Always good. They keep the place very clean, which must be hard for a make your own sundae joint. Just wish they'd bring back the vanilla bean yogurt.

Came in for the first time today. Customer service is amazing. Lots of options for yogurt. The toppings selection is very large lots of different options. This is our new favorite place.

Their frozen yogurt is excellent, smoothies are also very good and healthy without compromising taste! The staff is always friendly, the environment is clean and fresh and they always provide good deals that give incentives buying their sweets!

Best damn frozen yogurt I have ever had. There are other frozen yogurt purveyors in the area...heck, in the country, but the yummy frozen delights at 16 Handles is by far the best. In addition to great quality of product and phenomenal toppings, the store is always clean...the workers are always helpful (many other frozen yogurt stores are typically staffed by teenagers or folks in their early 20's that have their head burried in their hand held device and don't want to be bothered to assist customers). The management at the facility in Clifton Park is always delightful and helpful. One night my honey and I were there and the machine was out of my favorite flavor peanut butter. The manager gave us a pint of pre-packed for free. We cannot recommend this store and this yogurt highly enough.

This stuff is lit, a variety of flavors, many toppings, and the price is reasonable. It's right in town which is good. They even have smoothies so it's not just frozen yogurt. My favorite flavor is pomegranite raspberry tart. If it was either Menchie's or 16 handles I'd probably go here first. Good place overall.

My first time at a frozen yogurt bar. It is the place of choice for treats for my niece and nephew. They love the place. Was spoiled for choice once there. There were too many things to try. Tried 3 flavors ( Vanilla, chocolate and coffee) with about 5 toppings all of them excellent. Plan to go there again while staying in the area.

16 Handles is my go-to place for frozen yogurt. The establishment is clean, staff is very friendly and very helpful. During the height of the pandemic, they did everything possible to follow protocol to keep patrons and staff safe and healthy. Yesterday I wanted to try their new vegan option, Oatly. They still were not giving out samples because of Covid but the young lady working there aptly described their Oatly offerings and encouraged me to give them a try. They are wonderful! Thank you for being such a great place!

16 handles is one of my favorite places to go for frozen yogurt. They have a wide variety of flavors and toppings. You probably couldn't go through all of them and every combination in a year if you tried! I usually get the same thing Tahitian vanilla soft serve yogurt with strawberries, cookie dough pieces, and hot fudge. One other time I had soft serve as a milkshake. The atmosphere is great with springtime colors and places to sit within the store. There's also a bench outside if you wish to eat it there. It also is very clean. The employees are very friendly and always offer samples. I would definitely recommend this to anybody who loves frozen yogurt.

It's so nice to be able to get fruit topping that's actually fresh and not either mushy or heavily preserved in a sauce. Bonus points for having airy whipped cream and not cool whip. Nothing against cool whip, but I don't really care for the texture of it on my soft serve or my yogurt. The only thing I recommend is checking the hours before you stop over. I have had times where I try to stop in after dinner only to find they're closed. They aren't a late night location, and you may be tight on time to stop over for a post-meal dessert. Summer hours are a tiny bit later if I recall, so you may have better luck with a night time dessert pit stop in the June-August months. But all the same, I recommend the stop. The price is great (it's by your bowl's weight, so it's ultimately up to you), the food quality is lovely, and it's a nice, calm atmosphere and a very clean store.

I also found a piece of hair in one of the toppings and when I told of the workers, she gave me an attitude like I was the one who put the hair in there.
