Cant wait to go back again!! Honestly amazing Katsu sandwiches. Crispy, juicy, tasty, i enjoyed every bite. For 3- 3 sandwiches, 1 waffle fries, 1 drink. $40. Very worth it My kid and my wife loved the food.

Dinner here the other night was a wonderful experience. There is a lot of parking available. The restaurant is small but charming. The service was warm and friendly. We had two sandos to start. The egg salad sando is a must have. It was creamy and delicious. The Portobello katsu sando was large and filling. The katsu Portobello was delicious and the arugula salad with balsamic dressing in the sando just balanced out the flavors. We also had two main dishes. The kimchi dumpling curry was amazing. So many kimchi dumplings. The curry and the rice with it would have been enough but they also included two salads and tsukemono. We also had a katsu curry udon. The udon noodles were perfect and the katsu was crispy and delicious. We ended the meal with a strawberry sando. It was large and filled with fresh strawberries and subtlety sweet whipped cream. Everything is a must have and cannot wait to come back again.

Since discovering Katsu Bar last year, we’ve been huge fans of this small chain for their consistency, diverse menu, and of course the affordable prices/deals!!! 😍 The Cerritos location is very casual, no frills—the perfect hangout spot for you and your friends! We ordered and got our food super quick! Portions are generous and each of the different types of katsu comes out so crispy and delicious. My favorite has to be the shrimp katsu curry plate and egg sando. Curry has a nice spice to it! And the plate even comes with a small side of salad and rice. We’ll always swing by Katsu Bar for a reliable, feel-good meal ❤️🍛

I found this amazing burger and sandwich spot using fresh ingredients. It’s so yummy! They also have special dish by each day of the week. This brings me back multiple days for their specials. The Katsu and sandos are so good here! (Oh and get their waffle fries too) Tried their curry udon Katsu for the first time and mind you I've not liked curry before and I happily kept taking tastes from my husband's bowl. We love their daily specials. No matter what day or time we've come there are always multiple to-go orders being sent out. They do have seating inside but good for groups of four or less but don't let that stop you. The staff while busy is always friendly and willing to chat about their favorites or make recommendations.

I had a great time at Katsu Bar. I took my friend here after work one day and we had an amazing time. I love the self service iPad, very easy to understand and even when we had questions the workers were very helpful and kind. The food here was amazing. I haven’t had any of there bowls yet but I always get the Rosemary Katsu Sando w/ Waffle Fries and it’s so good. We also got two Yubu Pockets, the chicken and beef one, they were not disappointing at all. I most definitely will be coming back again.

Perfectly crisp and juicy katsu. Came here with a huge appetite after swim workout. Ordered katsu sandwiches, one of the Friday daily special, the chicken bites, and chicken katsu udon. Everything tasted amazing and the execution is worth coming back for a hundred times. Only complaint I have for the management is please turn down the music. I love Japanese speed metal but I would like to preserve my hearing.

I had the pork katsu sandwich and it was a mess! Needed a ton of napkins. It was a little tough and had too much of a kick for me. The waffle fries were okay, for me, not as good as Chick-fil-A. Service was just okay. They have a self-serve kiosk for ordering. Works okay but I prefer the option of using a cashier. Self-serve fountain drinks are a specialty brand, not Coke or Pepsi. Parking lot is very busy. But we found a spot fairly quickly and not to far from the restaurant. Worth a try for the curry chicken katsu but I'd avoid the sandwich. Enjoy!

Still, not bad, but the experience besides the cutlet could definitely be improved.

Food was good. I like their chicken katsu more than their their pork. Customer service was exceptional. 4 stars, because there were items that were on the display menu but not in their kiosk menu were you place orders. Then i saw a poster of the egg salad sandwich and that’s wasn’t in the kiosk menu. So that was a little frustrating.

Google says they’re open until 9pm. I arrived at 8:47pm and was told they were already closed and that they “close every day at 8:30.” That’s a 30-minute difference from what’s publicly posted. Either update your hours or honor them. It’s frustrating to drive somewhere expecting service and be turned away before the listed closing time. If this is happening regularly, management needs to address it. Customers shouldn’t have to guess what time you actually close.
