Good bagels, not a lot to offer for vegans, but still great bagels and friendly staff.
Randy and his crew are top notch!
Love going to this Bruegger's. Lines can be long at times, but it is always worth the wait!
Been going to this location for years and have always had a pleasant visit.
Very friendly, fast prep. Delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches
Bagels here are better than the ones I've had in NYC.
Love me some Brueggers everything bagels!! Always super yummy!!
Jessica Was Grace Under Pressure! Saturday's Line Was Out The Door, As We Were Respecting Our 6 Feet Social Distancing! Jessica Was A Professional! Her Speed, As Well As Her Accuracy Was Spot On! It Made For A Wonderful Experience! This Lady Needs A Promotion! Rock Star, Jess!! 👍👍💯‼
Everyone was so pleasant and helpful for it being 630am! Bagels were perfect and still warm they were so fresh! Excellent service!
Went in at last moment (Bruegger's close at 2!) and were treated like any others - courteous, accommodating, and speedily.. fantastic bagels!
Loves these bagels . Especially in the morning when they open and their freshest
Dee and Sean are always absolutely outstanding, friendly, and make the start of the day always wonderful
I had received a coupon in the mail and got $2 off my mail so I decided to get the more expensive $7.99 salmon which was great and the prices aren't bad really that was one of the more pricey items but most of the good bagels are in the $5 range very tasty it's good to find an all-day breakfast place that's different from everything else like fast food etc. But they still were very Swift to serve and courteous.
Love their bagels with bacon scallion cream cheese .. in my opinion, nothing better than a fresh bagel! Very friendly staff and seems to be good value
Great selection of bagel sandwiches, attentive staff. Finally a bagel place where an Everything bagel lives up to its name.
Excellent service! Great food!
Love their bagels. Bagels tend to be smaller in size than other places but do not let that sway you. Their bagels are one of the best.
Best Bagles in the Building!! I wish they’d open their dinning area. I always spill my breakfast bagel on myself while trying to eat it in my car
super nice staff and great fresh bagels
Best bagels and cream cheese in town. They actually toast them when you ask for them to be toasted, unlike that other bagel spot in the plaza.
Team is great Sean and Dee are wonderful and work hard!!
Best bagles in NYC.. yeah I said that, better than any bagel even from NYC. Always request HOT.
Kazyia is amazing!!! We're here from Florida, and came almost daily! She was so sweet and helpful!! Five stars for her and this location! Thanks for making us feel right at home here!! Honorable mention to Connie!!
To start, BRUEGGER'S BAGELS ARE THE BEST!! We need one in Lake George but Wow WHAT AN AMAZING TEAM in Clifton Park!! I Stopped in on a Busy Saturday Morning, the Line was close to out the door, with several online orders coming in....An easy scenario for employees/customers to become overwhelmed but all the employees worked together so well!! One employee tho....Despina is an ABSOLUTE STAR!! I hope Im spelling her name correctly & I hope by naming her directly she recieves some well deserved recognition!! Despina acted as the commanding force by creating a direct line of order. It was busy so I knew I would be waiting but bc or Despinas order I felt confident in doing so. She kept the line moving, she presented herself as direct & friendly, fast & efficient!! Shes a Freaking ROCK STAR!! Keep up the good work...you are APPRECIATED ❤
Best bagels around! I love the iced coffee too. My favorite is the everything bagel with garlic herb cream cheese!
The lady with fire color hair at the register was super nice even brought bowls to our table! Was my first visit and totally loved it!!! I don't know much about that place but she deserves 10 stars for being that nice to customers.
Great customer service. Manager was on site extremely and friendly. I was amazed on how fast I got in and out. Impressed with store being so clean
This location is amazing and has exceptional customer service!! I frequently come here on my lunch break and they always make my food quickly and perfectly every single time!!
Who doesn't love Brueggers? You go there knowing that you are going to get a fresh and delicious bagel made exactly how you want it. And having a great coffee or tea to go with it is a win win!
I love going to the Bruegger's in Clifton Park. It is clean and the staff is friendly.
Bagel shop; bagels are excellent. Atmosphere seemed fine, employees I encountered were great.
Ok I love ordering bagels. But I can't use the app to place an order bc there's no option to customize the bagel variety so i always call. We'll nobody has been answering the phone in weeks in the Clifton Park, NY location! I call at all different times with no luck. What's going on?
We hit the store at a very busy time. The staff were extremely efficient and working hard. Counter help were very friendly and doing well under pressure. The food was great and the bagels were delicious. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!
This was my first time at Brueggers Bagels. And wow there are so many choices to choose from. I went with my go-to bagel sandwich egg, cheese, and ham. The staff were so nice to me and explained how to order and so how. I have to say I am impressed and will be back to try some out of the box bagel sandwiches
Every time I come in to this Bruegger’s location I am greeted by the most friendly staff! They are always so upbeat- even my 9 year old said, “I think she really loves her job!” It makes me want to come back just to feel energized before I get my coffee. 😆 The breakfast sandwiches we ordered were exactly as we like them, and everything was delicious. Great food, great staff- will definitely return. I just wish they would reopen the dining portion of the restaurant.
I get breakfast there almost every morning 2 sausage and egg sandwiches on my way to work they're always a pleasure to talk to you in the morning breakfast is always very good and doesn't take long at all for them to make Stop in and meet the team there they are a great group of people
I have been to this location many times. The food is fresh and the service is friendly. The bagels are freshly made. I appreciate that the seeds are on the top and bottorm of the bagel. Great variety of bagels to choose from. The coffee is good. I enjoy their variety of cream cheese. Good place.
They still have THE BEST Bagels! So many other places sell things they call bagels. They're not crispy, they're not cooked right. These are legit and delicious. So many flavors you can't get anywhere else. ❤️
Best bagel i have ever had. I ordered Jalapeno bagel and everything bagel sandwich with avocado , bacon , egg and cheese with tomato. It is chewy and not much stuffed. I used to scoop bagel but this one is just perfect.
Best French Vanilla coffee I've ever had. It's worth going there just for the coffee. The bagels are extra good, especially the blueberry that I got on our recent trip. I really enjoyed the different flavors of cream cheese as well. Thanks to Randy and Jeff for the great service!

I had the double stack and it was absolutely amazing.Clean prompt service very nice establishment.
I had to make a quick stop to get bagels for my entire staff at work. I should have called ahead but didn't. Jeff. The manager and his staff took really good care of me and a quick and orderly manner. I really appreciate his attention
Very friendly staff and very accommodating. The employees seem to really care about their job and seem to enjoy working there. Very refreshing to experience this.
I’m from Long Island I’m picky and I love myself a good breakfast sammich.. Tried Brueggers for the first time today , VERY VERY Impressed!!! Bacon Egg Cheese on a bagel was absolutely amazing !! so much taste in every bite , by far the best sandwich I’ve eaten since I’ve lived upstate. I’m craving breakfast for tomorrow already … Absolutely recommend trying their food !!!
the best place of around very friendly staff and really fresh food, your face and stomach smiles when you leave this store
I go to the Clifton park location often, the staff is amazing and very friendly. The food is great and fast service. I love coming to Bruegger’s and it’s become a weekly stop.
This location has come so far in the past few years . If you haven’t been I highly recommend it. Randy and the crew make every visit a success. I used to come here years ago but stopped because of the employees. I really urge everybody to give this location another shot! Thank you Randy, Sean and everybody else here that puts in the effort to make my breakfast enjoyable every single morning.
Our favorite bagel place. Staff is courteous and accommodating. I call ahead to make sure they have the selection we want and they have ut ready. Price is great too. Clifton Park is our favorite place. Wish Saratoga still had Brueggers.
great spot friendly staff gave me some free bagels at the end of the day
Love this brueggars. Always friendly and inviting in the morning. Great customer service.
Ordered coffee to be picked up ASAP ahead of time online- it was very busy when I stopped in and got my drink pretty quickly! I was very happy with service!
The Clifton Park Bruegger's has customer service second to none. The bagels are cooked perfectly with the right amount of topping. I highly recommend this store, and I am completely impressed with the quality exceeding my expectations all around. Thank you Clifton Park Brueggers and your staff!

Quiet, small and no variety of bagels. The staff is very accommodating and extremely friendly.
Opens early on Saturday & Sunday hence it's perfect and customer service is amazing
Love the baker's dozen and two cream cheese deal for less than $20
Awesome place for bagels! Randy and his dad are absolutely awesome!
Brugger's Bagels have a very good consistency and taste. The environment is fair, a little better during warmer weather as there is some open air dining. Cream cheeses are good and pricing is very fair.
Always very good food. Friendly staff. Just wish they had a second food prep area, as that appears to be the bottlneck and why the line backs up quickly.
Quick service! Serves freshly made bagels and coffee! The Vermont- made cream cheese is sure to please. Store closes early at 2 p.m.

Loved the cream cheese and lox! Should add tuna and egg salad to the menu...
My fiance and I went to this store because they were the only bagel place on a winter storm when all the other stores were closed. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they even gave us free bagels because they were closing; the bagels were decent.
Great bagels but 3rd time that I paid for a Baker's dozen and got 12 instead of 13.
This is one of the slowest Brugger's I have ever been to. People are constantly standing around waiting for their food, getting in the way of those who have already gotten their food and are trying to enjoy it. This location is loud, crowded, and oddly laid out. As long as you have the time to wait for it the food does turn out well and the staff is friendly, therefore giving it three stars. (Hint: If you want to get your food faster then don't get anything that involves using the toaster.) Edit 4/20/2016: They've changed the layout, those waiting in line get less in the way of those who have their food and are trying to leave, or sit down to eat. The service is still as slow as two years ago.
I was in there at 10:45 on Saturday the 15th. The girl who was working with the brown hair might as well have been the only one on shift. She was awesome and was doing everything. The two boys with her were prob high af and didn’t do anything clearly making her life harder.
Ordered a cheesy hash brown bagel toasted got a jalapeño cheddar bagel un toasted. At least DoorDash was fast
Management is failing this location. The employees are always awesome but the location is stricken by constantly failing equipment. At various times I've gone in they've had problems with the A/C, the cooling units ruining their cream cheese, the toaster not working, etc. The staff has always been amazing however and I cannot stress that enough. I continue to frequent the place because of that and I hope management there eventually gets their act together.
I've always liked the Bagels from Bruegger's, for a chain shop they're better than most individual bagel shops. But the Bruegger's in Clifton Park has always felt a little unclean, like there's never enough attention given to a real thorough cleaning and not just a cursory wipe down of tables. The bagels are still good, but as with everything in recent years, the bagels have gotten smaller while at the same time getting more expensive. On this visit I had a simple order, two pumpernickel bagels toasted and very lightly buttered, I even mentioned twice about the lightly buttered. I stopped down the road to eat the bagels, and they were neither toasted nor lightly buttered. In fact there was so much butter it was soaking through the wrapper and even the crust side of the bagel was covered with butter, making it messy to eat. I know this is a real first world problem, but it won't get any better unless customers speak up. To the owner: clean your store and either blow up or really clean your horrible bathrooms.
Most of my favorite bagels were gone when I arrived, 11:30am. I've always been a fan, but my recent experience was much of a let down. Garlic bagels and everything bagels are a hot item. That's all I really wanted. Had to pick and choose from a limited selection.
My mom and I went here for breakfast this morning. The service was great, as was the food. Unfortunately, the store was very dirty. It doesn't look like the floors have been cleaned in days and the female bathroom was very dirty, also not looking as if it had been cleaned in days. We will probably not be going back here anytime soon.
The culinary delights offered here are nothing short of remarkable, a testament to the skill and passion that goes into their creation. However, it seems that the operational efficiency does not match the high standards set by the food quality. Despite a team of seven dedicated staff members attending to the front of the house, complemented by the culinary expert working tirelessly in the back, the service flow appears to be bottlenecked at the cashier's station. The pace at which the line advances is noticeably sluggish, leading to a ripple effect where the food preparation team often finds themselves in a holding pattern, awaiting the next order to be processed. This slow progression is often exacerbated by customers who seem unprepared for the transaction, despite the clear menu and pricing displayed, which inevitably delays the service for everyone. The cashier herself did not seem to be at fault for the speed of the service. It raises the question: Why isn't additional support allocated to the cashier during peak times when the queue extends out the door? The impact of this inefficiency is tangible, with at least five potential patrons opting to leave rather than endure the wait. It's a scenario that underscores the need for a more streamlined approach to service—a harmonious blend of delightful gastronomy and swift, efficient operations.
This place has a nice variety of coffee flavors and free refills. It’s staffed with a bunch of giggly high school girls and it seems to be A bit disheveled. Fresh coat of paint and a good scrub down. If the front of the house looks bad how does the kitchen look? The bathroom is sub gas station as well. Pumpkin spice was a victory thou.

The bagel only had a very small amount of cream cheese. Only if one side of the bagel very upsetting while trying to support businesses like this and don’t even receive a good bagel.
Food isn’t bad for the area, definitely not better than NYC. Rating is low because the lady behind counter is extremely rude. I won’t be back.
This was my first trip to a Brueggers, and I made sure to read previous reviews, so I knew that this place's service may or may not be the best. What motivated me to go here was a coupon I received in my email for three free bagels on 06 February. I figured that free food would override the possibility of bad service. I arrived at about 650AM, so the store hadn't been open for an hour yet. The point of me mentioning this is that the store should have still had a decent stock of everything. However, I discovered that there weren't many of each bagel on the shelves, which seemed counter-intuitive for a store that knew there was a massive free bagel promotion happening one day only. I waited in line behind a middle-aged man who got a dozen bagels, and he was practically rushed through his ordering process by the short elderly woman taking his order. She didn't seem keen on saying please or thank you, and neither was the chubby brunette cashier. When it was my turn to order the elderly woman expressed the same curt tone and abruptly asked, "What do you want?" as if I was inconveniencing her. I chose the onion, garlic, and everything flavors. Luckily, the bagels tasted fairly good, and they were toasted decently, so at least the product here passes the test. When I got to the cashier she was equally as curt and asked, "Anything else?" without even looking me in the eye. When I said no she maintained her aversion of eye contact and rudely said, "K, you're all set.". Pros: The bagels are decent. I'm not Jewish and therefore not a self-declared bagel aficionado, but the product was fresh, warm, and not stale. Good enough for me. Cons: The service here sucks. The personnel are rude and clearly hold high disdain for their jobs. By the way, since I feared the customer service might be lacking, I took advantage of New York's one-party-consent law with respect to voice recordings and carried my digital voice recorder in my jacket pocket, so the whole experience is on tape. I hope the manager reads this and decides to be a little more proactive with his/her employees henceforth.
Quality has gone down. We were served cold coffee (2 different types) and after tasting it they asked if it was too cold they'll make a fresh pot. Eggs were pre- made and bacon was the thin microwave type.
I purchased 1.5 dozen bagels and was disappointed with the quality. I made my purchase around 8am and the bagels seem to be day old in quality. The crust of the bagels seem to be very hard and were very hard to chew. This did not apply to all varieties, but most of the selections made. Staff was wonderful and accommodating. The order was processed timely. I just wish the product was fresh.
Overall experience was not good. Firstly the cashier seemed to have an attitude like she giving free food! Felt like discrimination although i let it slide. The bagels were day old, at-least thats what it felt like.
Went in today at lunchtime and they had no plain bagels to make sandwiches! They weren't even making more to have on hand. So frustrated with the Clifton Park Brueggers. 😞
I had an issue and when I spoke to the manger I was not impressed. The manger was stuck up and rude and honestly made me feel sorry for her employees. Never going back
This place has gone down hill. Disgusting food very dirty place
About 50 fruit fly's around and on the bagels. My wife ordered butter on her bagel and received a soaked fill nasty heart stopping bagel. I remember when this store first opened, a shadow of what it use to be.
Way overpriced at this location. A very tiny bagel, and a small 12 oz coffee was six dollars as of 04 October 2019. I would find the very nearby alternative offering larger and cheaper.
Service was terrible, very snippy and rude when there was only one other customer in the store. Not to mention, they burnt my bagel, and only put cream cheese on one half of it. The other half didn’t have ANY, literally.
Ordered the Egg Pastrami Swiss, it included no Pastrami or Swiss. Next time I'll skip the 10$ bagel and eat some toast over the sink instead.
That had to be the most tasteless bagel I ever had. The pre-cooked eggs was a turn off. You can probably get a better bagel from a supermarket
Put in an order for six bagels. Two westerns, two with cream cheese, and two with butter. Got a little attitude from the server who then proceeded to give me four with cream cheese.
This one lady that works there named Dee gave the worst customer service with an attitude
Very dirty, looked like things haven't been washed or cleaned in months. I actually was being helped and the guy dropped the knife on the floor, he just picked it up and used it on my bagel like it didn't even happen.
This Brueggers litterly never has ketchup.. gets a bacon egg and cheese to be told after they make it that they have no ketchup.. litterly have to drive over to uncommon grounds just to get ketchup
Thank you Bruegger's for not waiting on me and my wife, left us standing there in front of the counter for 5 minutes with no one else in line. Without even a be with you in a minute, but the man and woman behind the counter kept on making 3 separate internet orders one right after another and we were the only people in the bldg. Every time she got done with what she was working on and asked the man what next he told her to start the next one. We saw a new sign pulling into the plaza for a new bagel place, west end bagels, we went there and found out there fantastic, go there every weekend now, won't be back to Bruegger's!
Im not sure why this is hard. TOASTED everything 2 eggs sausage cheddar salt pepper KETCHUP. Toasted is a brown to dark brown crunchy texture. Not warmed up . I literally told the girl 3 times while assembling the frozen pre made eggs to please toast the bagel. She said ok proceeded to put the whole thing in the oven never toasted it or put ketchup on. Ordered a toasted cinnamon raisin got a warm bagel drowning in butter. Needless to say first and last time ill be going there.
The everything bagels were way to salty, the guy that made our bagels was VERY heavy handed when putting cream cheese on the bagels, and he was VERY rude. He clearly did not want to be there and needs to work on his customer service. All the ladies were friendly it was just the bald guy with glasses that was rude. Turned me off of the whole place. Will not be returning
Hash brown was burnt black on top and fully raw under the char. Bagel was a pale white on top, very chewy, underdone, and had raw parts to it. I couldn't eat my meal. I spent $20 on it and the food was raw and inedible.
630am Ordered and paid for dozen bagels on app. Chose a pu time of 10. When I got there to pu bagels order was not filled. Waited a 1/2 hr for bagels to be baked. Having to swap choices of flavors. When I got home to eat them more than half were under cooked. Very disappointed in bruegger's
Re: Clifton Park There were 3 people working. There was a line of many customers. Part of the problem was one gentleman who came in and needed 6 special sandwiches (all different) plus a variety of other things. Another problem Is setup behind the counter that no worker can pass another one without the other one stepping aside. Another issue was, despite being busy, 2 of the workers were bagging items like the cookies and not asking waiting customers what they wanted. I kid you not, one worker could not open the bag, then set it aside to do something else (or maybe she had to move because she was in someone's way). The last issue was the time needed to cash out customers. When my order was finally done, the worker was still cashing out the gentleman with the big order, plus they forgot to give him 3 bagels. 5 customer orders were done and she was still cashing out the 1st one. My 15 year old said to me that she will never ask me to bring her there again. Sorry for sounding so harsh but service was very inefficient today.
Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered breakfast for me and my family. Whole order was completely wrong. Cheese on sandwiches that should not have them, eggs missing and the workers could not keep their heads on straight. And clearly they can not read the orders correctly nor could the cashier pay attention to those taking orders. The thing that took the icing was the blunt disre0ct the cashier gave an older father with his autistic daughter. The disgusting glare, I was so ready to say something as I myself have a childbwith autism. But I know that causing a scene is so much more worse than that stare the cashier gave. Train your works better because clearly they are not understanding common sense. I've worked in this kind of industry, it us not that hard!
Preordered for pickup at 1040 am. They didn’t start to prepare the order until 1100. Probably won’t get our order ready until noon One of the slowest locations ever, won’t recommend
