I was curious how 16 Handles would work with COVID-19 safety restrictions. We donned provided disposable gloves and got our own yogurt. Then the workers out on toppings we chose. We were the only customers at the time, but I would assume they limit the number of customers in the store at the same time.

A worthy treat no matter the weather. Staff was accommodating and helpful. A gloomy day made better with tasty treats and smiling faces.

Great variety and better ingredients than competitors. I love the abundance of fresh fruit, hot fudge, and real whipped cream. There is an option for everyone in the family and prices are reasonable.

16 Handles is my go-to place for frozen yogurt. The establishment is clean, staff is very friendly and very helpful. During the height of the pandemic, they did everything possible to follow protocol to keep patrons and staff safe and healthy. Yesterday I wanted to try their new vegan option, Oatly. They still were not giving out samples because of Covid but the young lady working there aptly described their Oatly offerings and encouraged me to give them a try. They are wonderful! Thank you for being such a great place!

Clean and modern building. Plenty of seating options including bar stools, couches, and outdoor benches. The frozen yogurt is flavorful and there are multiple topping choices. Highly recommended if you like frozen yogurt or you just have a sweet tooth. Just be conscious of the fact that you pay by the ounce!

I have been waiting for a vegan option and then boom it happen. Walking into 16 handles, the staff greets you with eye contact and welcome you with conviction. The environment is clean the atmosphere is lovely and when you make a mess by the topping area they are there to clean it up. Very professional and they have great attitude when dealing with customers.

Best damn frozen yogurt I have ever had. There are other frozen yogurt purveyors in the area...heck, in the country, but the yummy frozen delights at 16 Handles is by far the best. In addition to great quality of product and phenomenal toppings, the store is always clean...the workers are always helpful (many other frozen yogurt stores are typically staffed by teenagers or folks in their early 20's that have their head burried in their hand held device and don't want to be bothered to assist customers). The management at the facility in Clifton Park is always delightful and helpful. One night my honey and I were there and the machine was out of my favorite flavor peanut butter. The manager gave us a pint of pre-packed for free. We cannot recommend this store and this yogurt highly enough.

You probably couldn't go through all of them and every combination in a year if you tried! I usually get the same thing Tahitian vanilla soft serve yogurt with strawberries, cookie dough pieces, and hot fudge. One other time I had soft serve as a milkshake. The atmosphere is great with springtime colors and places to sit within the store. There's also a bench outside if you wish to eat it there. It also is very clean. The employees are very friendly and always offer samples. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who loves frozen yogurt.

My favorite flavor is pomegranite raspberry tart. If it was either Menchie's or 16 handles I'd probably go here first. Good place overall.

It's good but not feasible to go more than once in awhile. It's too expensive and of course since all the toppings are on display you want them all and end up loading your cup too much. Even with a discount from the app it can be pricey for a family. The quality is good though. You get what you pay for.

It's been overdue for me to rate this place, honestly! The frozen yogurt quality and options are wonderful, and the quality of the toppings are always great. It's so nice to be able to get fruit topping that's actually fresh and not either mushy or heavily preserved in a sauce. Bonus points for having airy whipped cream and not cool whip. Nothing against cool whip, but I don't really care for the texture of it on my soft serve or my yogurt. The only thing I recommend is checking the hours before you stop over. I have had times where I try to stop in after dinner only to find they're closed. They aren't a late night location, and you may be tight on time to stop over for a post-meal dessert. Summer hours are a tiny bit later if I recall, so you may have better luck with a night time dessert pit stop in the June-August months. But all the same, I recommend the stop. The price is great (it's by your bowl's weight, so it's ultimately up to you), the food quality is lovely, and it's a nice, calm atmosphere and a very clean store.

I went there tonight for the first time , and being a place where children are often there , I was very disappointed on the fact that they do not have a changing table in the bathroom for babies , and I was forced to change my child's diaper on floor of the bathroom ..

The cotton candy tasted like yogurt more than ice-cream.

Frankly not worth it. The yogurt flavors are subpar and off-putting, and the only pro is the range of toppings. I like being able to pick from such a large range. The store front is clean, and the employees kind. I can't stand the design of the cup sizes to intentionally encourage people, and more so, little kids into getting a ridiculous amount of toppings/bad frozen yogurt, and at 9.92$/lb it adds up QUICK. 2 people 16$, and we didn't even end up enjoying it. Rather go get real ice cream for cheaper at Rolling Point or something. Also, we ran an experiment with the whipped cream. It looks wrong for whipped cream, way too liquidly ya know? We got just a medium of whipped cream --> 5$ in weight XD. The whipped cream is purposely heavier than it should be to add weight, hilarious. Don't come here, go get real ice cream somewhere else.

The frozen yogurt is really good, however the atmosphere is terrible. The workers always have an attitude. It feels like all they want is for me to get my ice cream and leave. I only come here for the frozen yogurt and that’s because it’s the only good one here. Wish the workers were more welcoming. I also found a piece of hair in one of the toppings and when I told of the workers, she gave me an attitude like I was the one who put the hair in there.

The frozen yogurt is really good, however the atmosphere is terrible. The workers always have an attitude. It feels like all they want is for me to get my ice cream and leave. I only come here for the frozen yogurt and that’s because it’s the only good one here. Wish the workers were more welcoming. I also found a piece of hair in one of the toppings and when I told of the workers, she gave me an attitude like I was the one who put the hair in there.

Whatever woman was there tonight clearly saw me holding a child and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted a bag for my 2 yogurts, nor did she have the courtesy to place them in the bag for me.

Their hours are listed as being open until 9PM on Sundays however we got there at 8:28PM and they were already closed. I just wanted to see if they were supposed to be open and closed early or something, so I called around 8:45 and a girl picked up to my surprise. I asked to place and order and she said that they were closed. I said the 16 Handles website has their hours listed until 9:00PM, and she replied that was only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. TODAY IS SUNDAY. When I said I was it was Sunday she sounded flustered. I think they just didn't feel like staying open and closed early. Not cool.
