I don't normally put reviews for restaurants but the service was absolutely immaculate. Leeon was serving us and was extremely chill (pun intended). I got blue raspberry, strawberry lemonade, and lemon with vanilla ice cream and it was soooooo good. 10/10 would recommend. (Give leeon a raise for real 🫡)

We're from out of town and randomly picked this place because it sounded different from most other dessert places. It's so great! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Everything is decently priced, my crepe was delicious, and the cross of sorbet with ice cream was both weird and amazing! The staff was very knowledgeable about what flavors went well together. I highly recommend this for someone looking for a non-traditional dessert place!

Best place you will ever get a crepe from. They have delicious frozen deserts and a amazing verity of flavors. They staff is always cheerful and they will let you try free samples and different candy combinations. And for there crepes it’s awesome. They have sweet and savory so if you want lunch they have it too. 10 out of 10 do recommend

The employee who was there when I walked in was awesome! He was so energetic and excited to tell me about the different flavors and how to mix the Italian ice and the ice cream to make crazy, new, delicious flavors and creations, it was so fun!! It was one of the highlights of my whole day! 🥰🥰🥰 And the flavor I ended up with tasted superb!

It was mine and my family's 1st time there and we were greeted by a young lady with red hair. She immediately welcomed us there as 1st timers and explained everything to us. Gave us two free samples and explained the flavors. She gave AMAZING customer service. Ice cream and crepes are so good definitely coming back.

This was the first time at this location and it was just as great of an experience as the others. Customer service here is above and beyond. Samples and explanations of flavors and combinations. I didn't have crepes today but they were amazing at the other spot so I'm sure they are just as good here. I'm always carrying my Frostbite's club card.

It was our first time here and our server helped us understand the process of ordering and gave us samples of customer favorites. We really enjoyed the experience and the sorbet cream were delicious! We ordered a large so we were able to enjoy two layers of flavor

They were patient with everybody and that was great to see. I settled on the Twix with taro. I had the regular size and that was plenty for me. Others we tried were the skittles on top of sour Gummi worms. If you are ok the fence with adding ice cream, we did and didn't regret it. Place was clean with some seating. There are other options on the menu for food and snacks, but we did not try those.

Once inside Krystall, I believe her name was, assisted me and was extremely helpful. I’ve honestly haven’t had exceptional customer service like that in a long time. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She offered a ton of suggestions and when I noticed someone walking in, I slightly panicked because I didn’t want to take any longer, but she was quick to assure me I could take as long as I wanted (another employee came to help the customer, don’t worry). I even noticed the employee who was helping customers with curbside pickup was very sweet. Okay now to the actual food haha (I’m telling you, I was super impressed with their customer service) I ordered this combination that tasted like a duvalin (mexican candy); it had vanilla, taro sorbet, and cherry sorbet (I think) and it was really good! (also tasted like cake!) I love the endless possibilities here, and they also offer shakes, crepes, and other things. The price was great too and the small was a great portion size. They have a stamp card program, and I believe you receive double stamps on rainy days! I’ll def be visiting more often. Thank you Krystall and the rest of the staff for a great experience! :)

Today my girlfriend and I were on the hunt for some frozen custard! If you're from around the area you'll know that our options are basically slim to none, BUT! we came across this place on Google so we figured let's give it a shot :) Upon entering, one of the workers was coming in from the parking lot and was super polite and warm with his welcome so it was already off to a great start and then we met our "barista" if you will by the name of Kristal. She must've gave us a solid 5 samples, all custom flavors that she knows of and we're all literally incredible. Her attitude was PHENOMAL and literally killed it and made it feel as if we were the only customers that mattered. A completely dedicated and warm experience that I won't ever forget for sure. She helped me make a banana split but with sorbet cream and encouraged me to go as crazy as I wanted but she would make sure that everything worked out flavor wise. She was quick on substitutes and knew exactly what to do! In the photo below is a "Duvalín/birthday cake" flavor and trust me... It definitely hit the profile right on the nose so if you're into either of those things, be sure to ask Kristall to make it for you! All in all, this was the best first experience I could've imagined and can't wait to go back! Thanks again Kristall you're the best! ✨

I was warmly greeted upon entering and the kind lady offered me samples when she realized it was my first time. I took her recommendation and couldn't have been happier. The prices were fair as well. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Very busy of course on summer nights. This is one of 3 similar "Asian" style desserts and drinks in the same plaza, where Sprouts is located. Very friendly staff will give you set combos (i heard A Captain Crunch version : taro, chocolate base and peanut butter??, Jolly Ranchers etc..) You can have a little try of ANY combination without limits. My go to combo is vanilla custard, mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Another combo i like is to add lychee to it. Orange cream sherbet is really good even on its own. They also have chamoy as a topping. The crepes here are also fun to have, but I'm not a Nutella fan.

So it's my first time coming here with a group of friends. I do not ear ice cream because I'm lactose intolerant 🤭tmi lol anywho... They have large variety of flavors dairy and non dairy. They also have hot tea and coffee looking at there menu. The girl working there I didn't get her name but she was super friendly and gave us samples of the flavors they had. She gave us advice on which to pick and choose from and some of her favorite and also what is popular. If it's your first time going they give you a stamp card and it states that on rainy days you get double points and once the whole card is filled up. On the next purchase you get 4$ off. They have all kinds of sizes small, medium, large, pint, and smoothies. They place is very delicious and do recommend!!!

My favorite is Joe's Italian ice. I've been to frostbites twice now. Two different locations. I wasn't too impressed first time around and nothing was memorable. However, on my second visit, I was helped by Andres. He was super helpful and he pushed us to get more samples to switch things up until we found something we liked. He was very patient and ask us our preference in flavors and even mixed 3-4 flavors together to give us flavors like, "push pop." I appreciated his time and thoroughly explaining things to us. He even got my pup a complimentary soft serve when he spotted her. It was good but he made the experience great. I wouldn't review it except I think he should be recognized for is service. Would I come back though? Debatable. I would need someone to put flavors together for me like that for me to.

It's an unique ice cream shop. If you like the taste that mixes fruity taste and sweet taste, you will like it. Personally, the milky combination of fruits, chocolate, bananas, etc. was just like that. But it seems to be very popular, so I think there will be likes and dislikes.

I'm annoyed. They have five people working and it literally takes forever to get your sorbet. I understand they want to make you try the flavor samples, but they need to think of a faster system to keep the line moving for the people who already know what they want. Work smarter, not harder. I don't have the time to wait forty minutes for one sorbet chill. The flavors are great though that's why I put up with this.

12/16/2022 9:45PM: ZERO stars. Came in with a group of five and we only had 4 masks. Blue-haired female employee IMMEDIATELY asked if we had masks, compliant I go to the car to check if we have enough and we only have 4 total. Give the extra to my friend and upon entry I had this ABC7 article on my phone stating the mask mandate in California was lifted at 12:01AM today. Told her we don’t have an extra mask, can you please just serve me?! She stated that the mandate applies “everywhere else in California EXCEPT this store” and that the “owner didn’t lift the mandate” and she does not care at all. THIS STORE DOES NOT OBEY STATE LAW. Completely lost a sale and a customer, and more customers who hear about this incident. How do we expect to do business with people who don’t follow the rule of law. I hope you guys see the problem here! They WILL BE hearing from my lawyer.
