any places that offers free wifi, but has all their plugs sealed off because they hate people being inside is an automatic 1 star from me, regardless of any other factor. Stop advertising you have wifi

First time at this location, and it wasn't the best. There was no ice, half the drinks had no syrup, and the drinks that did have syrup had no carbonation. To top it all off, once I finally found a drink with syrup in it, the drinks were hot from the machine, and again no ice nor carbonation. The employees were rude and very rushy whenever asked questions. The food was cold. Wouldn't recommend this location... Edit: Decided to give them another chance after about a month, and it's still the same. Placed an online order, pulled up to the window to be told they don't have the new shake and they didn't offer a different shake, money back, or anything, they just said sorry, handed me my food, and shut the window.

So the server Brandilyn N is trying to scam you out of money. She stated that you need to pay for ketchup or hot sauce. That it is $0.25 a piece. When on the app it shows 0.00. Guess she needs that extra $3 so badly to scam customers if they want any sauce with their food.

Last 3 orders have been wrong, only getting worse with each order. Missing Swiss cheese, mustard and ketchup again. Do better.

Go here if you love getting every single item in your order wrong. Happens every time I forget that I hate this location. And the quality of the food is trash compared to even other jack in the boxes.

Ordered on the app. Was 6 minutes after eta. Cashier had set my food aside, no heat lamp, no asking for my name. Is not busy. One other table here. She said 6 minutes is'nt that long to wait for food. Horrible service! Stale bun, cold food, and dismissed me. Avoid this place like the plague!

Fries where soggy tacos were not fresh The manager lady got upset because we forgot to order churros and told us to go to parking 1 we would have to wait then she comes out and we did not get sauces or napkins my husband had to go back in to get it

This is not the first time I have issues with my orders here. DoorDash has refused to provide refunds because workers here are not competent enough to check if the items are in the bag. Luz G was the server working on my order and she failed to put the main item on the bag. Terrible service

I am so disappointed right now because our food was not to our other expectations like past visits with other Jack in the boxes in other areas. Our 3 burgers were barely warm, our hashbrowns and French fries were soggy and cold like they have been sitting there for hours; fries all matted squished together, hashbrowns were nit at all fresh. We have received better food quality at other locations where we receive hot crisp hashbrowns and French fries and freshly made sandwiches; I feel the employees don't care to do their job correctly there and they need to pick up their A game.

March 5, 2022 at 1:30 pm. The place was filthy inside, food on tables, on the floors. The employees did not cover their hair with hair nets nor use gloves on hands. Saw the cook using bare hands making tacos and eating at same time. Once I was seen taking some pictures, a employee came out and started sweeping the floor. The hygenics of this establishment is questionable. Clothing was placed on front counter.
