My family and were out for a drive and came across Giovanni's. We we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness and the friendliness. We ordered a large pizza and Wow!! Our pizza was, hands down, the very best pizza we've had in Upstate New York! We live 45 minutes from Clinton but we'll gladly make the drive for this new and fantastic find!!! 👍👌

I previously posted a 4-star review stating my one reservation was a slight lack of ingredients on their regular cheese. They have since taken it upon themselves to correct this issue, and it was even acknowledged to me by one of the delivery agents. There can be no doubt that this restaurant truly listens and is invested in customer care. I recently had knee surgery and the counter employee offered to walk my order to the car.

Let let me tell how delicious the Margarita Cauliflower Crust pizza was!!! Olive oil based with fresh mozz, tomato and basil. I will 100% be back and the staff is outstanding!!! P.S. Margarita pizza is a white pizza no tomato sauce because it has fresh tomatoes!!

Holy s**t, talk about REAL NY pizza!!! Perfect amount of cheese, great sauce, fresh ingredients... And almost NO grease (more fat, more fake). And to top it off the staff is awesome, especially the lady at the counter she was incredibly friendly! Best pizza I've had in the Utica area in awhile!!!

Ughhh so tasty the sauce in pizza is sweet. I usually dip my pizza in hot sauce but this pizza is so good i had to eat it plain. And the char grilled wings were amazing.

We get food from here at least a few times a month. Brandon and Jen do a fantastic job of serving great food, quickly, and at decent prices. We've never had any errors in our food and it's almost always right on time. Brandon does a great job of engaging his customers and embedding himself as part of the community. Highly recommended!

The stuffed crust pizza is amazing. Highly recommend. I have returned here many times now and the staff has always been polite and courteous. Depending on day (weekend vs weekday) and time, the wait on a called in pick up order is usually 20-45 minutes.

I have been trying out all of the pizzeria and sandwich shops in my community in Clinton, NY to sample them all. Giovanni's pizzeria had a delicious pizza and the crust was perfect, but the bread for their subs was a bit chewy and not very soft. Good overall though!

First time and last! Pizza was burnt. Sub rolls were dark brown, tasted burnt. If you like very well done stuff, this the place. Should have stayed with Tony’s. Won’t do this again! The owner called to speak with me about the review. He was upset by the review and that I would post it. We had a conversation. He did offer to make me a new pizza and deliver it, which was very nice. He also said his Grandmother always taught him “if you can’t say something nice don’t say anything at all”. So I suppose I owe an apology to all and should not have posted this review. I am also sorry to have upset the owner.

Extremely disappointed with my order. I asked for a Margherita pizza and got what looked like plain cheese with diced tomatoes — no basil, no olive oil, nothing resembling a true Margherita. Maybe they had a new employee making pizzas tonight.

People who have their own issues shouldn't treat other people like they are below them. Be thankful I don't give a really honest review you know exactly what I'm talking about. Now we're done it's the special hydro sauce. Some people can't eat enough of them. Oops I mean enough of it 😔it's not pizza pizza it's hydro hydro.
