lit was not an issue. Normally I don’t mind waiting and understand peak hour craziness however, I do not understand to compete lack of service and empathy. This place is poorly managed causing delays and clearly the management does not train staff to be customer focused or empathetic. It would have gone a long way for the staff to acknowledge the delay and errors but they were too busy caught up in their own lives to think about others .
Wow. Just… wow. If you’re looking for a chaotic, disappointing, borderline insulting night out — look no further than Chick-fil-A Bingo Night. First off, I didn’t realize that spending $15+ on a meal was the secret password to participate, but thankfully Brian made sure to loudly (and smugly) announce that to the room. Shoutout to Brian for patrolling tables like a hall monitor on a power trip — we all definitely felt the warm, welcoming "customer service" vibe Chick-fil-A is known for. What really prompted me to write this negative review is the way Brian spoke to my mom when she was simply asking for clarification. During the round we won bingo, we were waiting on one final number. It was called, and it took us just a few seconds to register that we won. Once we realized, we raised our hand and called out “Bingo” — but by then, Brian had already called the next number. As a result, two other people also claimed bingo, turning it into a three-way tie. To be fair, the numbers are called out quickly, and it can take a moment to double-check your card before shouting bingo. When Brian came over to verify our numbers, my mom politely mentioned that we had won before the last number was called. His response,“Well, you should have been louder then." In response, my mom explained that we tried to get his attention. His follow up, “Would you be quiet if you won a million dollars?” — um seriously? What was the point of that snarky coment? It felt like a cheap attempt to shut us up rather than a real answer. And to top it off, he added, “Well, there’s nothing we can do, we already called out the number.” Thanks for the empathy, Brian. Great customer service there. While I understand his position from a rules perspective, the manner in which he spoke to us was condescending. I understand that bingo nights are generally hectic, but basic respect goes a long way and unfortunately, that was lacking in this situation. My final complaint is that while other winners received nicely wrapped items, ours wasn’t wrapped at all and honestly looked used. It left us wondering if this was some form of retaliation for speaking up. It gave the impression that prizes were being distributed based on favoritism rather than fairness. Regardless of the intent, it only added to the overall feeling of being dismissed and treated unfairly. Despite my experience, the owner of the restaurant was polite and welcoming. The remaining staff were also attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the person running bingo was quite the opposite and his attitude left a lot to be desired.
Can here at open and most disorganized location I have ever seen. Do t you guys get scheduled early to open on time and have food ready by time the store opens came in at 6:30 am and system was down not only that they had no food prepped when you go to fast food it needs to be fast food and customer service was like luster employees using bad language in front of guest
After not being at this location for so long I decided to revisit. Big mistake. Not only was the service awful, so was my food. Cashier, Abraham was the furthest from being friendly, not even a smile on this guy. That is not what chick Fil a is about. Then my food was falling apart as soon as I open it. This location is really going down. That is sad and unfortunate
I decided to add blue cheese to my salad and they put way too much all over. I couldn’t eat my salad. I held it for my entire work shift and no one replied to my complaint about this so I took photos of it and threw it away. I like blue cheese but this experience made me not want to ever eat blue cheese again. It was wayyy to over powering. To make matters worse I was not given a refund for this item. It’s not my fault they don’t train their employees correctly!! I will not be ordering from this Chick-fil-A again because of the way this was handled.
