Food was fresh and all tasted good. It's the only hartz in the area so I had to get my fix. Shopping center looks a little gloomy but I still gave it a try and I wasn't disappointed. Service was good and quick. For areas and utensil/drink area was clean and organized. Food was good rolls were soft and the mashed potatoes went hard. Would recommend if in the area .

There's hardly ever a line. The chicken is REALLY GOOD. The buffet is excellent except that a few of the cold items taste moldy like the beets and sometimes the tea. The staff is VERY friendly.

First I need to say the employees are all just standing around on there phones or just staring in to space... Chicken and fish were a delight and cooked perfect.. It's a small buffet and it all went together well.. this place obviously doesn't get enough business I'm not sure why because the food is good the restaurant's clean the staff is friendly just bored. I'll absolutely be back with friends and family because you can't beat the price for the delicious food...

The fried chicken was superb but the rolls were too yeasty and dry. The potato salad was the best I have ever had but the "hot wings were soggy and the texture was off. I give it 3 stars for effort and withhold 2 for lack of choices in the buffet

Food was alright but place is filthy and service at that place sucks workers on there phone while place needs to be cleaned I personally won’t go back

Cashier was extremely rude over a business card. Had a receipt basically shoved in my face. She got upset because she didn't understand her card reader and what it was asking her. I explained It to her. Even made it work, which made her just get more rude

Food was horrible, we love to eat at Hartz, but this location has the worst quality food 😕

I ordered a 12 piece dinner, livers and gizzards, strips. Spent over 60 dollars which was a waste of my money. The chicken was cold and half the breading was coming off cause it was old , so were the livers and gizzards. I called and spoke to the person in charge and he told me” since your order was right he would not do anything and if I spoke to his manager tomorrow he would tell me the same thing. I don’t recommend anyone go there unless they want terrible service and cold and old food.

Food has always been good but the service sucks, starting with the the two guys at the counter that won't allow you to dine in when there's a good half an hour to close and want you to buy to go plates to be charged by the pound cause they don't want you to dine in and on top of that they get pissed cause we asked if we can eat real quick on that half an hour to close saying they don't want to get in trouble like really 😒 worst customer service ever I wish I could leave 0 stars if possible.
