Opinions de Cracker Barrel Clifton Park
This place simply can't be beat. World's best pancakes and good wholesome food. Always bring bavk some pancake mix home and other goodies from their general store!
Sunday breakfast experience was excellent. Dining room was packed with customers. The team kept on top of everything; cleaning tables and floors, seating customers, getting the orders taken and served in record time. The kitchen team went above and beyond keeping up with all the orders. Superb service, delicious food, and good price points.
What can you say about Cracker Barrel. Consistent food all across the country. We went here on a shopping trip to Clifton Park and Albany. On a personal note we've even stayed at the Cracker Barrels in RVs all across the country over the last 30 years. Always a friendly bunch of people there who are welcoming and served great food. I love the way they support our retired community as well. Hiring older people who are just really happy to be there. Great job Cracker Barrel!
I went there first time for the bracfest and was rally impressed with their food and quick service. Restaurants area was really cozy and service people are very friendly. I will be iating there again.
Took my grandson to breakfast for his birthday. The place was packed, but we got in quickly. The food was good and the service was good.
We dine here weekly. The hostess, Denise, seats us quickly and we also see her bussing when there is no one waiting. She doesn’t waste any time. Our favorite server is Bridget, she remembers our usual orders and is always good for a laugh. When Bridget isn’t available; Christine also does an excellent job. In the store area Gwen is always very pleasant and helpful.
Good quality food with a decent price. The atmosphere was nice. Little over the top with the decor, but still nice. Service could of been better, they seem chronically understaffed, not that it effect the quality of the meal, but you can feel the staff's stress.
Overall good experience. Cracker Barrel restaurants are our "go to", when we travel.
Cracker Barrel has consistently good food although the portion sizes have decreased. Atmosphere is always fun, and they have some of the best waitstaff I have ever encountered. Our waitress was very attentive to us (we had a 2 year old with us) she got his food out early (he was getting hangry) and regularly checked on us...even though she was very busy. Good food, good service...I highly recommend Cracker Barrel.
Any of their chicken meals are delicious as is breakfast. Some meals are inconsistent, depends on day and time. Service always good. Gift shop is a plus. Nice merch, prices vary. Accessible
Every time I think about going for a excellent meal I choose The Cracker Barrel. The Thursday turkey meal is like a Thanksgiving dinner! The Breakfast also is delicious! The fried apples are also delicious. The antiques all around the restaurant are fun to look at and the Shop in front of the restaurant is fantastic! They have really unique gifts!
Great Cracker Barrel location for a quick meal while traveling. Our server Julia was quick and attentive. Our meal was hot, prepared correctly, and was good quality. The price we paid was reasonable and we were able to get back on the road in no time.
This review is for the store portion, not the restaurant. Today, I came in because I was waiting on a prescription because I had severely injured my foot and was in a brace, which made it very hard to walk. Immediately when I entered the store, a woman with blonde shoulder length hair tied back (I don't know her name,) greeted me and noticed my foot. She immediately offered to help me with gathering items while I was browsing and shopping and making suggestions along the way. She returned many times to ask me if I could be helped with the items I was holding, and she brought them out to the register for me, I think she saw that I was struggling since I could barely walk. I just wanted to shout out to this employee for giving me above and beyond customer service. It's a rarity nowadays. Thank you!
I hadn't been to a cracker Barrel in many years, since we moved to New England. Eating breakfast here was like coming home to an old friend. Rocking chairs on the front porch, enter through the gift shop, then browsing the massive menu and choosing a variety of breakfast foods. Grits are hard to find on a menu in New England and CB does them perfectly. Light fluffy pancakes, perfect omelettes, we loved it all. Prices are great.
Our waitress was amazing. Even though, it was crowded, she came by several times to ask us or bring us, wherever we needed. The steak was a little tough, but overall we enjoyed our meal.
The food was very good. However, the service was not up to par. Had to get up and find a waitress to bring us more creamers for our coffee. The waitress never came around to our table again for coffee refills. Had to flag down a different waitress for a refill. Will go back again because we enjoy the food. Hope we get a different waitress next time.
This was the BEST Crackerbarrel location in the New York area. I had the Grandpa's Country Breakfast and everything came out perfect. Love the biscuits and gravy, will always be here for the great staff
Super cool place with traditional american food and old country atmosphere. I love to stop by every time when I hit the road . The decorations and fire place create very cozy atmosphere. Food is pretty good , especially for the price you pay . And the store have tons of small unique souvenirs. Definitely recommend 👌🏽
Love the food here...everything is always amazing an dont have to wait long for a table...ppl are friendly
I never go wrong with a visit to the Cracker Barrel. Love the food and the store for shopping. Our server was outstanding to include being very courteous and attentive to our needs. I did have a rare problem with one of 2 meals I purchased for a to go dinners. I ordered 2 meatloaf dinners and one of the dinners had a very very small portion of meatloaf compared to the other meatloaf dinner. Also compared to any other to go dinner I purchased in the past. I can keep coming back to this restaurant chain over and over again. I actually look for the nearest restaurant in my travels.
Awesome ornaments, decor and snacks for the entire family. The workers are welcoming and very helpful, they showed me all the new items, and I ended up getting quite a few for the upcoming Holidays!
Updated menu. The breakfast is to die for. Service is very fast and friendly. The gift shop is always stocked with the best candy and toys. Love this place
My husband and I love the food and the service has been great every time we go. I especially love the store inside! I've purchased quite a few of the items there and haven't been disappointed yet. The rewards program is great too. Definitely recommend this restaurant as a place for everyone to try. You won't be disappointed!!
Place was packed , got seated quick , food came out fast . I got the chicken fried steak and my wife got the STRAWBERRY STUFFED CHEESECAKE PANCAKE BREAKFAST both of which was amazing . Staff was great . A very pleasant experience as always . Also had non pork substitutes for me and my wife which was great
I ordered the classics country platter with fried chicken and meatloaf. It was fantastic. Francesca L. was excellent.
Solid breakfast place. A bit of a wait to be seated on a Sunday morning, but that's pretty standard for a Cracker Barrel. We enjoyed browsing all the knick knacks while waiting for our table. The biscuits and gravy were delicious as always. It was great to get a good order of steak tips with my steak. It really hit the spot. Once we were seated, the service was quick and courteous.
Came in for a quick breakfast and decided to try the new Pancake Tacos, and to my utter shock they were actually pretty amazing. I was thinking the syrup was never going to work with the fried egg and cheese, but somehow it all comes together and compliments each other in one folded pancake. (well, two actually, but you get what I mean) My server Julia was super, always on top of refills, taking away dishes, and checking up on me in case I needed anything.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful dining experience at Cracker Barrel in Clifton Park! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. Our server, Cynthia, was absolutely outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, and her exemplary service truly made our visit memorable. The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and exactly what you expect from a classic Cracker Barrel meal. But what really stood out was the level of care Cynthia showed throughout. It’s not every day you encounter service that genuine and thoughtful. We truly appreciate it and we will be back
Wow! This was such a great experience! We were quickly seated our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The food arrived quickly and well prepared. The omelettes were excellent
The atmosphere is tacky, the server was hurried and the food was alright. In other words, I loved it for what it is. Not a fan of chains but this one is always pleasant in it's own unique way. Enjoy, it's all in the experience.
We absolutely love coming here! The staff is always friendly, prompt service and love the atmosphere. Always great meal options for special dietary needs and always tastes great! Love the gift store too!
Always love cracker barrel. Such a good place to eat with 4 kids and not break the bank. Everyone leaves happy and staff is sweet. Only "complaint" ( not really) the little game had so many mismatched peices it was falling apart. Not even a big deal but something small to fix.
We haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in years, not for any reason, just didn't go. I'd forgotten how nice and relaxed it is. Good food, excellent value, very homey atmosphere. Plus the gift shop ( the hillbilly Halmark) with all the neat retro stuff. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
I go to the Clifton Park location a few times a month with my mom. We both enjoy the atmosphere and the food. We visited again yesterday August 22nd and Amanda G was our server at table 153. She has been our server on different visits in the past. Amanda is very friendly each and every time we visit and if we need anything she is very accommodating. We also notice she is very accommodating to all guest. It's a pleasant experience when we visit.
Our waitress Sara was amazing. She was so sweet and polite. We went to the Clifton Park Cracker Barrel. She reminded us of a princess Belle from Disney. We cannot say enough good things about her. And as always our food was spectacular.
The staff up front, led by Denise, managed to seat our large party timely and was very attentive to our needs. Christian and the server team did an amazing job serving us. They made time with family pleasant and enjoyable! The food, as always was exactly what we needed, hot and tasty comfort food. Thank you to all who helped our family from multiple states spend quality time over a meal together! Highly recommend 👌
Our server was great and was very kind to me and my wife. The food was great for me my wife had the Carolina golden tenders was ok... A bit tangy. We noticed the table next to us order it too and asking what was the sauce and hers was sent back. We kept ours tho. Was not my wife's favorite but she didn't mind. My steak tips were good was sorta scampi sauce which was pleasant. Our rolls were ok. Not that bad too... Over all the food was def good just a tad off for our liking hence 4 stars on the food... I would love to try it again and when where in Mass by Springfield in Sept we will try a different menu item then... The cherry lemonade actually was neat and different but good I will say... Again staff was super polite place was super clean and a lot to look at. Def want to go to the one in Springfield Mass area and give it a retry.
What can I say? I'm a Cracker Barrel enjoyer. First time having breakfast there and the pancakes were amongst the best I've ever had. Nice and soft and buttery with crispy edges, just the way I like them. The sugar-cured ham was wonderful as well. Honestly, almost everything was wonderful. The only ding was that I'm told the coffee was not great, for what it's worth. Apart from that, the service was nice and friendly despite the Sunday lunch rush. I will most certainly come again.
Simply the best !! We always stop at this place on our drive home from NYC. It's a must, the little store is awesome.. you can find really cool things and some candy that we cant find back home. The restaurant is good, staff is friendly. I always love the food here and cant wait to go back. Wish we had some locations in Canada !!

Cracker Barrel is always fabulous! Springfield location had the best biscuits out of the three I have recently visited. You can't go wrong with breakfast or dinner!
We went around dinner time and had a short wait. We were with our granddaughters, 5 and 6 so glad we didn't have to wait. Bathrooms were clean. Waitress was great. Food was great and prompt…
I tried the Chicken Fried Steak meal. The steak was very good, not greasy, cooked perfect. I ate it along with some A1 steak sauce. The gravy on the steak tasted like what my grandma used to make (with lard). Def.brought back memories. The .ash potatoes had great flavor with a gravy of their own but we're not hot, barely warm at all. The coleslaw was perfect, crunchy and not too much dressing!! The ice tea tasted fresh! I did not eat the biscuits that came with the meal but they were fluffy and warm when served! I'd come back again in a heartbeat!! Also, the portion was perfect!
Cracker Barrel is just such a great place to take the kids for dinner, and the shops are amazing as was the friendly service. The food however was a bit dissapointing to me. The mashed potatoes were dry and stiff, and the maple glazed chicken topped with bacon was a mess, and the bacon tuff to cheqw. I ordered this a while ago and it was amazing not so much this time. My husbands steak was a bit fatty, but cooked the way he wanted it, and my granddson loved the chicken pot pie
It was great. we weren't bothered or rushed. food was excellent.
Tried the new Louisana shrimp skillet. It was OK, not great but then you really don't get gourmet meals here. At least you don't have to worry about feeling stuffed when you leave. They've raised the price of lunches AGAIN to the point where they aren't worth it. Oh how I miss the old days. Our server was great and the place is nice, but the food, eh it's OK I guess.
Sometimes gets busy and slow kitchen. Food is not bad, I liked the BBQ burger smokestack.
Cracker Barrel is a consistently good dining experience. The service is always good as is the food. It's not intended as a fine dining experience, but more like dining with family. I particularly like the roast beef dinner. Cracker Barrel also has a very enjoyable shopping area that features both nostalgic items as well as seasonal items.
OK so we were staying at a local hotel and of course the breakfast right now because of covid is not that great at the hotel's. So we decided to go to our favorite place the Cracker Barrel. I was traveling with a two-year-old this time and I had asked for a booster seat when the gentleman brought the booster seat over I believe his name was Benedict he just placed it on the seat did not help us install it which I had to fight with the straps to get it to fit correctly. Where I can say is the food is always great as always and as usual. My server was really sweet and I liked her very much. However of the only thing negative thing I have to say was my daughter's pancakes both my daughters they had the to Confetti pancakes and because they use fruity Pebbles and the batter from the pancakes it makes the Breakfast cereal very soggy. So therefore the texture of the pancake becomes very almost slimy and really not that great. But that's the only negative thing I have to say the biscuits were delicious the eggs were cooked appropriately and I really did enjoy my ham and the bacon was crispy as always maybe they could fix just the confetti pancakes and not use the serial that's gonna become soggy in the batter and give it that gross texture.
Our server, Mahalia, was terrific! She was very attentive, friendly, and always smiling. Refills on drinks without our asking is appreciated. She is an asset to the place. Our food was good. Only issue was my carrots were not warm, but I ate them anyway. The steak, which I had never tried, was quite good, cooked to rare-medium rare with a good garlic butter sauce. Other entree was the Smoky Southern Grilled Chicken, which I was told was pretty tasty.
Except for the corn muffins (don't taste very corn-like and are often dry), everything was very good. I had the Turkey dinner and my husband had the fried chicken. The coffee wasn't bad either. We also like being by the fireplace, since it was quite cold out. Our server was professional, personable and attentive. Gotta ask though, how does a southern, comfort food company not make great corn muffins?
Some of our food was cold. But there is something always wrong with the food or food quality when we go. But service is always good.
Note we went on Easter day... It was super busy the hostess didn't ask for a name and told us we were next to be seated... But ended up seating two tables before us anyway 🙄 but after I asked why they seated two tables that came in after us while we were standing in front of her.. She admitted she forgot. Not sure how. ( they came right in and she told the waitresses immediately the two sets to take and as I was trying to tell her we were still waiting she hushed me) any who we sat down and they immediately took our order... Our food came out cold. But the waitress did bring out two new and hot orders of potatoes... But they were very slow which was expected. But they were all frazzled...
The woman at the register was a bit rude. She walked away from a large line then was upset she had to come back to check out more people. It's a busy weekend, customers and workers need patience.
It is a good restaurant that you can go and chill out with your family. Nice cozy ambience at the dinning area and some nostalgic snacks at the merchandise section.
Our server Sara was over quick to take our order. She seemed stretched out at first but balanced her tables well. She was very patient taking our order as we had to explain choices to someone in the party. The food arrived fairly quickly. Debs turkey dinner was incomplete and cold. She was brought the dressing and her meal was taken to be heated. Unfortunately the dressing was cold also. She received a whole new meal.... which was very pathetic in its entirety. The other two meals were satisfactory. The server and staff were very understanding when the bill came.

Since they changed the menu the portions are much smaller for the same prices. Many of the old favorites are gone including the fried chicken dinner. I won't be back.

Overall experience was just mediocre. Our food not only took a very long time, but half of the order was incorrect. The sweet tea was not real sweet tea and tasted soured. As a "Southern" or "Country" themed restaurant in the North, you need to do a better job of representing the food and service.
We went there for Mother's Day. As you can imagine, it was a madhouse, but my son was able to put us on a waitlist online, and we got the table not long after arriving. I ordered a steak medium rare, and it came out well done. I didn't really enjoy it. Some of their food is pretty good, but maybe don't order steaks from them if they can't cook steak correctly.
We usually have a great experience when we dine here. Today was bit the same. The food took forever. Almost 40 min. The hen when we received our food it was cold but and not fresh. We did not say anything because it was nearly an hour since we ordered we were all hungry, tired and just wanted to eat. The server was ok he was the best he could. It’s a hard position. But no refills and just one basket of biscuits. No corn muffins. We will return. Hopefully it’s better next time.
We were disappointed with our trip to this Cracker Barrel. Our waitress came and took our order but we never saw her for over an hour. It wasn’t busy, and we asked another waitress if there was an issue. She looked into it and eventually we did get our meal. However , it was not complete. It got straightened out , but we were done with the rest of our meal. I guess our waitress was just overwhelmed…
The folks working here are super nice, love the decorations and the size and spacing of the tables. The food is somewhat below average, however, and the chairs could use some cushions.
I have to change my review after lunch today. We ordered a starter and it, plus our meals all came out at the same time. Even though everything came out quick, it was all cold. The berry ice tea was so sweet we couldn't drink it. The hot dipping sauce for the chicken fingers had a gritty consistency. If this is an example of the changes they are putting in, maybe the backlash online has some merit.
This particular location is not among my favorites. It's not the worst either. It's adequate in food and a little slow in service. Sometimes I feel rushed to finish up and leave. Prices have gotten a little excessive. 4 bucks for a coffee, come on!
I had a steak meal the steak was cooked but the flavor was missing. I've had better tasting food at texas road house. The service was the best part of my day so I say improve the flavor of the food. Im willing to go back to see if it has improved in any way.
Cracker Barrel isn't bad. I would maybe visit again in the future to try their dinner. I went for brunch after seeing a commercial for their french toast latte (I believe is what it was). It was amazing. I would go just to get that to go. We were seated right away, which was a good sign, we were expecting to have to wait. After ordering it took about 40 minutes to get our food, they were pretty busy, so understandable. However, during that time we didn't see our waitress at all, and my husband was waiting for a refill on his coffee for 20 of those minutes. I would have still given four starts, but the food just wasn't a hit. There wasn't much flavor. My over easy eggs were not, still, that's okay. My husband's were. However, they were bland. My husband's sausage was an interesting burnt puck, and the gravy for the biscuits didn't have enough flavor. Wanted to love it, just didn't.
This place surprised me with how cheap the food is and how much you get for the price. \n\nI came in here with 4-5 people and were seated immediately. We ordered fried chicken, shrimp, steak, wit…
Ordered pancakes - they came cold. I sent them back they were nice and hot second time around . coffee was just ok but it cost 3 bucks now - I can’t spend that kind of money on a cup of coffee !

Food came out cold breakfast 1/2 hour after they opened, on an early sunday morning waitress was terrible people that came in after us sat down got there food ate and were leaving before we even got our food, Im sure thats why our food was stoned cold. finally another waitress Sharron saw we were waiting so long came and helped us get our food. She was very helpful even though it was not her table. From now on I know who to request for a waitress. Thank you Sharron.
Was spoken to abruptly by the host when I asked if they were taking names. We received forks no knives. Beverages were in plastic cups. When food came we were given steak knives for pancakes and eggs. Pancakes were over cooked and hard. Eggs and bacon were lukewarm. The last two times we were here the food was terrible. I am not sure what happened within the last year but this restaurant has gone way down hill.
I have always liked Cracker Barrel until now. We had a male waiter that acted like it was his first day. He never came back to refill coffee or ask if we needed anything. When asked a question, he didn't seem to know the answer and didn't bother to ask anyone. Food came out could. We ordered breakfast, eggs, were cold, toast was like a brick. French toast was lukewarm. My friend apples were the warmest party of both our breakfasts. The atmosphere, no fault of Cracker Barrel but a family with small children came in. (I don't mind kids, I've been there myself) But, one of the kids kept shrieking at the top of her lungs from the time they came in, until the time that we left.
Sadly, the food and service at Cracker Barrel has deteriorated over the many years I have been a patron. Traveling long distances across the extended road vacations was always made more enjoyable knowing I could usually depend on a good meal by stopping at a Cracker Barrel. Not so any longer. Quality, quantity, and a warm inviting environment have given way to just a step away from fast food. Service has given way from an attentive waitress/waiter to having to wait, receive barely warm food, and sometimes deal with someone who obviously does not enjoy the job. Final straw, the coffee does not have a fresh brewed flavor. Goodbye Cracker Barrel!
I was there yesterday 6/14/2025 with my grandson his wife and my great grandson. They never offered us a high chair than when we got our own they came over to tell us w e computer it on the end they were rude. We were never offered biscuits until after our meal came I never got my side that I ordered my mash potatoes were like warm. I will never go there again.
I don't think it's the best place to eat, but it's not that bad. The ambiance is great! The service is good... the food is average, at the level of Fridays or Applebees... chain restaurants of that style. We ordered some French-style donuts and fried cheese as appetizers, then a steak with shrimp and fried chicken with French toast.
Pancakes were fantastic, everything else was mediocre. Didn’t like the sausage or country ham. Biscuits were undercooked. They apparently charge extra when they ask if you want cheese in your scrambled eggs.
The service was pretty good at this location although it was not spectacular. The service is the only reason this place gets the 2 star that I have given to it. I don’t know what has happened to Cracker Barrel over the years but the food SUCKS. My girlfriend got grilled catfish that was covered in grease her side of baby carrots came with 4 baby carrots that had no flavor. I got southern fried chicken with Mac and cheese and corn. We also got cornbread and biscuits. To start the corn tasted like it came straight from a can. The Mac and Cheese had zero flavor. The fried chicken was just okay. The biscuits and cornbread tasted like oil covered dirt. I spent the last 15 minutes of my visit drinking as much soda as possible in order to get the taste of the food out of my mouth. I had heard from quite a few people over the last year that Cracker Barrel has gone downhill. I can confirm that this is absolutely the fact. I have never had such a disappointing meal at an establishment I once loved. At this point I’d rather go to Denny’s (I HATE DENNY’S) instead of spending $50 on a plate of garbage from Cracker Barrel. I can honestly say this will be my last visit to any Cracker Barrel.

We had the worst breakfast this morning. My husband has been sick all day with food poisoning. The pancakes were okay, nothing special. The bacon was dried out, over cooked. The sausage was bur…
5 of us ate here for lunch 7/15/21. Never again! Such poor food and not worth the money. Our server, Bridget L was great: happy, friendly, attentive, and talkative. However, this was not our first …
Worst brunch experience I have had. Our food took an hour. Everything was cold. Only thing worth eating was the pecan pancake. Our server was terrible and ignored us for the entire time waiting for food. She also took an hour to get our coffee. And at the end it took us 45 minutes to get the check and the check was wrong and the server didn't know how to split the check. Overall my experience was very underwhelming. Don't recommend this place.
Unbelievable both restaurants were the spot. Now both are the nasty places to eat. Gave me a plate 🍽 with dried food on it. Poor waitress was upset by other guests and her supervisor. Lack of workers. Just a awful place to eat. East Greenbush was nasty too. Telling a family member our experience at Clifton Park restaurant and they had the same experience at both of them. They need to be visited by the authorities. We're done with both restaurants 😩
The chicken i ordered was burnt , the macaroni and cheese was over done and the French fies were burnt. I am a good customer. The cook that night was not a good cook to send that kind of food out to a loyal customer. Any customer for that matter. I was very disappointed. The waitress was wonderful as we have had here service twice before.
We used to like to come to the Clifton Park location for breakfast and lunch on Saturday’s but not for the food cuz honestly it’s not that great (everything is microwaved) but we would still go because we really enjoyed going to shop in the store and most of all because Julia our server made us feel like family and was so amazing at her job but since you have unfairly let her go we will not be returning!!! How dare you as a company that claims to care about their employees and your customers let someone like her go like you did is beyond me and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way so good luck . But the last time we went is when we were told she no longer works there and it broke our heart but we sat down to have breakfast anyway and the server we had was good (Julia trained her) but she wasn’t Julia and the food was disgusting!!!! As we were eating we were interrupted by the hostess to tell us that they had let her go but she wasn’t sick or anything and she just wanted to let us know and she wasn’t overly pleasant about it so I decided to do some digging and found Julia on Facebook so I messaged her and she was so excited that we were able to find her and we had a nice conversation which lead to her inviting us to come see her at Latham 76 Diner where she now works so we went tonight and we were not disappointed… especially in her service! So to you Cracker Barrel in Clifton Park ✌️✌️✌️ you have lost customers due to your stupidity in letting such an amazing person go may you reap what you sow!!!
Very disappointed. Ordered the loaded tots, and they came out so cold the cheese didn't melt. My dinner was the grilled steak tips, grilled chicken tenders, and a deep-fried shrimp combo. I couldn't pierce the meat with my fork it was so burned. My husband ordered the southern fried chicken, and it too was overcooked. While they comped me my meal, I was so disappointed after driving 30 miles to get such bad food.
It was Father’s Day very busy was able to get a table without a long wait. Food took over 45 mins to get. When the food finally came my son was missing the steak from the steak and eggs meal he ordered. My husband didn’t get bacon ordered. Also asked for drink refills as the waiter did not come back since taking our order. The waiter was definitely overwhelmed and was unable to keep up. Spoke to a mgr who only just got our drinks and nothing more to say. When the steak came out after the rest of his breakfast done it was Sitting in a pool of grease as if it was microwaved. The meal was supposed to Come off the check and it didn’t. I did call and was able to go back and got my son and husbands meal refunded. Definitely not a good experience for the first time going and on Father’s Day at that. Will not return.
By far, it was the worst breakfast I ever had. One thing I don't understand, why they need to put cheese in everything. I have nothing against cheese, and I like many kinds of them, but yellow, processed cheese is not even cheese anymore! I chose a dish without cheese, yet it came with cheese in the hashbrown :(
Came in for breakfast during the week and it wasn't too busy. We ordered our food and specifically asked for no butter on the pancakes which didn't seem like too large of a request. When the food came out the pancakes had butter and we politely asked if we could get them without butter, our waitress Angelic. apologized and took them back to the kitchen. Within minutes she returned apologized again and set them down. The pancakes were flipped upside-down this time, after turning them over we found they were the same pancakes just without the butter. At this point we decided not to say anything more because we didn't want the possibility of them tampering with our food. Overall was very disappointed and will not return.
Biscuits looked like someone took a bite out of it and then stepped on it. My hashbrown casserole was missing the bacon and tomato. When I asked our server for diced tomatoes, he said he had a lot of tables and that would take him too long to dice a tomato. I asked for a slice of tomato and I would dice it. Got push back again. Service and food was horrible!
