I want to give a huge shout out to Hector, the manager. This man deserves a raise. They were waiting on some workers to come in so he started serving all the tables. Excellent customer service. Yall are very fortunate to have him. I gave him a very good tip and then watched him turn around and share the tip with his servers. What an excellent manager.

Had lunch at Olive Garden today! We went for the lunch special with unlimited salad and soup, and made our own pasta with shrimp and shrimp scampi. The kids had Shrimp Alfredo pasta. Everything was super tasty and our server was really nice too!

When you visit to this location 1st say hello to the hostess with the mostess Bella then make sure you get to sit with Big chris on the left hand side. The only time I ever go there is when he's working. The manager Lupita is very nice and she knows that Chris is her best asset.

We didn't know Olive Garden was back here, we were heading out of the parking lot and saw OG, walked in, seated immediately, everything was outstanding!! My daughters 9 year old was so excited because he got to have cheese pizza AND spaghetti! Thank you, OG, for a great dinner.

A good friend and I decided to have dinner here. I have to tell you, since the pandemic, I have slowly been going back to old favorites, and this is one of them. I really looked forward to trying this place again. Would it be the same? Would it be better, or worse? Well I have to say that they did not disappoint. I don't know if I missed coming here or if they just got that much better, but it was good! We definitely got there just in time because once we were seated, the place started getting very busy. The service was great in spite of how busy it got. George was our server and he was very helpful and accomidateing. Needless to say that what we ordered was outstanding. I definitely forgot how much I enjoyed this place. No question on whether or not I'm coming back because that's a big yes.

OG has been around for a good minute now and although I personally think they need a menu upgrade, the food and service at this location were great. We had a nice server and at one point it seemed it was the manager who asked us about our visit and ended up replacing our salad and soups, it was the best decision ever. Both the salad and soup were so presentably delicious and well served. My dish, chicken Parm was on point with everything. If I ever go back to OG, it'll be this one.

First time at this location and had such a great experience. I was a little worried about the wait time since we were super hungry but were seated right away! Our waiter was really good too, he made good recomendations and also made sure to bring our food at the same time. He was also very attentive and asked us various time if we needed anything. I know a lot of people don’t love chain restaurants, but honestly, I really like it. The prices are excellent, especially for wine — great value. It’s well located and parking is easy, which already helps a lot. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. The real highlight for me is the bread they serve at the start — so good. I also really like the unlimited salad option, which is perfect if you want to eat something fresh before the main dish. There’s soup too, but the salad is definitely worth it. The entrees are solid, nothing mind-blowing, but for the price, it’s totally worth going once in a while. Service is fine, and overall it’s a pleasant place to sit, eat, and relax. Even being a chain, it’s a good spot.

Italian chain restaurant. Spacious Italian restaurant vibe that seems family (& kids) friendly. Their peach iced tea is a must. I love the seafood Alfredo and tiramasu. $6 lunch for to go is a great deal for 2nd/3rd meal.

I had not been to Olive Garden for probably about 20 years. The reason I stopped eating there is because, over time, their restaurants seemed to become noisy & loud, I felt as though they often rushed/pushed me through my meal in an attempt to 'turn my table over' to increase their profits &, I felt that although the food was okay good (how hard is it really to make pastas/sauces, bread, salad or soups), it didn't stand iut in any way & prices seemed to jump upward to a level that, to me, didn't justify my experiences & wants. However, I was given a gift card about 5 years ago that I kept, but put away. My partner & I recently decided that it was time to give the Olive Garden another try so we went to their location near the Cerritos Mall for lunch. My first surprise was, that although they appeared to be somewhat busy with about 6 to 8 people hovering around the front desk as well as about 5 or so people standing or sitting in the entry/waiting area, we were seated immediately. Being in the dining area & looking around, my assumption that they were busy seemed to be confirmed as I could only see, maybe, about 2 empty tables across the entire restaurant & a lot of busy staff moving about. In spite of this, we were quickly greeted by our server, who, during our entire visit, was friendly, courteous, professional, informative & did a great job of returning in a reasonable amount of time to take our order, quickly bring us our initial drinks & appetizer orders, deliver our main courses in a time frame that didn't make us feel rushed but instead gave us time to relax, eat & enjoy ourselves, as well as check up on us just the right amount of times during our visit & finally, at the ending of our meal, presented our check still without making us feel we were being pushed out or rushed in any way. My recent visit to the Olive Garden has changed my opinions of the restaurant for the better. I would likely eat there again, especially if I was given another gift card but, although the food was somewhat better, maybe even significantly better, than I remembered it to be years ago, & the noise level in the restaurant was only a bit lower than I remembered it to be years ago, & the atmosphere of the restaurant was good but still lacking something, it was our server that raised the level of my recent Olive Garden experience and changed my opinions about it!

Dined in solo on a Saturday night. I had about a 10-15 min wait. My waitress Drisa was amazing. My soup was delicious but my bread was a little over cooked. I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium rare and it was made well done.

Great food, good service. The restroom was a little different, toilet paper everywhere and the trash bin for hand paper towels was heaping full. To be fair there was a lot of people coming in and out. Everyone at our table received their food at the same time, except for my son in law, there was also a delay on our food. A table that arrived 10 mins after we did received their entrees before we did and our waitress was busy taking care of other tables, no plates for our appetizers, not his fault but management's.

We hadn't been to OG in a while, and to celebrate a friend's birthday we chose there for the convenience. The service wasn't great. Waters and sodas weren't refilled and empty plates sat on the table a long time. The bread sticks came out cool rather than hot and fresh. When we needed the waiter he was hard to find. Then a new waiter took over and the old one never said goodbye. Though the 2nd waiter wss good. We asked to take the last of our salad home and he just gave us a whole new salad to go. That was very cool. And the chocolate birthday cake they sent over was outstanding.

We were here on Friday for my niece's birthday, it was busy and when the hostess sat us at a table she just placed the silver ware on the table and walked away without another word. The chicken was not all the way cooked on one of our plates and my plate felt dirty from the bottom. Our waitress was very nice and attentive even though she was busy handling multiple tables.

This is my second time coming here. The first time was over 1 year ago. My first experience was great, and the food was excellent. On this visit, I was surprised the experience had changed. I ordered the Shrimp scampi. The noodles were a bit sticky, and the flavor of the bell pepper was overwhelming, mixed with maybe 4 tiny shrimps. The bread was warm, but did not taste fresh - it was a bit tuff on the inside. The best food of the night was the endless Salad, the item seemed to match my first experience. The service and waiter was good. We were told No Military discount was available at the end of the visit. I would rate the experience average to below average at best. In the future, I certainly hope this restaurant improves on freshness of the baked bread sticks- an item they are known for.

The food was decent but not the best. I ordered the Tour of Italy, and the tomato sauce was underwhelming—definitely mid or below mid. However, the garlic bread and soup were good. The Shrimp Fritto Misto was also tasty, but the portion was small, especially considering it came with fried green peppers, which I found a bit strange.

The server disappeared a number of times and when we finally asked for our bill she argued that she was busy (with probably 3 other tables), didn’t clear the table until we asked her to do so (she never really finished). She said she would have the manager come but that never happened. Clearly the training there is lacking - we both worked in restaurants for many years - would never have argued with a customer. I would have been fired if I behaved like this person did.

They brought back my favorite, braised beef tortellini. Talk about a disappointment. For almost $25 I expected there to be actual chunks of beef in it. It was mainly mushrooms and what taste like soy sauce. Will not order again unless it’s made how it use to be. Please do better.

Another bad experience at a an Olive Garden. What a surprise. Looking for a Sunday lunch spot. Decided on Olive Garden. We were seated as soon as we walked in. Then we waited to be served and we waited and waited. Other servers came and went to the tables around us. A table that was seated after us had their drinks and there salad served; before we left. As we were sitting there, the power went out. That was it, if we weren't being served with power on we sure were not going to get any now. We stood up and walked out, as we were leaving the power came back on and I asked to speak with the manager. A very polite server asked what the problem was she was apologetic and said she would let the manager know. Power was flickering on and off so I figured they were too busy to deal with another complaint. We left called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. Very nice and very polite, listened and was apologetic. Took responsibility for their failure. Asked for my email to give us a gift card. This was not about getting a free meal. I called because I'm sure he would want to know why he lost customers. I applauded his reaction and the way he received the criticism. His response is what might make us give this location another try.
